DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENT
Principles and bases applied to the functioning of the product
Unit for auxiliary work as water supply for waste collection and activation of spitting
bowls and aspirator, It has ejectors, with suction activated by a venturi system or vacuum
pump with compressed air.
Description of Equipment
Water unit for dental use, for auxiliary work such as supply water for collecting waste
and activating the rinsing bowl and saliva ejectors; ambidextrous (serves both right-handers
and left-handers), couple to the dental chair.
Activation stopcock and adjustment of the water in the bowl. Electrical controls for the
outow of the water in the cup ller (available in the Water Unit model Syncrus L E TV, LE
2T and L E 2 TV).
Removable round rinsing bowl, with a diameter of 220mm, provides perfect disinfection.
Body of the unit made of steel and coated with high impact polystyrene.
Structure of the unit made of steel, with glossy smooth paint with a base of epoxy,
polymerized in an oven at 250ºC, with a phosphatized treatment resistant to corrosion and
cleaning materials, a structure coated with high impact polystyrene with rounded edges.
Flexible, light rounded hoses and quick coupling which connect and disconnect easily
without requiring tools.
Water conduits which wash the non-autoclavable bowl and cup ller. Strainer to retain
solids.
Saliva ejector with automatic activation easy to use, which provides an excellent
operational performance, allowing the professional to see operational eld better with a
reduced risk of contamination from aerosol and greater comfort for the patient.
High power ejectors with electrical activation of a low individual voltage, providing
lightness and accuracy upon activation (available in the Syncrus L 2T and L E 2T Water Units).
ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 13485/2003 Quality System, assuryng the products are
manufactured under standart procedures. Products manufactured in agreement with RDC-
59 - ANVISA (Sanitary Surveillance National Agency) with guarantees accomplishiment
to the sanitary legislation according to BPF (Good Manufacturing Procedures). In order to
comply with directive 93/42/EEC for CE Mark purpose, it is dened that the life span of this
product is estimated in 05 years provided that the enduser follows the requirements and
instructions of this manual.
IMPORTANT:
• This equipment is for dental use use only. It must be operated and utilized by specialized
professional (certied professional, according to the legislation of the country) and following
the instructions of the manual. The operation of the equipment required, for the professional,
the utilization of correct instruments and it should to be in perfect conditions of the use,
and to protect the professional, the patients and others, in the eventual danger situation.
• This equipment can’t be used in the presence of inammable anesthetics or products
that may cause explosion.
• After nish life-cycle of the equipment, this equipment is throw way, so it should to be
destroyed in appropriate area (according to the legislation of the country).
•To guarantee the safe functioning of your equipment, use only the assemble
congurations (Dental Chair, Dental and Water Units and Dental Light) supplied by Gnatus
authorized Dealers / Technical Assistance.
