PREMESSA

Desideriamo ringraziarvi della preferenza accordataci con l’acquisto della nostra macchina. Siamo certi che otterrete le migliori soddisfazioni e garanzie se seguirete attentamente le indicazioni contenute nel presente manuale. Vi informiamo inoltre che in qualsiasi caso il testo di riferimento per eventuali contestazioni o osservazioni rimane quello in lingua originale del costruttore, ovverosia l’Italiano

1. GARANZIA

- La garanzia ha la durata di mesi dodici (12) a partire dalla data di acquisto dell’apparecchiatura o parte integrante della stessa.

- La garanzia consiste nella sostituzione delle parti eventualmente difettose per accertate cause di fabbricazione e viene applicata direttamente dal vostro fornitore.

- La mano d’opera è sempre a carico dell’acquirente, come pure le spese di trasporto, imballo e rischi di trasporto.

- La garanzia è subordinata alla restituzione dei pezzi avariati in PORTO FRANCO ed alla contemporanea comunicazione dei dati riguardanti il modello, il numero di matricola ed il difetto della macchina sulla quale il particolare era montato.

- La garanzia non si applica alle apparecchiature che siano state danneggiate per negligenza, errato collegamento, installo inadatto, mancata osservanza delle istruzioni di montaggio o impiego e comunque alterate da personale non autorizzato. Non si applica inoltre qualora il numero di matricola sia stato alterato, cancellato o asportato.

- Non si applica la garanzia sul seguente materiale: parti soggette a normale usura quali cinghie, membrane delle elettrovalvole e parti in gomma in generale. Componenti elettrici quali motore, bobine, contattori, resistenze ecc.

2. INTRODUZIONE Il presente manuale è stato realizzato in mo-

do semplice e razionale affinché leggendolo conosciate a fondo la vostra macchina. Si raccomanda di leggerne attentamente il contenuto e di conservarlo unitamente alla macchina. Le avvertenze e le raccomandazioni contenute in questo manuale, non possono coprire tutte le eventualità; è importante tener presente che buon senso, attenzione e prudenza sono fattori che non possono essere aggiunti all’apparecchiatura da parte del costruttore, ma devono essere previsti dalle

persone che effettuano l’installazione, la manutenzione e/o l'uso della macchina. Qualsiasi persona utilizzi questa apparecchiatura dovrà leggere il presente manuale d’uso. In caso di interventi sulla macchina la presente ditta raccomanda vivamente di usare pezzi di ricambio originali, per la cui ordinazione si consiglia di consultare il paragrafo 8. Le descrizioni ed illustrazioni contenute nel presente manuale non si intendono impegnative; la ditta pertanto si riserva il diritto in qualunque momento e senza impegno, di aggiornare tempestivamente la pubblicazione e/o di apportare eventuali modifiche ad organi, componenti e accessori, nel caso in cui questo venga ritenuto conveniente per un miglioramento o per qualsiasi esigenza di carattere costruttivo o commerciale.

3. PRESCRIZIONI, DIVIETI ED USI

DIVERSI DELLA MACCHINA L’apparecchiatura deve essere utilizzata solo

da persone addestrate all’uso della stessa. Disattivare la lavatrice in caso di guasto e/o di cattivo funzionamento. Durante l’uso la pulizia e la manutenzione si deve fare attenzione a non accedere con arnesi e tanto meno con le mani a parti in movimento (motore, cinghie). In caso di incidenti la ditta costruttrice non si assume alcuna responsabilità per danni all’operatore o ad altri persone che possano avvenire durante l’uso, la pulizia e la manutenzione della macchina. Non aprire il dispenser durante il funzionamento per i detersivi in esso contenuto e per la temperatura dell’acqua calda. Questa apparecchiatura è stata progettata per il lavaggio di tessuti secondo le indicazioni riportate sulle etichette degli indumenti o tessuti. Lavare solo indumenti, biancheria per la casa e tessuti normali di uso quotidiano. Non inserite capi che siano stati a contatto con prodotti chimici o infiammabili ma provvedete prima ad un lavaggio a mano e ad asciugarli all’aria per far evaporare completamente queste sostanze. L’uso di qualunque apparecchio elettrico ed elettronico comporta l’osservanza di alcune regole fondamentali. In particolare: non toccare l’apparecchio con mani e piedi bagnati o umidi. Non usarlo a piedi nudi, non lasciarlo esposto l’apparecchio agli agenti atmosferici (pioggia, sale, salsedine, etc.). Non permettere che venga usato da bambini o da incapaci senza una adeguata sorveglianza. Non fumare in prossimità della lavatrice o durante l’uso. Non rimuovere o scavalcare i dispositivi di sicurezza. Non utilizzare mai getti d’acqua diretti od indiretti sulla macchina, fare attenzione pertanto a non installarla in prossimità di zone soggette a questa evenienza.

OGNI ALTRO USO NON ESPLICITAMENTE INDICATO E’ DA CONSIDERARSI PERICOLOSO. IL COSTRUTTORE NON PUÒ ESSERE RITENUTO RESPONSABILE PER EVENTUALI DANNI DERIVANTI DA UN USO IMPROPRIO, ERRONEO O IRRAGIONEVOLE.

4. INDICAZIONI RELATIVE AL TRASPORTO, DISIMBALLAGGIO ED IMMAGAZZINAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA

4.1. TRASPORTO MACCHINA Se è necessario un eventuale trasporto e/o

spedizione della macchina è utile seguire attentamente le seguenti raccomandazioni: Qualora si debba trasportare l’apparecchiatura all’interno di un edificio utilizzare esclusivamente l’apposito bancale o uno equivalente; utilizzare un carrello elevatore a mano oppure elettrico idoneo al trasporto di queste macchine e con capacità di sollevamento sufficiente (vedi dati tecnici). Controllare che la lavatrice possa superare tutti gli ostacoli es. scale, porte etc. Non trascinate mai la macchina per i fianchi o per qualsiasi altra parte. Nel caso in cui la macchina debba essere spedita utilizzare esclusivamente l’imballo originale, in grado di garantire sufficiente stabilità alla macchina durante il trasporto. È inoltre importantissimo rimontare le staffe di trasporto nei tre fori posizionati sul pannello posteriore della macchina (vedi fig. 2)

4.2 IMMAGAZZINAMENTO Qualora la macchina dovesse rimanere in

deposito per lungo tempo prima di essere utilizzata lasciarla all’interno del suo imballo originale, il quale garantisce una ottima protezione. Assicurarsi inoltre che le condizioni ambientali siano corrispondenti a quelle di cui al paragrafo 5. Nel caso in cui invece debba rimanere ferma per lunghi periodi dopo che è già stata usata, verificare che sia materialmente scollegata dalla rete di alimentazione elettrica e coprirla con il sacco protettivo originale.

4.3 DISIMBALLAGGIO

1) Prima di prendere in consegna la macchina dal trasportatore, controllare le condizioni dell’imballo. Se il medesimo presenta danni evidenti all’esterno, può darsi che anche la macchina abbia subito delle conseguenze.

In tal caso sballate la macchina in presenza del trasportatore stesso e firmate, con riserva, la relativa bolletta di consegna. Eventuali danni dovuti al trasporto o ad un errato stoccaggio non sono da attribuire alla casa costruttrice della macchina.

2) Disimballate la macchina con tutte le cure atte ad evitare di danneggiarla. Per togliere il bancale rimuovere le viti all’interno poste sui fori di fissaggio al pavimento.

3) Aprire l'oblò (vedi paragrafo 7.2).

4) Rimuovere le staffe di trasporto poste sul retro della macchina (fig. 2).

5) Accertatevi che il manuale di istruzioni non resti nell’imballo o vada perduto. Gli elementi dell'imballaggio (sacchetti di plastica, polistirolo, legno, cartone, chiodi etc.) non devono essere lasciati assolutamente alla portata dei bambini, in quanto fonti di potenziale pericolo; essi devono essere raccolti e conservati per eventuali futuri spostamenti della macchina o per eventuali lunghi periodi di fermo macchina (vedi paragr. 9). Prima di collegare l’apparecchio accertarsi che i dati di targa corrispondano alle caratteristiche della rete elettrica a cui deve essere collegata la macchina stessa. L’apparecchio dovrà essere destinato solo all’uso per il quale è stato espressamente progettato.

5. INDICAZIONI PER LA MESSA IN SERVIZIO DELLA MACCHINA

5.1. PRESCRIZIONI PER IL POSIZIONAMENTO DELLA MACCHINA

Le lavatrici non presentano alcun problema di ubicazione all’infuori di uno zoccolo rialzato e livellato. Mettere in bolla la macchina facendo uso di una livella. Se l’apparecchiatura viene spostata ripetere l’operazione di livellamento.

5.2. SPAZIO NECESSARIO PER L’INSTALLAZIONE, USO E MANUTENZIONE MACCHINA

La lavatrice dovrà avere a disposizione lo spazio minimo indicato:

5) Ingresso alimentazione elettrica con tubo protettivo

6) Ingresso alimentazione acqua calda

* La posizione dell'interruttore sezionatore automatico deve essere tale da permettere il suo facile azionamento da parte dell’operatore in qualsiasi situazione

di EMERGENZA (distanza massima mt

3).

5.3 CONDIZIONI AMBIENTALI CONSENTITE PER IL CORRETTO USO DELLA MACCHINA (da far presente a chi utilizzerà la macchina)

- TIPO LOCALE: CHIUSO

- TEMPERATURA MINIMA: 10°C (N.B.:

sotto tale temperatura i componenti elettronici possono avere un funzionamento discontinuo)

- TEMPERATURA MASSIMA: 40°C

- UMIDITÀ RELATIVA: 75% U.R.

- ILLUMINAMENTO: 100 LUX (dato va-

lido per lo stato italiano; vista la non omogeneità in materia di luminosità negli ambienti di lavoro per gli altri paesi è necessario rifarsi alle singole leggi nazionali.

5.4 POSIZIONAMENTO Per il corretto funzionamento la lavatrice

deve essere posta su di un pavimento stabile. Scegliete l’ubicazione della lavatrice secondo una logica movimentazione della biancheria e compatibilmente con i problemi di impiantistica esistenti.

5.5. COLLEGAMENTO ELETTRICO L’installazione deve essere effettuata se-

condo le istruzioni del costruttore da personale professionalmente qualificato e conformemente alle norme sugli impianti elettrici vigenti nei singoli paesi. Un’errata installazione può causare danni a persone, animali o cose, nei confronti dei quali il costruttore non può essere considerato responsabile. Per accedere alla morsettiera di allacciamento elettrico vedi paragrafo 7.3. Accertarsi che la tensione di alimentazione corrisponda ai dati di targa della lavatrice; inoltre considerare che le variazioni massime consentite per la tensione di alimentazione sono del ±10%.

IMPORTANTE: È OBBLIGATORIO COLLEGARE LA MACCHINA A TERRA. A questo scopo, all’interno, sulla morsettiera, vi è un morsetto per il relativo collegamento, da eseguire secondo le norme di legge. Il costruttore declina ogni responsabilità qualora questa norma anti infortunistica non venga rispettata.

In conformità alle più recenti norme antiinfortunistiche la macchina è dotata di morsetto esterno per la connessione equipotenziale a disposizione per il collegamento. È indispensabile inserire a monte dell’apparecchiatura un interruttore onnipolare sezionatore automatico con distanza minima fra i contatti di 3 mm, tarato in base ai massimi assorbimenti (vedi dati di targa della apparecchiatura).

IMPORTANTE: Comunicare al cliente o all’utilizzatore o al responsabile tecnico dell’impianto di lavanderia l’importanza

del corretto senso ciclico delle fasi in modo da evitare che possano venire invertite accidentalmente.

5.6 COLLEGAMENTO IDRICO La lavabiancheria è predisposta per un'entrata

d'acqua calda (circa 60°C) e un'entrata d'acqua fredda, entrambe da 3/4". La pressione dell’acqua in entrata deve essere compresa tra 0,5 e 8 bar (0,05 e 0,8 MPa). Predisporre gli attacchi a parete ad una distanza che non superi la lunghezza dei tubi dati in dotazione. Se non vi è acqua calda a disposizione, predisporre una ‘T’ sull’attacco dell’acqua fredda e collegare l’attacco dell’acqua calda con l’acqua fredda. In qualsiasi caso vanno alimentati entrambi gli ingressi.

Verificare a fine montaggio che non vi siano strozzature nei tubi utilizzati.

5.7 COLLEGAMENTO SCARICO Accertarsi che la distanza tra l’attacco dello

scarico della macchina e lo scarico a pavimento non sia maggiore della lunghezza del gomito di scarico fornito in dotazione. Lo scarico dell’acqua avviene mediante una pompa motorizzata ad azione diretta. Lo scarico pertanto potrà essere più alto dell’uscita della lavatrice.

Il condotto di scarico deve sopportare la temperatura di 90°C. Interporre un sifone tra il tubo dato in dotazione e lo scarico. Verificare che non ci siano strozzature.

5.8 AIR BREAK La lavatrice è dotata del dispositivo "air

break" che in caso di depressioni nella rete impedisce il ritorno di acqua non potabile. Tale dispositivo prevede un’uscita posteriore, dalla quale, durante il riscaldamento, possono fuoriuscire dei vapori comunque innocui. Non tappare né raccordare tale uscita in nessun caso.

LA GARANZIA NON RISPONDE DEI DANNI DERIVANTI DA UN'ERRATA INSTALLAZIONE.

6. INDICAZIONI RELATIVE ALLA

MACCHINA

6.1 DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA

La macchina è composta dalle seguenti parti principali:

1) Coperchio sotto il quale è collocato il circuito di comando;

2) Dispenser dove va introdotto il detersivo per il prelavaggio e il lavaggio (in polvere, non schiumogeno) e per l’ultimo risciacquo (liquido, non schiumogeno);

3) Oblò per il carico della biancheria;

4) Selettore per la scelta del ciclo;

5) Indicatore situazione ciclo.

IMPORTANTE: GLI SCHEMI RIPORTATI SUCCESSIVAMENTE SONO INDISPENSABILI PER LA RICERCA E L’ORDINAZIONE DELLE PARTI DI RICAMBIO.

6.2. GAMMA COMPLETA DELLE AP-

PLICAZIONI La lavatrice che avete acquistato è stata pro-

gettata in modo da eseguire il lavaggio di tessuti sintetici di vario genere, di capi in lana, cotone e lino. Il ciclo deve essere opportunamente selezionato tramite il selettore e in considerazione delle temperature indicate sulle etichette dei capi da lavare.

6.3. INFORMAZIONI SULL’IMPIANTO

successivamente.

6.4. DOCUMENTI ATTESTANTI LA

CONFORMITÀ DELLA MACCHINA La lavatrice descritta nel presente manuale è

conforme alle seguenti direttive:

73/23/CEE, 93/68/CEE 89/336/CEE, 92/31/CEE, 93/68/CEE

e normative:

EN 60335-1, EN 60335-2-44 EN 55014, EN 61000-3-2, EN 61000-3-3 EN55104

7. INDICAZIONI RELATIVE ALL’USO

DELLA MACCHINA

7.1 FUNZIONAMENTO

Dare tensione all’apparecchiatura agendo sull’interruttore sezionatore generale a parete. Controllate che siano aperti i rubinetti dell’acqua calda e fredda. Le temperature vanno impostate tenendo conto della simbologia comunemente usata dalle industrie tessili e raffigurata nelle etichette dei capi.

Separati i capi da lavare, premere il pulsante di apertura porta e caricare il cesto (vedi anche paragrafo 7.5). Caricare il detersivo (non schiumogeno) nei relativi scomparti a seconda del ciclo da selezionare: scomparto I per il prelavaggio (se previsto), scomparto II per il lavaggio, scomparto III per eventuali additivi da aggiungere all’ultimo risciacquo (vedi anche paragrafo 7.5). Selezionare il numero di risciacqui desiderato. Selezionare il ciclo adatto alla biancheria, quindi premere il pulsante di START. Le macchine con funzionamento gettoniera si avviano con l'inserimento dei gettoni richiesti. Per il funzionamento a gettoniera agire nel modo seguente:

1. Caricare la macchina

2. Chiudere l'oblò

3. Impostare il ciclo desiderato attraverso il selettore

4. Inserire l'esatto numero di gettoni richiesto per il funzionamento

5. Premere il pulsante di start A fine ciclo la porta si apre automaticamente TOGLIERE LA TENSIONE ALLA MACCHINA PRIMA DI OGNI OPERAZIONE DI MANUTENZIONE O RIMOZIONE DEI GETTONI DALLA GETTONIERA.

7.2 APERTURA PORTA L'apertura della porta avviene

automaticamente alla fine del ciclo. In caso di mancanza di tensione, per aprire manualmente l'oblò, aprire lo sportello del filtro posizionato in basso a sinistra e con un cacciavite agire sulla vite in plastica girando in senso antiorario. Comunque prima di aprire la porta accertarsi che il cesto sia fermo, l'acqua sia stata scaricata e che la temperatura interna sia inferiore ai 40°C.

7.3 TOGLIERE IL COPERCHIO Per accedere alla parte elettrica della

macchina togliere le viti di fissaggio con la schiena quindi alzare la parte posteriore del coperchio e spingerla verso il frontale di 5 cm circa.

RIPOSIZIONARE TUTTI I PANNELLI EVENTUALMENTE RIMOSSI PRIMA DI DARE TENSIONE ALLA MACCHINA TRAMITE L’INTERRUTTORE SEZIONATORE GENERALE A PARETE.

7.4 PROGRAMMI DI LAVAGGIO Sono disponibili tre programmi principali.

Ognuno di questi programmi prevede una procedura completa di lavaggio con lavaggio, risciacquo e centrifuga. Nel programma capi resistenti la macchina centrifuga a 1300 giri al minuto. Nel programma capi colorati la macchina centrifuga a 1000 giri al minuto.

Nel programma per lana/capi delicati la macchina centrifuga a 800 giri al minuto.

Risciacquo delicato Utilizzare questo programma quando, ad esempio, si desiderano risciacquare e centrifugare capi già lavati a mano. Questo programma prevede un risciacquo e una centrifuga a 1300 giri al min.

Programma speciale Il programma speciale è un lavaggio base a freddo con un elevato consumo di acqua e con un lavaggio intensivo. Esso comprende tre procedure di risciacquo senza centrifuga intermedia con centrifuga finale a 800 giri al min. Il programma dura circa 22 minuti. Questo programma è indicato per il lavaggio di piccoli carichi di bucato aventi grosse macchie. Si consiglia di scegliere il programma di lavaggio per capi resistenti.

Funzioni complementari La scelta di una o più funzioni complementari permette di adattare ancor meglio il programma di lavaggio alle caratteristiche del bucato.

Ammollo Con il tasto di ammollo viene disattivata la centrifuga: il programma viene interrotto nell'ultimo ciclo di risciacquo e la biancheria resta immersa nell'acqua. Selezionabile in tutti i programmi anche in quello speciale.

Extra Premendo questo tasto viene eseguito un ulteriore risciacquo. È consigliabile per persone estremamente sensibili ai detersivi. Selezionabile nei programmi di lavaggio "capi resistenti" e "colorati" Prima di lavare qualsiasi capo fare attenzione che gli eventuali bottoni, cerniere, zip/zap, fermagli e fibbie siano rivolti verso l’interno. Controllare anche che le tasche siano vuote.

Al termine del lavoro eseguire le seguenti operazioni:

- lasciare l’oblò aperto;

- chiudere i rubinetti dell’acqua calda e

fredda;

- spegnere l’interruttore sezionatore generale

a parete.

7.5 CONSIGLI UTILI PER L’USO DELLA

MACCHINA Ricordare che un carico dell’80% della capa-

cità dichiarata garantisce una qualità migliore del lavaggio. Ricordare una quantità maggiore di detersivo non significa un qualità di pulito migliore, ma anzi uno spreco con conseguente inquinamento inutile. La quantità di detersivo vi sarà consigliata dal vostro fornitore nella quantità prevista per la durezza dell’acqua che utilizzate.

7.6 RACCOMANDAZIONI

Non lasciare l’apparecchio inutilmente inserito. SPEGNERE l’interruttore generale dell’apparecchio quando lo stesso non è utilizzato. Nell’uso porre particolare attenzione a:

- Aprire l’oblò solo a cesto fermo e senza

acqua.

- In caso di mancanza di tensione è possibile

aprire l’oblò tramite il tirante manuale posto nella parte superiore, prima di utilizzarlo verificare che l’acqua sia uscita, il cesto fermo e la temperatura inferiore a 40°C.

- Prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione di

pulizia o manutenzione, accertarsi che i rubinetti dell'acqua calda e fredda siano chiusi e l’interruttore generale a parete risulti spento.

- Non inserire nell’apparecchiatura bianche-

ria che sia stata pulita, bagnata, lavata o macchiata con sostanze infiammabili o esplosive. Altrimenti procedere prima con un lavaggio a mano.

- Tenere liquidi infiammabili lontano dalla

lavatrice e conservarli in luogo asciutto ben arieggiato e lontano da zone accessibili a personale non addetto.

- Tenere i prodotti per la pulizia e i detersivi

sempre lontani dalla apparecchiatura, possibilmente chiusi in un armadio.

- Non ostruire le aperture o fessure di aspi-

razione o di smaltimento calore, mantenere quindi una adeguata distanza tra la macchina e le pareti o altri oggetti

-Pulire il filtro filacce periodicamente e/o

ogni qualvolta necessario.

7.7 INFORMAZIONI SU SISTEMI

PARTICOLARI PER L’USO E PER LA PROTEZIONE.

Nel primo ciclo di utilizzo verificare quanto segue:

- Le vaschette del detersivo devono rimanere

pulite.

• La vaschetta I dopo il carico acqua per il

prelavaggio;

• La vaschetta II dopo il carico acqua per il

lavaggio;

• La vaschetta III dopo il carico acqua dell'ultimo risciacquo.

- Controllare che le eventuali solidificazioni di detersivo prodotte durante lo stoccaggio vengano rimosse.

- Eseguite un ciclo a 90°C per togliere eventuali residui di lavorazione.

- L'operatore deve riuscire a controllare il dispenser comodamente.

- Sistemate eventualmente un paracolpi affinché i carrelli non vadano mai a colpire l'oblò danneggiandolo.

- Non aprire mai il dispenser durante il carico acqua o il riscaldamento.

7.8 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA A CURA DELL’OPERATORE

L’apparecchiatura non richiede una particolare manutenzione grazie ad un design ergonomico e all’utilizzo di componenti affidabili di prima qualità. Pulire il filtro filacce posto nella parte frontale inferiore sinistra della macchina. Per accedervi, aprire lo sportellino e quindi svitarlo. Rimontarlo subito dopo averlo pulito. Periodicamente lavare i pannelli di rivestimento con uno straccio umido; non utilizzare assolutamente prodotti infiammabili o abrasivi. Strofinare seguendo la direzione della satinatura.

8. INDICAZIONE PER LA MANUTENZIONE STRAORDINARIA E L'APPROVVIGIONAMENTO DI PEZZI DI RICAMBIO

8.1 ISTRUZIONI PER LA LOCALIZZAZIONE DEI GUASTI.

• In caso di non funzionamento della macchina verificare quanto segue:

- l’interruttore sezionatore generale a parete è inserito e arriva tensione alla macchina;

- l’oblò è chiuso;

- è stato premuto il pulsante di START;

- i rubinetti dell’acqua calda e fredda sono aperti. Qualora il difetto sussista anche dopo aver verificato ed eventualmente eseguito queste operazioni, chiamare il centro di assistenza autorizzato o in alternativa il nostro rivenditore (vedi ultima pagina del manuale).

• La centrifuga avviene in senso antiorario:

- assicurarsi che l’ente di distribuzione dell’energia elettrica non abbia invertito le fasi dell’alimentazione trifase in ingresso al vostro edificio, nel qual caso farle ripristinare dal nostro centro di assistenza tecnica o da un elettricista esperto. Qualora il difetto sussista anche dopo aver verificato ed eventualmente eseguito queste operazioni, chiamare il centro di assistenza autorizzato o in alternativa il nostro rivenditore (vedi ultima pagina del manuale).

8.2 SICUREZZE

- Micro di sicurezza porta chiusa che stacca l’alimentazione a tutto il circuito ausiliario fermando la macchina.

- Interruttore termico all’interno del motore che interrompe l’alimentazione in caso di surriscaldamento sugli avvolgimenti.

- Sistema "Air-Break" nel dispenser, che evita l’inquinamento della rete idrica in caso di depressioni.

8.3 MANUTENZIONE PERIODICA A CURA DEL PERSONALE TECNICO

Qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione va effettuata dai centri di assistenza autorizzati dai nostri rivenditori o da personale qualificato.

Porre sempre una particolare attenzione durante la manutenzione. Non escludere MAI le sicurezze per nessun motivo e utilizzare ricambi originali. In caso di qualsiasi dubbio

consultare tempestivamente il nostro ufficio tecnico, comunicando il modello e il numero di matricola, rilevabili dalla targhetta posta sul retro della lavatrice.

CONTROLLO MENSILE Controllare che i filtri delle elettrovalvole, inseriti nella parte esterna della valvola, siano puliti. Controllare il filtro filacce. Pulire il dispenser da eventuali residui di detersivo. Pulire con un panno la guarnizione dell’oblò e la bocca della vasca.

CONTROLLO ANNUALE Controllare lo stato di usura della cinghia ed eventualmente sostituirla. Verificare il buon funzionamento delle sicurezze, come ad esempio i micro della serratura. Verificare il serraggio delle viti di connessione elettrica di potenza su teleruttori e morset-

tiera di ingresso. Smontare la pompa di scarico e pulirla internamente dai filacci. Controllare il funzionamento delle resistenze e pulirle dalle incrostazioni calcaree.

8.4 RICERCA E ORDINAZIONE DEI PEZZI DI RICAMBIO

Per l’identificazione dei codici dei pezzi di ricambio utilizzare i disegni esplosi con relative distinte delle parti. Una volta identificati i codici inviare regolare ordine scritto alla ditta costruttrice indicando chiaramente il modello dell’apparecchiatura, il numero di matricola, la tensione di alimentazione e la frequenza, oltre naturalmente al codice e descrizione della parte di ricambio che interessa.

9. INDICAZIONI PER LA MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO, SMANTELLAMENTO, ELIMINAZIONE DELLA MACCHINA

Allorché si decida di non utilizzare più l’apparecchiatura, si raccomanda di renderla inoperante eliminando opportunamente i materiali e tenendo presente quanto già detto al paragrafo 3. In conformità alle norme per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti vigenti nei singoli paesi e per il rispetto dell’ambiente in cui viviamo, vi preghiamo di dividere le parti della macchina in modo da poterle smaltire separatamente o recuperare opportunamente. Tutte le parti componenti la macchina sono assimilabili ai rifiuti solidi urbani fatta eccezione per le parti metalliche che comunque non sono iscritte tra i rifiuti speciali nella maggior parte dei paesi europei.

Congratulations on your selection of our washing machine. If you follow carefully the present instructions you will certainly be satisfied with its performance and guarantee. In the event of claims or remarks, the reference text remains the original one in the manufacturer’s native language, that is, the Italian version.

1. GUARANTEE

- The guarantee has a validity of twelve (12)

months starting from the date of purchase of the appliance or of any integral part of it.

- The guarantee covers the change of any

defective parts which are ensured as having been damaged during manufacture. The warranty is applied directly by your dealer.

- Labour costs are always at to be met by the

purchaser, as well as transport, crating costs, and transport risks.

- The guarantee is subordinated to the re-

stitution of the damaged parts, which have to be sent CARRIAGE PAID and attached all data concerning the appliance, such as model, serial number and defect of the machine onto which the damaged part was assembled.

- The guarantee is not valid if the appliance

has been misused, or if there have been mistakes in the electrical connections, wrong or inappropriate installation, regardlessness of the instructions for installation and use or changes carried out by unauthorised persons. The guarantee is void when the serial number has been scratched or taken off or altered in any way.

- The guarantee is not valid for the following

items: parts which are subject to a normal wear like belts, valve membranes and rubber parts in general, electric components like motor, coils, contactors, heaters and so on.

2. INTRODUCTION

The present booklet has been formulated in a simple and rational way, in order for the reader to get deeply acquainted with the washing machine. Please, read carefully the instructions and keep them with the machine. However, the warning and advice contained in this manual cannot cover every possible contingency. This is why it is important to underline that common sense, carefulness and caution cannot be supplied by the manufacturer, but must be provided by those in charge of its installation, maintenance and use. Whoever operates the machine must have read this manual beforehand.

In case of repairs, the manufacturer recommends the use of original spare parts. Orders are dealt with in chapter 8.

The descriptions and sketches reported in this manual do not bind the manufacturer, who reserves the right to update them and/ or include any upgrading modification of parts and fittings as deemed necessary for manufacturing or commercial purposes, at any time and with no previous notice.

3. PRESCRIPTIONS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER USES

The washing machine must be operated by trained personnel only. Disconnect it in case of malfunction and/or faulty operation. During use, cleaning and maintenance it is absolutely necessary to be sure that tools or hands are never stuck in the moving parts of the appliance (motor, belts, etc.). The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any personal injury arising while using, cleaning or servicing the washing machine. Do not open the soap dispenser while the appliance is running, because of the substance contained and also because of the temperature of water. This machine was designed to wash fabrics according to the instructions given on the labels of garments. Wash only cloths, household linen and ordinary fabrics. Do not load the machine with fabrics that have been in contact with inflammable or chemical products. Otherwise, hand-wash them first, and then air-dry to let those substances evaporate. The operation of any electric or electronic appliance entails compliance with certain basic rules and in this case particularly: do not touch the machine with damp or wet hands or feet; do not use it while barefoot, do not expose it to atmospheric agents like rain, salt, salinity, etc. Do not allow its operation by children or disabled persons without proper supervision. Do not smoke near the machine or during operation; do not remove or ignore safety devices; do not clean the machine by spilling water directly or indirectly over it and therefore, install far from such possibilities.

ANY USE NOT EXPRESSLY MENTIONED HERE MUST BE CONSIDERED AS HAZARDOUS. THE MANUFACTURER ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE RESULTING FROM IMPROPER, WRONG OR UNREASONABLE USE.

4. TIPS ABOUT SHIPPING, UNPACKING, MOVING AND STORING THE MACHINE

4.1 SHIPPING To move and/or ship the machine follow

carefully the ensuing recommendations:

Move the case on its own pallet or on a similar platform; use a fork lift, either manual or electric, provided it is adequate for handling such appliances and it has the requisite lifting capacity (see technical data). Check that the appliance can surmount every existing obstacle, like staircases, doors, etc.

Never drag it by the sides or by any other part.

If the case must be shipped, use only the original package, which ensures sufficient stability during transportation. Moreover, it is very important to put the transport brackets back in place, in the three holes on the rear panel (see fig. 2).

4.2 STORING

If the appliance must be stored for a long period of time before being put into operation, keep it inside its original package, as it guarantees optimum protection. Store it in premises where ambient conditions comply with the requirements of chapter 5. If the machine must be out of service for a long period after use, be sure it is materially disconnected from the electric power supply and cover it with its original plastic bag.

4.3 UNPACKING

1) Prior to accepting the case from the carrier, check the conditions of the package. If it is showing visible damage, the machine might have suffered some consequences. If so, unpack the machine in the presence of the carrier and sign, under protest, the delivery bill. The manufacturer assumes no liability for any damage caused by transportation or incorrect storage.

2) Unpack the appliance with the utmost

care to avoid damage. To take the pallet off, remove the internal screws, which are on the holes aimed for anchoring the machine to the floor.

3) Open the door (see paragraph 7.2).

4) Take transport brackets off the machine's

rear panel.

5) Be sure that the instruction booklet is not

left in the package and lost.

The packaging material (plastic bags,

expanded polystyrene, timber, cardboard, nails, etc.) represent a safety hazard and consequently must not be left within the reach of children. Collect and keep for further transportation or long-term storage (see chapter 9). Before connecting the appliance, check that the rating plate data correspond to those of the existing electric network . The display case must be used exclusively for the purposes it was expressly designed for.

5. TIPS ABOUT GETTING THE APPLIANCE STARTED

5.1 POSITIONING REQUIREMENTS

This washing machine demands no positioning requirement but a level platform. Align by the use of a spirit level. After moving the machine, align it again.

5.2 SPACE REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION, USE AND MAINTENANCE

5.3 ALLOWABLE ROOM CONDITIONS FOR PROPER CASE SERVICE (information for the user).

- MINIMUM TEMPERATURE: 10 °C (Caution: When ambient temperature is below 10°C, the electronic parts may work irregularly).

-MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE : 40 °C

-LIGHTING: 100 LUX (valid for Italy; as for other national provisions regarding lighting in working premises, consult the relevant national codes).

5.4 POSITIONING For correct operation, this washing machine

needs being laid on a stable floor. Choose its position according to the logical path of the laundry and the existing water and power installations.

5.5 ELECTRICAL CONNECTION The washing machine must be installed by

professionally qualified personnel, in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer and local regulations. Incorrect installation may cause harm to persons, animals or property. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for such damage. As for reaching the connection terminal board, see paragraph 7.3. Make sure power supply voltage corresponds to that indicated on the rating plate of the washing machine. Consider also that the maximum allowable power voltage variation is ±10%.

IMPORTANT: THE WASHING MA-CHINE MUST BE PROPERLY EARTHED.

The terminal board has a specific contact for earth connection, which must comply with the regulations in force. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for any damage resulting from nonobservance of this safety principle. In compliance with the latest accident prevention provisions, the machine is fitted with an external terminal for equipotential connection. Ahead of the washing machine there must be an multipolar cut-off switch with contacts spacing at least 3mm, which must be set according to the maximum rated input (see rating plate).

CAUTION: let the importance of the phase cyclic direction be known to the customer, user or person in charge of the laundry, in order to prevent accidental inversion.

5.6 WATER CONNECTION The washing machine is fitted with a hot

water inlet (approximately 60°C) and a cold water inlet, both of 3/4’’. Incoming water pressure must be comprised between 0.5 and 8 bar (0.05 and 0.8 MPa). Prepare wall couplings and ahead of them, the appropriate cocks, which must not be farther than the length of the pipes supplied. If hot water is not available, mount a T pipe on the cold water coupling. Then connect both inlets to the cold water pipe. Both water inlets must be fed with water in any case.

that the pipes are not crushed.

5.7 DRAIN CONNECTION Make certain that the distance between the

machine drain outlet and the floor drain is not longer than the supplied drain elbow. Water is drained through a direct-operated motor-driven pump. Therefore the floor drain can be located above the machine's drain outlet.

The drain pipe must resist 90°C. Install a U-trap between the supplied hose and the drain. Check that the hose is not crushed.

5.8 AIR BREAK

The washing machine is equipped with an air-break device to stop wastewater from flowing back into the drinkable water system in the event of a depression. This device has a rear outlet which may liberate innocuous steam during heating. Do not shut or couple it.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY INCORRECT INSTALLATION.

6. INFORMATION ABOUT THE

WASHING MACHINE

6.1 DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

It is composed of the following main parts:

1) Lid under which the control circuit is

lodged

2) Soap dispenser for pre-wash, wash (foam

damping washing powder) and rinse liquid (foam damping)

3) Loading door

4) Cycle selector switch

5) Cycle status dial.

IMPORTANT: THE ENCLOSED DIAGRAMS ARE NECESSARY FOR IDENTIFYING AND ORDERING SPARE PARTS.

6.2 APPLICATION RANGE

Your washing machine was designed to wash synthetic fabrics, woollens, cottons and linens. Choose your cycle by the appropriate selector switch as suggested by the labels attached to the garments.

6.3 INFORMATION ABOUT THE

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION The relevant wiring diagrams and lists are

reported below.

7. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

7.1 OPERATION Switch the appliance on by the main cut-off

switch on the wall. Check that the hot and cold water taps are open. Temperatures must be chosen according to different types of fabrics. See the symbols normally used in the textile industry, which are commonly drawn on the labels attached to fabrics. Sort the laundry according to the type of fabric. Press the door opening push button and load the drum (see also paragraph 7.5). Fill the appropriate compartments with washing powder (foam damping type), according to the cycle to be selected: compartment I for pre-wash (if envisaged), compartment II for wash, compartment III for rinse liquid to be added during the last rinse (see also paragraph 7.5). Select the desired number of rinses. Select the cycle that fits your laundry, then press the START push -button: the machine will start working. If your machine is equipped with coin meter, insert the necessary coins: the machine will start working.

To operate coin-operated machines:

1. Introduce the laundry.

2. Close the circular door.

3. Choose the desired cycle through the selector switch

4. Introduce the required number of coins

5. Press the start push button. At the end of the wash cycle the door opens automatically. Note: Before removing the coins from the coin box, make sure that the main switch is off.

7.2 OPENING THE DOOR The door is opened automatically at the end

of each washing cycle. To open the door normally in the event of power failure, take the filter lid off, which is down on the left. Then turn the plastic screw counterclockwise by the aid of a screwdriver. Before opening the door make sure that the drum has come to a complete stop, that the water has been drained and the temperature is lower than 40°C.

7.3 REMOVE THE LID To reach the machine electrical parts, take

off the screws fastening the back. Then lift the rear part of the lid and pull it to the front by approximately 5 cm.

BEFORE TURNING THE MACHINE ON BY THE WALL CUTOFF SWITCH, PUT ALL THE PANELS YOU HAVE REMOVED BACK IN PLACE.

7.4 WASH PROGRAMS Three main programmes are available. Each

of them envisages a complete wash routine,

including washing, rinsing and spinning. The "tough" cycle includes spinning at 1300 rpm. The "coloreds" cycle includes spinning at 1000 rpm. In the "wool/delicate" cycle spinning is at 800 rpm.

Delicate rinse Choose this programme, for example, when you wish to rinse and spin hand-washed items. It includes one rinse and a 1300 rpm spin.

Special programme The special programme is a basic cold wash with large amounts of water and an intensive wash. It includes three rinse procedures without intermediate spin and a 800 rpm final spin. Cycle time is 22 minutes. It is recommended for very spotted small laundry loads. It is advisable to select it with the "tough" programme.

Complementary functions Wash programmes can be adapted to specific laundry requirements by the use of one or more complementary functions.

Prewash Select prewash only when dealing with very dirty and stained fabrics. The machine is prepared for a cold pre-wash that can be selected with the "tough" and "coloreds" programmes.

Short programme This button reduces after-wash times. The function can be selected with all programmes.

No Spin This button disables both final and intermediate spin. The function can be selected also with the special programme.

Soak This button disables spinning: the program is stopped during the last rinse and the laundry is left soaking. The function can be selected with all programs, including the special programme.

Extra This button adds a further rinse. It is advisable for those who are very sensitive to soaps. The function can be selected with the "tough" and "coloreds" programmes.

Before loading garments make sure that buttons, zips, clasps and buckles are facing inside and that pockets are empty. When washing is over, do the following:

- leave the door open;

- close the hot and cold water taps;

- turn the wall cut-off switch off.

7.5 USEFUL ADVICE

Remember that loading 80% of the rated capacity provides better wash results. Mind that more soap does not mean better wash: on the contrary, using too much washing powder leads only to unnecessary pollution. The right amount of soap will be indicated by your supplier according to the relevant water hardness.

7.6 WARNING

Do not leave the machine on to no purpose. TURN the main switch OFF when the ma- chine is not being used. During use:

- Open the door only when the drum is still

and drained.

- In case of power failure, open the door by

the manual puller on the top side. Before opening the door make sure that the drum has come to a complete stop, that the water has been drained and the temperature is lower than 40°C.

- Before any maintenance or cleaning ope-

ration, check that the wall cut-off switch is off and the hot water and cold water taps are closed.

- Do not load fabrics that have been cleaned,

dampened, washed or stained with inflammable or explosive substances. Otherwise, hand-wash them first.

- Keep inflammable liquids far from the

washing machine, in a dry and ventilated spot, out of the reach of outsiders.

- Keep cleaning products and washing pow-

der far from the machine, if possible, closed in a cabinet.

- Do not cover air inlets or heat-exchanging

openings. Keep an appropriate distance between the machine and walls or other objects.

- Clean the lint filter regularly and/or when

necessary.

7.7 INFORMATION ON SPECIAL

MEASURES FOR USE AND PROTECTION

When carrying out the first cycle, verify the following:

- Soap compartments must remain clean:

• compartment I after filling with pre-wash

water;

• compartment II after dilling with wash

water ;

• compartment III after filling with last rinse

water.

- Be sure that soap made solid during storing

is washed away.

- Perform a 90°C cycle to remove all manu-

facturing residue.

- The operator must be able to easily check

soap compartments.

- If need be, mount appropriate bumpers to

prevent trolleys from hitting and damaging the door.

- Never open the soap compartment when

the machine is being filled with water or it is heating.

7.8 ORDINARY MAINTENANCE (to be carried out by the user)

BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE OR CLEANING OPERATION, CHECK THAT WALL CUT-OFF SWITCH IS OFF AND THE HOT AND COLD WATER TAPS ARE CLOSED. THE DRUM MUST BE STILL AND DRAINED AND THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE IT MUST NOT EXCEED 40°C.

The machine requires no special maintenance, thanks to its ergonomic design and to the use of very reliable, first-quality parts. Clean the lint filter, which is in the front bottom part of the machine. Open the door leading to the filter and unscrew it. Then put it back right after having cleaned it. Periodically clean the external panels with a damp cloth. Never use inflammable or abrasive products.

DO NOT USE WATER JETS TO WASH THE APPLIANCE. BEFORE TURNING THE MACHINE ON BY THE CUT-OFF SWITCH ON THE WALL, PUT ALL THE PANELS YOU HAVE REMOVED BACK IN PLACE.

8 TIPS ABOUT MAINTENANCE AND ORDERING SPARE PARTS

8.1 LOCATING FAULTS

• • If the machine does not work, check the following:

- the main cut-off switch on the wall is on and the machine is getting current;

- the door is closed;

- the START push-button has been pressed.

- the hot and cold water taps are open. If power failure is not due to any of the above causes, call the authorised after-sales service or our dealer (see last page of this booklet).

• The machine will spin counterclockwise:

- check whether the local electric company has inverted the feeding phases at the entrance of the building; if so, have the phases corrected by our licensed technician or by an expert electrician. Once such steps have been either carried out, if the fault has not disappeared, call the licensed after sales service or our dealer (see last page of this booklet).

8.2 SAFETY DEVICES

- Door microswitch: to cut off power to the whole auxiliary circuit and consequently stop the machine.

- Thermal switch (overload cutout) within the motor. It disconnects power supply in the event of coil overheating.

- Air-break system in the soap dispenser to prevent wastewater from polluting the drinkable water system in the event of a depression.

8.3 PERIODIC MAINTENANCE (to be carried out by the technical personnel)

All maintenance operations must be carried out by the authorised after-sales service or by qualified personnel.

BEFORE ANY MAINTENANCE OR CLEANING OPERATION, CHECK THAT THE WALL CUT-OFF SWITCH IS OFF AND THE HOT AND COLD WATER TAPS ARE CLOSED. THE DRUM MUST BE STILL AND DRAINED AND THE TEMPERATURE INSIDE IT MUST NOT EXCEED 40°C.

Be very careful during maintenance. NEVER exclude or ignore safety devices. Use only original spare parts. If doubts should arise, contact your sales person immediately, explaining what the fault is and indicating some information on the machine: model and serial number (data reported on the rating plate appearing at the rear of the machine).

MONTHLY CHECKS Clean the filters located on the outer part of the electrically driven valves. Check the lint filter. Clean the soap dispenser from any powder remains. Clean the door gasket and the tub inlet with a cloth.

YEARLY CHECKS Check the wear on the belt and replace it if necessary. Make sure that the safety devices are working properly (e.g. the door microswitch). Make certain that the power connecting screws are tight on the contactors and on the terminal board. Disassemble the drain pump and clean it inside from lint. Check that the heaters are in perfect condition and clean them from scale.

BEFORE TURNING THE MACHINE ON BY THE CUTOFF SWITCH ON THE WALL, PUT ALL THE PANELS YOU HAVE REMOVED BACK TO THEIR PLACE.

8.4 IDENTIFYING AND ORDERING SPARE PARTS

To identify the codes of spare parts refer to the exploded drawings and relative list. Once you have identified your codes, send a standard written order to the manufacturer, mentioning clearly the model, serial number, feed voltage and frequency of your appliance and, of course, including the code and description of the spare part you need.

9 SUGGESTIONS FOR PUTTING THE WASHING MACHINE OUT OF SERVICE, DISMANTLING AND DISPOSING OF IT

If the washing machine is no longer to be used, it is advisable to put it out of service and suitably dispose of the resulting materials, considering the indications provided in chapter 3. For the sake of the environment, please sort the materials in accordance with the waste disposal provisions in force in your country, so that they can be properly disposed of or recycled. All the parts composing the case can be treated as solid urban waste, except for the metal parts, which yet are not classed among special waste in most European countries.

1. GARANTIE La garantie a une durée de douze (12) mois

à dater de l’achat de l’appareillage ou partie intégrante de celui-ci.

La garantie consiste en le remplacement des pièces éventuellement défectueuses pour des motifs de fabrication et est appliquée directement par votre fournisseur.

Le coût de la main-d'œuvre est toujours à charge de l’acheteur, il en est de même pour les frais de transport, d’emballage et risques de transport. La garantie est subordonnée à la restitution des pièces défectueuses réexpédiées PORT FRANC et à la communication des données concernant le modèle, le numéro de matricule et le défaut de la machine sur laquelle la pièce était montée.

La garantie n’est pas appliquée aux appareils qui ont été endommagés suite à négligence, branchement erroné, installation inadaptée, non respect des instructions de montage et utilisation ou altération par du personnel non autorisé. La garantie n’est pas applicable si le numéro de matricule à été altéré, effacé ou enlevé.

La garantie ne s’applique pas au matériel suivant: pièces exposées à l’usure normale, c’est à dire courroies, membranes des soupapes électriques et parties en caoutchouc. Composants électriques comme moteur, bobine, contacteur, résistances etc.

On recommande de lire attentivement son contenu et de le conserver avec la machine. Les avis et les attentions, contenus dans ce manuel, ne peuvent couvrir toutes les éventualités; il est important de tenir en compte que le sens commun, l'attention et la prudence sont des facteurs, qui ne peuvent pas être ajoutés à l'appareil par le construc-

3. PRESCRIPTIONS, INTERDICTIONS, UTILISATIONS DIVERSES DE L'APPAREIL L'appareil doit être utilisé seulement par du personnel formé pour son utilisation. Désactiver la machine en cas de panne et/ou de mauvais fonctionnement Pendant son utilisation, le nettoyage et l'entretien, il faut faire attention à ne pas accéder avec des outils ou avec les mains nues dans les parties de la machine en mouvement (moteur et courroie). En cas d'accident le constructeur ne s'assume aucune responsabilité pour dommages à l'opérateur ou à d'autres personnes, qui se passent pendant l'utilisation, le nettoyage et l'entretien de la machine. Ne pas ouvrir le dispenser pendant le fonctionnement, ceci pour les savons qu'il contient et pour la température de l'eau chaude. Cet appareil a été projeté pour le lavage de tissus suivant les indications reportées sur les étiquettes qu'ils portent; laver seulement les tissus, lingerie d'utilisation quotidienne. Ne pas introduire des pièces qui ont été en contact avec des produits chimiques ou inflammables mais avant faire un lavage à la main en les essuyant à l'air afin de faire évaporer complètement ces substances. L'utilisation de quelconque appareil électrique et électronique comporte l'observance de règles fondamentales. En particulier: ne pas toucher l'appareil avec mains ou pieds mouillés ou humides. Ne pas utiliser l'appareil ayant les pieds nus. Ne pas laisser exposé l'appareil aux agents atmosphériques (pluie, sel, salinité, etc.) Ne pas permettre que l'appareil soit utilisé par des enfants ou par des personnes, qui ne sont pas capables, sans une surveillance adéquate. Ne pas fumer auprès de la machine ou pendant son utilisation. Ne pas ôter ni bipasser les dispositifs

de sécurité. Ne jamais utiliser des jets d'eau directs et indirects sur la machine, faire attention à ne pas l'installer en proximité de zones, dans lesquelles cet inconvénient peut se produire.

4. INDICATIONS POUR TRANSPORT, DÉBALLAGE, MISE EN PLACE, STOCKAGE DE L'APPAREIL

4.1 TRANSPORT Si l'appareil doit être transporté et/ou expédié,

il faut suivre attentivement les recommandations ci-dessous: Pour transporter l'appareil dans le bâtiment, utiliser exclusivement la palette appropriée ou équivalente. Utiliser un élévateur à fourche manuel ou électrique apte au transport de ces appareils et ayant une force d'élevage appropriée (voir données techniques). Contrôler que l'appareil peut passer tous les obstacles et passages étroits, comme des escaliers, portes etc. Ne jamais entraîner l'appareil

par les montants ou autre partie de l'appareil.

Si l'appareil doit être expédié, il faut utiliser exclusivement son emballage original, qui garantit la stabilité suffisante à l'appareil pendant le transport. En outre, il est très important de remonter les étriers de transport en proximité des trois trous sur le panneau postérieur de la machine (fig.2)

4.2 STOCKAGE Si l'appareil doit rester dans le dépôt pour

une longue période avant son utilisation, il faut le laisser dans son emballage original pour garantir, que l'appareil soit bien protégé. Vérifier en outre, que les conditions du milieu ambiant correspondent à celles contenues en paragraphe 5. Dans le cas, que l'appareil restera hors service pour une période prolongée après sa utilisation, il faut vérifier, qu'il soit débranché matériellement du réseau électrique et le couvrir avec son sac de protection original.

4.3 DÉBALLAGE

1) Avant de confirmer la réception de l'appareil au transporteur, contrôler attentivement l'état de l'emballage. Si l'extérieure de l'emballage présente un dommage, on peut supposer, que en même temps l'appareil aussi ait subi un dommage. Dans ce cas, il faut déballer l'appareil en présence du transporteur et signer sous réserve le billet de livraison. Le constructeur décline toutes responsabilités pour d'éventuelles dommages dus au transport ou à un mauvais stockage.

2) Enlever attentivement l'emballage de l'appareil, en évitant absolument de l'endommager. Pour enlever la palette de transport, ôter les vis de l'intérieure des montants de droite et de gauche.

3) Ouvrir le hublot (voir paragraphe 7.2).

4) Enlever le étriers de transport sur le dos de la machine (fig. 2)

5) Vérifier que le manuel ne soit pas oublié dans l'emballage et qu'il ne puisse pas se perdre. Ne jamais laisser les matériaux de l'emballage (sachet en plastique, polystyrène, bois, carton, clous, etc.) à la portée des enfants, parce qu'ils représentent une source potentielle de danger. Recueillir et conserver l'emballage pour d'éventuels transports de l'appareil en futur ou pour protéger l'appareil adéquatement pendant des périodes, où il n'est pas utilisé (voir paragraphe 4.2). Avant d'effectuer la connexion de l'appareil, vérifier, que les données techniques sur la plaquette de l'appareil correspondent aux caractéristiques du réseau électrique disponible, auquel l'appareil doit être branché. L'appareil doit être destiné exclusivement à la fonction, pour laquelle il a été construit.

5. INDICATIONS POUR LA MISE EN SERVICE DE L'APPAREIL

5.1 PRESCRIPTIONS POUR LA MISE EN PLACE

Les machines à laver ne présentent aucun problème d’emplacement en dehors d’un socle rehaussé et bien à niveau. Mettre à niveau la machine en utilisant un niveau à bulle d'air appuyée sur les côtés. Si la machine est déplacée, refaire toute l'opération de mise à niveau. Contrôler la fixation des écrous sur les pattes de fixation.

5.2 ESPACE NÉCESSAIRE POUR INSTALLATION, UTILISATION ET ENTRETIEN DE L'APPAREIL

L'appareil devra avoir à disposition l'espace minimum indiqué:

5.3 CONDITIONS DU MILIEU AMBIANT CONSENTIES POUR L'UTILISATION CORRECTE DE L'APPAREIL (informer l'utilisateur de ces conditions)

- TYPE DE MILIEU: FERMÉ

- TEMPÉRATURE MINIMUM: 10°C (Note: les composants électroniques au dessous de cette t°C peuvent fonctionner de façon erronée)

- TEMPÉRATURE MAXIMUM: 40°C

- HUMIDITÉ RELATIVE: 75% H.R.

- ÉCLAIRAGE: 100 LUX (vu que cette valeur est valide en Italie et qu'il n'existe pas une réglementation uniforme sur l'illumination des locaux de travail, il faut suivre les normes locales et lois nationales à cet effet).

5.4 MISE EN PLACE Cette machine à laver nécessite pour son correct fonctionnement d'être simplement mise à niveau sur un sol stable. Choisir la position de la machine à laver suivant la logique du mouvement du linge compatiblement avec les problèmes d'installation existants.

5.5 BRANCHEMENT ÉLECTRIQUE L'installation doit être effectuée suivant les instructions du constructeur par du personnel professionnellement qualifié et en conformité aux normes sur les installations électriques en vigueur dans les différents pays. Une installation erronée peut causer des endommagements aux choses et accidents aux personnes, animaux, à l'égard desquels le constructeur ne peut en aucun cas être responsable. Voir paragraphe 7.3 pour l'accès à la plaque à bornes, s'assurer que la tension d'alimentation corresponde aux données sur la plaquette signalétique de l'appareil, en outre considérer que les variations de tension ne doivent pas dépasser ±10% des valeurs nominales.

IMPORTANT: IL EST OBLIGATOIRE DE BRANCHER L'APPAREIL À LA TERRE. A ce fin à l’intérieur, sur la plaque à bornes, il y a une borne pour le branchement à la terre. Cette dernière devra être conforme aux normes légales en vigueur. Le constructeur décline toutes responsabilités, si cette norme de sécurité n’était pas respectée.

En conformité aux normes contre les accidents les plus récentes, la machine est dotée d'une borne extérieure pour la connexion

équipotentielle, qui est à disposition pour cette connexion. Il est indispensable d’insérer en amont de l’appareil un disjoncteur omnipolaire automatique avec une distance d'ouverture d'au moins 3 mm entre ses contacts, étalonné en fonction de l’absorption maximum (voir données techniques).

IMPORTANT: Informer le client, utilisateur ou technicien responsable de l'installation à l'intérieur de la buanderie, de l'importance du sens cyclique correct des phases, de façon à éviter, qu'elles puissent être inversées par négligence.

5.6 CONNEXION EAU La machine à laver est prédisposée pour une entrée d'eau chaude (à peu près 60°C) et une entrée pour eau froide, les deux de 3/4". La pression de l'eau en entrée doit être comprise entre 0,5 et 8 bar (0,05 et 0,8 MPa). Prédisposer les connexions à parois avec des robinets à une distance inférieure à celle des tubes en dotation. Si l'eau chaude n'est pas disponible prédisposer un "T" sur l'entrée de l'eau froide et connecter l'eau froide avec l'eau chaude; les deux entrées doivent de toutes façons être connectées.

Vérifier à fin montage qu'il n'y ai pas d'étranglement sur les tubes utilisés.

5.7 CONNEXION DE L'ÉCOULEMENT S'assurer que la distance entre la connexion

de la sortie eau de la machine et l'écoulement au sol ne soit pas supérieur à la longueur du coude en dotation. L'écoulement arrive avec une pompe motorisée à action directe. L'écoulement peut donc être plus haut que la sortie de l'appareil.

La conduite d'écoulement doit pouvoir supporter la température de 90°C. Interposer un siphon entre le tube en dotation et l'écoulement. Vérifier à fin montage qu'il n'y ai pas d'étranglement sur les tubes utilisés.

5.8 AIR BREAK La machine à laver est dotée d'un dispositif de air break (saut en air) qui empêche le retour dans le réseau de distribution d'eau de l'eau non potable en cas de dépression dans le réseau même. Ce dispositif prévoit une sortie postérieure, de laquelle pendant le chauffage peuvent sortir des vapeurs inoffensives, cette sortie ne doit pas être raccordée ou bouchée.

6. INFORMATIONS SUR L'APPAREIL

6.1. DESCRIPTION DE L'APPAREIL

L'appareil est composé des parties principales comme indiqué, c'est-à-dire:

prélavage et le lavage (en poudre non moussant) et pour le dernier rinçage (liquide non moussant).

APPLICATIONS La machine à laver que vous avez acheté a été conçue de façon à pouvoir faire le lavage de différents tissus synthétiques, laine, coton, lin. Le cycle doit être opportunément sélectionné avec le sélecteur, suivant les températures indiquées sur les pièces à laver.

7. INDICATIONS POUR L’UTILISATION

ET L’ENTRETIEN DE L’APPAREIL

7.1 FONCTIONNEMENT

Contrôler que les robinets de l’eau chaud froide soient ouverts. Les températures doivent être réglées suivant les indications reportées sur les étiquettes des pièces de linge à laver.

Séparer les pièces à laver et ensuite pousser sur le bouton d’ouverture porte charger le tambour (voir aussi paragraphe 7.5) Mettre le savon (non moussant) dans les compartiments du dispenser à cet effet I pour le prélavage, II pour le lavage, III pour les produits de rinçage. Sélectionner le numéro de rinçages désirés. Sélectionner le cycle adapté au linge et ensuite presser sur START pour faire démarrer la machine. En cas de fonctionnement avec monnayeur la machine se met en route quand les jetons nécessaires ont été introduits. Pour le fonctionnement avec monnayeur:

1. Charger la machine

2. Fermer le hublot

3. Mettre le cycle désiré sur le sélecteur

4. Insérer les jetons nécessaires pour le fonctionnement

5. Appuyer sur le bouton de start À la fin du cycle le hublot s'ouvre

automatiquement AVANT DE PRENDRE LES JETONS DE

LA BOÎTE S'ASSURER QUE L'INTERRUPTEUR GÉNÉRAL SOIT ÉTEINT

7.2 OUVERTURE PORTE A la fin du cycle la porte est ouverte automatiquement. En cas de manque de courant, pour ouvrir la porte manuellement il faut ouvrir le portillon du filtre en bas à gauche et avec un tournevis tourner la vis en plastique dans le sens contraire aux aiguilles d'une montre. De toutes façons, avant d'agir sur la porte s'assurer que le tambour soit arrêté, que l'eau soit sortie et que la température intérieure soit inférieure à 40°C.

7.3. ENLEVER EL COUVERCLE Pour accéder à la partie électrique de la machine il faut enlever les vis de fixation avec le dos et ensuite hausser la partie postérieure du couvercle et la pousser vers le frontal de 5cm. à peu près.

7.4 PROGRAMMES DE LAVAGE Trois programmes principaux sont

disponibles. Chacun de ces programmes prévoit une procédure complète de lavage avec lavage, rinçage et essorage. Dans le programme tissus résistants la machine fait l'essorage à 1300 tours min. Dans le programme tissus colorés la machine fait l'essorage à 1000 tours min. Dans le programme pour laine/tissus délicats la machine fait l'essorage à 800 tours min.

Rinçage délicat Utiliser ce programme quand, par exemple, on désire rincer et essorer des tissus déjà lavés à la main. Ce programme prévoit un rinçage et un essorage à 1300 tours min.

Programme spécial Le programme spécial est un lavage base à froid ayant une consomption d'eau élevée et un lavage intensif. Il comprend trois processus de rinçage sans essorage intermédiaire et essorage final à 800 tours min. Le programme dure environs 22 minutes. Ce programme est indiqué pour le lavage de petit chargements de linge qui a des grosses tâches. On conseille de choisir le programmes de lavage pour tissus résistants.

Fonctions complémentaires Le choix d'une ou plusieurs fonctions complémentaires permet d'adapter encore mieux le programme de lavage au caractéristiques du linge

Prélavage Choisir le prélavage seulement pour des tissus particulièrement sales et tâchés. La machine est prédisposée de série pour un prélavage froid sélectionnable dans le programmes de lavage "tissus résistants et colorés".

Programme bref Avec la touche programme bref les temps d'après lavage sont réduits. Il est possible de le sélectionner dans tous les programmes.

Sans essorage Cette touche exclus soit l'essorage intermédiaire que le final. Il est possible de le sélectionner dans tous les programmes même dans le spécial.

Trempage Avec la touche trempage l'essorage est désactivé. Le programme est interrompus dans le dernier cycle de rinçage et le linge resta dans l'eau. Il est possible de le sélectionner dans tous les programmes même dans le spécial.

Extra Cette touche indique un rinçage supplémentaire. Il est conseillé de l'utiliser au cas ou les personnes sont sensibles aux savons. Il est possible de le sélectionner dans le programme "tissus délicats et colorés". Avant de laver quelconque pièce, faire attention que des éventuels boutons, zip/ zap, épingle ou arrêts soient tournés vers l’intérieur. Contrôler aussi que les poches soient vides.

À la fin du travail faire les opérations suivantes:

-Laisser le hublot ouvert

-Fermer tous le robinets de l’eau, eau chaude

et froide.

7.5 CONSEILS UTILES POUR L’UTILI-

SATION DE L’APPAREIL Veuillez vous rappeler qu’un chargement au

80% de la capacité déclarée garantis une qualité supérieure de lavage En outre une quantité supérieure de savon ne signifie pas une meilleure qualité de nettoyage, mais un excès qui provoque une pollution inutile; la quantité de savon vous sera conseillée par votre fournisseur en tenant en considération la dureté de l’eau à votre disposition.

7.6 RECOMMANDATIONS

- Ne pas laisser l’appareil allumé inutilement.

ÉTEINDRE l’interrupteur général de l’appareil, quand il n’est pas utilisé. En l’utilisant, veuillez faire attention à:

- Ouvrir le hublot seulement à tambour arrêté

et vide.

- En cas de manque de courant électrique il

est possible d’ouvrir le hublot avec le tirant manuel placédans le côté supérieur, avant de l’utiliser vérifier que toute l’eau soit sortie, le tambour arrêté et la température inférieure à 40°C.

- Avant d’effectuer les opérations de

nettoyage et d’entretien, s’assurer que l’interrupteur général soit en position “éteint” et les robinets eau chaude, froide et vapeur (sur les machines avec ce type de chauffage) soient fermés.

- Ne pas introduire dans l’appareil du linge,

qui ait été nettoyé, mouillé ou tâché avec des substances inflammables ou explosives; en ce cas procéder avant avec un lavage à la main.

- Tenir les liquides inflammables loin de

l’appareil et les conserver dans un lieu sec, bien aéré et loin de zones accessibles au personnel non spécialisé.

- Ne pas obstruer les ouvertures d’aspiration

ou de sortie de la chaleur, maintenir une distance adéquate entre la machine et les parois et objets.

7.7 INFORMATIONS SUR SYSTÈMES

PARTICULIERS POUR L’UTILISATION ET POUR LA PROTECTION

Dans les premières heures d’utilisation, vérifier ce qui suit:

- Les bacs à lessive doivent rester propres.

• Le bac I après le chargement de l'eau de

prélavage;

• Le bac II après le chargement de l'eau de

lavage;

• Le bac III après le chargement de l'eau du

dernière rinçage.

- Vérifier que le savon qui s'est durci soit ôté.

- Faire un cycle à 90°C pour y enlever

d'eventuels résidus de fabrication.

- L'opérateur doit pouvoir côntroler les bacs aisément.

- Éventuellement installer un pare-chocs pour que les chariots ne heurtent pas le hublot en l'endommageant.

- Ne jamais ouvrir les bacs à lessive pendant le chargement de l'eau ou pendant le chauffage.

7.8 ENTRETIEN ORDINAIRE À EFFECTUER PAR L’OPÉRATEUR

L’appareil ne nécessite d’aucun entretien particulière, grâce au design ergonomique et l’utilisation des composants fiables et de haute qualité. Nettoyer le filtre à pelouches placé dans la partie frontale inférieure gauche de la machine. Pour y accéder ouvrir son portillons et ensuite le dévisser. Remettre tout à sa place avant de réutiliser la machine. Périodiquement nettoyer les panneaux externes avec un chiffon humide. Ne jamais utiliser des produits inflammables, agressifs ou abrasifs.

8. INDICATIONS POUR L’ENTRETIEN EXTRAORDINAIRE ET L’ACQUISITION DES PIÈCES DÉTACHÉES

8.1 INSTRUCTIONS POUR TROUVER LES PANNES

• En cas de mauvais fonctionnement de la machine, contrôler ce qui suit:

- que l’interrupteur général soit dans la position allumé et que la tension arrive à la machine.

- que le hublot soit bien fermé.

- que le bouton de START ait été pressé.

- que les robinets d’alimentation eau chaude et froide soient ouverts. Une fois vérifiés ces simples opérations,

dans le cas que le défaut persiste, appeler le centre du service après-vente autorisé ou en alternative notre revendeur (voir dernière page de ce manuel).

• La centrifuge tourne dans le sens contraire aux aiguilles d’une montre:

-S’assurer que votre fournisseur d’énergie électrique n’ai pas inversé les phases de l’alimentation triphasée en entrée à votre établissement; si le cas en était veuillez les faire corriger sur la machine par notre service après vente ou par un électricien agréé. Dans le cas que le mauvais fonctionnement persiste veuillez appeler notre service technique après vente ou en alternative notre distributeur (voir dernière page de ce manuel).

8.2 SÉCURITÉS

- Micro interrupteur de sécurité qui ôte l’alimentation à tout le circuit auxiliaire en arrêtant la machine.

- Protection thermique du moteur

- Système air-break dans le dispenser, lequel évite la pollution du réseau d’eau en cas de dépressions.

8.3 ENTRETIEN EXTRAORDINAIRE À EFFECTUER PAR LE PERSONNEL TECHNIQUE

Quelconque opération d’entretien doit être effectuée par les centres de service aprèsvente autorisés de nos revendeurs ou par du personnel technicien qualifié et agréé.

Faire toujours très attention pendant l’entretien, ne JAMAIS et pour aucune raison exclure les systèmes de sécurité, utiliser des pièces détachées originales, en cas de doutes consulter notre bureau technique en nous communiquant modèle de l’appareil et son numéro de matricule, données qui sont visibles sur la plaquette signalétique, qui se trouve sur l’arrière de l’appareil.

- CONTRÔLE MENSUEL Contrôler les filtres des vannes solénoïdes insérés dans la partie extérieure des vannes, de façon à ce qu’ils soient propres. Contrôler le filtre pelouches. Nettoyer le dispenser des restes de savon. Nettoyer avec un chiffon le joint de le hublot et la bouche de la cuve.

- CONTRÔLE ANNUEL Contrôler l’état de la courroie et si nécessaire la changer.

Vérifier le bon fonctionnement des sécurités comme le micro interrupteur serrure. Vérifier que les vis de branchement électrique de puissance sur les télérupteurs et sur la plaque à bornes d’alimentation soient correctement serrées. Démonter la pompe d’écoulement et la nettoyer. Contrôler le fonctionnement des résistances et éventuellement les nettoyer du calcaire.

REMETTRE TOUS LES PANNEAUX ENLEVÉS PRÉCÉDEMMENT, AVANT DE METTRE L’APPAREIL SOUS TENSION AU MOYEN DU DISJONCTEUR EN AMONT DE L’APPAREIL.

8.4 RECHERCHE DES PIÈCES DÉTACHÉES Pour l’identification des codes des pièces détachées, utiliser les dessins en vues éxplosées avec les listes des pièces. Une fois identifiés les codes, envoyer une commande écrite régulière à la maison constructrice en indiquant de façon claire le modèle de l’appareil, le numéro de matricule, la tension d’alimentation et la fréquence et naturellement le numéro de code et la description de la pièce, qui intéresse.

9. INDICATIONS POUR LA MISE HORS SERVICE, LA DÉMONTAGE ET L’ÉLIMINATION DE L’APPAREIL

Quand Vous déciderez de ne plus utiliser cet appareil, nous recommandons de le mettre hors de service en éliminant de façon opportune tous les matériaux et en tenant en considération ce qui a été écrit au paragraphe

3. En conformité avec les normes pour l’élimination des déchets en vigueur dans Votre pays et pour le respect du milieu ambiant, dans lequel nous vivons, nous Vous prions de séparer les parties de la machine de façon a pouvoir les éliminer séparément (matériaux homogènes) et/ou les recycler opportunément. Toutes les parties, qui composent la machine sont assimilables aux déchets urbains, exception faite pour les parties métalliques, qui de toute façon ne figurent pas parmi les déchets spéciaux dans

1. GARANTIE

- Die Garantie besitzt eine Gültigkeit von

zwölf (12) Monaten vom Kaufdatum des Ge-rätes oder eines integrierten Bestandteils des Gerätes an.

- Die Garantie leistet Ersatz von defekten

Teilen, deren Schäden nachweisbar auf die Herstellung zurückzuführen sind. Der Ersatz wird direkt von Ihrem Händler geleistet.

- Arbeitszeit-, Transport-, Verpackungs- und

Transportrisikokosten gehen immer zu Lasten des Kundens.

- Die Garantie ist abhängig von der Rücker-

stattung der defekten Teile FREI HAUS und gleichzeitiger Mitteilung der Daten, die Modell, Kennummer und Schaden des Gerätes betreffen, in dem das Einbauteil montiert war.

- Die Garantie leistet keinen Ersatz bei Schä-

den, die auf unsachgemäße Handhabung, falsche Anschlüsse, ungeeignete Installation, Nichtbeachtung der Installations- und Betriebsanweisungen oder von nicht autorisiertem Personal durchgeführte Änderungen zurückzuführen sind. Ebenso sind Garantieleistungen ausgeschlossen, wenn die Kennnummer des Gerätes geändert, unleserlich gemacht oder entfernt worden ist.

- Folgende Einbauteile sind von der Garantie

ausgeschlossen: Teile, die dem normalen Verschleiß unterliegen, wie Riemen, Ventilmembranen und Gummiteile im allgemeinen. elektrische Einbauteile wie Motor, Spulen, Kontaktgeber, Widerstände, usw.

2. EINFÜHRUNG

Die vorliegende Gebrauchsanweisung ist einfach zu lesen und gut verständlich, so daß Sie das Gerät von Grund auf kennenlernen können. Es empfiehlt sich, die Gebrauchsanweisung sorgfältig durchzulesen und sie

beim Gerät aufzubewahren. Die in diesem Handbuch enthaltenen Hinweise und Warnungen schließen nicht alle Fälle ein, die auftreten können; es ist jedoch wichtig, daß Sie sich bewußt machen, daß gesunder Menschenverstand, Aufmerksamkeit und Vorsicht Faktoren sind, die der Hersteller seinem Gerät nicht mitgeben kann, sondern vom Installations-, Wartungs- und Bedienungspersonal gefordert werden. Jede Person, die das Gerät benützen will, muß vorher diese Gebrauchsanweisung lesen. Bei Eingriffen in das Gerät empfiehlt der Hersteller die Verwendung von Originalersatzteilen (siehe Abschnitt 8 "Bestellung von Ersatzteilen").

3. VORSCHRIFTEN, VERBOTE, VERSCHIEDENE HINWEISE FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH DES GERÄTES

Das Gerät darf nur von Personal in Betrieb genommen werden, das mit der Bedienung des Gerätes vertraut ist. Bei Betriebsstörung und/oder Defekt ist die Waschmaschine auszuschalten. Während des Betriebs, der Reinigung und Wartung des Gerätes ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, daß in Bewegung befindliche Einbauteile (wie Motor, Riemen usw.) auf keinen Fall mit Werkzeugen oder den Händen berührt werden. Der Hersteller haftet bei Unfällen nicht und kann für Verletzungen der Bedienungsperson oder anderer Personen während des Betriebs, der Reinigung und Wartung des Gerätes nicht verantwortlich gemacht werden. Der Waschmittelbehälter darf während des Gerätebetriebs wegen des darin enthaltenen Waschpulvers und des heißen Wassers nicht geöffnet werden. Dieses Gerät wurde für den folgenden Gebrauch konzipiert: Waschen von Stoffen gemäß den Anleitungen auf den Wäscheschildchen, wobei nur alltägliche Kleidungsstücke, Haushaltswäsche und normale Stoffe gemeint sind. Kleidungsstücke, die mit chemischen oder brennbaren Mitteln behandelt worden sind, müssen erst mit der Hand gewaschen und im Freien getrocknet werden, damit die oben erwähnten Mittel völlig verdunsten können, bevor sie in der Maschine gewaschen werden können.

Die Bedienung eines elektrischen oder elektronischen Gerätes verpflichtet zu der Einhaltung gewisser Grundregeln: das Gerät nicht mit nassen oder feuchten Händen oder Füßen berühren. Das Gerät nicht der Witterung aussetzen (Regen, Salz, salzhaltige Feuchtigkeit usw.). Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern oder Unbefugten ohne Aufsicht verwendet werden. In der Nähe und bei Betrieb des Gerätes darf nicht geraucht werden. Die Sicherheitseinrichtungen nicht entfernen oder überbrücken. Das Gerät niemals mit direktem oder indirektem Wasserstrahl aboder bespritzen; für das Gerät einen geeigneten Standort wählen, an dem nicht mit Wasserstrahl gearbeitet wird.

JEDER ANDERE GEBRAUCH DES GERÄTES, DER IM FOLGENDEN NICHT SPEZIELL AUFGEFÜHRT IST, MUSS ALS GEFÄHRLICH BETRACHTET WERDEN, WOBEI DER HERSTELLER FÜR SOLCHE SCHÄDEN NICHT HAFTET, DIE AUF UNSACHGEMÄSSE, FALSCHE ODER UNVERNÜNFTIGE HANDHABUNG DES GERÄTES ZURÜCKZUFÜHREN SIND.

ANWEISUNGEN FÜR DEN

4. HINWEISE FÜR TRANSPORT, AUSPACKEN, AUFSTELLEN UND LAGERN DES GERÄTES

4.1. TRANSPORT DES GERÄTES Bei Transport und/oder Versand des Gerätes,

sind die folgenden Hinweise zu befolgen: Für den Transport des Gerätes in ein Gebäude ist das dafür vorgesehene Gestell oder ein geeigneter Ersatz zu verwenden. Einen für den Transport des Gerätes geeigneten Handhubkarren oder Elektrohubkarren mit der nötigen Hubleistung verwenden. Sich vergewissern, daß bei dem Transport des Gerätes alle Hindernisse und Engpässe wie Treppen, Türen usw. bewältigt werden können.

Das Gerät niemals an den Seitenwänden oder an anderen Teilen ziehen.

Soll das Gerät verschickt werden, ist unbedingt die Originalverpackung zu verwenden, die dem Gerät genügend Halt und Schutz während des Transports verleiht. Es ist außerdem wichtig, die Transporteisen an den drei Löchern der hinteren Verkleidung anzubringen (siehe Abb. 2).

4.2. LAGERUNG DES GERÄTES

Für die Lagerung des Gerätes vor Gebrauch über einen längeren Zeitraum hinweg, ist das Gerät in der Originalverpackung zu belassen, da diese einen geeigneten Schutz bietet. Vergewissern Sie sich, daß der Lagerraum die im Abschnitt 5 erwähnten Bedingungen bietet. Soll das Gerät nach Gebrauch für längere Zeit an seinem Standort stillgelegt werden, ist sicherzustellen, daß die elektrische Stromzufuhr tatsächlich unterbrochen ist; das Gerät mit der mitgelieferten Schutzhülle abdecken.

4.3. AUSPACKEN DES GERÄTES

1) Vor Übernahme des Gerätes vom Spedi-

teur ist zu überprüfen, ob die Verpackung unversehrt ist. Falls die Verpackung außen beschädigt sein sollte, kann auch das Gerät eventuell Schaden genommen haben. Packen Sie das Gerät in diesem Fall im Beisein des Spediteurs aus und unterschreiben Sie den Lieferschein mit Vorbehalt. Auf Transport oder falsche Lagerung zurückzuführende Schäden können nicht dem Hersteller zur Last gelegt werden.

2) Das Gerät sehr vorsichtig auspacken und

dabei jegliche Beschädigung vermeiden. Das Transportgestell ist in den für die Fußbodenverankerung vorgesehenen Bohrlöcher am Gerät festgeschraubt. Schrauben herausdrehen und Gestell unter dem Gerät herausziehen.

3) Gerätetür öffnen (siehe Abschnitt 7.2).

4) Die Transporteisen an der Hinterseite der

Maschine entfernen.

5) Vergewissern Sie sich, daß das Handbuch

nicht mit dem Verpackungsmaterial verschwindet oder auf andere Weise verloren geht. Das Verpackungsmaterial (Plastiksäcke und

-Tüten, Styropor, Holz, Karton, Nägel usw.)

auf keinen Fall in Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren, da es eine konkrete Gefahrenquelle darstellen kann; das Verpackungsmaterial ist für spätere Transporte oder längere Stillstandzeiten des Gerätes gesammelt aufzubewahren (siehe Abschnitt 9). Vor Anschluß des Gerätes ist zu überprüfen, daß die Angaben auf dem Geräteschild mit den Werten der zur Verfügung stehenden Stromversorgungsleitung übereinstimmen, an die das Gerät angeschlossen werden soll. Das Gerät darf nur für denjenigen Gebrauch verwendet werden, für den es ausdrücklich bestimmt und hergestellt worden ist.

5. HINWEISE FÜR DIE INBETRIEB-

NAHME DES GERÄTES

5.1 VORSCHRIFTEN FÜR DIE AUF-

STELLUNG DES GERÄTES Die Waschmaschine kann überall dort aufge-

stellt werden, wo ein erhöhter, ebener Sockel zur Verfügung steht. Das Gerät ganz waagerecht ausrichten; dazu

eine Wasserwaage verwenden. Dieser Vorgang ist immer dann auszuführen, wenn das Gerät einen neuen Standort erhält.

5.2. PLATZBEDARF FÜR INSTALLATION, BETRIEB UND WARTUNG DES GERÄTES

Das Gerät benötigt mindestens den in der Abb.1 gezeigten Platz:

5.4. AUFSTELLUNG DER MASCHINE

Für einen einwandfreien Betrieb ist die Waschmaschine auf einen ebenen und stabilen Fußboden aufzustellen. Die Wahl des Aufstellungsortes sollte so erfolgen, daß die logische Bewegung der Wäsche innerhalb des Arbeitsraumes und die Lage der vorhandenen Anschlüsse berücksichtigt werden.

5.5. ELEKTROANSCHLUSS

Das Gerät muß von Fachkräften gemäß den Angaben des Herstellers installiert werden und dabei den örtlich geltenden Vorschriften für elektrische Anlagen entsprechen. Eine falsche Installation kann Schäden an Personen, Tieren oder Dingen verursachen, für die der Hersteller auf keinen Fall zur Rechenschaft gezogen werden kann. Um an die Anschlußklemmenleiste zu gelangen, ist der Gerätedeckel zu entfernen (siehe Abschnitt 7.3).

Sicherstellen, daß die Versorgungsspannung mit der auf dem Geräteschild angegebenen Spannung übereinstimmt, wobei zu beachten ist, daß die Netzspannung höchstens um ±10% von ihrem Nennwert abweichen darf.

WICHTIG: DAS GERÄT MUSS GEERDET WERDEN. Zu diesem Zweck befindet sich im Geräteinneren auf der Klemmleiste eine geeignete Klemme, an die die Erdungsleitung anzuschließen ist. Die Erdung muß den geltenden Forderungen und Vorschriften entsprechen. Der Hersteller lehnt bei Nichtbeachtung dieser Unfallverhütungsvorschrift jegliche Haftung ab.

Gemäß neuester Unfallverhütungsvorschriften ist das Gerät mit einer außenliegenden Klemme für den Anschluß des Potentialausgleichs ausgestattet. Vor dem Gerät ist unbedingt ein auf die höchste Leistungsaufnahme ausgelegter, allpoliger Selbstausschalter zu installieren, dessen Kontakte sich um mindestens 3 mm voneinander öffnen, gemäß den Werten auf dem Geräteschild.

WICHTIG: Käufer, Benutzer und verantwortlicher Techniker des Waschsalons sind unbedingt über die Bedeutung der korrekten zyklischen Phasenfolge in Kenntnis zu setzen, um zu vermeiden, daß die Phasen versehentlich vertauscht werden.

5.6 WASSERANSCHLUSS Das Gerät ist mit zwei 3/4"-Wasseranschlüs-

sen ausgestattet, einen für Warmwasser (circa 60°C) und einen für Kaltwasser. Der Wasseranschlußdruck muß zwischen 0,5 und 8 bar (0,05 und 0,8 MPa) liegen. Der Abstand zwischen Gerät und den entsprechenden Anschlußstellen an der Wand muß geringer sein als die Länge der mitgelieferten Anschlußschläuche. An den Anschlußstellen vor dem Gerät jeweils ein Absperrventil installieren. Wichtig: Ist kein Warmwasseranschluß bauseits vorhanden, muß ein "T"-Stück am Kaltwasseranschluß angebracht werden, damit der Warmwasseranschluß des Gerätes mit Kaltwasser versorgt werden kann.

Modell Fassungsvermögen Boiler Mod. 5kg 45 Liter/Min.

Nach erfolgtem Anschluß ist zu überprüfen, daß die Schläuche nicht geknickt sind.

5.8 ABWASSERABFLUSS Stellen Sie sicher, daß die Entfernung des

Fußbodenabflusses vom Abwasserausgang des Gerätes nicht größer ist als die Länge des mitgelieferte Kniestücks. Das Abwasser wird über eine direkt wirkende, motorgesteuerte Pumpe abgelassen, Das Abflußrohr darf also höher als der Abwasserausgang der Waschmaschine selbst liegen.

Modell Durchlaufvermögen Abfluß Mod. 5kg 30 Liter/Min.

Die Abflußrohre müssen Temperaturen bis 90°C vertragen können. Zwischen dem mit der Waschmaschine mitgelieferten Abflußschlauch und dem Fußbodenabfluß ist ein Siphon vorzusehen. Vergewissern Sie sich nach erfolgtem Anschluß, daß der Schlauch nicht geknickt ist.

5.9 AIR-BREAK-SYSTEM Die Waschmaschinen sind mit einem "AIR-

BREAK-SYSTEM" ausgestattet. Dabei handelt es sich um eine Einrichtung, die bei Unterdruck in der Wasserversorgungsleitung das Rücklaufen des in der Maschine befindlichen Wassers verhindert. Für die genannte Vorrichtung ist oben an der Rückseite des Geräts eine Öffnung vorgesehen, aus der bei Heizbetrieb unschädlicher Dampf austreten kann und die weder zugemacht noch in irgend einer Weise angeschlossen werden darf.

DIE GARANTIE BESITZT KEINE GÜLTIGKEIT FÜR SCHÄDEN, DIE AUF EINE FALSCHE INSTALLATION ZURÜCKZUFÜHREN SIND.

6. HINWEISE ZUM GERÄT

6.1 GERÄTEBESCHREIBUNG Das Gerät besteht aus folgenden Baugruppen

und Einbauteilen:

1) Deckel unter dem der Steuerkreislauf liegt

2) Waschmittelbehälter für Vor- u. Hauptwäsche (nichtschäumendes Waschpulver verwenden) und Nachspülgang (nichtschäumende, flüssige Mittel)

3) Gerätetür für Beschicken mit Wäsche und Entladen des Gerätes

4) Programmwähler

5) Programmscheibe

WICHTIG: DIE NACHFOLGENDEN PLÄNE SIND GRUNDLEGEND FÜR DAS NACHSCHLAGEN UND BESTELLEN DER ERSATZTEILE.

6.2. ANWENDUNGSMÖGLICHKEITEN

Die von Ihnen gekaufte Waschmaschine ist so konzipiert, daß Wäsche aus verschiedenen synthetischen Stoffen, aus Wolle, Baumwolle, Leinen und Seide mit ihr gewaschen werden kann. Die Waschprogramme müssen geeignete Temperaturen besitzen und am Wähler entsprechend eingestellt werden, wobei Sie sich nach den Angaben sowohl in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung wie auch auf den Wäscheschildchen richten sollten.

6.3. INFORMATIONEN ZUR ELEKTRISCHEN ANLAGE

Schaltpläne und entsprechende Stücklisten sind auf den folgenden Seiten vorhanden.

6.4 UNTERLAGEN UND GUTACHTEN, DIE BEZEUGEN, DASS DAS GERÄT DEN FOLGENDEN RICHTLINIEN:

7. HINWEISE FÜR DEN GEBRAUCH UND DIE WARTUNG DES GERÄTES

7.1. BETRIEB DES GERÄTES Das Gerät am Selbstausschalter, der an der

Wand vor dem Gerät installiert ist, einschalten. Vergewissern Sie sich, daß die Kalt- und Warmwasserhähne aufgedreht sind. Die Waschtemperatur ist nach den verschiedenen Gewebearten und den entsprechenden, in der Textilindustrie üblichen Symbolen zu wählen und entsprechend einzustellen. Die Wäsche muß nach Stoffart und den entsprechenden Waschtemperaturen vorsortiert werden. Die Gerätetür durch Bedienen der entsprechenden Taste öffnen und die Wäsche in die Trommel geben (siehe Abschnitt 7.5). NICHT SCHÄUMENDES Waschmittel in die entsprechenden Behälter füllen; dabei die Mengenangaben der Waschmittelhersteller befolgen. Fach IVorwaschgang; Fach II Hauptwaschgang, Fach III Weichspüloder Bleichgang (siehe Abschnitt 7.5). Das für die zu behandelnde Wäsche geeignete Waschprogramm einstellen, dann die START-Taste bedienen. Die Waschmaschinen mit Münzbetrieb schalten sich beim Einwerfen der Münze ein. Bei münzbetrieb ist folgenderweise vorzugehen:

1. Die Waschmaschine füllen

2. Die Tür schliessen

3. Den Waschvorgang durch den geeigneten Wähler einstellen

4. Die für den betrieb benötigte anzahl von Münzen eingeben

5. Die Start-taste eindrücken Wir möchten Sie erinnern daß sich die Tür am ende des Waschzyklus automatisch öffnet.

ANMERKUNG: BEVOR SIE DIE MÜNZEN AUS DEM BEHÄLTER ENTNEHMEN, MÜSSEN SIE SICH VERGEWISSERN, DAß DER HAUPTSCHALTER AUSGESCHALTET IST.

7.2 ÖFFNEN DER GERÄTETÜR Die Türentriegelung erfolgt automatisch am

Ende des Waschprogramms. Um bei Stromausfall die Tür manuell zu öffnen, ist die unten links installierte Filterttür zu öffnen und die Kunstoffschraube mit einem Schraubenzieher gegen den Uhrzeigersinn zu drehen. Vergewissern Sie sich, daß sich kein Wasser in der Trommel befindet, die Trommel ganz still steht und die Temperatur im Gerät unter 40°C gesunken ist, bevor Sie die Gerätetür öffnen.

7.3 ENTFERNEN DES GERÄTEDEKKELS

Um an die elektrischen Einbauteile zu gelangen, ist der Gerätedeckel zu entfernen. Dazu ist der Deckel von der Geräterückwand abzuschrauben. Mit den mitgelieferten Schlüsseln den hinteren Teil des Deckels entsichern, dann hochnehmen und etwa 5 cm weit zur Gerätevorderseite schieben. In umgekehrter Reihenfolge den Deckel wieder anbringen.

BEVOR DER HAUPTSCHALTER VOR DEM GERÄT WIEDER EINGESCHALTET WIRD, MÜSSEN ZUERST ALLE ZUVOR ENTFERNTEN VERKLEIDUNGEN WIEDER ANGEBRACHT WERDEN.

7.4 WASCHPROGRAMME Es stehen Ihnen drei Waschprogramme zur

Verfügung: Koch-/Buntwäsche, Pflegeleicht und Feinwäsche/Wolle. Jedes der Programme beinhaltet einen kompletten Waschprozeß mit Waschen, Spülen und Schleudern. Im Koch/Buntprogramm schleudert das Gerät mit 1300 Umdrehungen/Min. Im Pflegeleichtprogramm schleudert das Gerät mit 1000 Umdrehungen/Min. Im Programm Wolle/Feinwäsche schleudert das Gerät mit 800 Umdrehungen/Min.

Weichspülen Benutzen Sie dieses Programm, wenn Sie z.B. von Hand vorgewaschene Wäsche nur noch in der Maschine Spülen und Schleudern möchten. Dieses Teilprogramm umfaßt einen Spülgang sowie Schleudern mit 1300 Umdrehungen/Min.

Sonderprogramm Das Sonderprogramm ist eine kalte Hauptwäsche mit sehr hohem Wasserstand und intensiver Waschbewegung. Er umfaßt drei Spülgänge ohne Zwischenschleudern und Endschleudern mit 800 Umdrehungen/Min. Das Programm dauert insgesamt ca.22 Min. Benutzen Sie es, wenn Sie eine kleine Wäschemenge mit groben Schmutzpartikeln waschen wollen. Es empfiehlt sich, einen Waschgang Koch-/Buntwäsche anzuschliessen.

Zusatzfunktionen Die Wahl einer oder mehreren Zusatzfunktionen erlaubt es, das Waschprogramm noch genauer an die Besonderheiten Ihrer Wäsche anzupassen.

Vorwäsche Wählen Sie Vorwäsche nur bei stark verschmutzten und verfleckten Textilien. Das Gerät ist serienmäßig auf kalte Vorwäsche ausgelegt. Zuwählbar in den Programmen Koch-/Buntwäsche und Pflegeleicht.

Kurzprogramm Durch die Kurz-Taste wird die Nachwaschzeit verkürzt. Zuwählbar in allen Programmen.

Ohne Schleudern Durch Drücken dieser Taste wird sowohl das End- als auch das Zwischenschleudern abgewählt. Zuwählbar in allen Programmen, auch im Sonderprogramm.

Spülstop Mit der Spülstop-Taste wird das Schleudern abgewählt, d.h. das Programm wird im letzten Spülgang unterbrochen, die Wäsche bleibt im Wasser stehen. Zuwählbar in allen Programmen, auch im Sonderprogramm.

Extraspülen Bei gedrückter Taste erfolgt ein weiterer Spülgang. Zu empfehlen für Personen, die extrem waschmittelempfindlich sind. Zuwählbar in den Programmen Koch-/Buntwäsche und Pflegeleicht. Bevor Sie ein Wäschestück in die Maschine geben, müssen Sie sich vergewissern, daß Knöpfe, Reißverschlüsse, Schnellverschlüssen, Schließen, Schnallen und Spangen nach innen gestülpt und alle Taschen leer sind. Bei Arbeitsschluß sind die folgenden Schritte auszuführen:

- Die Gerätetür offen lassen.

- Die Kalt- und Warmwasserabsperrhähne

zudrehen.

- Den elektrischen Selbstausschalter vor dem

Gerät ausschalten.

7.5 NÜTZLICHE HINWEISE FÜR DEN

GEBRAUCH DES GERÄTES Die Waschqualität ist am besten, wenn die

Trommel bis zu 80% der angegebenen Nutzlast ausgelastet wird. Nicht zu viel Waschmittel verwenden. Mehr Waschpulver bedeutet nicht, daß ein besseres Waschergebnis erzielt werden kann, sondern nur, daß Waschmittel unnötig verschwendet wird. Beachten Sie bitte die Mengenangaben der Waschmittelhersteller und -Lieferanten in Bezug auf den Härtegrad des zur Verfügung stehenden Wassers.

7.6 EMPFEHLUNGEN Das Gerät nicht unnötigerweise eingeschaltet

lassen. Den Hauptschalter vor dem Gerät IMMER ausschalten, wenn das Gerät nicht benutzt wird. Beim Waschen ist Folgendes besonders zu beachten:

- Die Gerätetür nur dann öffnen, wenn die Trommel ganz still steht und kein Wasser mehr in der Maschine vorhanden ist.

- Im Notfall (z.B. bei Stromausfall, Betriebsstörung usw.) kann die Tür bei Bedarf manuell geöffnet werden, indem Sie die obere Verkleidung entfernen und den Zugstab nach unten ziehen. Vergewissern Sie sich vorher, daß sich kein Wasser in der Trommel befindet, die Trommel ganz still steht und die Temperatur im Gerät unter 40°C gesunken ist.

- Vor jeder Reinigungs- oder Wartungsarbeit ist sicherzustellen, daß der Selbstausschalter vor dem Gerät ausgeschaltet ist und die Wasserabsperrhähne zugedreht sind.

- Niemals Wäsche in die Maschine eingeben, die mit entzündbaren, feuergefährlichen oder explosiven Mitteln gereinigt, eingeweicht, gewaschen oder befleckt worden ist. In diesem Fall muß die Wäsche vorher mit der Hand gewaschen werden.

- Feuergefährliche Flüssigkeiten nicht in der Nähe des Gerätes oder in Reichweite unbefugter Personen aufbewahren, sondern in einem trockenen und gut belüfteten Raum lagern.

- Reinigungsmittel und Waschpulver nicht in der Nähe des Gerätes, sondern in einem verschließbaren Schrank aufbewahren.

- Lüftungsschlitze und Ansaugöffnungen nicht mit Gegenständen zustellen und den nötigen Abstand zu den Gerätewänden einhalten.

- Flusenfilter regelmäßig bzw. jedesmal wenn nötig reinigen.

7.7. INFORMATIONEN ÜBER BESONDERE GEBRAUCHS- UND SCHUTZMASSNAHMEN

In den ersten Arbeitsstunden nach erfolgter Installation des Gerätes ist Folgendes sicherzustellen:

- Die Waschmittelbehälter müssen sauber bleiben.

• Behälter I nach erfolgtem Wassereinlauf für Vorwäsche.

• Behälter II nach erfolgtem Wassereinlauf für Hauptwäsche.

• Behälter III nach erfolgtem Wassereinlauf für Nachspülgang.

- Eventuell vorhandene, harte Waschpulverbrocken entfernen.

- Einen Waschgang bei 90°C durchführen, um eventuell vorhandene, bei der Herstellung des Gerätes anfallende Rückstände zu entfernen.

- Die Bedienungspersonen sollen den Waschmittelbehälter problemlos bedienen können.

- Eventuell eine Wagenstoßleiste anbringen, um zu vermeiden, daß die Wäschewagen die Gerätetür beschädigen.

- Waschmittelbehälter niemels während des Wasserzulaufs oder bei Heizbetrieb öffnen.

7.8. VOM BEDIENUNGSPERSONAL AUSZUFÜHRENDE WARTUNGSARBEITEN

VOR BEGINN DER WARTUNGSARBEITEN IST UNBEDINGT DIE STROMVERSORGUNG AM SELBSTAUSSCHALTER VOR DEM GERÄT ZU UNTERBRECHEN, DAMIT DAS GERÄT WÄHREND DES ARBEITSVORGANGS NICHT UNTER SPANNUNG STEHT. AUSSERDEM SIND DIE WARM- UND KALTWASSERABSPERRHÄHNE ZUZUDREHEN. IN DER WANNE DARF KEIN WASSER MEHR VORHANDEN SEIN UND DIE TROMMEL MUSS GANZ STILL STEHEN. DIE TEMPERATUR IM GERÄT SELBST MUSS UNTER 40°C LIEGEN.

Das Gerät ist dank seiner benutzerfreundlichen Gestaltung und der Verwendung hochwertiger Einbauteile völlig wartungsfrei. Reinigen Sie regelmäßig den an der linken Frontseite des Gerätes angebrachten Filter. Entfernen Sie zuvor die kleine Tür, indem Sie sie zuerst öffnen und dann abschrauben. Die Verkleidung des Gerätes in regelmäßigen Abständen mit einem feuchten Lappen abwischen; dabei auf keinen Fall feuergefährliche oder grobe Putzmittel verwenden und nur in Satinierungsrichtung arbeiten.

8. HINWEISE FÜR DIE INSTANDHALTUNG DES GERÄTES UND DIE BESTELLUNG VON ERSATZTEILEN

8.1. ANWEISUNGEN FÜR DAS AUFSPÜREN DER URSACHEN VON SCHÄDEN

• Falls das Gerät nicht funktioniert, ist zu überprüfen, daß:

- der Hauptschalter vor dem Gerät eingeschaltet ist und das Gerät unter Spannung steht.

- die Gerätetür gut verschlossen ist.

- der Startknopf bedient worden ist.

- die Warm- und Kaltwasserabsperrhähne aufgedreht sind. Sollte das Gerät nach dieser Kontrolle und trotz der Durchführung obengenannter

Schritte nicht funktionieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an den bevollmächtigten Kundendienst oder an unseren Händler (siehe letzte Seite).

• Die Trommel dreht sich beim Schleudern

gegen den Uhrzeigersinn:

- Überprüfen Sie, ob der Energieversorgungs-

betrieb (Elektrizitätswerk) beim Hausanschluß eventuell die Phasen des Drehstromanschlusses vertauscht hat. In diesem Fall sind die Phasen von unserem Kundendienst oder einem Elektriker korrekt anzuschließen. Sollte das Gerät nach dieser Kontrolle und trotz der Durchführung obengenannter Schritte nicht korrekt funktionieren, wenden Sie sich bitte an den bevollmächtigten Kundendienst oder an unseren Händler (siehe letzte Seite).

8.2 SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN

- Mikroschalter, der den Hilfsstromkreis und

damit den gesamten Betrieb des Gerätes unterbricht, sobald die Gerätetür geöffnet wird.

- Motorschutzschalter, der die Stromzufuhr

bei Überhitzung der Motorwicklungen unterbricht und diese gegen Überlastung schützt.

- Air-Break-System im Waschmittelbehälter,

das bei Unterdruck in der Wasserversorgungsleitung ein Rücklaufen des im Gerät vorhandenen Waschwassers verhindert.

8.3. VON TECHNISCHEN FACH-

KRÄFTEN AUSZUFÜHRENDE, REGELMÄSSIGE INSTANDHALTUNGSARBEITEN

Alle Instandhaltungsarbeiten dürfen nur von Fachkräften oder Wartungsdiensten durchgeführt werden, die dazu von unseren Händlern ermächtigt sind.

VOR BEGINN DER WARTUNGSARBEITEN IST UNBEDINGT DIE STROMVERSORGUNG AM SELBST-

AUSSCHALTER VOR DEM GERÄT ZU UNTERBRECHEN, DAMIT DAS GERÄT WÄHREND DES ARBEITSVORGANGS NICHT UNTER SPANNUNG STEHT. AUSSERDEM SIND DIE WARM- UND KALTWASSERABSPERRHÄHNE ZUZUDREHEN.

Während der Instandhaltungsarbeiten besondere Vorsicht walten lassen, NIEMALS und auf keinen Fall die Sicherheitsvorrichtungen umgehen; originale Ersatzteile verwenden; im Zweifelsfall sofort unser technisches Büro verständigen und dabei Modell und Seriennummer Ihres Gerätes angeben (siehe Typenschild an der Rückseite des Gerätes).

MONATLICH DURCHZUFÜHRENDE ARBEITEN

- Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig, daß die außenliegenden Filtersiebe in den Magnetventilen der Wassereingänge nicht verstopft sind.

- Überprüfen Sie regelmäßig den Flusenfilter.

- Schmutz und Waschmittelrücksctände vom Waschmittelbehälter entfernen.

- Mit einem Tuch die Türdichtung und den dahinterliegenden Wannenrand säubern.

JÄHRLICH DURCHZUFÜHRENDE ARBEITEN

- Den Zustand der Treibrieme überprüfen und sich vergewissern, daß sie korrekt gespannt ist. Die Treibrieme gegebenenfalls ersetzen.

- Sich vergewissern, daß alle Sicherheitsvorrichtungen, der Mikroschalter der Gerätetür und die Spule zur Türentriegelung einwandfrei funktionieren.

- Sich vergewissern, daß die Schrauben für den elektrischen Anschluß der Fernschalter und der Anschlußklemmenleiste gut festgezogen sind.

- Pumpe abschrauben und eventuell vorhandene Flusen und Rückstände entfernen.

- Den Zustand der Heizwiderstände kontrollieren und diese gegebenenfalls entkalken.

BEVOR DER SELBSTAUSSCHALTER VOR DEM GERÄT WIEDER EINGESCHALTET WIRD, MÜSSEN ZUERST ALLE ZUVOR ENTFERNTEN VERKLEIDUNGEN WIEDER ANGEBRACHT WERDEN.

8.4. IDENTIFIKATION UND BESTELLUNG VON ERSATZTEILEN

Nehmen Sie die Explosionszeichnung und die Ersatzteileliste zum Identifizieren der korrekten Bestellnummer für das/die von Ihnen benötigte/-n Ersatzteil/-e zur Hand. Bestellen Sie das/die benötigte/-n Ersatzteil/

-e beim Hersteller schriftlich unter Angabe des Modells (Ausführung), der Seriennummer, Spannung und Frequenz Ihres Gerätes und der Bestellnummer und der Beschreibung des/der gewünschten Ersatzteils/-e.

9. HINWEISE FÜR AUSSERBETRIEBNAHME, ABBAU UND ENTSORGUNG DES GERÄTES

Soll das Gerät endgültig außer Betrieb genommen und verschrottet oder entsorgt werden, sind die Hinweise in Abschnitt 3 zu befolgen und die verschiedenen Materialien gemäß der in Ihrem Land geltenden Umweltschutzgesetze getrennt zu entsorgen. Das Gerät kann entweder ganz als Grobmüll oder in Einzelteile nach Material getrennt entsorgt oder entsprechend wiederverwendet "recycled" werden. Die einzelnen Geräteteile sind als normaler Abfall zu betrachten, wovon nur die Teile aus Metall eine Ausnahme bilden. In den meisten europäischen Ländern gilt Metall nicht als Sondermüll.

las piezas eventualmente defectuosas por causas de fabricación y es aplicada directamente por vuestro proveedor.

- La mano de obra corre siempre por cuenta

del comprador, así como los gastos de transporte, embalaje y los riesgos del transporte.

- La garantía está supeditada a la devolución

de las piezas averiadas, enviadas por TRANSPORTE PREPAGADO y a la comunicación contemporánea de los datos del modelo, el número de matrícula y el defecto de la máquina en la que estaba montada la pieza.

- La garantía no se aplica a los aparatos que

fueran rotos por negligencia, conexión equivocada, instalación defectuosa, falta de observancia de las instrucciones de montaje y empleo o alteradas por personal no autorizado. No se aplica cuando el número de matrícula hubiera sido cancelado, alterado o quitado.

- La garantía no se aplica al material si-

guiente: partes sujetas a normal desgaste, tales como correas, membranas de válvulas y partes de goma en general. Piezas eléctricas como motor, bobinas, contactores, resistencias etc.

2. INTRODUCCIÓN

El presente manual ha sido realizado de manera simple y racional para que leyéndolo Ud. pueda conocer su máquina a fondo. Se recomienda leerlo atentamente y conservarlo junto a la máquina. Las advertencias y los cuidados contenidos en este manual, sin embargo, no pueden cubrir todas las eventualidades; por eso es importante recordar que sentido común, atención y

prudencia son factores que el constructor no puede infundir en la máquina, y que deben ser previstos por las personas que efectúan su instalación, su mantenimiento y/o su uso. Quienquiera que emplee este aparato deberá leer el presente manual de uso. En caso de intervenciones, el fabricante recomienda vivamente el uso de repuestos originales, cuyo pedido se trata en el párrafo 8. Las descripciones e ilustraciones contenidas en el presente manual no comprometen a la firma constructora, la cual se reserva el derecho de actualizar rápidamente la publicación y/o de introducir modificaciones a órganos, componentes y accesorios en cualquier momento y sin compromiso, cuando lo considere conveniente para obtener una mejora o en caso de necesidad constructiva o comercial.

3. PRESCRIPCIONES, PROHIBICIONES Y OTROS USOS DE LA MÁQUINA

La máquina deberá ser utilizada solamente por personal capacitado para el uso de la misma. Desconectar la lavadora en caso de desperfecto y/o de funcionamiento defectuoso. Durante el uso, la limpieza y el mantenimiento es necesario asegurarse de que no se introduzcan herramientas y con más razón las manos, en las partes en movimiento (motor, correa). En caso de accidente la firma constructora no se responsabiliza por cualquier daño que el operador u otra persona pueda sufrir durante el uso, la limpieza o el mantenimiento de la máquina. No abrir el compartimiento del jabón durante el funcionamiento, ya sea debido a las sustancias detergentes que contiene que por la alta temperatura del agua. Este aparato ha sido proyectado para lavar géneros de acuerdo con las instrucciones de las etiquetas de la ropa o de las telas. Lavar solamente prendas, ropa de cama y géneros normales de uso diario. No introducir prendas que hayan estado en contacto con productos químicos o inflamables. De lo contrario antes es necesario lavarlos a mano y secarlos al aire para que tales sustancias se evaporen completamente. El uso de cualquier aparato eléctrico o electrónico implica el respeto de algunas precauciones fundamentales. En particular: no tocar el aparato con las manos o los pies mojados o húmedos. No usar el aparato estando descalzo, no dejar el aparato en condiciones de exposición a los agentes atmosféricos (lluvia, sal etc.). No dejar que los aparatos sean usados por niños o por

personas incapacitadas sin la vigilancia adecuada. No fumar cerca de la lavadora ni durante su uso. No remover ni excluir los dispositivos de seguridad. No usar jamás chorros de agua directos o indirectos sobre la máquina y por lo tanto no instalar en zonas pasibles de tales eventualidades.

CUALQUIER USO NO INDICADO EXPRESAMENTE A CONTINUACIÓN DEBE SER CONSIDERADO COMO PELIGROSO. AL CONSTRUCTOR NO SE LE PUEDE ATRIBUIR LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS DAÑOS QUE PUEDAN SER OCASIONADOS POR UN USO IMPROPIO, ERRÓNEO O DESATINADO.

4. INDICACIONES SOBRE EL TRANSPORTE, EL DESEMBALAJE Y EL ALMACENAMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA

4.1 TRANSPORTE DE LA MÁQUINA De ser necesario trasladar y/o despachar la

máquina, es útil respetar cuidadosamente las siguientes recomendaciones: Si se debe transportar el aparato al interior de un edificio usar exclusivamente su paleta o una equivalente; utilizar un carro elevador manual o eléctrico adecuado para el traslado de tales máquinas y con suficiente capacidad de carga (véanse datos técnicos). Cerciorarse de que la lavadora pueda superar todos los obstáculos presentes (por ejemplo escaleras, puertas, etc.). No arrastrar jamás la máquina por los costados o por cualquier otra parte. Si la máquina debe ser despachada, utilizar únicamente el embalaje original, que ayuda a garantizar una estabilidad suficiente durante el transporte. Es también muy importante volver a montar los estribos de transporte en los tres orificios situados sobre el panel trasero de la máquina (ver fig. 2).

4.2 ALMACENAMIENTO Si la máquina debe quedar depositada por

mucho tiempo antes de ser usada, se aconseja conservarla dentro de su embalaje original, pues le garantiza una óptima protección. Asegurarse además de que las condiciones ambientales del depósito correspondan con las especificadas en el párrafo 5. En cambio, si la máquina debe quedar fuera de funcionamiento por largo tiempo después de haber sido usada, verificar que esté físicamente desconectada de la red de

alimentación eléctrica y cubrirla con la bolsa protectora original.

4.3 DESEMBALAJE

1) Antes de recibir la máquina del

transportista, controlar las condiciones del embalaje. Si presenta daños evidentes en su exterior, es posible que también la máquina haya sufrido consecuencias. En tal caso, desembale Ud. la máquina delante del transportista mismo y firme, con reserva, la boleta de entrega. Los posibles daños debidos al traslado o a un depósito erróneo no se le pueden atribuir a la casa constructora de la máquina.

2) Desembalar la máquina con todo cuidado

para evitar dañarla. Para quitar la tarima remover los tornillos ubicados en su interior, en los orificios de fijación al piso.

3) Abrir la puertecilla circular (ver párrafo

7.2).

4) Retirar los estribos de transporte ubicados

en la parte trasera de la máquina (fig. 2).

5) Cerciorarse de que el manual de

instrucciones no quede en el embalaje y que no se extravíe. Los elementos del embalaje (bolsas de plástico, poliestirol, madera, cartón, clavos, etc.) no deben quedar al alcance de los niños por ser potenciales fuentes de peligro. Al contrario, deben ser recogidos y conservados para cualquier posible traslado o detención prolongada de la máquina (véase párrafo 9). Antes de conectar el aparato asegúrese Ud. de que los datos de la placa técnica correspondan con las características de la red eléctrica existente en el lugar de instalación. El aparato deberá ser destinado únicamente al uso para el que ha sido expresamente proyectado.

5. INDICACIONES PARA LA PUESTA

EN SERVICIO DE LA MÁQUINA

5.1 REQUISITOS PARA LA UBICACIÓN

DE LA MÁQUINA Las lavadoras no presentan ningún requisito

de ubicación salvo una plataforma nivelada. Alinear la máquina con el auxilio de un nivel apoyado a uno de los costados. Cuando se la cambie de lugar, repetir las operaciones de nivelación.

5.2 ESPACIO NECESARIO PARA LA

INSTALACIÓN, EL USO Y EL MANTENIMIENTO DE LA MÁQUINA

5.3 CONDICIONES AMBIENTALES ADMITIDAS PARA EL CORRECTO USO DEL MUEBLE (para conocimiento de quien usará la lavadora).

- TIPO DE AMBIENTE: CERRADO

- TEMPERATURA MÍNIMA: 10 °C (con

temperaturas inferiores los componentes electrónicos pueden dar un funcionamiento discontinuo)

- TEMPERATURA MÁXIMA: 40°C

- HUMEDAD RELATIVA: 75% H.R.

- ILUMINACIÓN: 100 Lx (dato válido para Italia; debido a la falta de homogeneidad de las normativas sobre la luminosidad en los ambientes de trabajo, para los demás países consultar las leyes nacionales pertinentes).

5.5 COLOCACIÓN Para funcionar correctamente esta lavadora

necesita estar colocada sobre un piso estable. Escoger la ubicación de la máquina de acuerdo con el recorrido lógico de la ropa dentro de la lavandería y compatiblemente con las instalaciones existentes.

5.4 CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA La instalación se debe efectuar de acuerdo

con las instrucciones del fabricante, por personal profesionalmente capacitado y de conformidad con las normas para las instalaciones eléctricas vigentes en el país correspondiente. Una instalación incorrecta puede ocasionar prejuicios a personas, cosas y animales, por los cuales el constructor no se responsabiliza. Para acceder al tablero de bornes de conexión eléctrica ver párrafo 7.3. Comprobar que la corriente de alimentación corresponda con los datos de la placa de la lavadora, tomando en cuenta, además, que las variaciones máximas permitidas para el voltaje de alimentación son del +/-10%.

IMPORTANTE: ES OBLIGATORIO CONECTAR LA MÁQUINA A TIERRA. Al efecto, en su interior, sobre el tablero de bornes, presenta un borne para la conexión, que deberá cumplir con los requisitos de la ley. Cuando esta regla de seguridad no sea respetada, no se le podrán atribuir responsabilidades al fabricante.

En conformidad con las más recientes normas contra los accidentes de trabajo, la máquina está equipada con un borne exterior para posibilitar la conexión equipotencial. Es indispensable interponer antes del aparato un interruptor omnipolar disyuntor y automático cuya distancia mínima entre los contactos sea de 3 mm, tarado en base a la absorción máxima (véanse los datos de la placa técnica del aparato).

IMPORTANTE: informar al cliente o al utilizador o al responsable técnico de la instalación de lavandería sobre la importancia del correcto sentido cíclico de las fases, de manera que no puedan ser invertidas accidentalmente.

5.6 CONEXIÓN HÍDRICA La lavadora viene con una entrada para el

agua caliente (60°C aproximadamente) y una para el agua fría, ambas del diámetro de 3/4’’. La presión del agua en entrada debe estar comprendida entre 0.5 y 8 bar (0.05 y 0.8 MPa). Preparar las conexiones de pared a una distancia inferior a la longitud de los tubos suministrados. De no haber agua caliente disponible, colocar una “T” en el empalme del agua fría y conectar la entrada del agua caliente a la del agua fría. Ambas entradas deben ser utilizadas.

5.8 CONEXIÓN DEL DESAGÜE Controlar que la distancia entre la conexión del desagüe de la máquina y el desagüe de piso no sea superior a la longitud del codo de desagüe suministrado. La descarga del agua se produce por medio de una bomba motorizada de acción directa. Por lo tanto el desagüe podrá estar ubicado más arriba de la salida de la lavadora.

El conducto de desagüe deberá soportar la temperatura de 90°C. Entre el tubo de desagüe suministrado y el desagüe de piso será necesario instalar un sifón. Verificar que no los tubos no estén aplastados.

5.9 AIR BREAK La lavadora viene con un dispositivo de air break que impide el retorno de agua servida a la instalación hídrica cuando se producen depresiones en la red. Tal dispositivo contempla una salida posterior de la que, durante el calentamiento,

pueden salir vapores inofensivos. Esta salida posterior no debe ser conectada ni tapada.

LA GARANTÍA NO CUBRE LOS DAÑOS CAUSADOS POR UNA INSTALACIÓN INCORRECTA.

6 INDICACIONES SOBRE A LA MÁQUINA

6.1 DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA

La máquina está constituida por las partes principales que se hallan detalladas a continuación:

1) tapa debajo de la cual se encuentra el

circuito de mando;

2) compartimiento del jabón para prelavado

y lavado (en polvo y no generador de espuma) y también para el aditivo del último enjuague (líquido que no genere espuma);

3) puerta de carga de la ropa;

4) selector de ciclos;

5) indicador de la situación del ciclo.

IMPORTANTE: LOS ESQUEMAS QUE APARECEN MÁS ADELANTE, SON INDISPENSABLES PARA LA IDENTIFICACIÓN Y EL PEDIDO DE LOS REPUESTOS.

6.2 GAMA COMPLETA DE LAS

APLICACIONES La lavadora que Ud. ha adquirido ha sido

proyectada para lavar géneros sintéticos de distintos tipos, además que lana, algodón y lino. Escoger el ciclo adecuado seleccionándolo por medio del selector y de acuerdo con las temperaturas aconsejadas en las etiquetas de la ropa.

6.3 INFORMACIONES SOBRE LA

INSTALACIÓN ELÉCTRICA Los esquemas y los detalles relativos

aparecen más adelante.

6.4 DOCUMENTOS QUE CERTIFICAN

7 INDICACIONES SOBRE EL USO DE LA MÁQUINA

7.1 FUNCIONAMIENTO Dar corriente al aparato accionando el

interruptor general de pared. Controlar que los grifos del agua caliente y del agua fría estén abiertos. Seleccionar la temperatura considerando los símbolos usados normalmente por las industrias textiles representados en las etiquetas de la ropa. Separar las prendas, apretar el pulsador de abertura de la puerta y cargar el tambor (ver también párrafo 7.5). Cargar el jabón (no espumoso) en el compartimiento adecuado de acuerdo con el ciclo que se desea seleccionar: compartimiento I para el prelavado (de estar previsto); compartimiento II para el lavado, compartimiento III para todo eventual líquido de enjuague (ver también párrafo 7.5). Seleccionar el número de enjuagues deseado. Seleccionar el ciclo apropiado para la ropa, y para encender la máquina presionar luego el pulsador de START. En las lavadoras con contador de fichas la máquina se enciende ni bien se acabe de introducir las fichas necesarias.

Para hacer funcionar las máquinas con monedero hacer lo siguiente:

1. Cargar la ropa en la máquina

2. Cerrar la puerta

3. Programar el ciclo deseado por medio del selector

4. Introducir el exacto número de fichas requeridas para el funcionamiento

5. Apretar el botón "START". Al final del ciclo la puerta se abre

automáticamente. Nota: Antes de retirar las fichas de la alcancía,

cerciorarse de que el interruptor general esté en la posición off.

7.2 ABERTURA PUERTA Al final del ciclo la puerta se abre

automáticamente. En caso de falta de corriente, para abrir normalmente la puerta circular, abrir la tapa del filtro que se encuentra abajo a la izquierda y girar en el sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj el tornillo de plástico. Antes de abrir la puerta es necesario comprobar que el agua haya sido descargada y que la temperatura en el interior de la cuba sea inferior a 40°C.

7.3 RETIRAR LA TAPA Para acceder a la parte eléctrica de la máquina

quitar los tornillos que sujetan la tapa al panel posterior. Luego mover la parte posterior de la tapa, levantarla y empujarla unos 5 cm hacia el frente.

ANTES DE VOLVER A SUMINISTRAR CORRIENTE A LA MÁQUINA MEDIANTE EL INTERRUPTOR DISYUNTOR GENERAL DE PARED, COLOCAR NUEVAMENTE TODOS LOS PANELES QUE HAYAN SIDO REMOVIDOS.

7.4 PROGRAMAS DE LAVADO La máquina posee tres programas principales.

Cada uno de ellos prevé un proceso completo de lavado, enjuague y centrifugado. En el programa prendas resistentes la máquina centrifuga a 1300 rpm. En el programa prendas de color la máquina centrifuga a 1000 rpm. En el programa para lana/prendas delicadas la máquina centrifuga a 800 rpm.

Enjuague delicado Utilizar este programa cuando, por ejemplo, se desea enjuagar y centrifugar prendas ya lavadas a mano. Este programa prevé un enjuague y un centrifugado a 1300 rpm.

Programa especial El programa especial es un lavado básico en frío con alto consumo de agua y lavado intensivo. Incluye tres procedimientos de enjuague sin centrifugado intermedio y centrifugado final a 800 rpm. El programa dura alrededor de 22 minutos y se recomienda para lavar cargas reducidas muy sucias. Se aconseja con el programa de lavado para prendas resistentes.

Funciones complementarias Seleccionando una o más funciones complementarias es posible adaptar aún mejor el programa de lavado a las características de la ropa.

Prelavado Seleccionar prelavado solamente para ropa muy sucia y manchada. La máquina viene ya preparada de serie para un prelavado en frío seleccionable en los programas de lavado para "prendas resistentes" y "prendas de color". Programa breve Por medio de la tecla del programa breve se reducen los tiempos sucesivos al lavado. Seleccionable con todos los programas.

No centrifugar Apretando esta tecla se desactivan ya sea el centrifugado final que el intermedio. Seleccionable con todos los programas y también con el especial.

Remojo Con la tecla "remojo" se desactiva el

centrifugado: el programa se interrumpe después del último enjuague y la ropa queda sumergida en agua. Seleccionable con todos los programas y también con el especial.

Extra Presionando esta tecla se realiza un enjuague más. Recomendado para personas muy sensibles a los jabones. Seleccionable con los programas de lavar "prendas resistentes" y "prendas de color". Antes de lavar cualquier prenda, controlar que botones, cierres, hebillas, etc. y estén girados hacia adentro. Comprobar también que los bolsillos estén vacíos. Al final del ciclo efectuar las siguientes operaciones:

-dejar la puerta abierta.

-cerrar los grifos del agua caliente y del agua

fría.

-Apagar el interruptor disyuntor general de

pared.

7.5 CONSEJOS ÚTILES PARA EL USO

DE LA MÁQUINA Considerar que cargar el 80% de la capacidad

declarada garantiza una mejor calidad de lavado. Una mayor cantidad de jabón no garantiza mayor limpieza: es más, constituye un derroche que se traduce en una inútil contaminación ambiental. La cantidad de jabón será aconsejada por el proveedor de acuerdo con la dureza del agua utilizada.

7.6 RECOMENDACIONES

No dejar que el aparato quede conectado inútilmente. APAGAR el interruptor general cuando la máquina no sea usada. Al usarla recordar lo siguiente:

-La puerta se puede abrir sólo cuando el

tambor esté parado y sin agua.

-En caso de falta de corriente la puerta se

puede abrir por medio del tirador manual ubicado en la superior. Antes de accionarlo, comprobar que el agua haya sido descargada, que el tambor no se esté moviendo y que la temperatura no supere los 40°C.

-Antes comenzar cualquier operación de

limpieza o de mantenimiento, comprobar que el interruptor general de pared esté apagado y que los grifos del agua caliente y del agua fría estén cerrados.

-No introducir en la máquina ropa que haya

sido limpiada, mojada, lavada o manchada con sustancias inflamables o explosivas. De otra manera, lavar primero a mano.

-Guardar los líquidos inflamables lejos de la

lavadora, en un lugar seco y ventilado no accesible a personal no capacitado para su uso.

-Conservar los productos de limpieza y los

detergentes lejos de la máquina, posiblemente dentro de un armario cerrado.

-No obstruir las aberturas o las hendijas de

aspiración o de salida de calor. Mantener la

máquina a una distancia adecuada ya sea de las paredes que de otros objetos.

- Limpiar el filtro de hilachas con regularidad y cuando sea necesario.

7.7 INFORMACIONES SOBRE LOS SISTEMAS ESPECIALES PARA EL USO Y LA PROTECCIÓN

En el primer ciclo de funcionamiento, comprobar lo siguiente: Los compartimientos del jabón deben quedar limpios:

• compartimiento I después de cargar el agua de prelavado;

• compartimiento II después de cargar el agua de lavado;

• compartimiento III después de cargar el agua del último enjuague.

- Controlar que desaparezca todo residuo de jabón estancado y solidificado.

- Efectuar un ciclo a 90°C para remover cualquier posible residuo de fabricación.

- El operador debe poder controlar los compartimientos del jabón cómodamente.

- De ser oportuno, colocar paragolpes de manera que los carros no choquen contra la puerta dañándola.

- No abrir nunca el compartimiento del jabón cuando la máquina esté cargando agua o calentando.

7.8 MANTENIMIENTO ORDINARIO A CARGO DEL OPERADOR

ANTES COMENZAR CUALQUIER OPERACIÓN DE MANTENIMIENTO, DESCONECTAR LA LAVADORA POR MEDIO DEL INTERRUPTOR GENERAL, CERRAR LOS GRIFOS DEL AGUA CALIENTE Y DEL AGUA FRÍA. LA CUBA YA NO DEBE CONTENER AGUA, EL TAMBOR DEBE ESTAR PARADO Y LA TEMPERATURA INTERIOR DEBE SER INFERIOR A 40°C.

El aparato no necesita un mantenimiento particular gracias a su design ergonómico y al empleo de componentes muy fiables y de primera calidad. Limpiar el filtro de hilachas ubicado en la parte delantera inferior izquierda de la máquina. Para acceder a él, abrir la puerta y luego desenroscarlo. Volverlo a colocar inmediatamente después de haberlo limpiado. Lavar los paneles del revestimiento con un trapo húmedo periódicamente; no usar nunca productos inflamables o abrasivos. Fregar en el sentido del satinado.

NO USAR NUNCA CHORROS DE AGUA PARA LA LIMPIEZA DE LA MÁQUINA.

ANTES DE VOLVER A SUMINISTRAR CORRIENTE A LA MÁQUINA MEDIANTE EL INTERRUPTOR GENERAL DE PARED, COLOCAR

NUEVAMENTE TODOS LOS PANELES QUE HAYAN SIDO REMOVIDOS.

8. INDICACIONES PARA EL MANTENIMIENTO EXTRAORDINARIO Y EL ABASTECIMIENTO DE REPUESTOS

8.1 INSTRUCCIONES PARA LA LOCALIZACIÓN DE LOS DESPERFECTOS

• En caso de desperfecto de la máquina controlar lo siguiente:

- que el interruptor disyuntor general de pared esté encendido y la máquina reciba corriente.

- que la puerta circular esté cerrada

- que el pulsador de arranque (START) haya sido apretado.

- que los grifos del agua caliente y del agua fría estén abiertos. Una vez efectuadas tales operaciones, si el desperfecto subsiste, llamar al centro de asistencia autorizado o a nuestro revendedor (ver la última página del manual).

• Si el centrifugado se produce en el sentido contrario al de las agujas del reloj:

-comprobar que la Compañía de Electricidad no haya invertido las fases de la alimentación trifásica a la entrada del edificio. De ser, así hacerlas corregir por el centro de asistencia especializado o por un electricista experto. Una vez comprobadas y eventualmente efectuadas tales operaciones, si el desperfecto subsiste, llamar al centro de asistencia autorizado o a nuestro revendedor (ver la última página del manual).

8.2 SEGURIDADES

-Micro interruptor de seguridad en la puerta, que desconecta la alimentación de todo el circuito auxiliar y por consiguiente detiene la máquina.

- Interruptor térmico en el interior del motor, que impide la alimentación en caso de recalentamiento de las bobinas.

-Sistema air-break en el compartimiento del jabón, que evita la contaminación del acueducto en caso de depresiones en la red.

8.3 MANTENIMIENTO PERIÓDICO A CARGO DEL PERSONAL TÉCNICO

Cualquier operación de mantenimiento debe ser efectuada por los centros de asistencia autorizados de nuestros revendedores o por personal capacitado.

ANTES DE CUALQUIER OPERACIÓN DE MANTENIMIENTO CORTAR LA ALIMENTACIÓN ELÉCTRICA POR MEDIO DEL INTERRUPTOR GENERAL DE PARED Y

CERRAR LOS GRIFOS DEL AGUA CALIENTE Y DEL AGUA FRÍA.

Tener mucho cuidado durante el mantenimiento. Los dispositivos de seguridad no deben ser excluidos NUNCA. Usar repuestos originales. En caso de dudas consultar rápidamente a nuestra oficina técnica comunicando el modelo del aparato y el número de matrícula, que se encuentran en la placa de características ubicada en la parte posterior de la máquina.

CONTROL MENSUAL Controlar que los filtros de las electroválvulas, ubicados en la parte externa de las mismas, estén limpios. Controlar el filtro de hilachas. Limpiar bien el compartimiento del jabón. Limpiar con un trapo la junta de la puerta y la embocadura de la cuba.

CONTROL ANUAL Controlar el desgaste de la correa y de ser necesario, cambiarla. Verificar que los dispositivos de seguridad funcionen correctamente, por ejemplo el micro interruptor de cierre de la puerta. Comprobar que los tornillos de la conexión eléctrica de potencia estén bien cerrados en los contactores y en el tablero de bornes de entrada.

Desmontar la bomba de desagüe y limpiarla interiormente de las posibles hilachas. Controlar el correcto funcionamiento de las resistencias y limpiarlas de las incrustaciones de sarro.

ANTES DE VOLVER A SUMINISTRAR CORRIENTE A LA MÁQUINA MEDIANTE EL INTERRUPTOR GENERAL DE PARED, COLOCAR NUEVAMENTE TODOS LOS PANELES QUE HAYAN SIDO REMOVIDOS.

8.4 IDENTIFICACIÓN Y PEDIDO DE REPUESTOS Para identificar los códigos de los repuestos, usar los dibujos de los repuestos con la relativa lista. Una vez identificados los códigos enviar una normal nota de pedido a la firma constructora indicando claramente el modelo del aparato, el número de matrícula, la tensión de alimentación y la frecuencia además que, por supuesto, el código y la descripción del repuesto que se necesita.

9. INDICACIONES PARA LA PUESTA FUERA DE SERVICIO, EL DESMANTELAMIENTO Y LA ELIMINACIÓN DE LA MÁQUINA.

Cuando se decida dejar de usar la máquina definitivamente, se aconseja desactivarla eliminando los materiales de manera oportuna, a la luz de las observaciones del párrafo 3. Les rogamos dividir las partes que la constituyen de acuerdo con las normas vigentes en el país correspondiente con respecto a la disposición de los deshechos, de manera que puedan ser destinadas por separado o recuperadas. Todas las partes que componen la máquina pueden ser asimiladas a los residuos sólidos urbanos, con la excepción de las partes metálicas, que, sin embargo, no figuran entre los deshechos clasificados como especiales por la mayor parte de los países europeos.
