If you have a 12-volt camera the
lamp goes ‘inline’ between the
camera and power supply. Before
mounting in the bird box, plug the
power supply jack into the female
input (A) and then the male jack (B)
into the camera’s trailing cable.

If you have a camera of a different voltage you

will need to run a separate power supply for
the lamp.

This clever bit of kit will greatly improve the light levels in your bird box during the day to
help your bird box camera provide the best colour images possible. It’s designed to turn

off automatically at night, so as to not upset the normal routines of nesting birds.

Please see overleaf for instructions on how to wire in the lamp with your existing kit. If you

have purchased the pack with the optional power supply, this includes a 1m cable. If you
need to extend the cable length we have 5, 10 and 20 metre options available on our
website, just search for the product code ‘21POWER’.
