Secure Seal™ Imaging Spacers
APPLICATION
1. Trim to size using a razor blade or scissors (if desired) as shown in figure 1.

2. Use a forceps to remove the adhesive liner from one surface as shown in Figure 2.

3. Apply the spacer, adhesive side down onto the surface of a glass slide or coverslip as shown in
Figure 3. Press gently to seal.

4. Remove the other adhesive liner as shown in Figure 4.
Note: To increase chamber depth, add multiple spacers.

5. Add the specimen as shown in Figure 5.
6. Add the mounting medium as shown in Figure 6.

7. Add a coverslip (if desired) as shown in figure 7. Apply gentle pressure over the adhesive area to
seal.
