Introduction
The T34007 is 591⁄2 " wide, 451⁄2 " deep, and 551⁄2 "
tall, and has a maximum load capacity of 1100
lbs. The cart has four load levels on one side for
boards, strips, and other narrow stock, while the
other can be loaded with sheets of plywood, MDF,
etc. Use the locking swivel casters to lock the cart
in place, or unlock them to transport your stock.
To reduce your risk of

entire manual BEFORE
assembling or using cart.
• To reduce risk of crushing injuries from
cart tipping over on you:
— Do not stand or climb on any part of
cart.
— Push cart only. Do not pull it.
— Always lock swivel casters before load-
ing or unloading stock.
• Do not exceed weight capacities:
— Each upper shelf arm: 66 lbs. (265 lbs.
for any of the three upper shelf levels).
— Bottom shelf level: 440 lbs. for either
side.
— Entire cart: 1100 lbs.
• Always lock swivel casters when cart is
not being used to transport stock.
• Do not allow children unsupervised
access to cart.

To assemble cart:
1. Attach (2) fixed casters to base frame with
(8) M10-1.5 hex nuts, (8) 10mm lock washers,
(16) 10mm flat washers, and (8) M10-1.5 x 25
hex bolts (see Figure 3).
Note: Finger tighten all fasteners until told
otherwise later in instructions.

hex bolts (see Figure 4).

Locking Cart
When the Model T34007 is not being used to
transport stock, store the cart on a flat surface
and lock the two swivel casters. To lock the swivel
casters, press down on the caster lock pedals
(see Figure 7). To unlock the swivel casters,
press down on the caster unlock pedals.

4. Attach (2) beams to shelf frames with (8) M10-
1.5 x 100 hex bolts, (16) 10mm flat washers,
(8) 10mm lock washers, and (8) M10-1.5 hex
nuts (see Figure 6). Beam with machine ID
label should be installed on top and ID label
should face same direction as shelves.

Moving Cart
After loading the cart, unlock the swivel casters,
then push the cart from the rear, as shown in
Figure 8. Steering the cart with the swivel casters
at the rear will provide more control.
