Malfunction of
indoor ambient
temperature
sensor
1. Connection terminal between
sensor and controller is
loosened or poorly contacted;
2. Thereʼs short circuit due to
trip-over of the parts on
controller;
3. Sensor is damaged (Please
check it by referring to the
resistance table for
temperature sensor);
4. Control board is broken.
1. Re-energize the unit after
turning it off and pulling out
the plug for 30min;
2. If there's still malfunction,
please contact after-sales
service.

Malfunction of
indoor evaporator
temperature
sensor
1. The wiring terminal between
indoor evaporator temperature
sensor and controller is
loosened or poorly contacted;
2. Thereʼs short circuit due to the
trip-over of the parts on
controller;
3. Indoor evaporator tempera-
ture sensor is damaged
(Please check it by referring to
the resistance table for tempe
rature sensor);
4. Control board is broken.
1. Re-energize the unit after
turning it off and pulling out
the plug for 30min;
2. If there's still malfunction,
please contact after-sales
service.

discharge
temperature
sensor

outdoor discharge temperature sensor and controller
is loosened or poorly contacted;
2. Thereʼs short circuit due to the
trip-over of the parts on
controller;
3. Outdoor discharge tempera-
ture sensor is damaged
(Please check it by referring to
the resistance table for tempe
rature sensor);
4. Control board is broken.
1. Re-energize the unit after
turning it off and pulling out
the plug for 30min;
2. If there's still malfunction,
please contact after-sales
service.

Malfunction of
humidity sensor
1. Thereʼs short circuit due to the
trip-over of the parts on
controller;
2. Sensor is damaged (Please
check it by referring to the
resistance table for temperature sensor);
3. Controller is damaged

plug for 30min;
2. If there's still malfunction,

jumper cap
1. No jumper cap on controller;
2. Jumper cap hasn't been
installed or inserted correctly;
3. Jumper cap is damaged;
4. Controller is damaged.

Overcurrent
protection
1. Relay is short-circuited or
broken-circuited;
2. The unit operates in extreme
conditiions with very high temperature and humidity level.
