Lubrication
We recommend adding a few drops of SAE 10W30 oil every three months to each rotating point
shown in Figure 6.
Lift Position: Raises pallet jack forks when handle is pumped. Move lever down until it locks in
place, then pump handle to lift forks.
Lower Position: Lowers pallet jack. Pull lever up
SLO W LY to begin lowering forks. Avoid pulling
lever up quickly or load will drop suddenly.
Neutral Position: Place handle in this position
to move load. In neutral position, pump and lift
mechanism are disengaged so that handle can
move up and down freely while operator pulls jack
during moving operation.
1. Fill pump assembly with hydraulic oil. If necessary,
drain old/contaminated oil and replace.
2. Pump off extra hydraulic oil.
3. Loosen handle adjustment hex nut (Page 2).
4. Inspect/replace lifting components.
1. Inspect mechanism, clear debris.
2. Tighten handle adjustment hex nut (Page 2).
3. Inspect/replace damaged lifting components.
1. Clean relief valve/change hydraulic oil.
2. Inspect/replace.
