Perfect for small, indoor parties. This machine will give you

about 20-30 servings per hour based on a 4 oz. serving. It it

plugs into a standard 15-amp plug and is portable, which

makes it perfect for the rental industry.

This machine is designed to use a specific kind of mix that can

be purchased also from Gold Medal. The mixes are shelf

stable. They are ready to use (no mixing or blending required)

and they are excellent quality mixes containing 3% butterfat.

The mixes come in 2 flavors

#1418 - Vanilla Soft Serve Mix - 3 - 1.5 gallon bags per case
