MOBILE LUMBER RACK

Introduction
The T34006 is 601⁄2 " wide, 30" deep, and 581⁄2 " tall, has four load levels, and has a maximum load capacity of 1100 lbs. Use the locking swivel casters to lock the rack in place, or unlock them to transport your stock around the shop.
To reduce your risk of serious injury, read this entire manual BEFORE assembling or using rack.
• To reduce risk of crushing injuries from rack tipping over on you:
— Do not stand or climb on any part of
rack. — Push rack only. Do not pull it. — Always lock swivel casters before load-
ing or unloading stock.
• Do not exceed weight capacities: — Each shelf arm: 66 lbs. (265 lbs. for
any of the three upper shelf levels) — Bottom shelf level: 440 lbs. — Entire rack: 1100 lbs.
• Always lock swivel casters when rack is not being used to transport stock.
• Do not allow children unsupervised access to rack.

To assemble rack:
1. Attach (2) fixed casters to base frame with
(8) M10-1.5 hex nuts, (8) 10mm lock washers, (16) 10mm flat washers, and (8) M10-1.5 x 25 hex bolts (see Figure 3).
Note: Finger tighten all fasteners until told
otherwise later in instructions.

2. Attach (2) swivel casters to base frame with
(8) M10-1.5 hex nuts, (8) 10mm lock washers, (16) 10mm flat washers, and (8) M10-1.5 x 25 hex bolts (see Figure 4).

M10-1.5 hex nuts, (8) 10mm lock washers, (16) 10mm flat washers, and (8) M10-1.5 x 80 hex bolts (see Figure 5).

Locking Rack
When the Model T34006 is not being used to
transport stock, store the rack on a flat surface and lock the two swivel casters. To lock the swivel casters, press down on the caster lock pedals (see Figure 7). To unlock the swivel casters, press down on the caster unlock pedals.

4. Attach beam to shelf frames with (6) M10-1.5
x 65 hex bolts, (12) 10mm flat washers, (6) 10mm lock washers, and (6) M10-1.5 hex nuts (see Figure 6). Machine ID label should face same direction as shelves.

Moving Rack
After loading the rack, unlock the swivel casters, then push the rack from the rear, as shown in Figure 8. Steering the rack with the swivel casters at the rear will provide more control.
