• Slide the vegetable grip
towards the standing spiralizer wall.
• Turn the grey suction handle to the unlock position -
to unlock the suction and the track.
• Slide the grey sliding track outward.

Pull out the blade draw
and select from the
5 dierent blade options.
From the standing wall
of the spiralizer, remove the
blade and replace with
selected blade.
Cut the
vegetable to t
the length
of spiralizer.
Lower the grey lever
handle to secure the
vegetable grip in place.
• Press one side of the vegetable
into the spikes of the vegetable grip,
and the other side of the vegetable
into the circular blade on the standing wall.
Turn the grey switch
to the lock position-
to prevent the vegetable grip
from sliding o the board.
• Lift the grey lever upward.

• Unfold the spiralizer
by lowering the
foldable wall.
• Turn the suction/ track lock to the lock symbol-
which suctions the
spiralizer
to keep it in place.

• Lift the foldable wall upward, into a standing position.
• Gourmia Vegetable Spiralizer is top rack dishwasher safe.
