Introduction
The Model T32712 Radius Guide Set quickly rounds 90º corners in one pass on your mount­ed router (not included). Rubber pads and a firm handle provide support during operations.
IMPORTANT: The Model T32712 should only be used with a mounted router! Handheld rout­ers DO NOT offer the support required to safely and effectively use the radius guides.

To install and use radius guide:
Use measurement at corner of each guide

to determine which is appropriate for your operation (see Figure 2).
Note: If desired radius is larger than 1", use
a bandsaw or an alternate cutting method to remove the majority of workpiece material outside of radius.

To reduce risk of hand injury, always wear heavy leather gloves when handling router bits.
To reduce risk of eye injury, always wear ANSI-approved safety glasses when operating this tool on your router.
3. Select an appropriate flush trim bit for your
router (see Figure 3).
IMPORTANT: Always refer to the manufac-
turer's instructions included with your router before installing or removing bits.

DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!

5. Install flush trim bit in your router and adjust
bit depth so guide bearing is aligned with radius guide on workpiece (see Figure 4).

Connect router to power, turn router ON,

then allow flush trim bit to reach full speed.
7. Place radius guide on corner of workpiece and verify locking tabs are flush against workpiece edge.
