Copper O-ring Installation Instructions

1. First thing you will need are your tools and the wire. (Fig. 1)
A. Hammer with wood handle
B. End-Cut wire cutters
C. Supplied copper wire ( there is enough for a couple practice installs )

2. After getting the tools, place the block head-side up on a clean work bench.

3. Make sure the o-ring grooves in the block are clean. Use a toothpick to clean if
needed.

4. Place the wire into the groove starting from the top of the intake side as seen in

(Fig 2.)

5. Using the butt end of the wooden handle hammer, GENTLY tap the wire into
place. ( Fig 3 ) Continue tapping all the way around the bore.

CAUTION: Tapping too hard will damage the wire making it useless! Make

sure the wire is seated all the way down in the o-ring groove and as smooth as
possible. This takes some patience and time!!!
