1 Beschreibung und Funktion

Ihr TV-Wandhalter ist aus stabilem, pulverbeschichtetem Stahl gefertigt und dient der Befestigung Ihres
Flachbildschirms an stabilen und ve rtikalen Wänden. Die EASYFLEX Modelle sind variabel neigbar.

2 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Dieses Produkt dient dazu, Flachbildschirme mit spezifischen Bildschirmdiagonalen, Gewichten und
Befestigungspunkten, die in Kapit el „technische Daten“ zusammengefasst sind, an eine horizontale Arbeit sfläche
zu montieren. Eine andere als in Kapitel „ Beschreibung und Funktion“ beschriebene Verwendung ist nicht
gestattet. Das Nichtbeachten und N ichteinhalten dieser Bestimmungen und der Sicherheitshinweise kann zu
schweren Unfällen, Personen- und Sachschäden führen. Beachten Sie dazu auch das Kapitel „Gewährleistung
und Haftung“.

4 Sicherheitshinweise

ACHTUNG! Die Wandprüfung sowie die Montage und Demontage des Produkts darf nur durch
ausgebildetes Fachpersonal erfolgen! Es besteht u. a. Stromschlag-, Q uetsch- und
Absturzgefahr!

• Ihr Produkt ist kein Spielzeug und gehört nicht in Kinderhände, weil zerbre ch l iche, kleine und verschluckbare
Teile enthalten sind, die bei unsachgemäße m Gebrauch Personen schädigen können !

• Bringen Sie das System und die daran befe stigten Geräte so an, dass keine Personen oder Sachen z.B.
durch Herabstürzen verletzt oder beschädigt werden können.

• Lassen Sie Verpackungsmaterial nicht einfach liegen, da sich spielende K inder daran schneiden können.
Weiterhin besteht die Gefahr des Verschluckens und Einatmens von Kleinmaterial und Dämmmaterial.

• Wir empfehlen die Wandmontage nur von qualifizierten Fachkräften ausf ühren zu lassen.

• Um Unfälle zu vermeiden, ist es notwendig vor der Installation die Wandstruktur zu überprüfen bzw. sorgfältig
eine sichere Stelle zur Montage auszuwählen. Achten Sie hierbei auf in der Wand liegende, stromführende
Kabe l oder andere Leitungen und beschädigen Sie diese nicht!

• Die Wand muss an der Montagestelle stark genug sein um ein Gewicht von mindestens dem Vierfachen des
Gesamtgewichtes des Produktes, der Audio-/Videogeräte, der Halter und des Montagematerials zu tragen.

• Der Montageort muss in der Lage sein, Erdbeben oder sonstigen starken Erschütt er ungen standzuhalten.

• Vermeiden Sie Stellen mit hohen Temper aturen oder Feuchtigkeit, bzw. Stell en, die mit Wasser in Berührung
komm en können.

• Legen Sie bei der Montage den Bildschirm NIEMALS auf die Frontseite, lehnen Sie den Bildschirm gegen eine
Wand oder eine stabile Fläche. Das Hinlegen auf die Frontseite des Bildschirm s könnte einen permanenten
Schaden verursachen!

• Installieren Sie das Produkt nich t in der Nähe von Klimaanlagenöffnungen oder an einer Stelle, an der es
übermäßig viel Staub oder Rauch gibt.

• Montieren Sie es nur an einer vertikalen Wand. Vermeiden Sie schräge Oberfläc hen, weil dann andere
Zugbelastungen auf das Material einwirken können.

• Installieren Sie das Produkt nich t an Stellen, an denen es Erschütterungen oder Schwingungen ausgesetzt ist.

• Modifizieren und ändern Sie weder das Produkt noch Zubehör teile! Beachten Sie dazu auch das Kapitel
„Gewährleistung und Haftung“. Verwend en S ie keine beschädigten Teile.

• Ziehen Sie alle Schrauben fest. Wenden Sie aber nicht zu viel K raft an, um das Brechen der Schrauben und
Überdrehen der Gewinde zu vermeiden.

• Die Bohrungen bleiben an der Wand sichtbar, wenn der Wandhalt er und dessen
Zubehör entfernt werden. Nach längerem Gebrauch kann ein Fleck an der Wand
zurückbleiben.

• Installieren Sie das Produkt nicht an Stellen mit direkter Sonneneinstrahlung, bzw. starkem Licht. Dies fördert
beim Anschauen der Bildschirmanzeige das Ermüden der Augen. Halten Sie um die Ausgabe-, sowie Audio­ /Vi deogeräte und um das gesamte System ausreichend Freiraum um eine gute Belüftung und Beweglichkeit
zu gewährleisten und Beschädigungen zu vermeiden.

• Achten Sie beim Transport auf die im Kapitel „technischen Daten“ gelisteten Angaben und treffen Sie
geeignete Transportmaßnahmen.

• Bei Fragen, Defekten, mechanischen Beschädigungen, Störungen und anderen nicht durch diese Anleitung
behebbaren Funktionsproblemen, wenden S ie sich an Ihren Händler zur Reparatur oder zum Austausch wie in
Kapit el „Gewährleistung und Haftung“ beschrieben.

• Die mitgelieferten Komponenten sind ausschließlich für eine Montage an einer massiven Stein- und
Betonwand geeignet. Sollte die Beschaff enheit Ihrer Wand abweichen, müssen Sie entsprechendes
Montagematerial benutzen. Ziehen Sie in jedem Fall eine Fachkraft zu Rate.

• Achten Sie bei der Montage des Bildschirms an den Wandhalter unbedingt auf das passende Montagematerial.

5 Montage

5.1 Wandmontage

1. Prüfen Sie vor dem Bohren, ob sich Gas-, Wasser, oder Stromleitungen hinter der Wand befinden

2. B enutzen S ie den W andha lter (A) als Schablone um die Boh rlöch er in der Wand mit ei ner W asser waage

zu markieren.

3. B ohr en Sie die Löcher mit einem 10mm-Steinbohrer 60mm tief.

4. Stecken Sie jeweils einen Wanddübel (W-B) in die Bohrlöcher.

5. Bringen Sie den Wandhalter (A) mit den 6 Wandschrauben (W-A) und den Unterlegscheiben (W-C) an.

5.2 Bildschirmbügel montieren

VORSICHT! Verletzungsgefahr durch Überlastung und Stolpern.

>> Lassen Sie sich unbedingt von einer 2. P erson helfen.
>> Falsch gewählte Schrauben können den Bildschirm beschädigen.
>> Falsch montierte Bildschirme können herunt erfallen und dabei Personen verletze n

und Sachen beschädigen!

5.2.1 Bildschirme mit flacher Rückseite

1. Lehnen Sie den Bildschirm vertikal gegen eine weiche, großflächige Unterlage oder eine Wand und
sichern Sie ihn gegen Kr atzer und gegen Umkippen. Legen Sie Bildschirme NIE mit dem Display nach
unten ab!

2. Montieren Sie die Bildschirmbügel wie abgebildet mit den Haltenasen nach unten zeigend.

5.2.2 Bildschirme mit gewölbter Rückseite

1. Lehnen Sie den Bildschirm vertikal ge gen eine weiche, großflächige Unterlage oder eine Wand und
sichern Sie ihn gegen Kratzer und gegen Umkippen. Legen Sie Bi ldschirme NIE mit dem Display nach
unten ab!

2. Montieren Sie die Bildschirmbügel wie abgebildet mit den Haltenasen nach unten zeigend inklusive der
für Ihren Bildschirm passenden Abstandhalter (M-G) oder (M-H).

5.3 Einhängen des Bildschirms

VORSICHT! Verletzungsgefahr durch Überlastung und Stolpern.

>> Lassen Sie sich unbedingt von einer 2. P erson helfen.
>> Falsch eingehängte Bildschirme können herunter fallen und dabei Personen verletzen und
Sachen beschädigen!

1. Hängen Sie den vorbereiteten Bildschirm mit den Bildschirmbügeln (B) und (C) zusammen mit einer 2.
Person an den Wandhalter ( A ).

Ende der Montage. Zur Demontage gehen Sie in rückwärtiger Reihenfolge vor.

6 Gewährleistung und Haftung

• Der Hersteller gewährt auf ein neues Produkt 2 Jahre gesetzliche Gewährleistung.

• Da der Hersteller keinen Einfluss auf die Installation des Produktes hat, deckt die Gewährleistung und die
Garantie nur das Produkt selbst ab.

• Falls ein Fehler oder Defekt an Ihrem Gerät fest gestellt werden sollte, wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren
Fachhändler und zeigen Sie ggf. Ihre Quittung oder Rechnung als Kaufnachweis v or. Ihr Händler wird den
Fehler entweder vor Ort beheben, oder das Produkt an den Hersteller weiterleiten. Sie erleichtern unseren
Technikern ihre Arbeit sehr, wenn Sie even tuelle Fehler ausführlich beschreiben – nur dann haben Sie
Gewähr, dass auch selten auftretende Fehler mit Sicherheit gefunden und beseiti gt werden!

• Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Personen- oder Sachschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Installation, Bedienung
oder W ar tung entstanden sind.

• Ändern und modifizieren Sie das Produkt un d dessen Zubehör nicht.

• Ein anderer als in dieser Betriebsanleit ung beschriebener Einsatz ist unzulässig und führt zu
Gewährleistungsverlust, Garantieverlust und Haftungsausschluss.

• Druckfehler und Änderungen an Gerät, Verpackung oder Anleitung behalten wir uns vo r.

7 Pflege, Wartung, Lagerung und Transport

• Das Pr odukt darf nur von einer Fachwerkstatt gewartet werden.

• Schützen Sie die Gelenke vor Schmutz und sch m i er en Sie diese regelmäßig mit leichtem Maschinenöl.

• Rein igen Sie es nur mit einem trockenen, weichen Tuch. Gehen Sie beim Reinigen vorsichtig vor, um Kratzer
zu ver m eiden. Bei starken Verschmutzungen ka nn das Reinigungstuch leicht mit Wasser angefeuchtet
werden. Setzen Sie keine Reinigungsmit tel oder Chemikalien ein, da dies das Mater ial angreifen kann.

• Achten Sie beim Bewegen der Geräteteile dar auf, dass Sie keine Körperteile darin e i nklemmen!

• Kontrollieren Sie regelmäßig alle Befestigungen und Schrauben auf festen Sitz und ziehen Sie diese bei
Lockerung wieder fest. Wenden Sie aber nicht zu viel Kraft an, um die Gewinde nicht zu überlasten.

• Verm eiden Sie Stellen mit hohen Temperatur en und Feuchtigkeit, bzw. Stellen, die nass werden können, auch
bei War tung, Pflege, Lagerung und Transport.

• Lager n Sie Ihr Produkt bei längerem Nicht gebrauch für Kinder unzugänglich und i n trockener und
staubgeschützter Umgebung.

• Befestigungsbohrungen können sichtbar bleiben, wenn das Produkt demontier t wird. Nach längerem Gebrauch
kann e i n Fleck auf dem Untergrund zurückbleiben.

• Heben Sie die Originalverpackung für den Transport auf, um Schäden zu vermeiden.

10 Informationen zum VESA-Standard

Um die Befestigungsmöglichkeiten von Monitoren, TV-Geräten und deren Ständer und Wandhalter
benutzerfreundlich zu vereinheitlichen, hat die VESA (Video Electronic Standard Organisation) für die oben
genannten Anwendungen 3 Standards festgelegt. Mit Hilfe des auf Ihrem Anzeigegerät oder in dessen
Betriebsanleitung stehenden jeweiligen VESA-Standards und den techn i schen Daten in dieser Anleitung können
Sie die möglichen Befestigungsp unkte definieren. Einige Modelle lassen eine stufenlose, individuell e Befestigung
zu. (z.B. 300 x 300mm für Sony TVs).

1 Description and Function

Your TV wall mount is made of firm, powder-coated steel, and is designed mount ing your flat scre en to solid and
vertical walls. Your EASYFLEX model can be tilted and swiveled variably.

2 Intended Use

This product is made for mounting flat screens with specific screen sizes, we ights and mounting points, which are
summarized in chapter “Technical d ata“, on a vertical wall. Another use than described in chapter “Description
and Function“ is not permitted. Neglecting and ignoring these regulations and safety instructions can cause
serious accidents, personal injury and material damage. Also refer to chapter “Warranty and Liability“.

4 Safety Instructions

ATTENTION! Only trained professionals are authorized to inspect the wall, as well as install and remove
the product! Among others, there is a risk of electric shock, bruises, and crashes!

• Your product is not a toy and is not meant for children, because it contains small parts which can be swallowed and can
injure when used inappropriately!

• NEVER place the display screen on its front side during installation, lean the display screen against a wall or a sturdy
surface. Placing the display screen on its front side could cause permanent damage!

• Install the system and devices attached to it in a way that persons cannot be injured, or objects not be damaged for example
by dropping.

• Remove the packing materials, because children may cut themselves on them while playing. Furthermore, there is a risk of
swallowing and inhalation of incidentals and insulating material.

• We recommend that the wall installation only be performed by qualified technicians.

• To avoid accidents it is necessary to check the wall structure before installation, or to carefully look for a safe place for
installation. Look out for live cables embedded in the wall!

• The wall must be strong enough at the place of installation to carry at least the fourfold of the total weight of the product, the
audio / video devices, the bracket, and the installation material.

• The place of installation must be able to withstand earthquakes, or other strong vibrations.

• Avoid places with high temperatures, or humidity, or places which might come into contact with water.

• Do not install the product close to openings of air conditioners, or at places with an excessive amount of dust or smoke.

• Install it only on a vertical wall. Avoid slant surfaces, because other kind of tensile stress may then interact with the material.

• Do not install the product at places subject to vibration, or oscillation.

• Do not modify and alter any accessories! Make sure you also read the Chapter “Warranty and Liability”. Do not use any
damaged parts.

• Tighten all screws. Do not use too much force to avoid breakage of screws and over-turning of threads.

• Drill holes are still visible on the wall after the device bracket and the cable management system is removed. After use for a
longer time period, a spot may remain on the wall.

• Do not install the product at places subject to direct solar radiation, or strong light. This will increasingly tire the eyes while
looking at the display. Keep sufficient space around the output devices, as well as audio / video devices, and around the
entire system to ensure proper ventilation and clearance, and to avoid damages.

• During transport, observe the details listed in the Chapter “Specifications”, and implement measures suitable for transport.

• For questions, defects, mechanical damages, malfunctions, and other functional problems which cannot be resolved by this
guide, please contact your dealer for repair or replacement, as described in the Chapter “Warranty and Liability”.

• The supplied components are only suitable for installation to a solid stone and concrete wall. If the structure of your wall is
different, corresponding installation material must be used. In any case, consult a specialist.

•

Make sure to observe the correct thread size during installation of the display screen to the wall bracket.

5 Installing

5.1 Installing to the wall

1. Check before drilling, whether gas, water, or power lines are located behind the wall.

2. Use the wall bracket ( A) as a template for the holes in the wall to m ar k it with a spirit level.

3. Drill the holes with a 10mm masonry drill 60mm deep.

4. Plug a wall plug (WB) into the drilled holes.

5. Attach the wall bracket (A) with the 6 screws (W-A) and washers (W-C).

5.2 Assembling the adapter brackets

WARNING! Risk of injury by overburding and stumbling.

>> Let a second person help you.
>> Incorrectly selected screws can dam age the screen.
>> Improperly installed screens may fall off and injure people and damage property!

5.2.1 Screens with flat back

1. Lean the screen against a soft vertical an d l arge surface or a wall and secure it against scratches and
falling over. NEVER la y screens with display downwards!

2. Assemble the adaptor brackets like shown with holding noses facing downwards.

5.4.2 Screens with arched back

1. Lean the screen against a soft vertical an d l arge surface or a wall and secure it against scratches and
falling over. NEVER l ay screens with display downwards!

2. Assemble the adaptor brackets like sh own with holding noses facing downwards – including the spacers
(M-G) or (M-H), fitting to your screen.

5.3 Putting in the screen

WARNING! Risk of injury by overburding and stumbling.

>> Let a second person help you.
>> Putting in the screen in a wrong way may damage it by falling off and can injure people or
damage things.

1. Put in the prepared screen with its adaptor brackets (B) and (C) onto the wall mount (A) together with a
second person.

End of assembling. To remove, proceed in reverse order.

6 Warranty and Liability

• The producer grants a 2 years warranty to a new device .

• As the manufacturer has no influence on install ation, warranty only applies to the product itself.

• If any fault or damage is detected on your device, please contact your dealer and provide your sales slip or
invoice as evidence of the purchase, if necessary. Your dealer will repair t he fault either on site, or send the
device to the manufacturer. You make the work of our technicians considerably easier, describing possible
faults in detail – only then you can be assured t hat faults, occurring only rarely, will be found and repaired with
certainty!

• The manufacturer is not liable for damages t o persons or property caused by improp er installation, operation or
maint enance, not described in this manual.

• Do not alter or modify the product or its accessories.

• An y use other than described in this user`s manual is not permitted and causes loss of warranty, loss of
guar antee, and non-liability.

7 Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transport

• The product must be maintained only by professional workshops.

• Protect the angles from dirt and grease them r egularly with light machine oil.

• Use a dry and soft cloth to clean your product. Be careful to avoid scratches. Use a slightl y moist cloth for
heav y stains. Look out for live cables! Do not use any cleaning supplies. This can cause burns to the materials.
Avoid liquid entry to the device.

• Make su r e no body parts will be pinched in the swivel device, when parts of the device are moved!

• Periodically check, if all attachments and screws are secured, and tighten them agai n when they are loosened.
This may be caused e.g. by frequent movements. D o not over-tighten screws.

• Avoid places with high temperatures, humidi ty, or places which can become wet, also during maintenance,
care, storage, and transport.

• Keep the product away from children and store it at dry and dust-proof places!

• Drill holes are still visible after removi ng the product. After use for a longer time per iod, a spot may remain on
the surface.

• Keep the original packing for transport and to avoid damages.

10 Information for VESA-Standard

To harmonize attachment options of monitors, TV devices, and their stands and wall brackets in a user-friendly
manner, VESA (Video Electronic Standard Association) defined 3 standards for t he appli cations mentioned
above. Using the relevant VESA standar d specified on your display unit, or in i ts user‘s guide, and the
specifications in Chapter “Specifi ca tions” in this guide you are able to define the possible points of attachment.
Some models allow for an infinitely variable individual attachment.
(eg. 300 x 300 mm for Sony TVs)

cycle to obtain new raw materials from them. Following recyclable materials are collected a local collection points:

• Waste glass, plastic, waste metal, metal sheet, and more.
