Introduction
The T34092 Butcher Block Workbench measures
66" wide, 42" deep, and 38" tall and is constructed
with solid hevea wood. This model includes an
integrated 14" x 5" wood vise with a 5
capacity, bringing the total workbench depth to
42". The 3" thick benchtop is supported by 3

To assemble workbench:
1. Position workbench legs roughly 49 inches
apart, as shown in Figure 4.

2. Attach (2) cross beams to workbench legs
with (4) M12-1.75 x 150 hex bolts, 12mm flat
washers, and M12-1.75 hex nuts (see Figure
5).

5. Fasten vise leadscrew plate to benchtop with
(4) M6 x 30 tap screws (see Figure 6).

Thread vise assembly through leadscrew

plate and tighten until vise head makes contact with workbench (see Figure 9).
Thread (2) M8-1.25 x 16 hex bolts and (2)

8mm fender washers into back of vise rods
(see Figure 9).

6. Place benchtop on legs and attach with (4)
M8 x 80 lag bolts and 8mm flat washers (see
Figure 7).

7. Feed vise leadscrew assembly through vise
head and attach with (4) M6 x 30 tap screws
(see Figure 8).
