Operating instructions

Charging / changing battery:
1. Unscrew the tail cap (A)
2. Ensure Li-ion 18650 battery inserted correctly in battery holder
3. Plug the Micro USB end into the ashlight. Plug the USB end into a power source such as a computer, power bank charger, USB wall socket adapter or USB car charger
4. LED indicator light:
Green LED: Charging completed
Red LED: Charging in progress
5. Disconnect the USB cable when fully charged and screw tail cap (A) to ashlight
6. In the event you want to change the battery unscrew the charging base (B) and remove discharged battery
7. Replace with charged battery taking care to install according to polarity markings +/­and replace charging base (B)
8. Screw on tail cap securely
Operation:
• Full press switch on tail cap for On/Off
• Full press switch -> High -> Half press switch -> Medium -> Half press switch -> Low
-> Half press switch -> SOS (Half press to cycle repeats)
• Alternatively full press On and Off -> cycle repeats
Safety Instructions and Warnings
Use the device in a temperature range between 0 and 40°C and avoid exposure to direct heat and constant sunlight. This appliance is not intended for use by young children or inrm persons unless they have been adequately supervised by a responsible person to ensure that they can use the appliance safety. Young children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance. Do not cover the headlamp or place face down on a surface when the light is switched on
Use 1 x GP Li-ion 18650 battery with integrated overcharge and over-discharge Protection Circuit Module (PCM). Failure to use dedicated GP Li-ion 18650 batteries for the application device may result in damage to the ashlight and/or batteries. Users may experience risks if damaged or short circuited cells are installed. Risk of re and burns. Do not recharge, disassemble, heat above 40°C, or incinerate. Keep battery out of reach of children and in original package until ready to use. Dispose of used batteries promptly.
Replacing battery
When changing batteries rst switch off ashlight before removing tail cap (A) and install new batteries in the appropriate battery holder. Screw the tail cap when batteries have been correctly tted according to prescribed polarity markings on the battery holder (+) and (-). Care should be taken that the batteries are installed in accordance with the battery polarity.
Do not dispose of electrical appliances as unsorted municipal waste, use separate collection facilities. Contact your local government for information regarding the collection systems available. If electrical appliances are disposed of in landfills or dumps, hazardous substances can leak into the groundwater and get into the food chain, damaging your health and well-being.
