5.On10and15gallontanks,removethelower
U-bolt(56),loosenscrews(54),andslidethe
bafe(53)offtheuidtube(12).
6.Unscrewandremovethehexjamnut(49),
gasket(50),andagitatorfromthetankcover.
7.Toinstallthenewagitator,placethegasket(50)
ontopofthetankcovercenterhole.Insertthe
agitatorshaft(47)throughthegasketandcenter
hole.

agitatorshaft.Ifapailisnottobeplacedinside
thetank,alignthetopofthehubwiththelower
markontheagitatorshaft.Afterthepaddleis
properlyaligned,applylowstrengthsealantto
thetwosetscrews(46)andrmlysecurethe
paddle.
14.Removetheplugorexistingelbowfromtheair
inletmanifold(5).Installthenewelbow(69)into
thepressuretankairinletmanifold.
15.Connecttheswivelendoftheairhose(70)to
theelbow(69).
TightentheU-boltatapositionleaving
approximately0.015in.(0.006mm)clearance
gapbetweenthethrustwasherandthetopof
theshaftsupport.
11.Onthe10and15gallontanks,placethelower
bearingassembly(66)and(67)ontheshaft.
