circuit between the two terminals of the sensor.
The washing program will be ended without
heating. The failure will be displayed at the end
of the washing program.
The failure is set, if the connection to the door
lock is open. The washing program will stop.
The failure will be displayed. Supply of door
lock will be ON. To start the washing program,
the user has to close the door (program starts at
once). To continue the program (if failure
happens between washing program), the user
has to check if the door is closed and press the
„Start“-button. If the failure occurrs again, the
washing program stopps. Supply of door lock
will be OFF. If the water is in the machine,
than pumping 2 minutes. Failure will be
displayed again , and it is not possible to start
the washing program again.
The failure is set, if within an filling or heating
step the water level is below level 1 for the
filling time or 4 minutes in heating time. If the
failure occurred the first time within a washing
program, the current step will start again. If the
failure occurred the second time (twice in
succession), the washing program is stopped,
and the failure will be displayed. To continue
the washing program, the user has to press the
„Start“-button. If the failure occurs the third
time, the washing program stopps, the failure
will be displayed, and it is not possible to start
the washing program again.
If the washing program is active and the motor
control unit gets no signal from the tacho
generator, the first time the failure occurs a
pause of 1minute is executed. This repeat 3
times. If once happens that motor works O.K.
than all previous failure must be deleted. When
the failure is detected the 4 time’s the washing
program is stopped immediately. If the
temperature is higher that 60°C than cool down
with cold water 30 seconds. Then pumping
water 2 minutes. STOP the program. The
failure will be displayed.

active and the motor is working without control

After 2 minutes try again. If the failure is not
present, than forget the first failure and
continue work. If there is the same failure
again, than program stops complete. If the
temperature is higher that 60°C than cool down
with cold water 30 seconds. Then pumping
water 2 minutes. STOP the program. The
failure will be displayed.
The failure is set, if after a heating step the
temperature is more than 15°C lower than the
rated temperature. The washing program will
be ended normally. The failure will be
displayed at the end of the washing program.
The failure is set, if after a pumping step the
water level did not fall below level 1. If the
failure occurred the first time within a washing
program, the current step will start again. If the
failure occurs the second time (twice in
succession), the washing program is stopped
and the failure is displayed. To continue the
washing program, the user has to press the
„Start“-button. If the failure occurred the third
time, the washing program is stopped and the
failure is displayed. It is not possible to start
the washing program again.
The failure is set, if at the end of the spinning
cycle of the testing program the spin is more
than 100rpm lower than the rated speed. The
failure is displayed after the end of the testing
program.
The failure is set, if Aqua Stop Sensor makes
signal (must be measuring min. 2 seconds).
All valves switch OFF, the heater switches
OFF and main motor STOPS. After 3 seconds
check again. If the failure is not present, than
forget the first failure and continue with
program. If the failure is still present, than
switch ON the pump for 2 minutes and stop
WM. The failure is displayed. It is not possible
to start the washing program again.

In same time that pulsing LED diodes is 200ms lower ton signal. This is first 10 times. After than
is no ton signal but LEDs blinking all time (till not switch machine OFF).
The last fault is save in memory (EEPROM). The most importan fault is motor, than NTC, than

WET APPLIANCES

1. CONTROL UNITS PG2 – SERVICING OF WASHING MACHINES

In washing machines with control units PG2 can be built in two different control units - EGO or AKO. Before
servicing we never know which one is built in and that is the reason why we have control units as a kit which includes
beside control unit also a holder and if necessary also button joint. Control unit AKO is less prone to malfunctions and
for this reason we use it for servicing when it is possible. When you will order control unit you will receive a kit which
includes control unit AKO.

PECULIARITY

Control units AKO can be used only on washing machines 60X60 cm

If there is in the kit also a button joint you have to change it. For this reason is in the box added a notice – different
design, different joint.

SLIM - control units AKO are not allowed to be used on this machines so please order a kit 179265

ATTENTION: when we change on SLIM washing machines with stainless steel tub old control unit 587502,
587505 or 135191 with control unit 179265 it is necessary to change also pressure switch, part
number is 134314.
