DO NOT USE THE GOGO KIDZ UNTIL YOU READ AND
UNDERSTAND THESE INSTRUCTIONS. Your child’s safety

depends on you reading and following these instructions.

EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY

Go-Go Babyz Corporation (“Go-Go Babyz”) warrants this product to be free
from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date
of purchase. Go-Go Babyz will repair or replace, at its sole option, the defective
product within that one-year time period.

By far, the most common injury reported for carriages and strollers
resulted when a child fell or climbed out of a stroller because the restraint
system was not being used. Please observe this safety warning at all
times and be sure to follow the manufacturers instructions on how to
properly secure your child in their car seat.

e telescoping handle is controlled by pushing the button on the top
of the handle and manually pulling up on the handle or retracting the
handle. e motion could injure a child by pinching or lacerating their
fingers if they got caught near the handle extensions. e knobs are
designed to be easily removed. Do not allow a child to turn or twist the
knobs. A child removing the knobs may cause injury if the unit is
accidentaly removed and falls on child or the child attempts to swallow
the knobs. IT IS NOT A TOY! Please keep child away from the handle
and knobs.

the stroller from salt water and adverse conditions.
(3) Deterioration due to lack of maintenance and cleaning as specified in
the product instructions.

Go-Go Babyz SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CON­SEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THIS PRODUCT. ANY IMPLIED WARR­ANTY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THE EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY (ONE-YEAR
FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE).

Under no circumstance shall any liability of Go-Go Babyz under this Express
Limited Warranty, or otherwise, exceed the price of the defective product or parts.

Note: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation on incidental or
consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the
above limitation may not apply to you.

other rights, which vary from state to state.
