Apply medium strength thread locker and torque to 30 ft-lb (40 N•m).

2. Apply pipe sealant to all non-swivel NPT threads.

Apply medium strength thread locker and torque to 5.1 ft-lb (6.9 N•m).

Apply anti-seize compound.

5 gallon Air Cylinder

Apply grease to o-rings and threads of 2 prior to assembly.

Add grease to cylinder bore before insertion of 2.

Install 2 in fully retracted position. Apply grease to diameter of shaft inside 1 prior to assembly.

Apply pipe sealant to tapered pipe threads.

Apply grease to seals and bearing surfaces.

Apply medium strength thread locker to threads and torque nut to 30 ft-lb (41 N•m)
