INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
CHECKING SHIPMENT
Unpack all cartons and check thoroughly for any damage, which may have occurred during
transit. Damage claims should be filed immediately with the transportation company.
INSTALLATION
Set the Fun Spinner on a flat level surface. Plug the power supply chord into a standard 115 volt
grounded wall receptacle.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
CONTROLS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS
On the rear panel near the power cord is the main power ON/OFF switch. A second switch is
activated when the lid is in the down position. During normal operation, the main power switch
should be in the ON position. Opening and closing the lid will start or stop the paper tray spinning.
CAUTION! - Remember to turn the main power switch to OFF before unplugging the machine.
CREATING ARTWORK
Before turning the main power switch ON, place one of the corrugated liners, item #7737 (not
included), around the inside of the bowl. This will absorb most of the excess paint and minimize
clean up at the end of the day. If paint build-up on the liner becomes excessive, turn the machine
power switch to OFF and replace the liner.
The artwork may be created in one of two ways.
First Method: Place the 5 x 7 card stock, item #7739 (not included), in the paper tray being sure the
edges of the paper are within the tray edges. Squeeze small drops or lines of paint ( see Gold
Medal Products for ordering paint) onto the card stock. Multiple colors of paint may be used and are
recommended for the best pictures. Close lid of the machine to start the tray spinning. Raise the lid
after a few seconds to stop the tray from spinning. When the tray has come to a complete stop,
remove the artwork.
Second Method: Place the 5 x 7 card stock, item #7739 (not included), in the paper tray being sure
the edges of the paper are within the tray edges. Close the lid of the machine to start the tray
spinning. Squeeze a few drops of paint (see Gold Medal Products for ordering paint) through the
slot in the lid onto the card stock. Multiple colors of paint are recommended for the best pictures.
Raise the lid to stop the tray from spinning. When the tray has come to a complete stop, remove the
artwork.

CARE AND CLEANING
Use of the corrugated bowl liner will minimize the amount of cleaning required. Turn the
main power switch to the OFF position and unplug the Fun Spinner from its power source.
Use a clean damp cloth to wipe any paint from the inside of the bowl and from any exterior
surfaces.

WARRANTY
WE WARRANT to the original purchaser the Gold Medal equipment sold by us to
be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. Our
obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any
defective part for a period of six (6) months from the date of sale to the Original
Purchaser with regard to labor and two (2) years with regard to parts and does not
cover damage to the equipment caused by accident, alteration, improper use, voltage,
abuse, or failure to follow instructions.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED
OR IMPLIED, AND OF ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON OUR
PART, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION
ON THE FACE HEREOF. We neither assume, nor authorize any other person
to assume for us, any other obligation or liability in connection with the sale of said
GOLD MEDAL equipment or any part thereof.
The term “Original Purchaser” as used in this warranty shall be deemed to mean that
person, firm, association, or corporation who was billed by the GOLD MEDAL
PRODUCTS COMPANY, or their authorized distributor for the equipment.
THIS WARRANTY HAS NO EFFECT AND IS VOID UNLESS THE ORIGINAL
PURCHASER FIRST CALLS GOLD MEDAL PRODUCTS COMPANY AT 1-800543-0862 TO DISCUSS WITH OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THE EQUIPMENT
PROBLEM, AND, IF NECESSARY, FOR INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING
THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS.
