Most vehicle shoulder belts are attached to
automatic retractors which allow a child to
pull vehicle belt out and change position of
seat belt while sitting in booster car seat.
An improperly positioned vehicle seat belt
can cause serious injury or death. Use of
Comfort Clip helps restrict movement of
vehicle seat belt. (See Booster Car Seat
Use section.)

Follow these steps to determine if you have a retractor
system that will hold car seat securely.

Take special care to avoid saturating or wetting any
labels on product during cleaning. It may destroy
labels.
Clean car seat shell with mild soap
and a damp cloth. Never use
“household detergents”; they can
weaken plastic. Cloth seat pads may
be machine washed separately on
gentle cycle and machine dried on
cool air setting.
Harness straps are surface washable only.
To Remove Harness System and Seat Pad:
• If using harness system, remove harness system
(see "Removal of Harness System" section).
• Turn car seat upside down:

Unhook elastic from "J" hooks.
• Pull seat pad off.

Periodically check and clean the harness buckle
slot. If dirty, buckle will not latch properly and
may cause serious injury or death. Remove
loose objects, crumbs and any other debris from
buckle.
Clean buckle with only mild soap and water. Do not
use household detergents. Never lubricate buckle .
