- Always wear a helmet.
- Wear protective clothing and gear such as goggles, long sleeves, long pants, boots and gloves/hand protection.
RIDE SAFE
- Never let children ride quad bikes that are meant for adults – even as passengers.
- Do not carry any passengers on quad bikes that are meant for one person.
- Quad bikes are not all-terrain vehicles so they cannot go safely on all types of terrain. Avoid riding on rough terrain or steep slopes.
- Ride on familiar tracks and beware of obstacles.
- Never ride under the inuence of alcohol/drugs.
- Ensure children are supervised at all times near any quad bike activity.
- Always carry a mobile phone or radio device so you can contact help in case of an emergency.

WARNING: This product is powered by a 4 stroke engine and comes with transport oil in the engine.
IF THE OIL CHANGE IS NOT PERFORMED YOU MAY INTERNALLY DAMAGE THE ENGINE AND CLUTCH AND VOID YOUR WARRANTY DO NOT USE MOTOR CAR OIL DO NOT USE OIL WITH FRICTION MODIFIERS
OIL WILL NEED TO BE CHANGED EVERY 3 MONTHS IN A HOTTER CLIMATE OR THE NOTHERN HEMISPHERE
- There is an oil drain plug located underneath you quad/dirt bike and is highlighted with an oil drain plug sticker. This is a 14mm bolt.
- DO NOT remove the other bolt located under the engine.
- Place an oil receptacle under the drain hole, undo bolt and let oil drain from the vehicle. Please note: Dispose of oil correctly
- Tighten bolt back up, remove dipstick (oil ll point) and ll the vehicle with suggested correct amount of oil required. Tighten
SWING TAG’S & WARNINGS
Swing tags have been placed on your vehicle for you to identify checks that are located within this manual. Once you have performed the check required remove these swing tags and nylon loops attaching them to the vehicle.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The manufacturer warrants this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear( exclusions apply) or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, or storage or use of the GMX product. Some parts will have a limited warranty period, please see below. This warranty is a part replacement warranty.

Minor assembly is required and in the interest of safety and warranty it is recommended that you have this product assembled by a qualied, skilled small engine mechanic. You may need to provide proof of being assembled by a skilled mechanic if not a report from a small engine mechanic advising of the issues to process your warranty claims. The warranty is a parts replacement warranty and labor is not included, defective parts may need to be sent back for inspection.
This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever;
- Used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation
- Modied in anyway
- Rented or commercial use. The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product. Always adhere to the maximum load of the product, over loading the product will void the warranty.
How a claim is made
When making a claim, you will need to provide proof of purchase, condition photos of the item. This information is required to be submitted via the support center and communication is made through the support center. When the claim is created, the customer will receive the claim number and the customer support team should reply within 48 hours.

AUTHORIZED DEALER LIMITED WARRANTY
This Warranty is NOT the Emissions Control Warranty Please note this is a general Limited Warranty for this product. It IS NOT an Emissions Control Warranty. Please see the Emissions Control Warranty in this manual for warranties covering Emission components. The Emissions Control Warranty can be found on page EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY.
The Warranty Authorized dealer offers the following warranty to the initial purchaser of this new product. The initial purchaser is defined as the first person to purchase a new product from an Authorized Retailer of products.
The limited warranty period for this product is 90 days from the date of purchase shown on the original sales receipt.
What is a Defect? The Product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in material and work­manship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase shown on the sales receipt. During this period of time Authorized dealer will, at its option, either repair or replace any original part which is covered by this warranty and is proven to be defective in workmanship or material.
To qualify for this warranty the part:
1. Must have been purchase from an Authorized dealer or Retailer.
2. This warranty does not apply to any vehicle which is used in competition or used in a manner not consistent with the normal and proper intended use for the vehicle. This vehicle is not intended for rental or commercial use.
Who Can Perform Repairs Under this Warranty? Repairs under this warranty should be performed by an authorized retailer or comparable servicing dealer.
How to get service under this warranty? To get warranty service call Authorized dealer for the location of your local servicing retailer / dealer. Please do not return the product to the retailer where the product was purchased unless instructed to do so by Manufacturers. The retailer of this product does not make any warranty of its own and has no authority to implement this warranty on

behalf of Manufacturers without the approval of Manufacturers. A COPY OF YOUR SALES RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR WARRANT Y SERVICE.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover the following
1. Damage due to lack or improper maintenance as described in this manual.
2. Damage which is caused by normal use and not caused by a defect in materials or workmanship.
3. Use of the product which is not consistent with the intended use as described in the operating instructions.
4. Any expendable maintenance item which need replacement or service as part of normal maintenance, unless such items have defects in material or workmanship which cause failure or premature wear.
5. Any product which has been altered or modified in a manner not consistent with the original design of the product or in a manner not approved by Original Manufacturer.
6. Tires
7. Damage or failures due to abuse, neglect, or misuse of the product.
Limitations of this Warranty This warranty does not cover and Manufacturers disclaims any responsibility for:
1. Loss of time or loss of use of the product.
2. Transportation costs to and from the authorized center.
3. Other loss or damage to other equipment or personal items.
Length of Implied Warranties Any implied warranties are limited to the duration set forth in this warranty. Manufacturers does not make any claim as to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose which would extend longer than the duration of this written warranty.
Check you State Laws as some State Laws do not allow limitations as to the duration of an implied warranty. Some States may also not allow limitation or exclusions based on incidental or consequential damages.

SAFETY
1. Always read and understand the Owner’s/Operator’s manual and warnings before starting the Go Kart for the first time
2. This Go-Kart should only be assembled by someone who has the knowledge, ability and skills to read and understand mechanical instructions.
3. Use caution when providing maintenance on this Go-Kart. Make sure engine is turned off and all components are cool. Never attempt to make any adjustments while engine is running.
4. Do not modify this Go-Kart in any way, modifications could make the Go-Kart unsafe.
5. Never allow anyone under the age of 16 to operate this Go Kart.
6. Always wear a certified DOT certified motorcycle type helmet that fits properly, over the ankle boots, eye protection, gloves, long sleeve shirt and long pants while operating this Go Kart.
7. This Go Kart is designed for one operator and one passenger. Never allow more than one operator and one passenger.
8. Always wear seat belts provided. Make sure seat belts fit properly for both operator and passenger before starting the Go Kart.
9. Never operate this Go Kart on paved surfaces and/or public roads. Pavement may cause the Go Kart to become unstable.
10. The brush guard surrounding the driver and passenger is not intended to provide rollover protection. Before each
use, make sure all tubes are securely in place and bolts are tight.
11. Never operate Go Kart with long hair, loose jewelry or loose clothing that could get caught in moving parts.
12. Always go slow on unfamiliar terrain. Be alert to changing terrain conditions when operating the Go Kart.
13. Never take drugs or alcohol before or during operation of this Go Kart.
14. Never attempt jumps or any other type of stunts while operating this Go Kart.
15. Always follow the pre-ride inspection procedures and maintenance procedures located in this manual before use.
16. Always go slow on terrain that is not familiar, be alert, an obstacle could come up unexpectedly.
17. Always keep hands, arms, legs and feet inside the Go Kart at all times.
18. Never operate Go Kart in water that is deeper than 4 inches. Do not operate in fast flowing water. Water can affect braking performance of the Go Kart. Check braking performance after exposure to water, it may be necessary to apply the brakes allowing friction to dry out the pads.
19. Do not attempt to fill the Go-Kart with gasoline while the engine is running or the engine is hot.

Ignition key (1): When the ignition

switch is placed in the (ON) position the engine can start when the ignition key is turned to the right. When the ignition switch is placed in the (OFF) position the engine will not start, or will turn off, if running. Note: Always make sure the ignition switch (1) is placed in the (OFF) position after operation. Leaving the switch (ON) will drain the battery.
Brake Pedal (2): Depressing the brake pedal will stop the Go Kart. Note: Always check brakes before operation
Gas Pedal (3): Depressing gas pedal will increase engine RPMs causing Go Kart to move.
Parking Brake Lever (4): Lever pulled to back position will set the parking brake. Always use parking brake when engine is not running or while engine is running and is in a stopped position for an extended period of time.
Forward and Reverse lever (5): Lever placed in forward position will allow the kart to move forward. Lever pulled to back position places kart in reverse. Note: Never try to shift Go Kart in Forward or reverse while the Go Kart is moving. Before shifting, make sure kart is stopped and engine is at low idle.

Seat Latch (1) The seat latch is located under the driver side seat. To access, look under the front of the driver side seat. . Pull the seat latch up to move the seat forward or backward . Before operating the Go Kart make sure the seats are bolted in properly and that the seat latch is locked in place in desired position.

Never use leaded gasoline in this product. It could affect the engine’s emissions and damage the engine. Go Kart requires clean unleaded regular gasoline with a minimum octane rating of 92 or higher.
Gasoline/ Ethanol blends
A blend of unleaded gasoline with Ethanol, also known as GASOHOL, at or below 10% (E10 ) can be used in your Go Kart. Ethanol greater than 10% can damage your engine and will void your warranty.
Gasoline/Methanol Blends
A blend of gasoline with Methanol of 5% or less can be used in your Go Kart. Do not use gasoline, under any circumstances, containing more than 5% Methanol, doing so will damage your engine and will void the warranty Fuel Filling

ENGINE OIL

The recommended oil for this Go Kart is SAE15W-40SF motor oil, if this oil is not available, any of the oils on the chart below will work. Note the temperature requirements for each of the oils.
Quantity of oil - 0.9-1qt. (0.9-1L).
