Lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vollständig und sorgfältig vor Gebrauch. Sie ist Bestandteil des Produktes und enthält wichtige Hinweise

1 Sicherheitshinweise:

ACHTUNG! Die Montage und Demontage des Produkts darf nur durch ausgebildetes Fachpersonal erfolgen!

ACHTUNG! Verletzungsgefahr durch Stolpern! Achten Sie auf sichere Kabelverlegung!

• Ihr Produkt und dessen Zubehör sind kein Spielzeug und gehören nicht in Kinderhände, weil zerbrechliche, kleine und verschluckbare
Teile sowie Kabel enthalten sein können, die bei unsachgemäßem Gebrauch Personen durch Strangulation oder Verschlucken verletzen
können!

• Verwenden Sie das Produkt nur mit Notebooks und Desktop-PCs, welche dieses Sicherheitssystem unterstützen.

• Stellen Sie vor Inbetriebnahme die Kompatibilität aller verwendeter Produkte und Bauteile sicher, um Schäden zu vermeiden.

• Lassen Sie Verpackungsmaterial nie liegen, da sich spielende Kinder daran schneiden können. Weiterhin besteht die Gefahr des
Verschluckens und Einatmens von Kleinmaterial.

• Das Produkt ist wartungsfrei. Achten Sie beim Transport auf die im Kapitel „technischen Daten“ gelisteten Angaben und treffen Sie

2 Beschreibung und Funktion:

Dieses Produkt ist ein Sicherheitssystem, bestehend aus Notebook-Schloss, Stahlseil und 2 Schlüsseln oder Zahlenschloss. Es ist für das Sichern
von Notebooks oder Desktop-PCs an öffentlichen Plätzen, wie Messen und Arbeitsplätzen gleichermaßen konzipiert. Es ist nicht zum Sichern ande­rer Gegenstände geeignet.

3 Anschluss und Bedienung:

1. Befestigen Sie das Stahlseil an einem
möglichst immobilen Objekt, wie einem
Tisch oder einem Schrank.

2. Führen Sie das Schloss durch die Öse
am Seilende.

3. Stecken Sie das Schloss in die Sicher­ heitsöffnung des Notebooks oder des
Desktop-PCs.

4. Drehen Sie den Schlüssel in die ver­ riegelte Position.

4 Gewährleistung und Haftung:

• Der Hersteller gewährt 2 Jahre gesetzliche Gewährleistung
und Garantie.

• Da der Hersteller keinen Einuss auf die Installation des Produktes hat, deckt die Gewährleistung nur das Produkt selbst ab.

• Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Personen- oder Sachschäden, die durch unsachgemäße Installation, Bedienung oder Wartung entstanden
sind.

• Ändern und modizieren Sie das Produkt und dessen Zubehör nicht.

• Ein anderer als in dieser Betriebsanleitung beschriebener Einsatz ist unzulässig und führt zu Gewährleistungsverlust, Garantieverlust und
Haftungsausschluss.

• Druckfehler und Änderungen an Gerät, Verpackung oder Anleitung behalten wir uns vor.

1. Befestigen Sie das Stahlseil an einem
möglichst immobilen Objekt, wie einem
Tisch oder einem Schrank.

2. Führen Sie das Schloss durch die Öse
am Seilende.

3.1 Drücken Sie die Walze des Schlosses
zum Einstellen der Zahlen nach innen
(Die ursprüngliche Zahl lautet 0-0-0-0).

3.2 Stellen Sie Ihre geheime Zahlenkombi­ nation durch Drehen der Zahlenwalzen
ein.

3.3 Geben Sie die Walze des Schlosses zum Einstellen der Zahl frei und las­sen Sie sie in die ursprüngliche Position zurückkehren.

3.4 Öffnen Sie erneut das Schloss, jetzt ist Ihr neuer, persönlicher Code ein­gestellt.

3.5 Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie den Code sorgfältig notieren und überprüfen
Sie, ob das Schloss richtig funktioniert.

3.6 Das Produkt eignet sich auch für Reisetaschen.

4. Zum Einstellen neuer Kombinationen wiederholen Sie die Schritte 3.1-3.5.

1 Safety Instructions:

• Your product is not a toy and is not meant for children, because it contains small parts and cables which can injure people by strangulation
or swallowing when used inappropriately!

• Only use this product with laptops or desktop PCs, supporting this safety system.

• Before use, make sure all components are compatible with each other for avoiding damages.

• Care for packing materials, because children may cut themselves on them while playing. Furthermore, there is a risk of swallowing and
inhaling of incidentals and insulating material.

• The product is maintenance-free. For transports, observe the details listed in the Chapter “Specications”, and implement measures

suitable for transport, e.g. use the original packing.

• Avoid specic exposures, like extreme coldness or heat, extreme aridness or humidity, mechanical vibrations or beats.

• Attend to the warnings on the product and check product and accessories for being complete and undamaged.

• For questions, defects, mechanical damages, malfunctions and other functional problems, which cannot be resolved by this guide, con-

tact your dealer for repairing or replacement, as described in Chapter “Warranty and Liability”.

2 Description and Function:

This product is a safety system, consisting of laptop lock, steel rope and 2 keys or combination lock. It is made for protecting laptops or desktop
PCs at public places like fairs and work stations in equal measure. It is not made for locking other things.

3 Connecting and Operating:

1. Fix the cable to an immobile object as

possible, such as a table or a cabinet.

2. Put the lock through the hole at the

end of the rope.
