Gripnail’s new SnapStik Insulation Hangers install fast because workers
can grab 5 at a time and just snap them free as they are needed.
SnapStik fasteners are also safer to use because they prevent hand
injuries caused by sharp spindle points and base plate corners.
SnapStik Insulation Hangers also have a unique Easy-Peel adhesive
backing design so that there isn’t any fumbling with the release paper.
Every SnapStik is neatly packed for quick access and they take up about
a third less storage space than loose packed hangers. Prevent hand

• Fasteners and self-locking washers are manufactured from low
carbon galvanized steel.
• All spindles are 12 gauge. Other spindle lengths, gauges and
materials are available upon request.
• Part Number 820 is packaged 200 pieces per box and 10 boxes per
master carton. 200 washers/box.
• Part Numbers 821, 822, 823 and 824 are packaged 100 pieces per

• Load per anchor should not exceed 3 lbs.
• Operating temperatures should not exceed 150 °F.
• Application temperature should exceed 40 °F.
• Shelf life is estimated at 2 years if hangers are stored at room

Application Instructions
1. The SnapStik Insulation Hanger will only stick to a clean, dry, smooth surface. Remove any oil, rust, loose paint, etc. before applying the
fastener. Cleaning the surface is recommended.
2. Peel off the backing paper. Notice that the Easy-Peel backing paper purposely overhangs the adhesive so that the paper is easy to grasp.
3. Firmly press the fastener against the cleaned surface.
4. Impale the insulation over the point of the fastener.
5. Secure the insulation with the self locking washers.
6. Bend or remove remaining point.
