The Griffin Quality Assurance team imparts several layers of inspection from the
production line, outgoing Quality Control, and incoming device verification. These
visual and physical checks are intended to keep quality high, mitigate device failure
in the field and eliminate returns.
The QA specifications used by Griffin are a combination of American Society for
Testing and Materials (ASTM) and International Organization for Standardization
(ISO), as well as various in-house programs that fall outside these organizations.
This triangulation of information and standards gives us the benefit of working
with established methods while developing standards that can extend to products
that don’t fall under pre-existing guidelines.
