Congratulations on the purchase
of your TB 7930 sonic electric
toothbrush.
Read the following user notes carefully to ensure you can enjoy your
quality product from Grundig for
many years to come.
Special features
– Two different speed settings
»High« (fast), »Low« (slow) and
a »Massage« setting.
– 2 minute timer: after 2 minutes
the appliance switches off for
approx. 3 seconds and then
starts again. After five timer
cycles the appliance switches off
automatically.
– Two brush heads and three addi-
tional attachments for special
cleaning (tongue cleaner, gum
massage attachment and brush
for gaps between the teeth).
Using in the bathroom
Your toothbrush has a waterproof
handle, is electrically safe and can
be used in the bathroom without
hesitation.
Oral hygiene
Careful oral hygiene is essential
for maintaining healthy, beautiful
teeth.
Daily intensive oral hygiene can
prevent tooth decay, gum disease,
inflammation of the gums and bad
breath.
Cleaning
The sonic electric toothbrush
removes plaque more precisely
and effectively than conventional
manual toothbrushes due to the
high speed of the brushing move ments on the surface of the teeth.
Discolouration of the teeth from
coffee, tea or tobacco can be
removed in a natural way. Teeth,
tongue and gums can be cleaned
and cared for carefully.

Intensity
You can set the intensity of the
cleaning at 3 levels (high, low,
massage).
The extensive accessories provide
you with excellent conditions for
personal oral hygiene.
Brushing time
The recommended time for brushing is 2 minutes. The timer then
stops the function automatically.
Accessories
Tongue cleaner
The tongue cleaner freshens your
breath as it removes the bacteria
from the tongue which create bad
breath. You can use it every day
before or after brushing your teeth
and also with mouthwash.
Set the appliance to a low speed,
so you have more control over the
cleaning.

Interdental cleaner
The interdental cleaner cleans
effectively between the teeth and
helps to improve oral hygiene. This
should be done before you clean
your teeth.

so you have more control over the
cleaning.
Gum massage attachment
The gum massage attachment
stimulates the gums with sonic
vibrations.
It is best to use this attachment
after brushing your teeth.
Note

The rounded Dupont®bristles
on the brush head, tongue
cleaner and the interdental
cleaner enable you to clean
your teeth perfectly and also
protect your gums!

POWER SUPPLY

Mounting the charging
unit on the wall
1 Remove the bracket of the
charging unit (on the back of the
appliance) and fasten the
screws provided onto the wall.
2 Guide the power cord of the
charging unit through the recess
on the right side of the charging
unit.
3 Position the charging unit onto
the bracket at the top and slide
down.
Charging
Check that the mains voltage on
the type plate of the charging unit
(on the bottom) corresponds to
your local mains supply.
1 Put the toothbrush in the
charging unit .
2 Plug the charging unit into the
wall socket.
– The »CHARGE« LED on the
appliance lights up red.
– Once the appliance is fully
charged, the »CHARGE« LED
lights up green.

Charge the batteries fully before
you use the appliance for the
first time. When the appliance is
fully charged, the »CHARGE«
display lights up green.

The ambient temperature should
be between 5 °C and 40 °C.

When the batteries are fully
charged, they then provide
approx. 60 minutes of cordless
operation. This means, brushing
your teeth for 2 minutes, 2 times
a day for 2 weeks.

The charging process ends automatically once the batteries are
fully charged. We recommend
keeping the appliance in the
charging unit so that it is available fully charged at all times.

appliance.

Selecting the speed
1 Select the speed level (»High«
= fast or »Low« = slow or the
»Massage« setting) with »I«.
– LED »High«: red.
– LED »Low«: green.
– LED »Massage«: orange.
The 2 minute timer
Regardless of the speed setting selected, after 2 minutes the appliance switches off for approx. 3
seconds and then starts again.
After five timer cycles the appliance switches off automatically.
Changing the attachments
1 Remove the current attachment
from the holder.
2 Take the other attachment out of
the storage holder in the
charging unit.
3 Press the attachment with the
opening down onto the holder
on the appliance until it clicks.

The mounting pin on the appliance is designed in a way that
prevents you from attaching a
new attachment incorrectly.

Replace the brush head when
the bristles become bent and
distorted. We recommend you
to do this every 3 months.
