Installation
1. Remove hopper and front shroud (see manual
310645).
2. Install va lve.
3. Push fitting ring (A) and disconne ct air line (B).

4. Cut off 2 in. of a ir line (B) to a vo id contact with
moving pa rts .
5. Align elbow fitting (3) with hole on sprayer frame
and mount auxiliary a ir kit underneath sprayer
frame. Tighte n two scre ws (18) to s e cure in place .

6. Connect air line (B) to TEE connector (16) and air
compressor. Connect line (M) to elbow fitting (K)
and TEE connector (16).

7. Install front shroud and hopper.

1. Connect external air supply (C) to male air fitting
valve (D).
2. Connect spray gun a ir line (E) to valve (F).
3. Open spra y gun a ir valve (G) a ll the wa y.

4. Pull spra y gun trigger and a djust air flow with air
pre s s ure re gulator (H) (not supplied by Graco) on
external air supply.
5. Use s pray gun air va lve (G) for fine adjus tment.

2. Re gulate a ir flow with a ir re gu lato r (H).
Maintenance:
Clean valve inlet every 100 hours:
1. Re move fitting (8) and pis ton va lve (11).
2. Rins e out valve (10) with warm water.
3. Install piston valve (11) and fitting (8); hand tighten.
