Introduction
The Model T33380 is designed to lift up to 1,100
lbs. It features a hydraulically actuated foot pedal
for easily raising the heavy-duty table, and a hand
lever for controlled release of hydraulic pressure
to smoothly bring the table back down. Included
are 5" wheels and two locking casters.

• DO NOT exceed hydraulic cart weight
capacity of 1100 lbs.
• Make sure load is secure before moving,
lifting or lowering hydraulic cart. Sudden
change in dynamic load at maximum
weight capacity could cause hydraulic
cart to tip or collapse, resulting in serious personal injury or property damage.
• DO NOT allow people to ride or sit on
hydraulic cart.
• DO NOT transport loads with the cart in a
raised position.
• Use hydraulic cart on level surfaces. DO
NOT use cart on sloped surfaces.
• Operate table control lever smoothly and
slowly for a controlled descent.
• When not in use, lock casters.
• Make sure to lock casters when using
cart as a work surface.
• Keep body parts, feet, tools, and people
clear of lift assembly. Serious injury can
occur when raising or lowering table.
• Periodically check all fasteners and tighten, if necessary, prior to use.

4. Attach foot pedal to foot lever using (1)
M8-1.25 x 30 cap screw, (1) 8mm flat washer,
and (1) 8mm hex nut (see Figure 4).

Assembly
1. Place cart on a level surface and lock casters.
2. Attach push handle to base of cart using
(2) M12-1.75 x 25 hex bolts, (2) 12mm
lock washers, and (2) 12mm flat washers
(see Figure 2).

Bleeding Hydraulic Ram
Before using the Model T33380 for the first time,
the hydraulic ram must be purged (bled) of air.

Operation
1. Position cart next to workpiece, and lock
caster wheels.

and secure with tie-downs, shims, etc., as
necessary for safety.

Remove plug, add fluid until it is even with
bottom of plug hole, then install fill plug (see
Figure 7).

Grizzly Industrial, Inc. warrants every product it sells for a period of 1 year to the original purchaser from

and any and all warranties that may be implied by law, including any merchantability or fitness, for any particular purpose, are hereby limited to the duration of this written warranty. We do not warrant or represent
that the merchandise complies with the provisions of any law or acts unless the manufacturer so warrants.
In no event shall Grizzly’s liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product and
any legal actions brought against Grizzly shall be tried in the State of Washington, County of Whatcom.
We shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property or for incidental, contingent, special,
or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
The manufacturers reserve the right to change specifications at any time because they constantly strive to
achieve better quality equipment. We make every effort to ensure that our products meet high quality and
durability standards and we hope you never need to use this warranty.
In the event you need to use this warranty, contact us by mail or phone and give us all the details. We will
then issue you a “Return Number,’’ which must be clearly posted on the outside as well as the inside of
the carton. We will not accept any item back without this number. Proof of purchase must accompany the
merchandise.
