This four cake fryer works best with an LP tank larger than a

20 lb. Capacity four 8" funnel cakes. 45,000 BTU's on LP

Gas. Equipped with the "awesome" jet burner for maximum

efficiency and high BTU output. 21 lb. cooking oil capacity.

Be sure to use the square skimmer frequently to keep the

bottom of the tank clean for greater efficiency. This unit is for

outdoor use only.
