These instructions explain how to install the digital acre counter.
The acre counter digitally records acres covered.
These instructions apply to:

package. Use this list to inventory parts received.
Assembly Instructions
1. Remove plastic cover from drive tower.
Slide halves of magnetic housing together around shaft.

2. Mount sensor on mounting bracket using hardware in this order: round-head
screws, flat washers, sensor, mounting
bracket, lock washers and nuts. Connect ground wire from sensor to screw
between bracket and lock washer.
3. Mount bracket on inside of drive-tower
wall through existing hole using 5/16inch, hex-flange bolt and lock nut. Position sensor so that gap between sensor
and magnet housing is no greater than
1/8 inch.

4. Route sensor lead down behind crossbar. Secure lead to crossbar using cable tie. Coil up excess lead and secure
under hydraulic lines using cable ties.

5. Use control box to locate holes on plas-
tic cover. Drill 3/16-inch holes in cover.
Mount control box on plastic cover
through drilled holes. Use hardware in
this order: #10 hex-flange screws, flat
washers, control box, plastic cover, lock
washers and flange nuts.
6. Replace plastic cover on drive tower
and plug control-box lead into sensor
lead.
7. Refer to the manual from Vansco en-
closed in this kit for setup and operational instructions.
