Mounting
The Train GP49 is delivered is 2 pre-assembled parts. Mounting is
very easy, screws included.
The equipment needs to be installed on a hard and flat surface.
Material
Ÿ Solid planks made of recycled plastic (PE), coloured throughout
(beige & green ).
Ÿ Stainless steel screws (6 and 8 mm) and nail plugs
Ÿ PE control-wheels
Maintenance
Maintenance of the recycled plastic material is very limited.
Cleaning with a soapy water and a sponge or soft brush. Rinse with
water to remove all dirt and soap. As the water absorption of the
material is less than 0,29%, it will not get stained by oil, grease and
other products. Besides, mosses and algae will have difficult to
adhere to the material and are very easy to remove.
Cleaning with high-pressure (max. 100 bar) is possible but is not
recommended and mostly not needed. If anyway, then spray with a
fan-shaped jet at minimum 30 cm from the plastic surface.

Visual inspection
Depending on the intensity of use: weekly or monthly
Functional inspection
Depending on the intensity of use: monthly to four-monthly
Yearly inspection
Special attention to following issues:
- Worn, loose, damaged, missing parts
- Screws sticking out
- Anchorage
- Vandalism
- Loose control-wheel
Painting or staining is useless as the paint will not stick attach to
the material.

Installation
The train GP49 is delivered fully assembled. Anchorage is required.
This product is not suited to be installed on a loose ground such as sand, bark,
woodchips etc., unless a special anchorage construction is provided.
Safety zone
The safety zone should extend a minimum of 150 cm in all directions from the
perimeter of the train.
No need for safety surfacing
As the fall height of the Train GP49 is less than 60 cm, a shock absorbing safety
surface is not required. The train can be installed on a hard surface.

The train is delivered in 2 pre-assembled parts.
Assembling is done by anchorage.
Anchorage
Anchorage is done by fixing the 12 nail plugs into the pre-drilled holes.
Position the train and drill the holes into the surface by means of a 8
mm stone drill bit. Then fix the nail plugs.
Important suggestion
To drill the holes in the ground, use a sharp drill and just put the plastic
plug into the hole. It is better to screw the nail into the plug than to
hammer. This way, you don't damage the head of the nail and unfixing
will be easy.
