Assembly Instructions

1. Remove plastic cover from drive tower.
Slide halves of magnetic housing to­gether around shaft.

2. Mount sensor on mounting bracket us­ing hardware in this order: round-head
screws, flat washers, sensor, mounting
bracket, lock washers and nuts. Con­nect ground wire from sensor to screw
between bracket and lock washer.

3. Mount bracket on inside of drive-tower
wall through existing hole using 5/16­inch, hex-flange bolt and lock nut. Posi­tion sensor so that gap between sensor
and magnet housing is no greater than
1/8 inch.

4. Route sensor lead down behind cross­bar. Secure lead to crossbar using ca­ble tie. Coil up excess lead and secure
under hydraulic lines using cable ties.
