Introduction

The Model T1247 Angle Table with Swivel Base is
used for inspection and layout jobs, as well as for
boring, drilling, grinding, and milling operations.
It comes fully assembled. The angle and rotary
scales are graduated in 1˚ increments. All three
T-slots are
crank handle fits on either side of the table.

Setup & Operation

The Model T1247 has two mounting slots in its
base. Use suitable T-bolts and fasteners or acces­sory clamps to attach the Model T1247 to a milling
machine table.

Open-End Wrench

To set up and operate T1247:

1. Secure Model T1247 to milling machine table

with suitable fasteners or accessory clamps
using the two mounting slots (see Figure 1).

2. Adjust table angle by loosening (2) tilt
lock bolts and turning crank handle
(see Figure 1). Tighten lock bolts when angle
adjustment is complete.

3. Change swivel angle by loosening (2) swivel
lock nuts (see Figure 1) and rotating angle
table by hand. Tighten lock nuts when adjust­ment is complete.

Lubrication & Maintenance

The Model T1247 requires minimal care for proper
operation. Use a shop rag or stiff brush and min­eral spirits to remove milling debris before lubri­cating table.

To maintain and lubricate T1247:

1. Lubricate all moving parts frequently with

light machine oil.

Wear safety glasses during
the entire setup and opera­tion process!

table and other non-painted surfaces when
not in use to help prevent rust.
