Federal Communications Commission (FCC) Regulatory Compliance
Note: This device has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This device generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this device does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the device off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

cause undesired operation.
Radio Frequency Exposure
This device meets the U.S. FCC's requirements for exposure to radio waves and is designed and manufactured not to exceed the FCC's emission limits for exposure to radio frequency (RF) energy. For satisfying FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, body-worn operations are restricted to belt-clips, holsters or similar accessories that have no metallic component in the assembly and must provide at least 10 mm separation between the device, including its antenna, and the user's body.
Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) Information
This device is designed to meet the requirements for exposure to radio waves established by the FCC.
The Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) limit adopted by the FCC is 1.6 W/kg averaged over one gram of tissue. The highest SAR value reported to the FCC for this type of device complies with this limit. Your phone complies with RF specifications when used near your ear or at a distance of 1.0 cm (0.4 in) from your body. Ensure that the device’s accessories, such as a device case and device holster, are not composed of metal components. Keep the device away from your body to meet the distance requirement.
