CANTILEVER PIPE CART

Introduction
The T33881 is 63" wide, 30" deep, and 611⁄2 " tall,
has three load levels, and has a maximum load
capacity of 2200 lbs. (top level 300 lbs., middle
level 500 lbs., bottom level 1400 lbs.). Use locking
swivel casters to lock cart in place, or unlock them
to transport your stock around the shop.

• To reduce risk of crushing injuries from
cart tipping over on you:
— Do not stand or climb on any part of
cart.
— Push cart only. Do not pull it.
— Always lock swivel casters before load-
ing or unloading stock.
• Do not exceed weight capacities:
— Top level 300 lbs.
— Middle level 500 lbs.
— Bottom level 1400 lbs.
— Entire cart: 2200 lbs.
• Always install removable pegs to secure
stock and keep it from falling and striking
operator or bystanders.
• Always lock swivel casters when cart is
not being used to transport stock.
• Do not allow children unsupervised
access to cart.

M10-1.5 x 30 hex bolts, (4) 10mm flat washers, and (2) M10-1.5 hex nuts (see Figure 4).
Note: Finger tighten all fasteners until told
otherwise later in instructions.

12. Have another person help you attach remaining beam assembly from Step 8 to base
assembly with (4) M10-1.5 x 30 hex bolts, (8)
10mm flat washers, and (4) M10-1.5 hex nuts
(see Figure 15).

Beam Assembly
Locking Cart
When the Model T33881 is not being used to
transport stock, store the cart on a flat surface
and lock the two swivel casters. To lock the swivel
casters, press down on the caster lock pedals
(see Figure 16). To unlock the swivel casters,
press down on the caster unlock pedals.

13. Square beam assemblies, then tighten all
fasteners.

Moving Cart
After loading the cart, install the pegs to keep
stock secure on the shelves. Unlock the swivel
casters, then push the cart from the rear, as
shown in Figure 17. Steering the cart with the
swivel casters at the rear will provide more control. When you are ready to unload the cart, the
pegs can be removed for easy unloading.
