Introduction
The Grizzly T1189 Dual-End Trimmer produces straight edgebanding seams on flat or radiused surfaces. The frame body pivots for precise cuts.
The T1189 is designed to be used with the Grizzly G0825 Portable Edgebander, but it may also be used with other edgebanders that operate within the specifications listed below.

Service
The Model T1189 features two shear blades. Over time the blades may become dull from use. We recommend replacing both blades at the same time for best performance.
Tool Needed Qty
Phillips Head Screwdriver #2 ............................ 1
To replace shear blades:
1. Remove (2) Phillips head screws securing
large shear blade and (2) flat head screws securing small shear blade (see Figures 8A & 8B). Be careful not to lose M4-.7 hex nut attached to each screw.
