WWARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Adult assembly required. This product contains small parts
and sharp points which are necessary for assembly. Prior to or during assembly of this product, keep all components out of
children’s reach. Small parts pose a choke hazard to children under 3 years of age.
CCAUTION: TO AVOID SERIOUS INJURY –
DO NOT install this product on a hard surface. Fall onto hard surfaces could result in head or other serious injuries. Never
put on concrete, asphalt, wood, packed earth or other hard surfaces. Carpet over hard floors may not prevent injury.
This product is designed for family and domestic use only. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
Adult assembly required. Phillips / cross-head screwdriver and hammer (are not included) required during assembly.
Two (2) adults are recommended for roof assembly.
Maximum weight limit per child: 50 lbs (23 kg). Limit 4 children.
IMPORTANT:
Place this product on level ground at least 2 meters (6-ft) away from a fence, building, overhead branches, laundry line or
electrical wires.
Instruct children on proper use of this product, only after properly installed and assembled, and not in any manner other
than intended. Adult supervision required at all time. DO NOT leave child unattended.
DO NOT allow children to climb on the product when the product is wet. Slippery can result in slips or potential fall.
Slide feet first. Never head first. One (1) child at a time.
Toy basketball net can presents a strangulation hazard to children. Check the basketball net periodically to ensure
proper installation. Children can strangle on the loops or openings in the basketball net if the net loosens from the rim or
if knots are unaligned.
DO NOT allow children to wear loose-fitting clothing including ponchos, scarves and garments with drawstrings. Well
fitting shoes must be worn all times.
When temperature falls below 0°C/32°F, outdoor use of this product is not recommended. In extreme cold, plastic
materials lose resilience and may become brittle and crack upon impact. Remove and store product indoors.
It is recommended to place the slide out of direct sunlight to reduce the likelihood of serious burns and injure child's eyes.
A slide that faces north will receive the least direct sunlight.
NEVER attach any materials that are not specifically designed for use with this product, such as (but not limited to) jump
ropes, clotheslines, pet leashes, cables and chains. These pose potential strangulation hazards.

Please retain packaging and assembly instructions for future reference.
Verify that all the pegs are securely tapped together before use.
Please carry out check the unit regularly for any worn out parts.
Check the basketball net and re-tie it if the knot is loosened. Children could strangle on loops or openings in the net that
come unhooked from the rim, or have knots that slide. If children put their heads into these openings, the net can get
tangled around their necks. Basketball net can be a strangulation hazard to children under 3 years of age.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
Basketball net may be cleaned with a mild cleaning solution. DO NOT use bleach. DO NOT use harsh or abrasive
cleaners. Rinse with water to remove residue. Do not immerse the net.
