MODEL T27327
22" BED EXTENSION
FOR T25920 & T25926

Introduction
The Model T27327 Bed Extension extends the bed
length of the Model T25920 and T25926 benchtop
lathes to accommodate longer workpieces.

4. Center tailstock over bed extension and lathe
(see Figure 2), and tighten clamp handle.
This will align bed extension and lathe bed to
bottom of tailstock.

extension.
Remove (2) M10-1.5 x 12 cap screws secur-

Secure bed extension to lathe bed with both

10mm lock washers. Finger-tighten only for
now.

Loosen tailstock clamp handle, and slide

bed to shim the bed extension up (see
Figure 3), then adjust bed extension rubber feet to level bed surface.

— If bed extension tilts up, use a strip of
masking tape along top edge of lathe bed
to shim bed extension down (see Figure
4), then adjust rubber feet to level bed
surface.
— If bed extension is skewed left or right,
use a vertical strip of masking tape along
corresponding edge of lathe bed to make
bed extension parallel with lathe bed (see
Figure 5).
