FIXTURE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
2081-MIL CH
contains quantity 3, 12" rods and quantity 1, 6" rod. First,
decide the height required. Then, thread T hreaded Rod
Nipples (I) into the Fixture Coupler (J), and thread Rods (H) to
Threaded Rod Nipples (I). Redo this st ep f or the rest of Rods
(H).
2. Once attached, connec t the top of Threaded Rod Nipple (I)
to Universal Joint (G)
3. Connect Rods (H) and Threaded Rod Nipples (I) toget her
and feed the fixture wires through Rods (H). Pull the
fixture wires until taut.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING ! SHUT OFF POWER AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER.
HANGING THE FIXTURE (Fig.1)
10. Slide Glass Shade (N), Spacer (M) over Socket (O) and
secure Glass Shades (N), and Spacer (M) by using
Socket Tool (Q) to thread the Socket Ring (L) onto

RETURN POWER TO THE JUNCTION BOX

Fixture Name: Baxley 2081-MIL CH
For Chandelie r Light Fixture
1.Carefully remove the new fixture from the carton and the
yellow bag that holds all your parts. Check that all parts
are included as shown in the illustrations and the Parts and
Assembly Sheet.
2. Shut off power at the circuit breaker and completely remove the
old fixture from ceiling, including the old mounting strap.
3. Space the the two fixture Mounting Screws (A) the same distance
apart as the holes in the Canopy (E) and thread the two fixture
Mounting Screws (A) into Mounting Strap (B). Secure in place using
Hex Nuts (D).
4. Attached Mounting Strap (B) to the Junction Box using
the two Mounting Screws (C).
CONNECTING THE WIRES (Fig.2)
5. Attach the power supply wires to the fixture lead wires
by connecting BLACK to BLACK (or SMOOTH) and
WHITE to WHITE ( or RIBBED) .
6. Attach GROUND wire (GREEN or COPPER) from the
Junction Box and the fixture Ground wire to the
Green Ground Screw on the Mounting Strap (B) or
connect both wires together using the correct size of
wire connectors.
NOTE: Twist the wires together in the same direction
you twist the wire connector onto the wires.
7. Tuck these wire connections neatly into the ceiling
Junction Box.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION
8. Place Canopy (E) over Mounting Strap (B) and over the Mounting
Screws (A). Adjust Canopy (E) until the Mounting Screws (C)
protrude through Canopy (E) and secure the fixture against ceiling
by threading Deco Nut (F) until tight.
