FIXTURE ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS
Read and review installation instruction sheet before assembling the fixture
1. Place Tube (B) over the Threaded Socket (A).
2. Hold Glass Shade(C) over Tube(B) and Threaded socket(A)
3. Install the light bulbs in accordance with the fixture's s p ecification.
(DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM WATTAGE RATING!)
NOTE: INSTALL THE GLASS ASSEMBLY
AFTER FIXTURE IS HUNG

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING! SHUT POWER OFF AT FUSE OR CIRCUIT BREAKER
1. Carefully remove the n ew fixt ure from the carton
and the yellow parts bag. Check that all parts are included a s s h own in the illustrations and the Parts and Assembly Sheet.
2. Shut off power at the circuit b reaker and remove
the old fixt u r e from wall, including t he old mounting strap.
3. Mounting Strap (A) contains several pairs of
threaded holes. Find the pair of holes that matches the spacing of the holes in your Fixture Back Plate (D) and thread the Fixture Mo u nt i n g Screws (C) half way into the Fixture Mounting Strap (A).
4. Place the Mounting St rap (A) over the Junction
Box so the Fixture Mounting Screws (C) are vertical or horizontal, as requi red by the fixture type.
5. Attach the Fixture Mounting Strap (A) to the
Junction Box using Mounting Screws (B). Tighten the screws securely with a screw driver.
CONNECTING THE WIR E S (Fig.2)
6. Attach the power supply wires to the fixture lead
wires by connecting BLACK to BLACK (or SMOOTH) and WHITE to WHITE (or RIBBED).
7. Ground Wire Connection: Connect the fixture
ground wire to the supply ground wire (this usually has green insulation) with wire co nn ecto r. If there is no supply ground wire at ceiling junction box then attach the fixture ground wire secure ly onto green grounding screw located at mo unt in g bar.
NOTE: Twist the wires together in the same direction you twisted the wire connector onto the wires.
8. Tuck these wire connections neatly into the
Junction Box.
FINISHING THE INSTALLATION (Fig.3)
9. Place the fixture Back Plate (D) over the two
Mounting Screws (C) and secure the Ba ck P late (D) against the wall by threading Deco Nuts (E) over the Mounting Scr ew s (C) until tight.
10. Install the glass as per the Parts and Assembly
Sheet.
YOUR INSTALLATION IS NOW COMPLETE. RETURN POWER TO THE JUNCTION BOX AND TEST THE FIXTURE.
