Thepotpressuregaugewillnotshowpressureuntil theauto-ventvalvehasbledalloftheairandsealed. Iftheauto-ventvalvedoesnotreleaseair,orifwater leaksfromthestemduringthe󰘰llprocess,thestem valvemaybecloggedorfaulty.
Performthefollowingproceduretocleanaclogged auto-ventvalve.
1.Trytopushandquicklyreleasethevalvewith
your󰘰nger.Ifthatdoesnotcausethevalveto seal,openthedumpvalvetoreleaseallofthe pressureinthepot.
2.Openthedumpvalvetorelievepotpressure.
Openthepop-upanddrainthepotuntilthewater levelisbelowthepop-up.
