URETHANE BANDSAW TIRES

Introduction

Urethane bandsaw tires provide a long-lasting
alternative to rubber bandsaw tires. Replace the
tires as a pair to ensure even wear and optimum
performance.

3. With the wheel held firmly in place, slip the
end of the tire over the base of the wheel, as
shown in Figure 2.

4. Stretch the tire over the rest of the wheel,

adjusting it as needed to center it on the
wheel.

Installation

1. Remove the bandsaw wheel.

2. Remove the old bandsaw tires from the

wheels and clean the wheels thoroughly.

Tip: Carefully slide the shaft of a screwdriver

under the tire and along the wheel to adjust
the tire on the wheel, as shown in Figure 3.
