Ein Laubbläser ist kein Nass-Sauger! Bitte vermeiden Sie das Ansaugen von nassen Materialien (Laub, Schmutz sowie Zweige, Äste, Tannenzapfen, Gras,

Erde, Sand, Rindenmulch/Häckselgut, usw.). Saugen Sie nicht auf feuchten oder nassen Rasen-, Gras- oder Wiesenächen. Fehlanwendungen können unter Umständen zu Verstopfungen in der Häckselkammer und dadurch zu bedingter, reduzierter Leistungsfähigkeit führen. Das Gerät muss dann unter Umständen komplett zerlegt und gesäubert werden. Diese Arbeit ist von einer Fachkraft durchzuführen und unterliegt nicht der Garantie.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nicht bei Regen, bei schlechter Witterung oder in feuchter Umgebung. Arbeiten Sie nur bei Tageslicht oder guter künstlicher Beleuchtung.

Verwendungszweck

Das Gerät ist nur für das Herausblasen und Ansaugen von dürrem Blattwerk im privaten Haus- und Hobbygarten bestimmt. Jede andere Verwendung, die in dieser Anleitung nicht ausdrücklich zugelassen wird, kann zu Schäden am Gerät führen und eine ernsthafte Gefahr für den Benutzer darstellen. Das Gerät darf nicht in Bereichen mit gesund heitsgefährdenden Stäuben oder als Nasssauger verwendet werden. Das Gerät ist zum Gebrauch durch Erwachsene bestimmt. Jugendliche über 16 Jahre dürfen das Gerät nur unter Aufsicht benutzen. Die Benutzung des Gerätes bei Regen oder feuchter Umgebung ist verboten.

Der Bediener oder Nutzer ist für Unfälle oder Schäden an anderen Menschen oder deren Eigentum verantwortlich. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden, die durch bestimmungswidrigen Gebrauch oder falsche Bedienung verursacht wurden.

Funktionsbeschreibung

Der Laubbläser besitzt ein Gebläse bzw. ein Blattansaugewerk für die Funktionen Blasen und Ansaugen. In der Betriebsart Blasen lässt sich das Laub schnell zusammenblasen oder aus schwer zugänglichen Orten wegblasen. In der Betriebsart Ansaugen wird das angesaugte Laub zur Volumenverringerung zerkleinert, durch den Auswurfkanal geblasen und im Fangsack gesammelt.

Der Fangsack ist mit einer einseitigen Innenbeschichtung gegen das Nachaußendringen von Feinstaub und Nässe versehen. Diese Beschichtung bendet sich auf der linken Fangsackseite und dient zum Schutz vor Verschmutzung Ihrer Arbeitskleidung. Mit der Flachsaugdüse ist ächiges Ansaugen von trockenen Blättern oder Blattteilen möglich. Zur leichteren Führung des Rohres am Boden dienen die Führungsrollen am unteren Ende des Rohres.

Zum Schutz des Bedieners darf das Gerät nur mit vollständig montiertem zweiteiligem Blas-/Saugrohr betrieben werden.

Die Funktion der Bedienteile entnehmen Sie bitte den nachfolgenden Beschreibungen.

Montageanleitung

Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an

dem Gerät den Netzstecker. Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile. Es besteht Verletzungsgefahr.

Vor der Inbetriebnahme des Ge-

rätes muss das Blas-/Saugrohr vollständig montiert und verschraubt sowie Fangsack und Tragegurt befestigt sein.

Blas-/ Saugrohr montieren:

Achten Sie bei der Montage da-

rauf, die Rohre nicht zu verkanten. Die sich im Rohr bendlichen elektrische Kontakte könnten beschädigt werden.

Verbinden Sie zuerst das untere Blas-/ Saugrohr mit dem oberen Blas-/Saugrohr.

Lösen Sie die Schrauben C am unteren Ende des oberen Blas-/ Saugrohres.

Schieben Sie das untere Blas-/ Saugrohr in das obere Blas-/ Saugrohr. Setzen Sie das untere Blas-/ Saugrohr leicht schräg am oberen runden Rohrteil des oberen Blas-/ Saugrohres an und kippen Sie es mit Druck in das obere Blas-/ Saugrohr ein. Fixieren Sie die Schrauben C wieder.

Verbinden Sie das nun vormontierte Blas-/ Saugrohr mit dem Laubbläser-Motorteil. Entfernen Sie hierzu die Schrauben A und lösen Sie die Schrauben B. Schieben Sie das obere Blas-/ Saugrohr in das Gehäuse der Maschine. Setzen Sie das obere Blas-/ Saugrohr leicht schräg am oberen runden Gehäuseteil an und kippen Sie es mit Druck in das Gehäuse der Maschine. Positionieren Sie wieder die Schrauben A und xieren Sie alle Schrauben (A und B).

Flachsaugdüse montieren:

1. Um mit der Flachsaugdüse (1) zu arbeiten, stecken Sie diese auf die Ansaugöffnung am Rohr auf. Zum Entfernen der Flachsaugdüse ziehen Sie die Düse aus dem Rohr heraus.

Bodenfreiheit einstellen:

2. Um die Bodenfreiheit der Flachsaugdüse (1) einzustellen ziehen Sie die Räder nach Außen und Drehen Sie die Räder in die nächste Rastposition. Es sind drei Rastpostionen möglich. Verwenden Sie auf beiden Seiten der Flachsaugdüse eine gleich hohe Position.

Fangsack montieren:

3. Setzen Sie den Halterahmen auf die Öffnung am Motorteil auf. Drücken Sie den Halterahmen über die Rastleiste, bis der Kupplungshebel einrastet. Das

Gerät darf im Saugbetrieb nur mit montiertem Fangsack betrieben werden.

4. Befestigen Sie die Schlaufe des Fangsacks (12) am Blas-/ Saugrohr.

Tragegurt anbringen:

5. Haken Sie den Tragegurt am Befestigungssteg (4) ein.

Bedienung

Achtung Verletzungsgefahr!

Tragen Sie beim Arbeiten mit dem Gerät geeignete Kleidung und Arbeitshandschuhe. Vergewissern Sie sich vor jeder Benutzung, dass das Gerät funktionstüchtig ist. Vergewissern Sie sich, dass der Fangsack und das Rohr richtig montiert sind und der Tragegurt korrekt für die Arbeit eingestellt ist.

Beachten Sie den Lärmschutz und

örtliche Vorschriften. Die Benutzung des Gerätes kann an bestimmten Tagen (Sonn- und Feiertagen), während bestimmter Tageszeiten (Mittagszeiten, Nachtruhe) oder in besonderen Gebieten (Kurorten, Kliniken) eingeschränkt oder verboten sein.

Nach dem Ausschalten des Ge-

rätes dreht sich das Flügelrad noch einige Zeit weiter. Verletzungsgefahr durch sich drehendes Werkzeug.

Inbetriebnahme

Kraftstoff einfüllen

Sorgen Sie beim Hantieren mit

Kraftstoff immer für eine gute Belüftung. Rauchen Sie beim Tanken nicht und halten Sie jegliche Wärmequellen fern. Tanken Sie niemals bei laufendem oder heißem Motor. Öffnen Sie vorsichtig den Tankdeckel, so dass sich ein evtl. vorhandener Überdruck langsam abbauen kann. Starten Sie das Gerät nicht in der Nähe des Befüllungsortes. Verwenden Sie zur Aufbewahrung des Kraftstoffs geeignete und zulässige Behälter. Bei Nichtbeachtung besteht Brand- oder Explosionsgefahr.

Verwenden Sie nur das in der Anlei-

tung empfohlene Kraftstoffgemisch. Es darf nicht älter als 3 Monate sein. Bei Nichtbeachten kann der Motor beschädigt werden und Sie verlieren den Garantieanspruch.

Vermeiden Sie direkten Hautkon-

takt mit Benzin und das Einatmen von Benzindämpfen. Es besteht Gesundheitsgefahr!

Das Gerät wird mit einer Mi-

schung aus bleifreiem Benzin und Zweitaktmotoröl (der Qualität API TC) im Verhältnis 40:1 betrieben.

• Verwenden Sie nie unverdünnten

Kraftstoff. Benutzen Sie nur ZweitaktMotoröl (kein Viertakt-Motoröl oder Öl für wassergekühlte Motoren). Bei Nichtbeachtung kann der Motor beschädigt werden und Sie verlieren den Garantieanspruch.

1. Mischen Sie Benzin und Öl stets in

einem sauberen, für Benzin vorgesehenen Behältnis.

2. Füllen Sie zuerst die Hälfte des Ben-

zins, dann die gesamte Ölmenge ein und schütteln Sie den Behälter. Geben Sie dann den Rest des Benzins dazu und schütteln Sie nochmals.

3. Schrauben Sie den Tankdeckel ab und

füllen Sie die Kraftstoffmischung in den Benzintank. Wischen Sie um den Tankdeckel Benzinreste ab und schließen Sie den Tankdeckel wieder.

4. Drücken Sie die Treibstoffpumpe (Primer) (8) 6 x.

5. Ziehen Sie das Starterseil am Startergriff (6), bis der Motor startet.

6. Schieben Sie den Chokehebel in die mittlere Halbgasstellung und lassen Sie den Motor im Leerlauf für ein bis zwei Minuten Warmlaufen.

7. Ist der Motor warm gelaufen, schieben Sie den Chokehebel in Betriebsposition (Sonnensymbol)

Das Sonnensymbol ist bei warmen Motor auch die Startposition des Chokehebels.

Motor stoppen

1. Lassen Sie den Gashebel los.

2. Zum Ausschalten der Zündung bringen

- Als Gebläse zum Anhäufen von dürrem Blattwerk oder zum Wegblasen aus schwer zugänglichen Stellen

- als Ansaugwerk zum Ansaugen von dürrem, trockenen Blattwerk. Bei Saugfunktion dient das Gerät auch als Häcksler. Die trockenen Blätter werden zerkleinert, ihr Volumen verringert und für eine eventuelle Kompostierung vorbereitet. Die Intensität der Zerkleinerung hängt von der Größe des Laubes und der noch enthaltenen Restfeuchtigkeit ab. Jede andere als die oben beschriebenen Verwendungen kann zu Schäden an der Maschine führen und eine Gefahr für den Benutzer darstellen.

Achten Sie beim Arbeiten darauf,

nicht mit dem Gerät gegen harte Gegenstände zu stoßen, die Schäden verursachen können. Saugen Sie

keine Festkörper wie Steine, Äste oder Astabschnitte, Tannenzapfen oder ähnliches an, da diese das Gerät, insbe sondere das Häckselwerk, beschädigen könnten. Re-

paraturen dieser Art unterliegen nicht der Garantie.

Betriebsart Blasen:

• Stellen Sie den Betriebsarten-Wahlschalter (11) auf das Symbol .

• Ein optimales Ergebnis beim Einsatz des Gebläses erhalten Sie mit einem Abstand zum Boden von 5 - 10 cm.

• Richten Sie den Luftstrahl von sich weg. Achten Sie darauf, keine schweren Gegenstände aufzuwirbeln und so jemanden zu verletzen oder etwas zu beschädigen.

• Beginnen Sie die Arbeit mit der höchsten Blasleistung, um die herumliegenden Blätter rasch zu sammeln. Eine niedrigere Blasleistung wählen Sie, um den zuvor zusammengetragenen Laubhaufen zu verdichten.

• Lösen Sie vor dem Blasen am Boden anhaftende Blätter mit einem Besen oder Rechen.

• Die Führungsrollen am Rohrende dienen zur Arbeitserleichterung auf ebenen Flächen.

Betriebsart Ansaugen:

• Stellen Sie den Betriebsarten-Wahlschalter (11) auf das Symbol Prüfen Sie, ob der Fangsack (12) korrekt montiert ist.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass nicht zu große Laubmengen gleichzeitig angesaugt werden. So vermeiden Sie, dass das Blas-/Saugrohr (2) verstopft und das Flügelrad blockiert.

• Zum Flächensaugen von trockenem Blattwerk oder Blattresten stecken Sie die beiliegende Flachsaugdüse (1) auf das Ende des Rohres auf.

Der Auswurfkanal sorgt für eine

optimale Beförderung des Laubes in den Fangsack. Zusätzlich dient er zu Ihrer Sicherheit vor Berührung des Flügelrades während des Betriebes.

Um den Fangsack nicht unnötig zu

verschleißen, vermeiden Sie es, ihn während der Arbeit über den Boden zu schleifen.

Stoppt das Gerät während der Be-

dienung plötzlich und saugt nicht, so ist es sofort auszuschalten. Überzeugen Sie sich davon, dass kein Material zwischen Flügelrad und Gehäuse eingeklemmt ist. Führen Sie die Arbeiten wie unter Kapitel „Reinigung und Wartung“ beschrieben aus. Startet das Gerät danach nicht, so wenden Sie sich an unser Service-Center.

Fangsack entleeren:

Bei vollem Fangsack vermindert sich das Saugvermögen erheblich. Entleeren Sie den Fangsack, wenn er voll ist oder die Saugleistung des Gerätes nachlässt.

Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an

dem Gerät den Zündkerzenstecker.

1. Warten Sie, bis das Flügelrad stillsteht.

2. Um den Fangsack (12) zu entfernen, hängen Sie die Schlaufe aus und drücken Sie den Kupplungshebel am Halterahmen.

3. Öffnen Sie den Reißverschluss am Fangsack und entleeren Sie ihn vollständig.

4. Montieren Sie den entleerten Fangsack wieder.

Reinigung und Wartung

Ziehen Sie vor allen Arbeiten an

dem Gerät den Zündkerzenstecker.

Lassen Sie Arbeiten, die nicht

in dieser Anleitung beschrieben sind, von unserem Service-Center durchführen. Verwenden Sie nur Originalteile.

Kontrollieren Sie den Laubbläser vor jedem Gebrauch auf offensichtliche Mängel wie lose, abgenutzte oder beschädigte Teile, korrekten Sitz von Schrauben oder anderer Teile. Tauschen Sie beschädigte Teile aus. Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Fangsack auf Verschleiß oder Beschädigung. Führen Sie folgende Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten regelmäßig durch. Dadurch ist eine lange und zuverlässige Nutzung gewährleistet.

Allgemeine Reinigungsarbeiten

Reinigen Sie das Gerät jeweils so-

fort nach der Arbeit, da sich sonst Schmutz mit Blattresten verhärtet und festsetzt und möglicherweise nicht mehr zu entfernen ist, ohne das Motorgehäuse zu demontieren.

Solche Reinigungsarbeiten unterliegen nicht der Garantie.

Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungs-

bzw. Lösungsmittel. Chemische Substanzen können die Kunststoffteile des Gerätes angreifen.

• Reinigen Sie das Gerätegehäuse, das Rohr und die Lüftungsöffnungen regelmäßig mit einer weichen Bürste oder einem Tuch. Reinigen Sie das Gerät niemals unter ießendem Wasser.

• Nehmen Sie nach Beenden der Arbeit den Fangsack (12) ab, stülpen ihn um und bürsten ihn gründlich aus. So vermeiden Sie das Entstehen von Schimmel und unangenehmen Gerüchen.

• Befreien Sie den Auslassbereich von etwaigen geschredderten Resten.

Luftlter reinigen

Betreiben Sie das Gerät nie

ohne Luftlter. Staub und Schmutz gelangen sonst in den Motor und führen zu Schäden an der Maschine. Halten Sie den Luftlter sauber.

1. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.

2. Lösen Sie die Schraube (15) an der

Luftlter-Abdeckung und nehmen Sie den Deckel (14) ab.

3. Nehmen Sie den Luftlter (13) aus

dem Filtergehäuse.

4. Reinigen Sie den Luftilter (13) mit Sei-

fe und Wasser.

Benutzen Sie niemals Benzin!

5. Lassen Sie den Filter an der Luft trock-

nen.

6. Setzen Sie den Filter in umgekehrter

Reihenfolge wieder ein.

Ersetzen Sie den Luftlter, wenn er

verschlissen, beschädigt oder stark verschmutzt ist.

Zündkerze wechseln

Verschlissene Zündkerzen oder ein zu

großer Zündabstand führen zu einer Leistungsreduzierung des Motors.

1. Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.

2. Entfernen Sie die Abdeckung (17) am Griff. Hebeln Sie hierzu an der oberen Einkerbung (16) den Einsatz aus dem Gehäuse.

3. Drücken Sie die Abdeckung (17) mit beiden Daumen in Pfeilrichtung nach Oben.

4. Ziehen Sie den Zündkerzenstecker von der Zündkerze ab.

5. Schrauben Sie die Zündkerze gegen den Uhrzeigersinn mit einem Zündkerzenschlüssel heraus.

6. Setzen Sie die neue Zündkerze ein.

7. Stecken Sie den Zündkerzenstecker wieder auf.

8. Beim Einsetzen der Abdeckung zuerst die beiden Stege einsetzen und dann fest Drücken.

9. Prüfen Sie den Zündabstand mit Hilfe einer Fühlerlehre (im Fachhandel erhältlich).

Der Elektrodenabstand muss 0,6-0,7 mm betragen.

10. Reinigen Sie die Zündkerze mit einer Drahtbürste.

Fangsack auswechseln

Wechseln Sie einen defekten Fangsack aus. Verwenden Sie nur den OriginalFangsack (siehe Kapitel „Ersatzteile“), ansonsten erlischt der Garantieanspruch.

Aufbewahrung

• Lagern Sie den Laubbläser an einem

trockenen, frostsicheren Ort, der für Kinder unzugänglich ist.

• Setzen Sie das Gerät nicht dem direkten Sonnenlicht aus, sondern lagern Sie es im Dunkeln oder Halbdunkeln.

• Umhüllen Sie das Gerät nicht mit Nylonsäcken, da sich Feuchtigkeit bilden könnte.

• Reinigen Sie das Gerät am Saisonende und zum Überwintern gründlich. Reinigen Sie den Fangsack, indem Sie ihn abnehmen, entleeren und mit handwarmem Wasser und Neutralseife waschen. Bringen Sie den getrockneten Fangsack wieder an.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass alle Muttern, Bolzen und Schrauben festgezogen sind, damit das Gerät in einem sicheren betriebsbereiten Zustand ist.

Garantie

• Für dieses Gerät leisten wir 24 Mo-

nate Garantie. Für gewerbliche Nutzung und Austauschgeräte gilt eine verkürzte Garantie.

• Schäden, die auf natürliche Abnut-

zung, Überlastung oder unsachgemäße Bedienung zurückzuführen sind, bleiben von der Garantie ausgeschlossen. Bestimmte Bauteile unterliegen einem normalen Verschleiß und sind von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.

• Voraussetzung für Garantieleistungen

ist zudem die Einhaltung der Hinweise zur Reinigung und Wartung.

• Schäden, die durch Material- oder

Herstellerfehler entstanden sind, werden unentgeltlich durch Ersatzlieferung oder Reparatur beseitigt.

Voraussetzung ist, dass das Gerät

unzerlegt und mit Kauf- und Garantie-

nachweis an den Händler zurückge-

geben wird.

Een bladblazer kan niet worden gebruikt voor het opzuigen van vocht! Voorkom het opzuigen van nat materiaal (blad en vuil, takken, twijgen, dennenappels, gras, aarde, zand, boomschors/houtsnippers, enz.). Zuig niet op vochtige of natte gazons, gras of weiden. Verkeerd gebruik kan leiden tot verstoppingen in de versnipperruimte, waardoor de machine minder goed functioneert. Het apparaat moet in dat geval volledig uit elkaar worden genomen en gereinigd. Deze werkzaamheden mogen alleen worden uitgevoerd door vallen niet onder de garantie.

Algemene veiligheidsinstructies

• Dit apparaat dient niet om door personen (kinderen inbegrepen) met beperkte fysieke, motorieke of psychische capaciteiten of met een tekort aan ervaring en/of kennis gebruikt te worden; tenzij zij van een voor de veiligheid instaande persoon onder toezicht staan of tenzij zij van deze laatste instructies krijgen, hoe het apparaat te gebruiken is.

• Kinderen dienen onder toezicht te staan om te vrijwaren dat ze niet met het apparaat spelen.

• Het apparaat mag niet door kinderen gebruikt worden. Wetten en lokale bepalingen kunnen een minimumleeftijd voor het gebruik voorzien. Evenzeer is het voor personen, die de gebruiksaanwijzing niet volledig kennen, verboden om werkzaamheden met dit apparaat door te voeren.

• De gebruiker is verantwoordelijk voor ongevallen en opduikende gevaren tegenover andere personen of tegenover hun eigendom.

Werkzaamheden met het apparaat:

Gevaar voor verwondingen

door weggeslingerde onderdelen! Omringende personen op een veilige afstand uit de gevarenzone houden.

Opgelet. Roterende waaier. Handen op een veilige af-

stand houden.

Maakt u zich met alle delen van het

toestel en met de juiste bediening van het toestel bekend, alvorens u met de werkzaamheden begint. Waarborg, dat het toestel in geval van nood meteen kan worden stopgezet. Het onreglementair gebruik kan tot zware verwondingen leiden.

Opgepast: zo vermijdt u ongevallen

en verwondingen:

De persoonlijke schermingsuitrustin gen beschermen uw eigen gezondheid en de gezondheid van andere personen en waarborgen de foutloze werking van het apparaat.

• Draag geschikte werkkledij, zoals vast schoeisel met slipvrije zool, een stevige, lange broek, beschermende handschoenen, beschermen de bril en een gehoorbescherming. Gebruik het apparaat niet wanneer u op blote voeten bent of open sandalen draagt. Draag een stofmas ker indien u in een stofge omgeving werkt.

• Bevochtig bij zeer droge omstandigheden het oppervlak lichtjes om de stofbelasting te verminderen.

• Draag geen kleding of sierrade die aan de luchtingang kunnen worden aangezogen. Draag bij lang haar een beschermende hoofdbekleding.

• Controleer regelmatig de functionaliteit en de ongeschonden toestand van het apparaat om gevaren voor de operators te vermijden.

• Houd het apparaat op een veilige afstand van mensen, meer bepaald van kinderen en huisdieren.

• Let op open vensters, kinderen, huisdieren, enz. Onderbreek het werk wanneer kinderen en huisdieren in de nabijheid vertoeven. Het geblazen materiaal kan in uw richting geslingerd worden. Neem een veiligheidsafstand van 5 m rond u in acht.

• Schakel het apparaat niet in indien het omgekeerd vastgehouden wordt of indien het zich niet in de werkstand bevindt.

• Richt het apparaat tijdens de werking niet op personen en richt meer bepaald de luchtstraal niet op ogen en oren.

• Maak uzelf met uw omgeving vertrouwd en let op mogelijke gevaren, die bij de werkzaamheden soms aan uw aandacht kunnen ontgaan.

• Let bij de werkzaamheden op een veilige stand, vooral aan hellingen. Houd het apparaat steeds met beide handen vast en werk uitsluitend met een correct ingestelde draagriem.

• Opgelet ! Heet oppervlak. Er bestaat

gevaar voor brandwonden:

- De uitlaat kan heet worden.

- Houd het apparaat uitsluitend aan

uw rechterzijde vast.

- Raak de uitlaat, ook niet met uw

kledij, aan.

• Inspecteer het te reinigen oppervlak zorgvuldig en ruim alle (prikkel- of metaal) draden, stenen, conservenblikjes en andere vreemde voor werpen uit de weg.

• Houd vingers en voeten op een veilige afstand van de opening van de aanzuigbuis en de waaier. Er bestaat gevaar voor verwondingen.

• Werk niet met apparaat indien u moe of on ge con centreerd bent of na het nuttigen van alcohol of tabletten. Las steeds tijdig een werkpau ze in. Ga op een verstandige manier aan het werk. Beweeg langzaam, ren niet.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet in geval van regen, slechte weersomstandigheden of in een vochtige omgeving. Werk uitsluitend bij daglicht of bij goede kunstmatige verlichting.

• Werk niet met een beschadigd, onvolledig of zonder de toestemming van de fabrikant omgebouwd apparaat. Controleer vóór het gebruik de veiligheidstoestand van het apparaat.

• Maak uitsluitend gebruik van het apparaat indien het volledig gemonteerd is.

• Gebruik het apparaat in de modus “Aanzuigen” uitsluitend indien de opvangzak aangebracht is.

• Zuig geen brandende, gloeiende of rokende materialen (bijvoorbeeld sigaretten, vuur(gloed)), dampen of licht ont-

vlambare, giftige of explosieve stoffen aan.

• Zuig geen vochtig of nat materiaal en geen vloeistoffen aan.

• Gebruik uitsluitend (reserve)onderdelen die door ons servicecentrum worden geleverd en aanbevolen.

• Maak uitsluitend gebruik van reserveonderdelen en toebehoren, die door de fabrikant geleverd en aanbevolen worden.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet in gesloten of slecht verluchte lokalen.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet in de nabijheid van ontvlambare vloeistoffen of gassen. Indien dit niet in acht genomen wordt, bestaat er brand of ontplofngsgevaar.

• Bewaar het apparaat op een droge plaats en buiten de reikwijdte van kinderen.

• Behandel uw apparaat met zorg. Neem de onderhoudsvoorschriften in acht.

• Controleer de vangzak regelmatig op slijtage of beschadigingen.

• Houd alle toegangen voor de koellucht vrij van vuil.

Opgepast! Zo vermijdt u schade

aan het apparaat en eventueel daaruit voortvloeiende lichamelijke letsels:

• Het lichaam niet te ver strekken en erop letten, het evenwicht niet te verliezen.

• Behandel uw toestel met zorgvuldigheid. Reinig regelmatig de luchtgleuven en volg de onderhoudsvoorschriften op.

• Overbelast uw apparaat niet. Werk uitsluitend binnen het aangegeven vermogensbereik. Gebruik geen machines met een laag prestatie vermogen voor zware werkzaamheden. Gebruik uw apparaat niet voor doeleinden, waarvoor het niet bestemd is.

• Probeer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren, tenzij u een geschikte opleiding hebt genoten. Alleen op een door ons servicecenter (kijk op pagina 145 voor de adresgegevens) mogen werkzaamheden worden verricht die niet in deze handleiding staan vermeld.

Gebruiksdoeleinde

Het apparaat is uitsluitend voor het wegblazen en aanzuigen van dorre bladeren in een huis- en hobbytuin voor particulieren bestemd. Iedere andere toepassing, die in deze gebruiksaanwijzing niet uitdrukkelijk toegelaten wordt, kan tot beschadigingen aan het apparaat leiden en een ernstig gevaar voor de gebruiker betekenen. Het apparaat mag niet gebruikt worden op plaatsen, waar er zich stof bevindt, dat de gezondheid in gevaar kan brengen. Evenmin mag het apparaat als zuiger bij natte weersomstandigheden gebruikt worden.

Het apparaat is voor het gebruik door volwassenen bestemd. Jongeren, ouder dan 16 jaar, mogen het apparaat uitsluitend onder toezicht gebruiken. De gebruikmaking van het apparaat bij regen of in een vochtige omgeving is verboden. De operator of gebruiker is voor ongevallen of schade aan andere mensen of aan hun eigendom verantwoordelijk. De fabrikant kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor schade, die door een in strijd met de bepalingen zijnde toepassing of door een foutieve bediening veroorzaakt werd.

Beschrijving van de werking

De bladblazer beschikt over een zuig-/ blaassysteem voor de functies blazen en zuigen. In de bedrijfsmodus blazen kan het blad snel bij elkaar of van moeilijk bereikbare plaatsen worden geblazen. In de bedrijfsmodus zuigen wordt het opgezogen blad versnipperd, zodat het minder ruimte inneemt. Vervolgens wordt het versnipperde blad in de opvangzak geblazen. De opvangzak is aan een kant van binnen gecoat, waardoor stof en vocht niet naar buiten wordt geblazen. Deze coating bevindt zich op de linkerkant van de opvangzak en voorkomt dat uw werkkleding vuil wordt. Met het brede zuigmondstuk kan blad van grote oppervlakken worden opgezogen. Voor een betere geleiding van de buis op de grond dienen de geleiderollen aan het onderste uiteinde van de buis. In de onderstaande omschrijvingen staat de functie van de bedieningsonderdelen omschreven.

Montageinstructies

Gelieve de netstekker uit te trek-

ken vooraleer werkzaamheden aan het apparaat door te voeren. Maak uitsluitend gebruik van originele onderdelen. Er bestaat gevaar voor verwondingen.

Vóór de ingebruikname van het

apparaat moet de blaas-/zuigbuis volledig gemonteerd en vastgeschroefd zijn. Bovendien moeten opvangzak en draagriem bevestigd zijn.

Blaas-/zuigbuis monteren:

Let er bij de montage op, de bui-

zen niet te kantelen. De in de buis aanwezige elektrische contacten zouden beschadigd kunnen worden.

Verbind eerst de onderste blaas-/zuigbuis met de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis.

Draai de schroeven C aan het onderste uiteinde van de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis los.

Schuif de onderste blaas-/zuigbuis in de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis. Plaats de onderste blaas-/zuigbuis lichtjes schuin tegen het bovenste ronde buisgedeelte van de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis en kantel deze met druk in de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis. Zet de schroeven C weer vast.

Verbind nu de voorgemonteerde blaas-/ zuigbuis met het motorgedeelte van de bladblazer.

Schuif de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis in de behuizing van de machine.

Plaats de bovenste blaas-/zuigbuis lichtjes schuin tegen het bovenste ronde gedeelte van de behuizing en kantel deze met druk in de behuizing van de machine. Positioneer de schroeven A terug en zet alle schroeven (A en B) vast.

Plat zuigmondstuk monteren:

1. Om met het platte zuigmondstuk (1) te werken, speldt u het op de aanzuigopening aan de buis op.

Om de straalbuis te verwijderen, trekt

u de straalbuis uit de buis.

Bodemvrijheid instellen:

2. Om de bodemvrijheid van het vlakke

zuigmondstuk (1) in te stellen, trekt u de wielen naar buiten en draait u de wielen in de volgende vergrendelpositie. Er zijn drie vergrendelposities mogelijk. Maak aan beide zijden van het vlakke zuigmondstuk gebruik van een even hoge positie.

Opvangzak monteren:

3. Breng het montageframe op de opening aan het motorgedeelte aan, zodat de handgreep in de richting van de voedingskabel ligt. Duw het montageframe over de vergrendellijst totdat de koppelingshefboom vast klikt. Het

apparaat mag in de zuigmodus enkel met een gemonteerde opvangzak bediend worden.

4. Bevestig de lus van de opvangzak (12) aan de blaas-/zuigbuis.

Draagriem aanbrengen:

5. Haak de draagriem aan de bevestigingsbrug (4) in.

Bedienen

Gevaar voor verwondingen!

Draag bij werkzaamheden met het apparaat geschikte kleding en werkhandschoenen. Vergewis u telkens vóór gebruik dat het apparaat in staat is om te functioneren. Vergewis u dat de opvangzak en de buis juist gemonteerd zijn en dat de draagriem correct voor de werkzaamheden ingesteld is.

Gelieve de geluidswering en de

plaatselijke voorschriften in acht te nemen. Het gebruik van het apparaat kan op bepaalde dagen (bijvoorbeeld zon- en feestdagen), op bepaalde tijdstippen van de dag (middaguur, nachtrust) of in speciale gebieden (bijvoorbeeld gezondheidsoorden, hospitalen etc.) beperkt of verboden zijn.

Na het uitschakelen van het ap-

paraat draait het schoepenrad nog een tijdje verder. Gevaar voor verwondingen door draaiend werktuig.

Brandstof ingieten

Zorg bij de hantering met brandstof

altijd voor een goede ventilatie.

Rook bij het tanken niet en houd

eender welke warmtebron op een veilige afstand. Tank nooit bij een draaiende of hete motor.

Open voorzichtig het tankdeksel

zodat eventueel aanwezige overdruk langzaam kan verminderen.

Start het apparaat niet in de nabij-

heid van de plaats, waar de tank gevuld wordt.

Gebruik geschikte en toegestane

reservoirs om de brandstof te bewaren.

Bij veronachtzaming bestaat er

brand- of explosiegevaar.

Gebruik uitsluitend het in de

handleiding aanbevolen brandstofmengsel. Het mag niet ouder dan 3 maanden zijn. Bij veronachtzaming kan de motor beschadigd worden en verliest u het recht op garantie.

Vermijd direct huidcontact en het

inademen van benzinedampen. Er bestaat gevaar voor de gezondheid!

Het apparaat wordt met

een mengsel van loodvrije benzine en tweetaktmotorolie (van de kwaliteit API TC) in de verhouding

40:1 bediend.

• Gebruik nooit onverdunde brandstof. Gebruik uitsluitend tweetaktmotorolie (geen viertaktmotorolie of olie voor watergekoelde motoren). Bij veronachtzaming kan de motor beschadigd worden en verliest u het recht op garantie.

1. Meng benzine en olie steeds in een schoon, voor benzine bestemd reservoir.

2. Giet eerst de helft van de benzine, dan de complete hoeveelheid olie in en schud het reservoir. Doe er dan de rest van de benzine bij en schud nogmaals.

3. Schroef het tankdeksel los en giet het brandstofmengsel in de benzinetank. Veeg rond het tankdeksel benzineresten af en sluit het tankdeksel terug.

Motor starten

1. Leg het apparaat op een vaste, effen onderlaag.

2. Om de ontsteking in te schakelen, duwt u de schakelaar “Aan/ uit” (3) in stand I.

3. Bij een koude start schuift u de chokehendel (7) op het sneeuwvloksymbool.

4. Druk 6 x op de brandstofpomp (primer) (8).

5. Trek aan de startkabel aan de starterhandgreep (6) totdat de motor start.

6. Schuif de chokehendel in de middelste halfgasstand en laat de motor stationair één tot twee minuten lang warm draaien.

7. Wanneer de motor warm gelopen is, schuift u de chokehendel in de bedrijfsstand (zonnesymbool)

Het zonnesymbool is bij een warme motor ook de startstand van de chokehendel.

Motor stoppen

1. Laat de gashendel los.

2. Om de ontsteking uit te schakelen, brengt u de stopschakelaar in de stand

Om de motor in geval van nood te

doen stoppen, drukt u de schakelaar “Aan/uit” in.

Let er vóór het inschakelen op dat

het apparaat geen voorwerpen raakt. Let op een veilige stand.

Het apparaat kan pas ingescha-

keld worden wanneer de complete blaas-/zuigbuis gemonteerd is.

1. Doe de draagriem om en stel deze op de optimale lengte in.

2. Ter keuze van het bedrijfssoort draait u de bedrijfssoort-keuzeschakelaar op het gewenste symbool (11).

Vooraleer de modus te wijzigen, moet het apparaat onvoorwaardelijk uitgeschakeld worden.

Modus “Blazen”

3. Om het apparaat in te schakelen,

schuift u de schakelaar “Aan/uit” (3) in de stand “I”. Om het apparaat uit te schakelen, schuift u de schakelaar “Aan/uit” (3) in de stand geschakeld.

Werkzaamheden met de bladzuiger

De bladblazer mag uitsluitend

voor de hierna volgende gebruiksdoeleinden toegepast worden:

- Als blazer voor het bijeenbrengen van dor gebladerte, afkomstig uit moeilijk toegankelijke plaatsen (bijvoorbeeld onder personenauto’s)

- Als aanzuiging voor het aanzuigen van dor, droog gebladerte. Bij de zuigfunctie dient het apparaat ook als hakselmachine. De droge bladeren worden jngehakt, hun volume verlaagd en op een eventuele compostering voorbereid. De intensiteit van de verbrijzeling hangt van de grootte van het gebladerte en van de nog aanwezige, resterende vochtigheid af. Iedere andere dan de hierboven beschreven toepassingen kan tot beschadigingen aan de machine leiden en een gevaar voor de gebruiker betekenen.

Bij de werkzaamheden dient u erop

te letten dat u met het apparaat niet stoot tegen harde voorwerpen, die beschadigingen kunnen veroorzaken. Zuig geen vaste objecten, zoals stenen, dikke of afgesneden takken, sparappels of dergelijke aan omdat deze het apparaat en meer in het bijzonder de hakselinrichting zouden kunnen beschadigen. Herstellingen

van deze aard ressorteren niet onder de garantie.

Modus “Blazen”:

• Plaats de moduskeuzeschakelaar (11) op het symbool

• Tot een optimaal resultaat bij het gebruik van de ventilator komt u met een afstand van 5 tot 10 cm tot de vloer.

• Richt de luchtstraal van uzelf weg. Let erop dat er geen zware voorwerpen opstuiven en dat deze zodoende iemand kunnen verwonden of iets kunnen beschadigen.

• Begin met het werk met de hoogste blaascapaciteit om de rondslingerende bladeren snel te verzamelen. Een lagere blaascapaciteit kiest u om de voordien samengebrachte hoop bladeren samen te persen.

• Maak vóór het blazen op de vloer vastklevende bladeren met een bezem of een hark.

• De geleiderollen aan het uiteinde van de buis dienen om het werk op effen oppervlakten te verlichten.

Modus “Aanzuigen”:

• Plaats de moduskeuzeschakelaar op het symbool vangzak (12) correct gemonteerd is.

• Let erop dat er geen al te grote hoeveelheden gebladerte tegelijkertijd aangezogen worden. Zo vermijdt u dat de blaas-/zuigbuis verstopt en geraakt en de waaier blokkeert.

• Om droge bladeren of bladerresten vlak te zuigen, plaatst u de bijgeleverde, vlakke sproeier op het uiteinde van de buis.

Het afvoerkanaal zorgt voor een

optimaal transport van het blad in de opvangzak. Bovendien dient de zak voor uw veiligheid, om te voorkomen dat u tijdens het gebruik van de blazer in aanraking komt met de ronddraaiende rotordelen.

Om de opvangzak niet onnodig te

verslijten, vermijdt u, deze gedurende het werk over de grond te slepen.

Indien het apparaat tijdens de

bediening plotseling stopt en niet zuigt, dient het onmiddellijk te worden uitgeschakeld. Overtuig uzelf ervan dat er geen materiaal tussen het schoepenrad van de shredder en de behuizing vastgeklemd is. Voer de werkzaamheden uit, zoals in hoofdstuk “Reiniging en onderhoud” beschreven. Neem contact op met ons servicecenter als het apparaat niet start.

Opvangzak ledigen:

Bij een volle opvangzak wordt het zuigend vermogen aanzienlijk verminderd. Indien de zak vol is of indien het zuigend vermogen van het apparaat afneemt, moet de opvangzak geledigd worden.

Trek vóór alle werkzaamheden aan

het apparaat de bougiestekker uit.

1. Wacht totdat de waaier stilstaat.

2. Om de opvangzak te verwijderen, haakt u de lus uit en drukt u de koppelingshefboom aan het montageframe in.

3. Open de ritssluiting aan de opvangzak en ledig de opvangzak volledig.

4. Monteer de geledigde opvangzak opnieuw.

Reiniging en onderhoud

Trek vóór alle werkzaamheden aan

het apparaat de bougiestekker uit.

Laat werkzaamheden die niet zijn

omschreven in deze gebruiksaanwijzing uitvoeren door ons servicecenter. Gebruik uitsluitend originele onderdelen.

Controleer de bladblazer telkens vóór gebruik op zichtbare gebreken, zoals losse, versleten of beschadigde onderdelen. Controleer eveneens of de onderdelen zich op de juiste plaats bevinden. Wissel beschadigde onderdelen uit. Controleer regelmatig de opvangzak op slijtage of beschadiging. Voer de hierna volgende onderhouds- en reinigingswerkzaamheden regelmatig door. Daardoor wordt een lang en betrouwbaar gebruik gewaarborgd.

Algemene reinigingswerkzaamheden

Reinig het apparaat telkens onmid-

dellijk na de werkzaamheden, omdat anders vuil en bladresten verharden en vastklemmen en mogelijk niet meer te verwijderen zijn zonder de motorkast te demonteren.

Dergelijke reinigingswerkzaamheden ressorteren niet onder de garantie.

Maak geen gebruik van respectie-

velijk reinigings- of oplosmiddelen. Deze zouden het apparaat daardoor onherstelbaar kunnen beschadigen. Chemische substanties kunnen de kunststofonderdelen van het apparaat aantasten.

• Reinig de behuizing van het apparaat, de buis en de ventilatiesleuven regelmatig met een zachte borstel of een doekje. Reinig het apparaat nooit met behulp van stromend water.

• Verwijder de opvangzak nadat de werkzaamheden doorgevoerd werden, draai de opvangzak om en borstel hem grondig schoon. Zo voorkomt u het ontstaan van schimmel en een onaangename geur.

• Maak het uitlaatbereik van eventuele opgehoopte resten vrij.

Luchtlter reinigen

Bedien het apparaat nooit zonder

luchtlter. Stof en vuil geraken anders in de motor en leiden tot schade aan de machine. Houd de luchtlter schoon.

1. Schakel het apparaat uit.

2. Draai de schroef (15) aan de afdekking van de luchtlter los en verwijder het deksel (14).

3. Neem de luchtlter (13)uit het lterhuis.

4. Reinig de luchtlter (13)met zeep en water.

Gebruik nooit benzine!

5. Laat de lter in de buitenlucht drogen.

6. Breng de lter in omgekeerde volgorde weer aan.

Vervang de luchtlter wanneer hij

versleten, beschadigd of sterk vervuild is.

Bougie wisselen

Versleten bougies of een te grote

ontstekingsafstand leiden/leidt tot een vermindering van het prestatievermogen van de motor.

1. Schakel het apparaat uit.

2. Verwijder de afdekking (17) aan de handgreep. Til aan de bovenste inkeping (16) het element uit de behuizing.

3. Duw de afdekking (17) met beide duimen in de richting van de pijl naar boven.

4. Trek de bougiestekker van de bougie af.

5. Schroef de bougie tegen de richting van de wijzers van de klik in met een bougiesleutel uit.

6. Breng de nieuwe bougie aan.

7. Speld de bougiestekker weer op.

8. Bij de plaatsing van de afdekking eerst de beide verbindingsstukken aanbrengen en dan vastduwen.

9 Controleer de elektrodeafstand met een

voelermaat (verkrijgbaar in de vakhandel).

De elektrodeafstand moet 0,6-0,7 mm

bedragen.

10. Reinig de bougie met een staalborsteltje.

Opvangzak uitwisselen

Wissel een defecte opvangzak uit. Maak uitsluitend gebruik van originele opvangzakken (zie hoofdstuk “Reserveonderdelen”). In het andere geval komt de garantieclaim te vervallen.

Bewaring

• Berg de bladblazer op een droge, vorstbestendige plaats op, die niet voor kinderen toegankelijk is.

• Stel het apparaat niet aan vlak zonlicht bloot, maar berg het in het donker of in de schemering op.

• Bedek het apparaat niet met nylonzakken omdat er dan vochtigheid zou kunnen ontstaan.

• Reinig het apparaat grondig op het einde van het seizoen en met het oog op de winter. Reinig de opvangzak door deze te verwijderen, te ledigen en met handwarm water en neutrale zeep te wassen. Breng de gedroogde zak terug aan.

• Vergewis u dat alle moeren, bouten en schroeven vast aangedraaid zijn opdat het apparaat zich in een veilige, operationele

toestand bevindt.

Garantie

• Wij geven 24 maanden garantie op dit product. Bij bedrijfsdoeleinden en vervangen apparaten geldt een kortere garantie.

• Deze garantiebepaling is niet van toepassing op beschadigingen die het gevolg zijn van natuurlijke slijtage, onreglementair gebruik of overbelasting. Bepaalde onderdelen van de pomp worden blootgesteld aan natuurlijke slijtage. Deze onderdelen vallen niet onder de garantiebepaling.

• De vereiste voorwaarde voor garantievergoedingen is bovendien dat de in de gebruiksaanwijzing verstrekte instructies voor de reiniging en het onderhoud in acht genomen werden.

• Beschadigingen, die door materiaal- of fabricagefouten ontstaan zijn, worden gratis door schadeloosstelling of door een herstelling verholpen. Voorwaarde is dat het apparaat niet gedemonteerd is en met aankoop- en garantiebewijs bij de dealer wordt ingeleverd.

• Herstellingen, die niet onder de garantie ressorteren, kunt u tegen facturatie door ons servicecenter laten doorvoeren. Ons servicecenter maakt graag voor u een bestek op.

Wij kunnen apparaten slechts behan-

delen indien ze voldoende verpakt en gefrankeerd toegezonden werden.

• Opgelet: In geval van klachten of ser-

vice dient u uw apparaat in een gereinigde toestand en met een vermelding van het defect naar het adres van ons servicecenter te zenden.

Ongefrankeerd – als oningepakt vrachtgoed, als expresgoed of met een andere speciale vracht – ingezonden apparaten worden niet aangenomen.

• De afvalverwijdering van uw defecte ingezonden apparaten voeren wij gratis door.

Afvalverwerking en milieubescherming

Breng het apparaat, de toebehoren en de verpakking naar een geschikt recyclagepunt.

Geef het apparaat in een recyclagepark af. De gebruikte onderdelen van kunststof en metaal kunnen per categorie gescheiden worden en zodoende gerecycleerd worden. Raadpleeg hiervoor ons servicecenter. De afvalverwijdering van uw defecte ingezonden apparaten voeren wij gratis door.

Un soufeur de feuilles n’est pas un aspirateur à eau! On doit donc éviter d’aspirer des matériaux humides (qu’il s’agisse de feuilles mortes et de boue ou de branches, rameaux, pommes de pin, herbe, terre, sable, mulch d’écorce, fourrage, etc.). Il ne faut pas aspirer sur des surfaces herbeuses et des pelouses humides ou mouillées. Une utilisation non conforme à ces prescriptions risque de provoquer des engorgements dans la chambre de broyage et ainsi de limiter ou d’entraver l’efcacité de l‘appareil. Il faut alors, le cas échéant, démonter intégralement la machine et la nettoyer.

Pour travailler avec le soufeur de feuilles :

Familiarisez-vous avec toutes les

pièces de l’appareil et avec son mode d’emploi correct avant de commencer à travailler. Assurezvous de pouvoir interrompre immédiatement son fonctionnement en cas d’urgence. Une utilisation non conforme aux instructions peut provoquer de graves blessures.

Prudence : vous éviterez ainsi acci-

dents et blessures :

Les équipements de protection personnels protègent votre santé et celle d’autrui. Ils garantissent un fonctionnement sans problèmes de l’appareil.

• Portez une tenue de travail adaptée et des chaussures solides munies d’une semelle antidérapante, un pantalon long robuste, des gants, des lunettes de protection et un casque antibruit. N’utilisez pas l’appareil si vous êtes pieds nus ou si vous portez des sandales ouvertes. Portez un dispositif anti-poussières.

• Si les conditions sont très sèches, humidiez légèrement la surface pour diminuer la charge de poussière.

• Ne portez pas de vêtements ni de bijoux susceptibles d’être aspirés à l’entrée d’air. Si vous avez les cheveux longs, couvrez-les avec une coiffe de protection.

• Contrôlez régulièrement le bon fonctionnement et l’intégrité de l’appareil pour éviter la mise en danger de l’utilisateur.

• Ne laissez pas l’appareil à proximité des personnes, en particulier des enfants, et des animaux domestiques.

• Faîtes attention aux fenêtres ouvertes, aux enfants, aux animaux domestiques etc. et interrompez le travail si des enfants et des animaux domestiques se tiennent à proximité. Tout élément soufé peut être projeté dans leur direction. Maintenez une distance de sécurité de 5m autour de vous.

• Ne mettez pas l’appareil en marche lorsque vous le tenez à l’envers ou qu’il ne se trouve pas en position de fonctionnement.

• Pendant la marche, n’orientez pas l’appareil vers des personnes, en particulier la veine d’air en direction de leurs yeux ou de leurs oreilles.

• Familiarisez-vous avec votre cadre et soyez attentif aux éventuels dangers que

vous seriez susceptibles de ne pas percevoir.

• Veillez à assurer votre position de travail, en particulier sur terrain en pente. Tenez toujours l’appareil fermement avec les deux mains et portez la sangle réglée à vos mesures.

• Attention! Surfaces brûlantes.

Risques de brûlures:

- L‘échappement peut devenir chaud.

- Tenez l‘appareil exclusivement sur

votre côté droit.

- Ne touchez pas à l‘échappement,

même avec vos habits.

• Examinez attentivement la surface à nettoyer et éliminez tous les ls, pierres, boîtes en aluminium et autres corps étrangers.

• Tenez vos doigts et vos pieds loin de l’ouverture du tuyau de soufage et de la roue de guidage. Danger de blessure.

• Ne travaillez pas avec l’appareil si vous vous sentez fatigué ou inattentif, ou après absorption d’alcool ou de médicaments. Prévoyez de faire à temps une pause de travail. Travaillez avec mesure. Déplacez-vous lentement, sans courir.

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil par pluie, mauvais temps ou dans un environnement humide.Ne travaillez qu’à la lumière du jour ou avec un bon éclairage électrique.

• Ne travaillez pas avec un appareil endommagé, incomplet ou dont le montage a été modié sans l’assentiment du fabricant. Vériez l’état de sécurité de l’appareil avant utilisation.

• N’utilisez l’appareil que s’il est complètement monté.

• N’utilisez l’appareil dans le mode aspirateur que si le sac-réservoir est installé.

• N’aspirez pas de matériaux enammés, incandescents ou fumants (par ex.

cigarettes, braise, etc.), ainsi que des vapeurs, des matières explosives, toxiques ou facilement inammables.

• N’aspirez pas de matières humides ou mouillées ni de liquides.

• Utilisez exclusivement des pièces de rechange et des accessoires livrés et recommandés par notre centre de services.

• N’utilisez pas l’appareil à proximité de liquides inammables ou de gaz. Si ces consignes ne sont pas observées, il y a danger d’incendie ou d’explosion.

• Conservez l’appareil dans un endroit sec et hors de la portée des enfants.

• Contrôlez régulièrement le sac de ramassage pour détecter usures ou dommages.

• Maintenez toutes les admissions d’air de refroidissement libres de toutes saletés.

Prudence! Vous évitez ainsi d‘en-

dommager l‘appareil et les éventuelles conséquences pouvant affecter les personnes :

• Ne pas étendre trop en avant le corps et faire attention à ne pas perdre l’équilibre.

• Ne surchargez pas votre appareil. Restez dans le domaine de performance mentionné. N’utilisez pas de machines peu performantes pour des travaux exigeants. N’utilisez pas votre appareil à des ns auxquelles il n’est pas destiné.

Fins d’utilisation

L’appareil est uniquement destiné à soufer et aspirer les feuilles mortes dans les jardins particuliers. Toute autre utilisation qui n’est pas expressément permise dans cette notice peut conduire à endommager l’appareil et représenter un grave danger pour l’utilisateur. L’appareil ne doit pas être utilisé dans des endroits où il y a des poussières nocives à la santé ni pour aspirer des liquides.

L’appareil est conçu pour des utilisateurs adultes. Les adolescents à partir de 16 ans ne peuvent l’utiliser que sous surveillance. Il est interdit d’utiliser l’appareil par temps pluvieux ou dans un environnement humide. L’utilisateur est responsable des accidents ou dommages causés à d’autres personnes ou à leur propriété. Le fabricant n’est pas responsable des dommages causés par un usage non conforme avec les instructions ou par une utilisation fautive.

Description des fonctions

Le soufeur de feuilles possède aussi bien une souferie qu’un mécanisme d’aspiration des feuilles mortes pour remplir les fonctions de soufage et d’aspiration. En mode aspirateur, les feuilles aspirées sont hachées pour obtenir une réduction du volume, soufées à travers un canal d’éjection puis rassemblées dans un sac de ramassage Pour améliorer la sécurité pendant le travail et pour réduire les signes de fatigue aux poignets et aux coudes, les poignées sont équipées d’amortisseur de vibrations. Le sac de ramassage est équipé sur l’un de ses côtés d’un enduit intérieur pour empêcher les poussières nes et l’humidité de se propager vers l’extérieur. Cet enduit se trouve sur le côté gauche du sac et sert à protéger vos vêtements de travail du salissement. Le suceur plat permet d’aspirer en surface les feuilles sèches ou les restes de feuilles. Pour faciliter la maniabilité du tuyau sur le sol, celui-ci est équipé en son bout inférieur de roues de guidage.

Dans un but de protection de l’utilisateur, l’appareil ne peut être utilisé qu’avec le tuyau de soufage/aspiration, en deux parties, complètement monté.

Le fonctionnement des pièces de service est expliqué dans les descriptions suivantes.

Instructions de montage

Avant toutes opérations, retirez

la che de réseau de l’appareil. N’utilisez que des pièces originales. Danger de blessure.

Avant la mise en service de

l’appareil, le tuyau de soufage/ d’aspiration doit être entièrement monté et vissé, de même le sac réservoir et la sangle doivent être xés.

Monter le tuyau de soufage/ d’aspiration :

Pendant le montage, veillez à ne

pas cabosser le tuyau. Les contacts électriques qui se trouvent à l’intérieur pourraient alors être abîmés.

Reliez d’abord le tube d’aspiration/soufage inférieur avec le tube d’aspiration/ soufage supérieur

Desserrez les vis C à l’extrémité inférieure du tube supérieur d’aspiration et de soufage.

Poussez le tube inférieur d’aspiration et de soufage dans le tube supérieur d’aspiration et de soufage. Placez le tube inférieur d’aspiration et de soufage légèrement de travers sur la partie supérieure ronde du tube du tube supérieur d’aspiration et de soufage et exercez une pression pour le clipser dans le boîtier de la machine. Rexez les vis C.

Une fois assemblé, reliez maintenant le tube d’aspiration/soufage à la partie moteur du soufeur de feuilles.

Pour ce faire, retirez les vis A et desserrez les vis B.

Poussez le tube supérieur d’aspiration et de soufage dans le boîtier de la machine. Placez le tube supérieur d’aspiration et de soufage légèrement de travers sur la partie supérieure ronde du boîtier et exercez une pression pour le clipser dans le boîtier de la machine. Remettez en place les vis A et xez toutes les vis (A et B).

Monter le suceur pour surfaces planes:

1. Pour travailler avec le suceur pour surfaces planes 1, branchez-le à l’ouverture d’aspiration du tuyau de manière.

Pour enlever le suceur retirez le suceur

du tuyau.

Régler la hauteur par rapport au sol :

2. Pour régler la hauteur par rapport au sol du suceur plat (1) tirez les roues en dehors et tournez les dans la position d’arrêt suivante. Trois positions d’arrêt sont possibles. Utilisez de même sur les deux côtés du suceur plat une position également élevée.

Accrocher la sangle de soutien:

5. Accrochez la sangle de soutien au pied de xation pour la sangle (4).

Utilisation

Danger de blessure!

Lorsque vous utilisez l’appareil, portez des vêtements appropriés et des gants de travail. Assurez-vous avant chaque utilisation que l’appareil est en bon état de fonctionnement. Assurezvous que le sac-réservoir et le tuyau sont correctement installés et que la sangle est bien réglée.

Respectez les lois de protection

contre le bruit et les prescriptions locales. Il se peut que l’utilisation de l’appareil soit limitée ou interdite certains jours (dimanches et jours de fête), à certaines heures de la journée (le midi ou la nuit) et dans certains endroits (lieux de cure, cliniques, etc.).

Lorsqu’on éteint l’appareil, la

roue à ailettes continue pendant un certain temps à tourner. Les outils en rotation risquent de blesser quelqu’un.

Faire le plein de carburant

Monter le sac réservoir:

3. Posez le châssis porte sac sur l’ouverture du moteur de telle manière. Enfoncez le châssis porte sac dans la barrette à cran jusqu’à ce que le levier d’embrayage s’encastre. N’utilisez l’appareil au mode aspirateur que si le sac réservoir est monté dessus.

4. Fixez la sangle du sac réservoir (12) au tuyau de soufage/d’aspiration.

Lorsque vous manipulez du car-

burant, faites en sorte d’avoir toujours une bonne ventilation.

Ne fumez pas pendant que vous

faites le plein d’essence et éloignez-vous de toute source de chaleur. Ne versez jamais d’essence avec un moteur chaud ou en fonctionnement. Ouvrez prudemment le couvercle du réservoir an

qu’en cas de surpression, celle-ci puisse s’évacuer doucement. Ne démarrez pas l’appareil à proximité du lieu de remplissage. Pour la conservation du carburant, utilisez des récipients appropriés et autorisés. En cas d’inobservation des consignes, il existe un risque d’incendie ou d’explosion.

Utilisez seulement le mélange re-

commandé dans le guide d’emploi. Celui-ci ne doit pas être plus âgé que 3 mois. En cas d’inobservation de cette consigne, le moteur peut être endommagé et vous perdez le droit de garantie.

Evitez le contact direct de la peau

avec l’essence et n’aspirez les vapeurs d’essence. Cela nuit à votre santé !

L’appareil fonctionne avec un

mélange d’essence sans plomb et d’huile moteur deux temps (qualité API TC) dans un rapport 40:1.

N’utilisez jamais de carburant non dilué. N’utilisez seulement de l’huile moteur deux temps (aucune huile moteur quatre temps ou d’huile pour moteurs refroidis par eau). En cas d’inobservation de cette consigne, le moteur peut être endommagé et vous perdez le droit de garantie.

1. Mélangez toujours l’essence et l’huile dans un récipient propre et prévu pour contenir de l’essence.

2. Versez d’abord la moitié de l’essence puis toute l’huile et secouez le récipient. Ajoutez alors le reste de l’essence et secouez encore une fois.

3. Dévissez le couvercle du réservoir et versez le mélange de carburant dans le réservoir à essence. Essuyez les restes d’essence autour du couvercle du réservoir et refermez le couvercle du réservoir.

Démarrer le moteur

1. Posez l’appareil sur un support solide et plat.

2. Pour démarrez l’appareil, placez l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt (17) sur la position I.

3. En cas de démarrage à froid, placez le levier de starter (7) sur le symbole représentant un ocon de neige.

4. ppuyez x 6 sur la pompe de carburant (bouton d’amorçage) (9).

5. Tirez le câble de starter de la poignée de starter (8) jusqu’à ce que le moteur démarre.

6. oussez le levier de starter à mi-position du réglage de la puissance et laissez le moteur tourner à vide pendant deux minutes jusqu’à ce qu’il soit chaud.

7. Lorsque le moteur est chaud, repoussez le levier de starter dans la position de fonctionnement (symbole représentant le soleil)

Le symbole du soleil est aussi la position de départ du levier de starter en cas de moteur chaud.

Arrêter le moteur

1. Relâchez la manette de gaz.

2. Pour couper l’allumage, placez le commutateur d’arrêt dans la position

STOPP

Pour arrêter le moteur en cas

d’urgence, actionnez l’interrupteur Marche/Arrêt.

Avant d’allumer l’appareil, assurez-

vous qu’il ne touche aucun objet. Veuillez à une bonne tenue.

L’appareil ne peut être allumé

que si le tuyau de soufage/ d’aspiration complet est monté correctement.

1. Passez la sangle et réglez-la sur la longueur qui vous convient.

2. Pour sélectionner le mode de fonctionnement désiré, pointer le sélecteur (11) sur le symbole correspondant.

Avant de changer de mode d’utilisation, l’appareil doit impérativement être éteint.

Comment travailler avec le soufeur de feuilles

Le soufeur de feuilles ne doit

être utilisés que dans les cas suivants:

- Comme soufeur pour l’amoncellement de feuilles séchées ou pour les déloger d’endroits difciles d’accès (de dessous un véhicule par exemple)

- comme aspirateur pour aspirer les feuilles sèches. En mode «aspirateur», l’appareil fait aussi ofce de broyeur. Les feuilles séchées sont hachées, leur volume est ainsi réduit et elles sont prêtes à être éventuellement utilisées pour du compost. L’intensité du broyage dépend de la taille des feuilles et des restes d’humidité qu’elles contiennent encore. Toute utilisation autre que celles décrites ci-dessus peut engendrer des dégâts sur la machine et mettre l’utilisateur en danger.

Lorsque vous travaillez, veillez à ne

pas heurter avec l’appareil des objets durs susceptibles de l’endommager. N’aspirez pas de corps solides tels des pierres, des branches ou des rameaux, des pommes de pins ou autres, car ces objets risquent d’endommager l’appareil, en particulier le mécanisme de broyage. Ce genre

de réparations n’est pas pris en charge par la garantie.

Mode de fonctionnement soufage :

• Positionnez le sélecteur de mode (11) sur le symbole .

• Dans la fonction de soufage, vous obtiendrez le meilleur résultat en maintenant l’appareil à 5-10 cm du sol.

• Ne dirigez pas le jet d’air dans votre direction. Veillez à ne pas provoquer le soulèvement de matières lourdes, vous éviterez ainsi de blesser des tiers ou d’endommager des objets.

• Commencez à travailler à la puissance de soufage maximum pour rassembler rapidement la plus grande quantité de feuilles. Le passage à une puissance de soufage plus faible permet ensuite de

condenser le tas de feuilles ainsi rassemblées.

• Avant le soufage, décollez les feuilles du sol à l’aide d’un balai ou d’un râteau.

• Les roues de guidage au bout du tuyau servent à vous faciliter le travail sur terrain plat.

Mode de fonctionnement aspirateur :

• Positionnez le sélecteur de mode sur le symbole voir (12) soit monté correctement.

• Veillez à ne pas aspirez de trop grandes quantités de feuilles à la fois. Vous évitez ainsi de boucher le tuyau de soufage/d‘aspiration et de bloquer la roue à ailettes.

• Pour une aspiration en surface des feuilles sèches ou des restes de feuilles, emboîtez le suceur plat joint au matériel au bout du tuyau.

Le canal d’éjection assure un trans-

port optimal des feuilles dans le sac de ramassage. Il contribue en outre à la sécurité de l’utilisateur en prévenant un contact avec la roue de ventilation pendant la marche.

. Vériez que le sac-réser-

Vidange du sac-réservoir :

Lorsque le sac-réservoir est plein, la capacité d’aspiration est considérablement réduite. Quand le sac est plein ou que l’appareil n’aspire plus de manière optimale, il faut vider le sac de ramassage.

Avant d’effecteur n’importe quel tra-

vail sur l’appareil, retirez la prise de bougie d’allumage.

1. Attendez que la roue à ailettes ne tourne plus.

2. Pour retirer le sac réservoir, décrochez la sangle et appuyez sur le levier d’embrayage du châssis porte sac.

3. Ouvrez la fermeture à glissière du sacréservoir et videz-le complètement.

4. Remontez le sac-réservoir vidé.

Le matériel compostable ne doit

pas être jeté dans les ordures ménagères.

Nettoyage et entretien

Avant d’effecteur n’importe quel tra-

vail sur l’appareil, retirez la prise de bougie d’allumage.

Pour ne pas user le sac réservoir

inutilement, évitez de le traîner sur le sol pendant le travail.

Si en cours d’utilisation l’appareil

cesse brusquement de fonctionner et n’aspire plus, il faut immédiatement l’éteindre. Procédez comme indiqué dans le chapitre « nettoyage et entretien ». Si ensuite l’appareil ne démarre pas, adressez-vous à notre centre de services.

Faites exécuter les travaux qui

ne sont pas décrits dans cette notice par notre centre de services. Utilisez exclusivement des pièces d’origine.

Contrôlez le soufeur de feuilles avant chaque utilisation pour vous assurer qu’il n’y a pas de défectuosités évidentes ou que les pièces ne sont pas desserrées, usées ou endommagées et qu’elles sont correctement installées. Changez les pièces endommagées. Contrôlez régulièrement si le sac-réservoir n’est pas usé ou endommagé.

Effectuez régulièrement les travaux d’entretien et de nettoyage suivants. Vous contribuerez ainsi à garantir que l’appareil vous fasse longtemps usage, en toute sécurité.

Travaux de nettoyage généraux

Nettoyez l’appareil immédiatement

après chaque utilisation pour éviter que la boue et les restes de feuilles ne durcissent et ne s’inscrustent. Vous risquez alors de ne plus pouvoir les éliminer qu’en démontant le châssis du moteur. De tels travaux

de nettoyage ne sont pas couverts par la garantie.

1. Arrêtez l’appareil.

2. Desserrez la vis (15) du couvercle de ltre à air et ôtez le couvercle (14).

3. Retirez le ltre à air (13) du boîtier de ltre.

4. Nettoyez le ltre à air (13) avec du savon et de l’eau. N’utilisez jamais d’essence !

5. Séchez le ltre à l’air.

6. Replacez le ltre en effectuant la manœuvre en sens inverse.

Remplacez le ltre à air, s’il est

endommagé, usé ou très sale.

N’utilisez pas de produit détergent

ou solvant. Vous risquez ainsi d’endommager l’appareil de manière irréparable. Les substances chimiques peuvent attaquer les pièces en matière plastique de l’appareil.

• Nettoyer régulièrement le boîtier, le tuyau et les fentes de ventilation avec une brosse douce ou un chiffon. Ne nettoyez jamais l’appareil sous l’eau courante.

• Lorsque vous avez ni d’utiliser l’appareil, ôtez le sac-réservoir, retournez-le et brossez-le soigneusement. Vous éviterez ainsi la formation de moisissures et d’odeurs désagréables.

• Eliminez les éventuels restes déchiquetés dans la zone de sortie.

Nettoyer le ltre à air

N’utilisez jamais l’appareil sans

ltre à air car sinon de la poussière et des saletés pénètrent dans le moteur et endommagent la machine. Maintenez toujours propre le ltre à air.

Changer la bougie d’allumage

Les bougies d’allumage usées ou

avec un trop grand intervalle d’allumage entraînent une réduction de la puissance du moteur.

1. Arrêtez l’appareil.

2. Retirez le couvercle (17) avec la poignée. Pour ce faire, soulevez le boitier en saisissant l’encoche supérieure du boîtier (16).

3. Appuyez vers le haut sur le couvercle (17) avec les deux pouces dans la direction de la èche.

4. Retirez la prise de bougie d’allumage de la bougie d’allumage.

5. Avec une clé de bougie d’allumage, dévissez la bougie d’allumage dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d’une montre.

6. Introduisez une nouvelle bougie d’allumage.

7. Rexez la prise de bougie d’allumage.

8. Lors de l’utilisation du couvercle, appliquez d’abord les deux tiges puis appuyez fortement.

9. Vériez l’intervalle d’allumage à l’aide d’une jauge d’épaisseur (en vente dans le commerce spécialisé).

L’écartement des électrodes doit

être de 0,6-0,7 mm.

10. Nettoyez la bougie avec une brosse métallique.

Remplacement du sac-réservoir

Un sac-réservoir défectueux doit être remplacé. Utilisez uniquement un sac-réservoir original (voir chapitre « Pièces de rechange »), sinon vous perdrez droit à votre garantie.

Dépôt

• Conservez le soufeur de feuilles dans un endroit sec et à l’abri du gel, qui soit inaccessible aux enfants.

• Evitez l’exposition directe de l’appareil aux rayons du soleil, déposez-le à l’obscurité ou dans la pénombre.

• Ne recouvrez pas l’appareil de sacs de nylon à cause de l’humidité qui pourrait alors se former.

• Nettoyez soigneusement l’appareil à la n de la saison, en prévision de l’hiver. Nettoyez le sac-réservoir en l’ôtant de l’appareil, le vidant et le lavant à l’eau tiède et avec un savon peu acide. Replacez le sac une fois sec.

• Assurez-vous que tous les écrous, les boulons et les vis sont bien serrés, an que l’appareil soit dans un état de fonctionnement sûr.

Garantie

• Nous accordons 24 mois de garantie pour cet appareil. Pour une utilisation commerciale ainsi que pour les appareils de rechange, la durée de la garantie est écourtée.

• Les dommages dûs à une usure naturelle, à une surcharge ou à une utilisation non conforme aux instructions sont exclus de la garantie. Certains éléments subissent une usure normale et restent exclus de la garantie.

• De plus, l’observation des instructions données dans cette notice concernant le nettoyage et l’entretien de l’appareil représente une condition préalable pour l’application de la garantie.

• Il est remédié aux dommages survenus suite à un défaut de matériel ou de fabrication par la livraison de pièces de rechange ou par une réparation, à condition que l’appareil soit retourné non démonté au revendeur accompagné de la facture d’achat et du justicatif de garantie.

Non utilizzare il sofatore per aspirare liquidi! Evitare di aspirare materiale bagnato (foglie, sporcizia, rami, ramoscelli, pigne, erba, terra, sabbia, corteccia, materiale triturato ecc.). Non utilizzare il sofatore su superci di prato o erba umidi. Un uso non corretto dell’apparecchio può causare ostruzioni nella camera di triturazione e una conseguente riduzione delle prestazioni dell’apparecchio. Ciò potrebbe rendere necessario smontare completamente l’apparecchio per sottoporlo a pulizia. Questa operazione dovrà essere eseguita da un qualicato e non è coperta da garanzia.

• L’apparecchio non è adatto all’uso da parte di persone (compresi bambini) con facoltà siche, sensoriali o mentali limitate o con scarse esperienze o conoscenze; a meno che non siano sorvegliati da una persone responsabile per la loro sicurezza o abbiamo ricevuto istruzioni su come usare l’apparecchio.

• Tenere l’apparecchio lontano da bambini e animali domestici. Bambini devono essere sorvegliati per assicurarsi che non giochino con l’apparecchio.

• È vietato l’utilizzo dell’apparecchio da parte di minori. Leggi e norme locali possono prevedere un’età minima per l’utilizzo dell’apparecchio. Lo stesso vale per persone che non siano a perfetta conoscenza delle presenti istruzioni per l’uso.

• L’operatore risponde d’incidenti e possibili pericoli nei confronti di terzi o di loro proprietà.

Lavorare con l’apparecchio

Familiarizzare con tutte le parti e l’uso

corretto dell’apparecchio prima di utilizzarlo. Assicurarsi di poter spegnere subito l’apparecchio in caso di emergenza. L’uso improprio dell’apparecchio può causare gravi lesioni.

Attenzione: in questo modo si evita-

no incidenti e ferite:

I dispositivi di protezione personale hanno la funzione di proteggere la vostra salute e quella di terzi e garantiscono il perfetto funzionamento dell’apparecchio.

• Indossare idonei indumenti di lavoro, ad esempio scarpe chiuse con suola antiscivolo, pantaloni lunghi e robusti,

guanti, occhiali di protezione e un dispositivo per la protezione dell’udito. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio a piedi nudi o indossando sandali aperti. Utilizzare una mascherina antipolvere.

• In condizioni estremamente secche inumidire leggermente la supercie per ridurre l’esposizione alla polvere.

• Non indossare indumenti o gioielli che potrebbero essere aspirati dentro la bocca di aspirazione dell’apparecchio. In caso di capelli lunghi, utilizzare un copricapo protettivo.

• Controllare ad intervalli regolari il corretto funzionamento e la presenza di eventuali danni all’apparecchio che potrebbero costituire un rischio per l’utilizzatore.

• Tenere l’apparecchio lontano da persone, soprattutto bambini, e animali domestici.

• Fare attenzione a nestre aperte, bambini, animali domestici ecc.. Interrompere il lavoro in presenza di bambini o animali domestici. Il materiale sofato può essere lanciato nella vostra direzione. Mantenete una distanza di sicurezza di 5 m intorno a voi.

• Non accendere l’apparecchio se tenuto al contrario o se lo stesso non si trova nella corretta posizione di funzionamento.

• Non indirizzare l’apparecchio, durante il lavoro, verso persone e prestare soprattutto attenzione a non rivolgere il getto d’aria in direzione di occhi e orecchie.

• Familiarizzare con l’ambiente in cui si lavora, facendo attenzione a potenziali pericoli che durante il lavoro non potrebbero essere avvertiti a causa del rumore prodotto.

• Assicurarsi di assumere una posizione stabile durante il lavoro, soprattutto se si lavora su pendii. Tenere ben stretto l’apparecchio con ambedue le mani e

lavorare solo dopo essersi assicurati che la tracolla è ben regolata.

• Attenzione! Supercie calda. Pericolo

di ustioni:

- L’impianto di scarico può diventare

incandescente.

- Mantenere l’apparecchio

esclusivamente sul proprio lato destro.

- Non toccare l’impianto di scarico,

nemmeno con i propri vestiti.

• Controllare con la massima cura l’area

che si intende pulire e rimuovere li di metallo, pietre, lattine e altri corpi estranei.

• Tenere lontane le dita delle mani e dei

piedi dall’apertura del tubo di aspirazione e dalla girante. Pericolo di ferite.

• Non usare l’apparecchio quando si è

stanchi o si ha difcoltà a concentrarsi o dopo aver assunto alcool o medicine. Interrompere il lavoro quando si è stanchi. Lavorare in modo ragionevole. Muoversi lentamente senza correre.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in caso di

pioggia, maltempo o in ambienti umidi. Lavorare solo con la luce del giorno o in buone condizioni di illuminazione.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio, se è dan-

neggiato, incompleto o se è stato sottoposto a modiche senza l’autorizzazione del Produttore. Vericare prima dell’uso la sicurezza dell’apparecchio.

• Utilizzare l’apparecchio solo quando è

completamente montato.

• Utilizzare l’apparecchio nella modalità

operativa „Aspirazione“ solo se il sacco di raccolta è stato inserito.

• Non aspirare materiali in amma, arro-

ventati o dai quali esce fumo (ad esempio sigarette, brace ecc.), non aspirare vapori o materiali facilmente inammabili, tossici o esplosivi.

• Utilizzare solo i pezzi di ricambio e gli

accessori raccomandati e forniti dal no-

stro centro assistenza clienti.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in vicinanza di liquidi o gas inammabili. In caso contrario sussiste pericolo di incendio e di esplosione.

• Conservare l’apparecchio in un luogo asciutto, lontano dalla portata di bambini.

• Controllare regolarmente se il sacco di raccolta è usurato o presenta danni.

• Tenere libere le aperture per l’aria fredda da detriti.

Attenzione! In questo modo si

evitano danni all’apparecchio ed eventuali danni consequenziali a persone:

• Non sporgere eccessivamente il corpo e prestare attenzione a non perdere l’equilibrio.

• Trattare con cura l’apparecchio. Pulire ad intervalli regolari le fessure di ventilazione e rispettare sempre le indicazioni relative alla manutenzione.

• Non sovraccaricare l’apparecchio durante il lavoro. Lavorare solo nell’ambito di potenza indicato. Non utilizzare macchine a bassa potenza per lavori pesanti. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per scopi ai quali non è destinato.

• Non tentare di riparare da sé l’apparecchio, a meno che non si sia in possesso di una idonea formazione professionale. Tutte quante le operazioni relative all’apparecchio, di cui non si fa espressa menzione in queste istruzioni d’uso, possono essere effettuate solo dal nostro centro assistenza clienti (vedi indirizzo pagina 145).

Uso previsto

L’uso dell’apparecchio è previsto solo per sofare e aspirare fogliame leggero nell’ambito del giardinaggio hobbistico. Ogni altro uso, non previsto espressamente nel presente manuale d’uso, può causare danni all’apparecchio e rappresentare un grave pericolo per l’utilizzatore. Non utilizzare l’apparecchio in ambienti con polveri tossiche o come aspiratore per l’umido. L’apparecchio deve essere usato solo da persone adulte. Minori di anni 16 potranno usare l’apparecchio solo sotto la sorveglianza di un adulto. È vietato l’uso dell’apparecchio in caso di pioggia o in ambienti umidi. L’utilizzatore è responsabile per incidenti o per danni recati a persone o cose. Il Produttore non risponde di danni causati dall’uso improprio o errato dell’apparecchio.

Descrizione delle funzionalità

Il sofafoglie possiede un dispositivo di espulsione aria e aspirazione delle foglie

che assolve le funzioni di aspirazione e di espulsione. In modalità di funzionamento ESPULSIONE ARIA il fogliame viene fatto conuire insieme rapidamente oppure viene sofato via da zone difcilmente accessibili. In modalità di funzionamento ASPIRAZIONE il fogliame aspirato viene sminuzzato al ne di ridurne il volume, poi viene sofato fuori attraverso il canale di espulsione detriti e accumulato nel sacchetto raccolta detriti. Il sacchetto raccolta detriti è provvisto di un rivestimento interno, solo da un lato, contro la fuoriuscita di polveri sottili e di sostanze uide. Questo rivestimento si trova sul lato sinistro del sacchetto raccolta detriti e serve ad evitare che la tenuta da lavoro dell’utente si sporchi in fase di tale operazione. Con l’ugello di aspirazione su piano è possibile l’aspirazione su superci piane di foglie secche e parti di esse. Per la guida facilitata del tubo sul suolo sono previste rotelle di guida sulla parte inferiore del tubo.

Per la protezione dell’utilizzatore l’apparecchio deve essere azionato solo con il tubo di sofaggio/aspirazione completamente montato.

La funzione delle varie parti dell’apparecchio la si può ricavare dalle descrizioni che seguono.

Istruzioni per il montaggio

Disconnettere la spina dalla pre-

sa di corrente prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione. Usare solo parti di ricambio originali. Pericolo di ferite.

Prima della messa in esercizio

dell’apparecchio è necessario che il tubo di sofatura/aspirazione sia montato e avvitato perfettamente e il sacco di raccolta e la tracolla ssati.

Montare il tubo di sofatura/aspirazione:

Durante il montaggio fare attenzio-

ne di non inclinare i tubi. I contatti elettrici all’interno del tubo si potrebbero danneggiare.

Collegare innanzi tutto il tubo di sofatura/ aspirazione inferiore al tubo di sofatura/ aspirazione superiore.

Allentare le viti C all’estremità inferiore del tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione superiore.

Inserire il tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione inferiore in quello superiore. Posizionare il tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione inferiore leggermente inclinato sulla parte superiore rotonda del tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione superiore e ribaltarlo con pressione nel tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione superiore. Fissare nuovamente le viti C.

Collegare il tubo di sofatura/aspirazione così premontato alla parte del motore del sofatore per fogliame.

A tale proposito rimuovere le viti A e allentare le viti B.

Inserire il tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione superiore nell’alloggiamento della macchina. Posizionare il tubo di sofaggio e aspirazione superiore leggermente inclinato sulla parte superiore rotonda dell’alloggiamento e ribaltarlo con pressione nell’alloggiamento della macchina. Riposizionare le viti A e ssare tutte le viti (A e B).

Montare bocca di aspirazione piatta:

1. Per poter lavorare con la bocca di aspirazione piatta (1), inserirla sull’apertura di aspirazione del tubo.

Per rimuovere estrarre la bocca dal

tubo.

Regolazione della distanza dal suolo:

2. Per regolare la distanza dal suolo dell’ugello di sofaggio piano (1), tirare le ruote verso l’esterno e girarle nella posizione a scatto successiva. Sono possibili tre posizioni a scatto. Utilizzare su ambo i lati dell’ugello di sofaggio piano la stessa posizione.

Montare sacco di raccolta:

3. Inserire il telaio di supporto sull’apertura del motore. Premere il telaio di supporto sulla barra d’arresto, no a quando la leva d’innesto scatta. L’ap-

parecchio può essere azionato nella modalità di aspirazione solo con il sacco di raccolta montato.

4. Fissare il cappio del sacco di raccolta (12) sul tubo di sofatura/aspirazione.

Fissare la tracolla:

5. Appendere la tracolla all’asta di ssaggio (4).

Come si usa il sofatore

Pericolo di ferite.

Quando si utilizza l’apparecchio indossare indumenti idonei per il lavoro e guanti da lavoro. Assicurarsi prima di ogni uso della perfetta funzionalità dell’apparecchio. Assicurarsi che il sacco di raccolta e il tubo sia montati correttamente e che la tracolla sia regolata sulla lunghezza ottimale.

Attenersi alle norme sulla protezione

dai rumori e altre norme locali. L’utilizzo dell’apparecchio può essere limitato o del tutto vietato in giorni

particolari (ad esempio di domenica o in giorni festivi), in determinate ore (mezzogiorno, riposo notturno) o in determinate località (luoghi di cura, cliniche ecc.).

Dopo che si è spento l’apparec-

chio, la ventola continuerà ancora a girare per un po’ di tempo. Pericolo di ferite a causa di attrezzi rotanti.

Riempimento carburante

Quando si manipola carburante si

raccomanda di garantire sempre una buona areazione.

Durante il rifornimento non fumare

e tenere lontane eventuali fonti di calore. Non versare mai carburante con il motore acceso o caldo.

Aprire delicatamente il coperchio

del serbatoio in modo tale da consentire la lenta riduzione di una eventuale sovrappressione.

Non avviare l’apparecchio nelle

vicinanze del luogo di ventilazione.

Per la conservazione del carbu-

rante Usare contenitori adatti e ammessi.

La mancata osservanza genera

pericoli di incendio o esplosione.

Usare solo la miscela di carburan-

te consigliata nelle istruzioni. Non deve avere più di tre mesi. In caso di mancata osservanza si rischia di danneggiare il motore e di perdere il diritto di garanzia.

Evitare il diretto contatto della pelle

con la benzina e l’inspirazione dei vapori di benzina. Pericolo di salute!

L’apparecchio viene azio-

nato con una miscela di benzina senza piombo e di olio per motori a due tempi (della qualità API TC) con un rapporto 40:1.

• Non usare mai carburante non diluito. Usare solo olio per motori a due tempi (non olio per motori a quattro tempi oppure olio per motori con raffreddamento ad acqua). In caso di mancata osservanza si rischia di danneggiare il motore e di perdere il diritto di garanzia.

1. Miscelare la benzina e l’olio sempre in un contenitore pulito previsto per la benzina.

2. Versare prima la metà di benzina e poi l’intera quantità di olio e agitare il contenitore. Quindi, aggiungere il resto della benzina e agitare nuovamente.

3. Svitare il coperchio del serbatoio e versare la miscela di carburante nel serbatoio di benzina. Rimuovere i residui di benzina intorno al coperchio del serbatoio e richiudere il coperchio.

Avviamento del motore

7. Quando il motore si è scaldato, spostare la leva comando starter nella posizione di funzionamento (simbolo del sole)

Il simbolo del sole quando il motore è caldo rappresenta anche la posizione di azionamento della leva comando starter.

Arresto del motore

1. Rilasciare la leva dell‘acceleratore.

2. Per disattivare l’accensione, mettere l’interruttore di arresto nella posizione

STOPP

Per spegnere il motore in caso di

emergenza, azionare l’interruttore di accensione/spegnimento.

Prima di accendere l’apparecchio,

fare attenzione che non tocchi nessun oggetto. Fare attenzione di essere bene in equilibrio.

L’apparecchio può essere acceso

solo se il tubo di sofatura/aspirazione completo è montato correttamente.

1. Appoggiare l’apparecchio su una base solida e piana.

3. In caso di avviamento a freddo, spostare la leva comando starter (7) sul simbolo del occo di neve.

4. Premere la pompa del carburante (Primer) (8) per 6 volte.

5. Tirare la fune di avviamento all’impugnatura dello starter (6), no a quando il motore si avvia.

6. Spostare la leva comando starter nella posizione centrale e fare riscaldare il motore lasciandolo girare nel funzionamento al minimo per uno o due minuti.

1. Indossare la tracolla e regolarla sulla lunghezza ottimale.

2. Per selezionare la modalità operativa girare la manopola delle modalità operative sul simbolo desiderato (11).

Prima di commutare la modalità operativa spegnere l’apparecchio!

Come si lavora con il sofatore

L’aspirafoglie può essere usato

solo per i seguenti campi d’impiego:

- Come ventola per ammucchiare fogliame secco o sofarlo da zone difcilmente accessibili (p. es. sotto ai veicoli)

- come strumenti di aspirazione per aspirare fogliame secco. Nella funzione di aspirazione l’apparecchio serve anche come sminuzzatrice. Le foglie secche vengono triturate, il volume ridotto e preparato per un eventuale compostaggio. L’intensità dello sminuzzamento dipende dalla grandezza del fogliame e dall’umidità residua ancora contenuta. Qualsiasi utilizzo diverso da quello sopra descritto può causare danni alla macchina e rappresentare un pericolo per l’utilizzatore.

Fare attenzione lavorando di non

urtare l’apparecchio contro oggetti duri che potrebbero causare danni all’apparecchio. Non aspirare oggetti duri come pietre, rami o pezzi di rami, pigne o simili, che potreb-

bero danneggiare l’apparecchio ed in particolare il trituratore. Ripa-

razioni dovute a tali danni non sono coperte da garanzia.

Modalità operativa Sofaggio:

• Impostare la manopola della modalità operativa (11) sul relativo simbolo

• Per ottenere un risultato ottimale nella modalità operativa di sofaggio, mantenere una distanza da terra di 5 - 10 cm.

• Indirizzare il getto d’aria lontano dal corpo. Fare attenzione a non sofare su oggetti pesanti che potrebbero causare danni a persone o cose.

• Iniziare a lavorare al massimo livello di potenza di sofaggio per ammucchiare rapidamente il fogliame posto sul terreno. Selezionare un livello basso di potenza di sofaggio per rendere più compatto il mucchio di foglie raccolte.

• Prima di procedere con la sofatura al suolo, staccare eventuali foglie attaccate con uno scopa.

• Le rotelle di guida all’estremità del tubo servono per facilitare il lavoro sulle superci piane.

• Impostare la manopola della modalità operativa sul simbolo relativo

Assicurarsi che il sacco di raccolta (12)

sia montato correttamente.

• Fare attenzione che non vengano aspirati quantitativi eccessivi di foglie. In questo modo si evita che il tubo di sofatura/aspirazione di otturi e la girante si blocchi.

• Per aspirare fogliame o resti di fogliame secco lavorando di piatto, inserire l’ugello di aspirazione piatto, in dotazione, sull’estremità del tubo.

Il canale di espulsione assicura il

trasporto ottimale delle foglie nel sacco di raccolta e garantisce inoltre una maggiore sicurezza in quanto evita un accidentale contatto con la ventola durante il funzionamento dell’apparecchio.

Per non provocare inutili usure al

sacco di raccolta, evitare di trascinarlo sul suolo durante il lavoro.

Spegnere subito l’apparecchio se

durante il funzionamento si ferma improvvisamente e non continua ad aspirare. Assicurarsi che tra l’elica del trituratore e la struttura non si sia incastrato materiale. Effettuare le operazioni descritte al capitolo „Pulizia e manutenzione“. Se dopo di ciò l’apparecchio non parte rivolgersi al nostro centro assistenza clienti.

Svuotamento del sacco di raccolta:

Un sacco di raccolta pieno riduce di molto la potenza di aspirazione dell’apparecchio. Procedere allo svuotamento del sacco, quando questo è pieno o se la potenza di aspirazione si è notevolmente ridotta.

Ricordatevi che il materiale compo-

stabile non deve essere smaltito insieme ai normali riuti domestici.

Pulizia e manutenzione

Prima di eseguire qualsiasi lavoro

con l‘apparecchio, tirare il cappuccio per candela.

Lasciar eseguire al centro assi-

stenza clienti ogni operazione che non è descritta nel presente manuale d’istruzioni. Usare solo pezzi originali.

Prima di utilizzare il sofatore controllare la presenza di eventuali difetti evidenti come parti staccate, usurate o danneggiate, il corretto alloggiamento di viti ed altre parti. Sostituire le parti danneggiate. Controllare ad intervalli regolari se il sacco di raccolta presenta danni da usura o di altro tipo. Eseguire le seguenti operazioni di manutenzione e pulizia ad intervalli regolari. Cosi si garantirà la durata ed il buon funzionamento dell’apparecchio.

Lavori di pulizia generali

Prima di eseguire qualsiasi lavoro

con l‘apparecchio, tirare il cappuccio per candela.

1. Attendere che la girante sia ferma.

2. Per rimuovere il sacco di raccolta, staccare il cappio e premere la leva d’innesto sul telaio di supporto.

3. Aprire la cerniera del sacco di raccolta e svuotarlo completamente.

4. Montare nuovamente il sacco di raccolta svuotato.

Pulire subito l’apparecchio a lavoro

ultimato, per evitare che sporcizia e resti di fogliame si induriscano provocando incrostazioni molto difcili da rimuovere senza smontare il motore. Queste operazioni

di pulizia non sono effettuabili in garanzia.

Non utilizzare detergenti o solventi

che potrebbero danneggiare irreparabilmente l’apparecchio. Sostanze chimiche potrebbero danneggiare le parti in plastica dell’apparecchio.

• Pulire la struttura dell’apparecchio, il tubo

e le fessure di ventilazione con una spazzola morbida o con un panno. Non pulire mai l’apparecchio sotto acqua corrente.

• A lavoro ultimato, rimuovere il sacco di raccolta, rivoltarlo e spazzolarlo accuratamente. In tal modo si eviterà la formazione di muffa e di odori sgradevoli.

• Rimuovere dalla bocca di uscita eventuali resti di materiale triturato.

Pulizia del ltro dell‘aria

Non azionare mai l’apparecchio

senza ltro dell’aria. Altrimenti polvere e sporcizia possono raggiungere il motore e causare danni alla macchina. Tenere il ltro dell’aria pulito.

1. Spegnere l‘apparecchio.

2. Allentare la vite (15) sul coperchio del ltro dell’aria e rimuovere il coperchio (14).

3. Estrarre il ltro dell’aria (13) dall’alloggiamento del ltro.

4. Pulire il ltro dell’aria (13) con sapone e acqua.

Non usare mai benzina!

5. Lasciare asciugare il ltro all‘aria.

6. Reinserire il ltro nella sequenza invertita.

Sostituire il ltro dell’aria quando è

consumato, danneggiato o molto sporco.

Sostituzione della candela di accensione

Candele di accensione consumate

o una distanza di accensione eccessiva comportano la riduzione della prestazione del motore.

1. Spegnere l‘apparecchio.

2. Rimuovere la copertura (17) sulla maniglia. A tale proposito rimuovere sull’intaglio superiore (16) l’inserto dall’alloggiamento e tirarlo via all‘indietro.

3. Premere la copertura (17) con i due pollici nella direzione della freccetta verso l‘alto.

4. Staccare il cappuccio per candela dalla candela.

5. Svitare la candela di accensione in senso antiorario mediante la chiave per candele.

6. Inserire la nuova candela di accensione.

7. Riposizionare il cappuccio per candela.

8. Per l’inserimento della copertura, inserire prima le due asticelle e poi premere saldamente.

9. Controllare la distanza di accensione con l’ausilio di un calibro (reperibile nel negozio specializzato).

La distanza degli elettrodi deve

corrispondere a 0,6-0,7 mm

10.Pulire la candela di accensione con una spazzola metallica.

Sostituzione del sacco di raccolta

Sostituire il sacco di raccolta se è danneggiato. Utilizzare solo sacchi di raccolta originali (vedi „Parti di ricambio „), in caso contrario la garanzia non sarà più valida.

Stoccaggio

• Conservare il sofatore in un luogo asciutto e protetto dal gelo, lontano dalla portata di bambini.

• Non esporre l’apparecchio alla luce diretta del sole, ma conservarlo in un luogo buio o semibuio.

• Non avvolgere il sofatore in un sacco di nylon che potrebbe causare la formazione di umidità.

• Pulire accuratamente l’apparecchio a ne stagione, prima di conservarlo durante i mesi invernali. Pulire il sacco di raccolta, rimuoverlo, svuotarlo e lavarlo con acqua tiepida e sapone neutro. Inserire nuovamente il sacco nell’apparecchio dopo che si è asciugato.

• Accertarsi che tutti i dadi, bulloni e viti siano ben stretti per garantire la sicurezza dell’apparecchio durante il funzionamento.

Garanzia

• Per questo apparecchio forniamo 24 mesi di garanzia. Nel caso di uso commerciale e per apparecchi di ricambio vale una garanzia ridotta.

• Danni riconducibili al naturale logora-Danni riconducibili al naturale logoramento, sovraccarico o uso improprio restano esclusi dalla garanzia. Alcune parti sono soggette a normale usura e non sono coperte da garanzia.

• Requisito essenziale per le prestazioni in garanzia è inoltre che le indicazioni riportate alla voce Pulizia e Manutenzione siano state rispettate.

• I danni che siano risultati da difetti del materiale o errori di costruzione verranno eliminati senza alcun costo, tramite sostituzione del prodotto o la riparazione dello stesso.

• Per usufruire della garanzia è necessario che l’apparecchio sia spedito - non smontato - al rivenditore unitamente alla prova d’acquisto e al tagliando di garanzia.

• Lo smaltimento degli apparecchio difettosi consegnati viene effettuato gratuitamente.

Smaltimento/Tutela dell’ambiente

Effettuare lo smaltimento dell’apparecchio, degli accessori e della confezione nel rispetto dell’ambiente presso un punto di raccolta per riciclaggio.

Consegnare l’apparecchio presso un centro di raccolte e ricupero. Le parti plastiche e di metallo usate potranno essere selezionate e avviate al ricupero. Chiedere informazioni a riguardo al nostro centro assistenza clienti. Lo smaltimento degli apparecchio difettosi consegnati viene effettuato gratuitamente.

I pezzi di ricambio indicati qui di seguito si possono ordinare presso il centro di assistenza (Grizzly Service-Center) (vedere indirizzo a pagina 145). Indicare sull’ordinazione il tipo della macchina ed il numero del pezzo di ricambio.

Dmucharka do liści nie jest wsysarką do mokrego materiału. Unikaj wsysania mokrych materiałów (liście i brud oraz gałązki, sęki, szyszki jodłowe, trawa, ziemia, piasek, rozdrobniona kora i rozdrobnione materiały itp.). Nie wsysaj materiału na mokrych murawach, trawie i łąkach. Nieprawidłowe stosowanie urządzenia może doprowadzić do zatkania komory rozdrabniarki, a przez to do zmniejszenia wydajności urządzenia. W takiej sytuacji może być konieczne całkowite rozebranie i oczyszczenie urządzenia. Czynność ta musi być wykonana przez specjalistę i nie podlega gwarancji.

Przed pierwszym uruchomieniem

Ogólne zasady bezpieczeństwa

• To urządzenie nie jest przeznaczone

do używania przez osoby (włącznie z dziećmi) o ograniczonych zdolnościach zycznych, zmysłowych lub umysłowych lub osoby nieposiadające odpowiedniej wiedzy i/lub odpowiedniego doświadczenia, chyba że będą one pracować pod nadzorem odpowiedzialnej za ich bezpieczeństwo osoby lub otrzymają od niej wskazówki, jak powinno być używane urządzenie.

• Urządzenie nie może być obsługiwane

• Regularnie sprawdzaj, czy urządzenie jest sprawne i nieuszkodzone, aby wykluczyć zagrożenia dla użytkownika.

• Trzymaj urządzenie z daleka od ludzi, a przede wszystkim od dzieci, oraz zwierząt domowych.

• Należy zwracać uwagę na otwarte okna, dzieci, zwierzęta domowe itd. Przerwij pracę, jeżeli w pobliżu znajdują się dzieci i zwierzęta. Wydmuchiwany materiał może zostać wyrzucony w ich kierunku. Zachowuj wokół siebie odstęp bezpieczeństwa 5 m.

• Nie włączaj urządzenia, jeżeli trzymasz je w pozycji odwróconej lub jeżeli nie znajduje się ono w pozycji roboczej.

• Nie kieruj działającego urządzenia na inne osoby; pod żadnym pozorem nie kieruj strumienia powietrza na oczy i uszy.

• Zapoznaj się z otoczeniem i uważaj na możliwe zagrożenia, które można przesłyszeć podczas pracy.

• Podczas pracy uważaj na stabilne oparcie nóg i pewność pozycji, w szczególności

na pochyłościach. Zawsze trzymaj urządzenie obydwoma rękami i pracuj przy prawidłowo ustawionym pasie do noszenia urządzenia.

• Używaj tylko dostarczonych i zalecanych przez nasze Centrum Serwisowe części zamiennych i akcesoriów.

• Nie używaj urządzenia w zamkniętych i źle przewietrzanych pomieszczeniach.

• Nie używaj urządzenia w pobliżu palnych cieczy lub gazów. W innym razie istnieje niebezpieczeństwo pożaru lub wybuchu.

• Osoba obsługująca lub użytkownik urządzenia odpowiada za wypadki lub szkody wyrządzone innym osobom lub stanowiącym własność tych osób rzeczom.

• Przechowuj urządzenie w suchym miejscu, niedostępnym dla dzieci.

• Obchodź się z urządzeniem ostrożnie. Przestrzegaj przepisów dotyczących jego konserwacji.

• Regularnie sprawdzaj, czy pojemnik

na trawę nie jest wyrobiony lub uszkodzony.

• Utrzymuj wloty powietrza chłodzącego

Przeznaczenie urządzenia

• Starannie obchodź się z urządzeniem. Regularnie oczyszczaj szczeliny wlotów po-wietrza i przestrzegaj przepisów konserwacji.

• Nie przeciążaj urządzenia. Pracuj tylko w podanym zakresie mocy. Nie stosuj maszyn o niskiej mocy do wykonywania ciężkich prac. Nie używaj urządzenia do celów, do których nie jest ono przeznaczone.

• Nie wyciągaj za daleko części ciała i uważaj, żeby nie stracić równowagi.

Urządzenie jest przeznaczone tylko do wydmuchiwania i wsysania suchych, opadłych liści w prywatnych ogrodach przydomowych i hobbystycznych. Wszelkie inne, nie wymienione jednoznacznie w niniejszej instrukcji obsługi sposoby stosowania mogą prowadzić do uszkodzeń urządzenia i stanowić poważne zagrożenie dla jego użytkownika. Urządzenia nie wolno stosować tam, gdzie występują szkodliwe dla zdrowia pyły, ani jako odkurzacza do mokrych i ciekłych substancji. Urządzenie jest przeznaczone

do obsługi przez osoby dorosłe. Osoby nieletnie, które ukończyły 16 rok życia, mogą używać urządzenia wyłącznie pod nadzorem. Używanie urządzenia podczas deszczu lub w mokrym otoczeniu jest zabronione. Producent nie odpowiada za szkody spowodowane niezgodnym z przeznaczeniem stosowaniem urządzenia lub jego nieprawidłową obsługą.

Opis działania

Dmucharka do liści jest wyposażona w mechanizm wydmuchowy wzgl. ssący do wydmuchiwania i wsysania liści. W trybie dmuchania liście można szybko zdmuchać w jedno miejsce albo wydmuchać z trudno dostępnych miejsc. W trybie ssania zassane liście są rozdrabniane w celu zmniejszenia ich objętości, wydmuchiwane przez kanał wyrzutowy i zbierane w worku. Worek na liście posiada jednowarstwową powłokę wewnętrzną, zapobiegającą wydostaniu się pyłu drobnocząsteczkowego i wilgoci. Powłoka ta znajduje się po lewej stronie worka na liście i chroni odzież roboczą przed zabrudzeniem. Przy pomocy płaskiej dyszy ssącej można wsysać suche liście i części liści na dużych powierzchniach. Dolny koniec rury jest wyposażony w rolki prowadzące, które ułatwiają prowadzenie rury przy ziemi. Dla bezpieczeństwa

użytkownika, urządzenia wolno używać tylko z całkowicie zamontowaną rurą nadmuchowo-ssawną.

Przed uruchomieniem

urządzenia rura dmuchawy/ ssąca musi być kompletnie zmontowana i skręcona śrubami, a worek na liście i pas do noszenia muszą być zamocowane.

Montaż rury wydmuchowej/ssącej:

Należy zwrócić uwagę na to, aby

rury nie były ustawione na skos. Nieprawidłowy montaż może uszkodzić kontakty elektryczne, które znajdują się wewnątrz rury.

Połączyć w pierwszej kolejności dolną rurę nadmuchowo-ssawną z rurą górną.

Zluzować śruby C przy dolnym końcu górnej rury nadmuchowo-ssawnej.

Wsunąć dolną rurę nadmuchowo-ssawną do rury górnej. Przystawić dolną rurę nadmuchowo-ssawną lekko skośnie do górnej, okrągłej części górnej rury nadmuchowo-ssawnej i odchylić ją, wprowadzając z naciskiem do rury górnej. Dokręcić ponownie śruby C.

Zmontowaną wstępnie rurę nadmuchowossawną zamontować do części silnikowej dmuchawy do liści.

W tym celu należy wykręcić śruby A i zluzować śruby B.

Nieprzestrzeganie tej zasady może być przyczyną uszkodzenia silnika oraz utraty praw użytkownika do roszczeń z tytułu gwarancji.

2. Nalać najpierw połowę benzyny, następnie całą porcję oleju i wstrząsnąć pojemnikiem. Dolać resztę benzyny i jeszcze raz wstrząsnąć pojemnikiem.

3. Odkręcić pokrywę wlewu paliwa i nalać mieszankę paliwową do zbiornika. Wytrzeć pozostałości benzyny z powierzchni wokół wlewu i zamknąć pokrywę wlewu.

Uruchamianie silnika

1. Ułożyć urządzenie na utwardzonym, płaskim podłożu.

• Oczyść strefę wylotu z ewentualnych pozostałości rozdrobnionego materiału.

Czyszczenie ltra powietrza

Nigdy nie używać urządzenia bez ltra

powietrza. W przeciwnym razie pył i zanieczyszczenia dostaną się do silnika i spowodują uszkodzenie maszyny. Filtr powietrza należy utrzymywać w czystości.

1. Wyłączyć urządzenie.

2. Zluzować śrubę (15) pokrywy ltra powietrza i zdjąć pokrywę (14).

3. Wyjąć ltr (13) powietrza z obudowy.

4. Umyć ltr (13) mydłem i wodą.

Nigdy nie używać benzyny!

5. Osuszyć ltr na powietrzu.

6. Zmontować ltr w odwrotnej kolejności.

Wymiana świecy zapłonowej

Zużyte świece zapłonowe lub

zbyt duża przerwa iskrowa są przyczyną zmniejszenia mocy silnika.

1. Wyłączyć urządzenie.

2. Zdjąć pokrywę (17) przy uchwycie. W tym celu należy podważyć wkład przy wycięciu górnym (16) i wyciągnąć go do tyłu z obudowy.

3. Nacisnąć pokrywę (17) obydwoma kciukami w kierunku zgodnym ze strzałką, do góry.

4. Zdjąć wtyk przewodu zapłonowego ze świecy zapłonowej.

5. Wykręcić świecę zapłonową kluczem do świec, obracając ją w kierunku przeciwnym do ruchu wskazówek zegara.

6. Wkręcić nową świecę.

7. Nasadzić ponownie wtyk przewodu zapłonowego.

8. Podczas nakładania pokrywy najpierw włożyć oba paski, a następnie mocno docisnąć.

9. Sprawdź odstęp elektrod przy pomocy szczelinomierza (dostępny w handlu specjalistycznym).

Odstęp elektrod musi wynosić 0,6-

0,7 mm.

10.Oczyść świecę zapłonową szczotką drucianą.

Wymiana worka na liście

Wymieniaj uszkodzone worki na liście. Stosuj tylko oryginalne worki na liście (zob. rozdz. „Części zamienne“). Stosowanie nieoryginalnych worków na liście powoduje utratę gwarancji

Przechowywanie

• Przechowuj dmucharkę do liści w suchym, zabezpieczonym przed mrozem i absolutnie niedostępnym dla dzieci miejscu.

• Nie wystawiaj urządzenia na bezpośrednie działanie promieni słonecznych; przechowuj go w ciemności lub półciemnym pomieszczeniu.

• Nie owijaj urządzenia workami nylonowymi, ponieważ może to prowadzić do powstawania wilgoci.

• Noste vhodné pracovní oblečení, jako jsou pevné boty s neklouzavou podrážkou, pevné dlouhé kalhoty, rukavice, ochranné brýle a chrániče sluchu. Přístroj nepoužívejte, jestliže jste naboso nebo máte obuty otevřené sandály. Noste ochrannou masku proti

prachu.

• Při velmi suchých podmínkách lehce navlhčete povrch ke snížení zatížení atmosféry prachem.

• Nenoste oděvy anebo šperky, které by mohly být nasáty do vstupu vzduchu. Jestliže máte dlouhé vlasy, používejte ochrannou pokrývky hlavy.

• Pravidelně kontrolujte funkční schopnost a stav neporušenosti přístroje, abyste zamezili rizikům pro obsluhu.

• Nedovolte, aby se osoby, a to především děti a domácí zvířata, k přístroji přibližovaly.

• Dávejte pozor na otevřená okna, děti, domácí zvířata atd. Práci přerušte, jestliže se v blízkosti zdržují děti a domácí zvířata. Vyfukovaný materiál může být vymrštěn v jejich směru. Udržujte kolem sebe bezpečnostní vzdálenost 5 m.

• Přístroj nezapínejte, jestliže jej držíte obráceně nebo jestliže se nenachází v pracovní pozici.

• Nemiřte přístrojem během provozu na osoby, a to zejména nemiřte proudem vzduchu na oči nebo uši.

• Seznamte se se svým okolím a dbejte na možná nebezpečí, která by mohla být během práce dle okolností přeslechnuta.

• Při práci dbejte na bezpečný postoj, a to zejména na svazích. Přidržujte přístroj vždy pevně oběma rukama a pracujte pouze se správně nastaveným nosným popruhem.

• Pozor! Horký povrch.

Hrozí nebezpečí popálení:

- Výfuk může být horký.

- Přístroj držte výhradně

po své pravé straně.

- Nedotýkejte se výfuku,

ani svým oblečením.

• Pečlivě prohlédněte čištěnou plochu a odstraňte veškeré dráty, kameny, plechovky a jiné cizí předměty.

• Nepřibližujte prsty a nohy k otvoru vysávací trubice potrubí a lopatkovému kolu. Hrozí nebezpečí poranění.

• Nepracujte s přístrojem, jestliže jste unavení nebo ne nesoustředění, anebo v případě požití alkoholu nebo tablet. Vždy si zavčas udělejte pracovní přestávku. Pracujte s rozmyslem. Pohybujte se pomalu, neběhejte.

• Nepoužívejte přístroj za deště, za špatného počasí anebo ve vlhkém prostředí. Pracujte pouze za denního světla nebo při dobrém umělém osvětlení.

• Nepracujte s poškozeným, neúplným nebo bez souhlasu výrobce přestavěným přístrojem. Před použitím zkontrolujte bezpečnostní stav přístroje.

• Používejte přístroj pouze tehdy, jestliže je úplně smontován.

• V provozním stavu vysávání používejte přístroj jen tehdy, jestliže je namontován záchytný vak.

• Nevysávejte hořící, žhavé anebo kouřící materiály (např. cigarety, žhavé uhlí a pod.), páry nebo lehce vznětlivé, jedovaté nebo výbušné látky.

• Používejte pouze náhradní díly a příslušenství, dodávané a doporučené naším servisním střediskem.

• Nepoužívejte přístroj v uzavřených, špatně větraných místnostech.

• Nepoužívejte přístroj v blízkosti vznětlivých kapalin nebo plynů. Při nedodržení těchto předpisů hrozí požár nebo výbuch.

• Skladujte přístroj na suchém místě a mimo dosahu dětÍ.

• Zkontrolujte pravidelně záchytný vak

ohledně opotřebení anebo poškození.

• Udržujte všechny vstupy pro chladící vzduch bez nečistot.

Pozor! Takto zabráníte vzniku škod

na přístroji a případně z nich plynoucímu poškození zdraví osob:

• Zacházejte s přístrojem s patřičnou péčí. Pravidelně čistěte větrací otvory a dodržujte předpisy pro údržbu.

• Přístroj nepřetěžujte. Pracujte pouze v udaném výkonovém rozsahu. Nepoužívejte výkonově slabé stroje pro těžké práce. Nepoužívejte přístroj pro účely, pro které není určen.

• Těleso příliš nevytahovat a dávat pozor na to, aby nebyla ztracena rovnováha.

• Nepokoušejte se sami o opravu přístroje, jedině s tou výjimkou, jestliže jste k tomu patřičně vyškolení. Veškeré práce neuvedené v tomto návodu smí být prováděny pouze naším servisním střediskem (adresa viz strana 145).

Účel použití

Přístroj má sloužit pouze k foukání a vysávání suchého listí v soukromých zahradách a zahrádkářských zařízeních. Jakékoliv jiné použití, které v tomto návodu není výslovně povoleno, může mít za následek poškození přístroje a znamenat vážné nebezpečí pro uživatele. Přístroj nesmí být používán v oblastech se zdraví škodlivým prachem nebo jako mokrý vysavač. Přístroj je určen pro dospělé uživatele. Mladiství nad 16 let mohou přístroj užívat pouze pod dohledem. Užívání přístroje za deště nebo ve vlhkém prostředí je zakázáno. Obsluha nebo uživatel je odpovědný za nehody nebo škody způsobené jiným osobám nebo jejich majetku. Výrobce neručí za škody, které byly způsobeny nepředpisovým použitím nebo nesprávnou obsluhou.

Popis funkce

Přístroj je vybaven dmychadlem, příp. zařízením na vysávání listí s funkcemi foukání a vysávání. V režimu foukání lze listí rychle sfoukat na hromadu nebo vyfoukat z těžce přístupných míst. V režimu vysávání se nasáté listí za účelem snížení objemu rozmělní, vyfoukne vyfukovacím kanálem a shromáždí v záchytném vaku. Záchytný vak je opatřen vnitřní, jednostrannou vrstvou proti pronikání jemného prachu a vlhkosti směrem ven. Tento povlak se nachází na levé straně záchytného vaku a slouží k ochraně proti znečištění Vašeho pracovního oděvu. Za pomoci ploché sací trysky je možno plošně vysávat suché listí nebo jeho části. K ulehčení vedení trubky po zemi slouží vodicí kladky na spodním konci trubky.

Z důvodu ochrany obsluhy smíte přístroj používat pouze s kompletně namontovaným dvoudílným foukacím/ sacím potrubím.

Montážní návod

Před uvedením přístroje do

provozu je nutno kompletně namontovat a sešroubovat foukací/ vysávací trubici a připevnit záchytný vak a nosný popruh.

Montáž foukací/vysávací trubky:

Dbejte při montáži na to, aby

se trubka nezpříčila. Elektrické kontakty nacházející se v trubce se mohou poškodit.

Nejprve spojte spodní foukací/vysávací trubku s horní foukací/vysávací trubkou.

Povolte šrouby C na spodním konci horní foukací/sací trubky.

Zasuňte spodní foukací/sací trubku do horní foukací/sací trubky. Nasaďte spodní foukací/sací trubku trochu zešikma na horní zaoblenou část horní foukací/ sací trubky a tlakem ji nakloňte do horní foukací/sací trubky. Šrouby C opět utáhněte.

Předmontovanou foukací/vysávací trubku nyní spojte s motorovým dílem odfukovače listí.

Za tímto účelem vyšroubujte šrouby A a povolte šrouby B.

Zasuňte horní foukací/sací trubku do tělesa stroje. Nasaďte horní foukací/sací trubku trochu zešikma na horní zaoblenou část tělesa a tlakem ji nakloňte do tělesa stroje. Opět našroubujte šrouby A a všechny šrouby utáhněte (A i B).

Montáž plošné vysávací trysky:

1. Pro možnost práce s plošnou vysávací tryskou (1) ji nasaďte na sací otvor na trubce.

Pro vyjmutí trysku vytáhněte z trubky.

Nastavení výšky nad zemí:

2. K nastavení výšky ploché sací trysky nad zemí (1) vytáhněte kolečka směrem ven a otáčejte jimi k další aretační poloze. K dispozici jsou tři různé aretační polohy. Používejte na obou stranách ploché sací trysky stejnou výšku.

Montáž záchytného vaku:

3. Nasaďte rám držáku na otvor na motorovém dílu tak. Zatlačte rám držáku přes upínací lištu, až spojková páka slyšitelně zaskočí. Přístroj smí být v režimu sání provozován pouze s namontovaným záchytným vakem.

4. Upevněte smyčku záchytného vaku (12) k foukací/vysávací trubce.

Upevnění nosného popruhu:

5. Zavěste nosný popruh na upevňovací můstek (4).

Obsluha

hluku a místní předpisy. Použití přístroje může být v určité dny (na př. neděle a svátky), během určitých denních hodin (poledne, noční klid) nebo ve zvláštních oblastech (lázně, kliniky) omezeno nebo zakázáno.

Doplňování paliva

Při manipulaci s palivem vždy

zajistěte dostatečné větrání.

Při tankování nekuřte a

Uzávěr palivové nádrže otvírejte

opatrně, tak aby se mohl pomalu snížit případný přetlak.

Přístroj nespouštějte poblíž místa

tankování.

Pro uskladnění paliva používejte

vhodné a přípustné nádoby.

V případě nedodržení upozornění

hrozí nebezpečí požáru nebo exploze.

Používejte pouze směs paliva

doporučenou v návodu. Směs nesmí být starší než tři měsíce. Při nedodržení upozornění může dojít k poškození motoru a vy ztrácíte nárok na záruku.

Zabraňte přímému kontaktu benzí-

nu s pokožkou a vdechování benzínových výparů. Hrozí nebezpečí poškození zdraví!

Přístroj je poháněn směsí

z bezolovnatého benzínu a oleje pro dvoutaktní motory (kvality API TC) v poměru 40:1.

• Nikdy nepoužívejte nezředěné palivo. Používejte pouze olej pro dvoutaktní motory (nikoliv olej pro čtyřtaktní motory ani olej pro motory s vodním chlazením). Při nedodržení upozornění může dojít k poškození motoru a vy ztrácíte nárok na záruku.

1. Benzín s olejem míchejte vždy v čisté nádobě určené pro benzín.

2. Nejdříve nalijte polovinu benzínu, potom celé množství oleje a nádobu protřepejte. Poté přidejte zbytek benzínu a ještě jednou protřepejte.

3. Odšroubujte uzávěr palivové nádrže a nalijte do nádrže směs paliva. Kolem uzávěru setřete zbytky benzínu a uzávěr palivové nádrže opět zavřete.

Spuštění motoru

1. Položte přístroj na pevný, rovný podklad.

2. Pro zapnutí zapalování stiskněte spínač zapnuto/vypnuto (3) na pozici I.

3. Při spuštění motoru zastudena posuňte páku sytiče (7) na symbol sněhové vločky.

4. Stiskněte 6x čerpadlo pohonné hmoty (primer) (8).

5. Táhněte za lano startéru na rukojeti (8), dokud motor nenaskočí.

6. Posuňte páku sytiče do prostřední polohy polovičního plynu a nechejte motor zahřát po dobu jedné až dvou minut při chodu naprázdno.

7. Jestliže je motor zahřátý, posuňte páku sytiče do provozní polohy (symbol sluníčka).

Symbol sluníčka je při zahřátém motoru také startovací pozicí páky sytiče.

Zastavení motoru

1. Povolte páku plynu.

2. Pro vypnutí zapalování uveďte zastavovací spínač do pozice

Režim foukání:

• Nastavte volicí spínač režimu na symbol .

• Optimálního výsledku při použití dmychadla docílíte při vzdálenosti od země 5 - 10 cm.

• Směřujte proud vzduchu pryč od sebe. Dbejte na to, abyste nerozvířili těžké předměty, a tím někoho neporanili nebo něco nepoškodili.

• Práci započněte s nejvyšším foukacím výkonem, aby se roztroušené listí rychle posbíralo.

Nízký foukací výkon zvolte ke zhuštění

hromady listí, kterou jste před tím nafoukali.

• Před foukáním odstraňte kartáčem nebo hráběmi listí, které přilnulo k podkladu.

• Vodicí kladky na konci trubky slouží k usnadnění práce na rovných plochách.

Režim vysávání:

• Nastavte volicí spínač režimu na symbol

. Zkontrolujte, zda je záchytný

vak správně namontovaný.

• Dbejte na to, abyste současně nevysávali příliš velké množství listí. Tím zabráníte tomu, aby se foukací/vysávací trubka ucpala a zablokovalo se lopatkové kolo.

• Za účelem plošného vysávání suchého listí nebo jeho zbytků nasaďte na konec trubky přiloženou plochou sací trysku.

Výstupní kanál zajišťuje optimální

dopravu listí do záchytného vaku. Navíc slouží k vaší bezpečnosti tím, že znemožňuje během provozu dotyk s lopatkovým kolem.

Aby se záchytný vak zbytečně

příliš neopotřebovával, netahejte jej během práce po zemi.

Jestliže přístroj během provozu

náhle zastaví a nevysává, je nutno jej ihned vypnout.

Proveďte práce tak, jak je

uvedeno v kapitole „Čištění a údržba“. Jestliže poté přístroj nestartuje, obraťte se na naše servisní středisko.

Vyprazdňování záchytného vaku:

Jestliže je záchytný vak plný, sníží se značně sací výkon. Pokud je sáček plný nebo poklesne sací výkon přístroje, je třeba záchytný vak vyprázdnit.

Před zahájením veškerých prací

na přístroji vytáhněte zástrčku zapalovací svíčky.

1. Vyčkejte, až se lopatkové kolo zastaví.

2. Pro odstranění záchytného vaku vyvěste smyčku a stiskněte páku spojky na držáku.

3. Otevřete zdrhovadlo záchytného vaku a celý jej vyprázdněte.

4. Vyprázdněný záchytný vak opět namontujte.

Kompostovatelný materiál nepatří

do domácího odpadu!

Čištění a údržba

Před zahájením veškerých prací

na přístroji vytáhněte zástrčku zapalovací svíčky.

 Práce,kterévtomtonávodu

nejsoupopsány,nechteprovést vnašemservisnímstředisku. Používejtepouzeoriginální náhradnídíly.

Před každým použitím kontrolujte odfukovač listí na očividné závady, jako uvolněné, opotřebené anebo poškozené díly a na správné utažení šroubů jakož i jiných dílů. Vyměňte poškozené díly. Pravidelně kontrolujte opotřebení anebo poškození záchytného vaku. Následující údržbářské a čisticí práce provádějte pravidelně. Tím zajistite dlouhou a spolehlivou životnost přístroje.

Čištění

Provádějte čištění ihned po práci,

jinak dojde ke ztvrdnutí a usazení špíny a zbytků listí, které případně již nelze odstranit bez demontáže motorové skříně. Tyto čisticí

práce nepodléhají záruce.

Nepoužívejte čisticích prostředků

anebo rozpouštědel. Mohli byste tím přístroj nevratně poškodit. Chemické látky mohou díly přístroje z plastu rozleptat.

• Pravidelně čistěte skříň přístroje, trubku a větrací otvory měkým kartáčem anebo hadrem. Nikdy nečistěte přístroj pod tekoucí vodou.

• Po skončení práce sejměte záchytný vak, převraťte jej naruby a pořádně jej vykartačujte. Takto zabránite vzniku plísně a nepříjemného zápachu.

• Z výfukové části odstraňte případné zbytky rozsekaného listí.

Čištění vzduchového ltru

Přístroj nikdy nepoužívejte bez

vzduchového ltru. Jinak se do motoru může dostat prach a nečistoty, což vede k poškození stroje. Vzduchový ltr udržujte v čistotě.

1. Přístroj vypněte.

2. Povolte šroub (15) na krytu vzduchového ltru a kryt sejměte(14).

3. Vyjměte vzduchový ltr (13) z tělesa.

4. Filtr vyčistěte mýdlem a vodou.

Nikdy nepoužívejte benzín!

5. Nechejte ltr vysušit na vzduchu.

6. Filtr opět nasaďte v opačném pořadí.

Vzduchový ltr vyměňte, jestliže

je opotřebovaný, poškozený nebo silně znečištěný.

Výměna zapalovací svíčky

Opotřebované zapalovací svíčky

nebo příliš velký interval zapalování vede k snížení výkonu motoru.

1. Přístroj vypněte.

2. Odejměte kryt na rukojeti (17). Vyjměte na horním (16) výřezu vložku z tělesa a stáhněte ji směrem vzad.

3. Zatlačte kryt (17) oběma palci ve směru šipky nahoru.

4. Sejměte zástrčku ze zapalovací svíčky.

5. Vyšroubujte zapalovací svíčku pomocí klíče proti směru hodinových ručiček.

6. Vložte novou zapalovací svíčku.

7. Opět nasuňte zástrčku zapalovací svíčky.

8. Při nasazování kryt nejprve vložte do obou lišt a potom jej pevně přimáčkněte.

9. Zkontrolujte vzdálenost elektrod spároměrem (obdržíte v odborném obchodě).

Vzdálenost elektrod musí být

0,6-0,7 mm.

10.Zapalovací svíčku očistěte drátěným kartáčem.

Výměna záchytného vaku

Poškozený záchytný vak vyměňte. Použijte pouze originální záchytný vak (viz kapitola „Náhradní díly“), jinak zanikne nárok na záruku.

Uskladnění

• Přístroj skladujte na suchém místě, chráněném před mrazem, ke kterému nemají přístup děti.

• Nevystavujte přístroj přímému slunečnímu světlu, skladujte jej v temnotě nebo v pološeru .

• Neobalujte přístroj nylonovými pytli, poněvadž by se mohla tvořit vlhkost.

• Na konci sezóny a pro přezimování přístroj řádně vyčistěte. Vyčistěte záchytný vak tím způsobem, že jej sejmete, vyprázdníte a vyperete ve vlažné vodě za použití neutrálního mýdla. Usušený vak opět připevněte.

• Přesvědčte se o tom, že jsou všechny matice, svorníky, a šrouby pevně utažené, aby tento nástroj byl v bezpečném stavu, schopném k provozu.

Odklízení a ochrana okolí

Přístroj, příslušenství a obal odevzdejte v souladu s požadavkami na ochranu životního prostředí do recyklační sběrny.

Odevzdejte jej ve sběrně šrotu. Použité díly z plastu a kovu se tam dle druhu materiálu roztřídí a mohou se pak zavést do recyklace. Dotažte se k tomuto tématu ve Vašem servisním středisku.

Záruka

• Na tento přístroj poskytujeme záruku 24 měsíců. Pro živnostenské použití a vyměnitelné přístroje platí zkrácená záruka.

• Škody, které byly způsobeny přirozeným opotřebením, přetížením anebo neodbornou obsluhou, jsou ze záruky vyloučeny. Určité konstrukční části podléhají jejich běžnému opotřebení a jsou proto ze záruky vyloučeny.

• Předpokladem pro poskytnutí záručního plnění je kromě toho, že byly dodrženy pokyny pro čištění a údržbu.

• Škody, které vznikly v důsledku závad materiálu anebo chyb výrobce, budou bezplatně odstraněny náhradní dodávkou anebo opravou. Podmínkou je, aby byl přístroj odevzdán obchodníkovi nerozlo-žený včetně nákupního a záručního dokladu.

Intended use

A leaf blower is not intended for wet conditions! Avoid wet materials such as leaves and dirt, twigs, branches, pine needles, grass, earth, sand, mulch, cuttings, etc. Do not use on wet lawns, grass areas or elds. Misuse may lead to congestion in the shredding unit and lead to reduced functionality. The machine may need to be completely dismantled and cleaned. This work should be carried out by a qualied service technician and is not covered by guarantee.

General notes on safety

• The device must not be used by people

(including children) with limited physical, sensory or mental faculties or who lack the necessary experience and/or knowledge - other than they are supervised by a person responsible for safety or are

being instructed to operate the trimmer by such a person.

• Do not stretch the body too far and ensure that balance is maintained.

• The device must not be operated by children. Laws and local regulations can determine a minimum age for use. Likewise, working with the device should never be allowed for persons who are not completely familiar with the operating instructions.

• The user is responsible for accidents and risks to other people and their property.

Working with the device:

Familiarise yourself with all the

unit’s parts and correct operation of the unit before you start working with it. Make sure that you can immediately switch off the unit in an emergency. Improper use of the unit may lead to serious injury.

CAUTION: How to avoid accidents

and injuries:

The personal protective equipment protects your own health and the health of others and ensures trouble-free operation of the device.

• Wear suitable working clothes such as robust footwear with anti-slip soles, rugged, long trousers, gloves, protective goggles and hearing protection. Do not use the device if you are barefoot or are wearing open sandals. Wear respiratory protection if you are working in a dusty environment. Wear a dust mask.

• In very dry conditions, dampen the surface slightly in order to reduce the strain from dust.

• Refrain from wearing loose clothing or jewellery that could be drawn into the air intake nozzle. If you have long hair, use protective head covering.

• Check the operational serviceability and integrity of the device regularly in order to avoid danger to the operator.

• Keep the device away from persons, particularly children and domestic animals.

• Pay attention to open windows, children, pets, etc. Stop working if children and pets are nearby. The blown material may y in their direction. Maintain a safety distance around you of 5 m.

• Do not turn on the device if it is upside down or is not in working position.

• Do not point the device when it is working at persons, in particular, do not point the airstream at eyes and ears.

• Make yourself familiar with your surroundings and pay attention to possible dangers which, under certain circumstances, can be missed while working.

• While working, make sure that you are standing in a rm position – especially when you are on a slope. Always hold the device with both hands and work only with correctly adjusted shoulder carrying strap.

• Caution! Hot surface. Risk of burns:

- The exhaust pipe can become hot.

- Hold the equipment only on your

right hand side.

- Do not touch the exhaust

pipe – even with your clothing.

• Carefully inspect the surface to be cleaned and remove all wires, stones, cans and other foreign bodies.

• Keep ngers and feet away from the suction tube opening and impeller wheel. There is a danger of injury.

• Do not work with the device if you are tired or lack concentration or after the

consumption of alcohol or tablets. Always take time out for a break. Work at a reasonable pace. Move slowly; do not run.

• Do not use the device in the rain, in bad weather or in a moist environment. Work in daylight or under good articial lighting.

• Do not work with a device which is damaged, incomplete or altered without the approval of the manufacturer. Check the safety status of the device before use

• Employ the device in a completely assembled condition only.

• Employ the device suction operating mode only when the collection bag is attached.

• Do not intake any burning, smouldering or smoking materials (e.g. cigarettes, embers etc.), fumes or easily inammable, poisonous or explosive materials.

• Do not intake any moist or wet material or any liquids.

• Only use the replacement parts that are supplied and recommended by our Service Centre.

• Do not use the device in closed or badly ventilated rooms. Do not use the device near inammable liquids or gases. In case of non-observance of these directions, danger of re or explosion exists.

• Keep the device in a dry location and out of reach of children.

• Keep all cooling air inlets clear of dirt.

CAUTION! The following states

how damage to the trimmer and possible injury to people can be avoided:

• Do not stretch the body too far and ensure that balance is maintained.

Intended purpose

The device is designed only for the blowing and suction and of dry leaves in private households and as a hobby device in the garden. Every other utilization, which is not explicitly approved in these directions, can lead to damage to the device and represents a serious danger to the user. The device must not be employed in areas where there is health endangering dusts or as a wet suction device.

The device is designed for use by adults. Young people over 16 years may use the device under supervision only. The use of the device in the rain or in a humid environment is forbidden. The operator or user is responsible for accidents or damage to other persons or their property. The manufacturer is not liable for damage which is caused through inappropriate use or incorrect operation.

Function description

The garden vacuum has a blowing/vacuuming unit for the blowing and suction functions. In blowing mode, you can quickly blow together fallen leaves or blown them out of places that are difcult to reach. In suction mode, the leaves are shredded to save space, and blown out of the ejector outlet into the collection bag. The collection bag is tted with one-sided inner lining to prevent ne dust and wetness from penetrating the bag to the outside. This lining is located on the left-hand side of the bag to protect your working clothes from soiling. You can vacuum up dry leaves and leaf parts on the at with the at suction nozzle. The guide rollers at the lower end of the tube make it easier to guide the tube along the ground. For the protection of the user,

the equipment is to be operated only with the two-part blow/suction pipe fully tted.

Refer to the following descriptions for instructions on how the operating controls work.

Assembly instructions

Remove the power plug before all

work on the device. Employ only original parts. Danger of injury.

Before putting the device into op-

eration, the blower / suction tube must be completely mounted and screwed tight and the collection bag and carrying strap must be attached.

Mounting of blower / suction tube:

Make sure the tubes are held

straight during mounting. The electrical contacts in the tube could be damaged.

First connect the lower blow/suction tube to the upper blow/suction tube.

Loosen screws C on the lower end of the upper blow/suction pipe.

Push the lower blow/suction pipe into the upper blow/suction pipe. Place the lower blow/suction pipe slightly askew on the upper, round pipe section of the upper blow/suction pipe and press to tilt it into the upper blow/suction pipe. Rex screws C in place.

Connect the now pre-assembled blow/ suction tube to the leaf blower motor part.

Place the upper blow/suction pipe slightly askew on the upper, round part of the housing and press to tilt it into the machine housing. Reposition screws A and x all screws (A and B) in place.

Mount at suction nozzle:

1. To work with the at suction nozzle (1), push it onto the suction opening on the tube.

To remove the nozzle pull the nozzle

out of the tube.

Adjust Floor Clearance:

2. To adjust the oor clearance of the at suction nozzle (1), pull the wheels outwards and turn the wheels to the next lock-in position. There are three possible lock-in positions. Use a position of equal height on both sides of the at suction nozzle.

Mount collection bag:

3. Place the retainer frame onto the opening on the motor components so that the grip points towards the mains cable. Press the retainer frame over the engagement strip until the coupling lever engages.

Suction operation is only permissible with the collection bag mounted.

4. Connect the collection bag retainer loop (12) to the blower / suction tube.

To do this, remove screws A and loosen screws B.

Push the upper blow/suction pipe into the machine housing.

Mount carrying strap:

5. Hook the carrying strap onto the attachment bar (4).

Operating the leaf blower

Danger of injury.

Wear suitable clothing and work gloves when working with the device. Make sure that the device is functioning properly before every use. Make sure that the collection bag and the tube are assembled correctly and the carrying strap is adjusted correctly for work.

Note noise protection laws and local

regulations. The use of the device can be restricted or prohibited on certain days (e.g. Sundays and holidays), during certain times of the day (lunch hours, at night) or in special areas (e.g. health resorts, clinics etc. ).

After switching off the device,

the impeller wheel continues to rotate for some time. Danger of injury due to rotating tool.

Fill with Fuel

Always ensure good ventilation

when handling fuel.

Do not smoke when refuelling and

keep away from any heat sources. Never refuel with the motor running or hot.

Open the ller cap carefully, so any

excess pressure that is present can escape slowly.

Do not start the equipment near

the lling location.

Use suitable and authorised con-

tainers for storing the fuel.

There is a risk of re or explosion

in case of non-observance.

Only use the fuel mix recommend-

ed in the instructions. This must not be older than 3 months. In case of non-observance, the motor may be damaged and the guarantee will be invalidated.

Avoid direct skin contact with pet-

rol and inhalation of petrol fumes. They are hazardous to health!

The equipment is run with a

mix of unleaded petrol and two-stroke engine oil (quality API TC) in the ratio 40:1.

• Never use undiluted fuel. Use only two-stroke engine oil (no four-stroke engine oil or oil for water cooled motors). In case of non-observance, the motor may be damaged and the guarantee will be invalidated.

1. Mix the petrol and oil in a clean container that is designed for petrol.

2. Initially pour in half of the petrol then the entire oil quantity and shake the container. Add the rest of the petrol then shake again.

3. Unscrew the ller cap and pour the fuel mix into the petrol tank. Wipe off petrol residues around the ller cap and close the ller cap.

Start the Motor

1. Place the equipment on a rm, even base.

2. To switch on the ignition, push the on/ off switch (3) to position I.

3. For a cold start, push the choke lever (7) to the snowake symbol.

4. Press the fuel pump (primer) (8) 6 x.

5. Pull the starter cable on the starter handle (6) until the motor starts.

6. Push the choke lever to the middle, part-throttle position and allow the motor to warm up in neutral for one to two minutes.

7. When the motor has warmed up, push the choke lever to the operating position (sun symbol).

The sun symbol is also the start position for the choke lever when the motor is warm.

Stop the Motor

1. Release the throttle.

2. To switch off the ignition, move the stop switch to position

STOPP

To stop the motor in an emergency,

push the on/off switch.

Before switching on device, make

sure it is not in contact with any objects. Ensure stable positioning.

The device can only be switched

on if the entire blower / suction tube is correctly mounted.

1. Put on the carrying strap and ad-

just it to the optimum length.

2. In order to select the operation

mode, turn the operation mode selector (11) to the symbol required.

Before changing the operating mode, it is absolutely necessary that the device be switched off.

Working with the leaf blower

The leaf blower may only be used

for the following purposes:

- As a blower to pile up dry leaf material or to blow material out of places that are hard to access (e.g. under cars)

- As a suction device to suck up dry leaf material. The device also functions as a shredder in the suction function. The dry leaves are shredded and their volume is reduced, preparing the material for later composting if desired. The shredding intensity depends on the size of the leaf material and its residual moisture. Uses other than those described here may damage the machine and put the operator at risk.

During work, ensure that the device

is not struck against hard objects, which can cause damage. Do not suck up any solid bodies such as stones, branches or pieces of branch, r cones or similar, since these can damage the device, in particular the shredding mechanism.

Repairs of this type are not covered by the guarantee.

Blowing operating mode:

• Set the operating mode selector switch (11) to the symbol .

• You get optimal results when you use the blower with a separation distance to the ground of 5 -10 cm.

• Direct the airstream away from yourself. Ensure that you do not to stir up any heavy objects and hurt somebody or damage something.

• Begin work with the highest blowing power, in order to rapidly pile up the leaves lying around. Select a lower blowing power to compact the previously piled up leaves.

• Before blowing, loosen leaves adhering to the ground with a broom or rake.

• The guide rollers at the end of the tube make it easier to work on at surfaces.

Suction operating mode:

• Set the operating mode selector switch to the symbol whether the collection bag (12) is correctly assembled.

• Make sure the volumes of leaf material sucked in at one time are not too large. This will avoid clogging of the blower / suction tube and blockage of the impeller wheel.

• For ground suction of leaves or leaf residues, place the enclosed at nozzle onto the end of the tube.

The ejection nozzle ensures ideal

transport of leaves into the leaf bag. Additionally, it serves your safety by preventing contact with the fan during operation.

To reduce wear on the collec-

tion bag, do not drag it along the ground while working.

If the device stops suddenly dur-

ing operation and does not produce any suction, then it is to be

switched off immediately. Make sure that no material is wedged in between the shredder impeller and the casing. Carry out the work as described in the chapter “Cleaning and Maintenance”. If the appliance will not start, consult our Service Centre.

Emptying the collection bag:

With full collection bag, the suction pumping capacity decreases considerably and the collection bag must be emptied when the bag is full or interferes with the suction capacity of the device.

Disconnect the spark plug terminal

before carrying out any work on the equipment.

1. Wait until the impeller wheel comes to a standstill.

2. To remove the collection bag, remove the retainer loop and press the coupler lever on the frame.

3. Open the zip-fastener on the collection bag and empty it completely.

4. Mount the emptied collection bag again.

Composting material does not be-

long with domestic waste!

Cleaning and maintenance

Disconnect the spark plug terminal

before carrying out any work on the equipment.

Leave all work not described in

this manual to our Service Centre. Only use original parts.

Before every use, check the leaf blower for obvious deciencies, such as loose, worn or damaged parts and for correct seating of the parts. Replace damaged parts. Check the bag regularly for wear and tear. Carry out the following maintenance and cleaning work regularly. By this means, a long and reliable life is guaranteed.

General cleaning

Clean the device in each case

immediately after working, since otherwise mud with leaf residues hardens and sets and can possibly no longer be removed without dismantling the motor casing.

Such cleaning work is not covered by the guarantee.

Do not employ any cleaning agents

or solvents. They can irreparably damage the device. Chemical substances can attack the plastic parts of the device.

• Clean the device casing, the tube and the ventilation slots regularly with a soft brush or a cloth. Never clean the device under running water.

• Take off the collection bag after nishing work, turn it inside out and brush it thoroughly. In this way, you avoid the generation of mold and unpleasant odours.

• Free the outlet area from possible shredded residues.

Clean the Air Filter

Never operate the equipment

without an air lter, otherwise dust and dirt will get into the motor and result in damage to the machine. Keep the air lter clean.

1. Switch off the equipment.

2. Loosen screw (15) on the air lter cover and remove the cover (14).

3. Take the air lter (13) out of the lter housing.

4. Clean the air lter (13) with soap and water.

Never use petrol!

5. Allow the lter to dry in the air.

6. Reinsert the lter in reverse order.

Replace the air lter if it is worn,

damaged or heavily soiled.

Change the Spark Plug

Worn spark plugs or a spark gap

that is too large will result in a reduction of motor power.

1. Switch off the equipment.

2. Remove the cover (17) on the handle. To do this prise the insert out of the housing at the upper indentation (16).

3. Use both thumbs to push the cover (17) upwards in the direction of the arrow.

4. Disconnect the spark plug terminal from the spark plug.

5. Unscrew the spark plug anticlockwise using a spark plug socket.

6. Insert the new spark plug.

7. Re-attach the spark plug terminal.

8. When inserting the cover, rst insert the two strips then press rmly.

9. Use a feeler gauge (available in spe-Use a feeler gauge (available in specialised shops) to check the spark gap. Electrodes to be 0.6-0.7 mm

10. Use a steel brush to clean the spark plug.

Replacing the collection bag

Replace a defective collection bag. Employ only original collection bags (see chapters “Spare Parts”), otherwise the guarantee claim is invalid.

Safekeeping

• Keep the leaf blower in a dry, frost-free location, which is inaccessible to children.

• Do not store the device in direct sunlight; store it in dark or in reduced light conditions.

• Do not cover the device with nylon bags, since moisture can form.

• Clean the device thoroughly at the season end and for storage during wintering. Clean the collection bag by removing it, emptying it and washing with warm water and neutral soap. Reattach the dried bag again.

• Ensure that all nuts, bolts and screws are tightened so the equipment is in safe, functional condition.

Waste disposal and environmental protection

Be environmentally friendly. Return the tool, accessories and packaging to a recycling centre when you have nished with them.

Hand over the device at an utilization location. The plastic and metal parts employed can be separated out into pure materials and recycling can be implemented. Ask your Service Center about this. Defective units returned to us will be disposed of for free.

Guarantee

This appliance has a 24-month guarantee; a shorter 12-month guarantee applies if the appliance is to be used for commercial purposes or for replacement appliances according to statutory regulations. Certain component parts are subject to normal wear and are excluded from the guarantee. In particular impeller, collection bag and carbon brushes are excluded, provided that the complaints cannot be attributed to defects in material. Furthermore, the prerequisite for guarantee services is that the references indicated in the operating instructions regarding cleaning and maintenance have been adhered to. Damage, which has been caused from material or manufacturing faults, will be made good free of charge, by replacement delivery or repair. Repairs, which are not covered by the guarantee, can be carried out for charge by our service center. Our service center will be glad to provide you with a cost estimate. We can only process devices which have been packaged sufciently and which have been dispatched with correct stamping. Note: In case of complaint or service, please deliver your device cleaned, and with an indication of the defect, to our service address.

Please insure before the dispatch, that the device is not classied as “bulk freight”. That could be the case if the packaging is not sufcient or if the device is sent wrapped only with wrapping paper. Defective units returned to us will be disposed of for free.

Devices sent in freight collect - by bulk freight, express or with other special freight - are not accepted. If you have a justied guarantee claim, please contact our service centre by telephone, which will then advise you on how the claim will be processed.

Instrucciones generales de seguridad

• Este aparato no está destinado a ser

utilizado por personas, inclusive niños, con la capacidad física, sensorial o psíquica limitada o que no tengan experiencia o conocimientos respectivos, a no ser que estén bajo la vigilancia de una persona encargada de su seguridad, o bien ésta les dé instrucciones de cómo se debe utilizar el aparato.

• El aparato no debe operarse por niños.

Las leyes y prescripciones pueden prever una edad mínima para la utilización. Así mismo queda prohibida la operación del aparato por parte de personas que no conocen completamente estas instrucciones de operación.

• El usuario es responsable de

accidentes y de peligros existentes frente a otras personas y su propiedad.

Trabajos con el aparato:

Antes de iniciar el trabajo debe

familiarizarse con todas las piezas del aparato y con el manejo del aparato. Asegúrese de poder desactivar el aparato en forma inme-

diata en caso de una emergencia. La operación inadecuada puede causar graves lesiones.

Precaución: Así evitará accidentes

y daños físicos:

Los equipamientos de protección personal protegen la salud suya como la de los demás y garantizan una operación libre de problemas del aparato.

• Se ha de utilizar ropa apropiada de trabajo, como zapatos sólidos con suela antideslizante, un pantalón largo y resistente, guantes de trabajo, lentes de seguridad y protectores auditivos. El aparato no debe utilizarse al estar descalzo o bien al utilizar sandalias. Lleve una mascarilla protectora contra el polvo.

• Humedezca en ambiente seco ligeramente la supercie, para disminuir la cantidad de polvo.

• No se han de utilizar ropa o joyas que podrían aspirarse por la entrada de aire. En caso de pelo largo debe utilizarse una gorra protectora de la cabeza.

• Periódicamente debe controlarse la funcionabilidad y el estado íntegro del aparato, para evitar así el surgimiento de riesgos para el usuario.

• Mantenga el aparato lejos de personas, particularmente de niños y mascotas.

• Tenga cuidado con las ventanas abiertas, niños, mascotas, etc. Interrumpa su trabajo cuando haya niños o mascotas en las cercanías. El material soplado puede salir catapultado en su dirección. Mantenga una distancia de seguridad de 5 m en torno suyo.

• No arranque el aparato cuando está volteado o bien cuando no se encuentra en su posición de trabajo

• Durante la operación, el aparato no debe dirigirse hacia personas; el chorro de aire no debe dirigirse particularmente hacia los ojos y las orejas.

• Familiarícese con su entorno y ponga atención en los eventuales riesgos que no podrían percibirse o escucharse circunstancialmente durante el trabajo.

• Durante el trabajo se ha de preocupar de una posición segura, particularmente en sitios inclinados. Mantenga el aparato sujetado con ambas manos y procede en el trabajo con la cinta de transporte correctamente adaptada al usuario.

• Atención: Supercie muy caliente

(existe peligro de sufrir quemaduras):

- El tubo de escape puede

calentarse.

- Sostenga el soplador

exclusivamente por el lado derecho.

- No toque el tubo de escape,

tampoco con su ropa

• La supercie a limpiar debe revisarse cuidadosamente. Se han de retirar todos los alhambres, piedras, tarros u otros cuerpos extraños.

• Mantenga dedos y pies lejos de la abertura de aspiración en el tubo y de la rueda helicoidal. Existe peligro de lesiones.

• No trabaje con el aparato si está cansado o desconcentrado o bien después de la ingesta de alcohol o medicamentos. Tome siempre oportunamente un descanso. Proceda con sentido común en el trabajo. ¡Muevése lentamente, no corra!

• No trabaje bajo la lluvia, en malas condiciones climáticas o en ambientes húmedos. Trabaje sólo con luz del día o bien con buena iluminación.

• No trabaje con un aparato dañado, incompleto o modicado sin el consentimiento del fabricante. Revise, antes del uso.

• El aparato debe utilizarse exclusivamente al estar completamente montado.

• El aparato debe utilizarse en el modo de operación Aspiración exclusivamente cuando está montado el saco recolector.

• No procede con la aspiración de materiales ardientes, incandescentes o humeantes (por ejemplo, cigarillos, candencia, etc.), vapores o bien sustancias fácilmente inamables, tóxicas o explosivas.

• Utilice exclusivamente los accesorios y piezas de repuesto suministrados y recomendados por nuestro Centro de Servicio.

• El aparato no ha de utilizarse en áreas cerradas o bien de mala ventilación.

• No utilice el aparato cerca de líquidos o gases inamables. En caso contrario existe peligro de incendio o explosión.

• Cuando no use el aparato, debe guardarse este en un lugar seco y fuera del alcance de niños.

• Compruebe periódicamente el saco

colector por si está desgastado o dañado.

• Mantenga todas las entradas de aire

refrigerante libres de suciedad.

Precaución: Así puede evitar daños

en el aparato y daños personales que podrían resultar de ello:

• Maneje el aparato con cuidado. Las ranuras de ventilación deben limpiarse periódicamente. Se han de cumplir las prescripciones de mantenimiento.

• No sobrecargue el aparato. Trabaje exclusivamente en el rango de potencia indicado. No utilice máquinas de poca potencia para trabajos pesados. No utilice el aparato para nes que no estén de acuerdo con su uso previsto.

Uso previsto

El aparato está exclusivamente destinado para el soplado y la aspiración de hojas delgadas en la aplicación particular de hogar y jardín. Cualquier utilización diferente que se no menciona y autoriza expresamente en estas instrucciones presentes, puede causar daños en el aparato y presentar un riesgo grave para el usuario. El aparato no debe utilizarse en áreas con polvos tóxicos o bien como aspiradora en húmedo.

El aparato está destinado para el uso por adultos. El uso del aparato está permitido sólo bajo vigilancia a adolescentes mayores de 16 años. Queda estrictamente prohibida la utilización del aparato en caso de lluvia o bien al disponer de condiciones climáticas muy húmedas. El operador o usuario asume la responsabilidad para accidentes o daños de otras personas o bien de su propiedad. El fabricante no se responsabiliza por daños causados por el uso contrario al previsto o por operación incorrecta.

Descripción del funcionamiento

El soplador de hojas dispone de un soplador o bien una aspiradora de hojas para las funciones de soplado. El modo de operación Soplado permite la acumulación rápida mediante soplado de las hojas o bien su extracción de lugares de acceso difícil. En el modo de operación Aspiración, se trituran las hojas para reducir el volumen de hojas. El material triturado se sopla luego por el canal de expulsión y se acumula en el saco receptor. El saco receptor está cubierto con un recubrimiento interior unilateral para proteger de la penetración de polvo no y humedad. Este recubrimiento se encuentra en el lado izquierdo del saco receptor y sirve para la protección de su ropa de trabajo. Con la tobera de aspiración plana se permite una aspiración supercial de las hojas secas o de componentes de hojas. Para facilitar la conducción del tubo sobre el suelo, se han dispuesto ruedas guía en la parte inferior del tubo.

Para proteger al operario, el aparato sólo debe hacerse funcionar con el tubo de soplado y aspirado de dos piezas completamente montado.

La función de las piezas de mando se indica en las siguientes descripciones.

Instrucciones de montaje

Antes de ponerse en marcha

el aparato, el tubo de soplado / aspiración ha de estar completamente montado y atornillado, y el saco recolector y la cinta de transporte estar sujetos.

Montaje del tubo de soplado / aspiración:

Durante el montaje, tenga cuidado

de no inclinar los tubos. Los contactos eléctricos que se encuentran en el tubo podrían resultar dañados.

Una primeramente el tubo soplador/aspirador inferior con el tubo soplador/aspirador superior.

Aoje los tornillos C del extremo inferior del tubo de soplado y de aspirado superior.

Deslice la parte inferior del tubo de soplado y de aspirado dentro del tubo de soplado y de aspirado superior. Coloque el tubo de soplado y de aspirado inferior, ligeramente inclinado en la parte superior redonda del tubo de soplado y de aspirado superior, y vuélquelo presionando dentro del tubo de soplado y de aspirado superior. Vuelva a jar los tornillos C.

Una el tubo soplador/aspirador ahora premontado con el motor del soplador de hojas.

Extraiga para ello los tornillos A y suelte los tornillos B.

Deslice la parte superior del tubo de soplado y de aspirado hacia dentro de la carcasa de la máquina. Coloque el tubo de soplado y de aspirado superior, ligeramente inclinado, en la parte superior redonda de la carcasa, y vuélquelo presionando, cayendo dentro de la carcasa de la máquina. Vuelva a posicionar los tornillos A y je todos los tornillos (A y B).

Montaje de la tobera de aspiración plana:

1. Para trabajar con la tobera de aspiración plana (1), introduzca este en la abertura de aspiración.

Para sacar la tobera la tobera del tubo.

Ajustar la distancia libre al suelo:

2. Para ajustar la distancia libre al suelo

de la tobera aspiradora plana (1), saque las ruedas hacia fuera y gírelas hasta que se enclaven (existen tres posiciones de enclavamiento). Enclávelas en ambos lados de la tobera aspiradora plana a una posición igual de alta.

Montaje del saco recolector:

3. Coloque el bastidor de sujeción sobre la abertura en el motor, de modo que la empuñadura. Apriete el bastidor de sujeción sobre el listón de encaje hasta que la palanca de enganche haya encajado. Durante la aspiración, el aparato solamente puede hacerse funcionar con el saco recolector montado.

4. Sujete el ojal del saco recolector (12) en el tubo de soplado / aspiración.

Colocación de la cinta de transporte

5. Enganche la cinta de transporte en el travesaño de jación (4).

Utilización de la sopladora de hojas

 Existepeligrodelesiones.

Observe las prescripciones para la

Llenar combustible

Asegure siempre una buena venti-

lación al manipular combustible.

No fume durante el repostaje, y

mantenga alejada cualquier fuente de calor. Nunca reposte con el motor en marcha o muy caliente.

Abra cuidadosamente la tapa del

tanque para que pueda eliminarse suavemente cualquier sobrepresión.

No arranque el aparato en las

inmediaciones del lugar de repostaje.

Utilice recipientes adecuados y

autorizados para almacenar el combustible.

El incumplimiento de esas premi-

sas puede provocar un incendio o una explosión.

Use sólo la mezcla de combustible

recomendada en las instrucciones (no debe ser más antigua de 3 meses). En caso de incumplimiento puede dañarse el motor y perderse la garantía.

Evite el contacto dérmico directo

con la gasolina y la inhalación de los vapores (existe riesgo para la salud).

El aparato funciona con

una mezcla de gasolina sin plomo y aceite de motor de dos tiempos (de la calidad API TC), a una relación de 40:1.

• No utilice nunca combustible sin diluir. Utilice sólo aceite de motor de dos tiempos el (no aceite de motor de cuatro tiempos ni aceite para motores refrigerados por agua). En caso de incumplimiento, puede dañarse el motor y perderse así el derecho de garantía.

1. Mezcle la gasolina y el aceite siempre en un recipiente limpio, destinado a contener gasolina.

2. Rellene primero la mitad de la gasolina necesaria, luego todo el aceite y agite el envase. Introduzca entonces el resto de la gasolina y sacuda otra vez.

3. Desenrosque el tapón del tanque de combustible y vierta entonces la mezcla dentro. Limpie alrededor de la tapa de tanque los residuos de combustible, y vuelva a cerrarla.

Poner en marcha el motor

1. Coloque el aparato sobre una super-

cie rme y plana.

2. Para conectar el encendido, pulse el

interruptor (3) y déjelo en la posición I.

3. Para arrancar en frío, empuje la palan-

ca del estárter (7) hacia el símbolo del copo de nieve.

4. Pulse sobre la bomba de combustible

(encendido) (8) 6 veces.

5. Tirar del cable del asa de arranque (6),

hasta que el motor arranque.

6. Deslice la palanca del estárter a la

posición de medio gas, y deje que el motor marche en ralentí durante uno a dos minutos para que se caliente.

7. Cuando el motor ya está caliente, des-

lice la palanca del estárter a la posición de servicio (símbolo del sol).
