Il design è stato progettato per proteggere
l’utente dai piccoli incidenti e rendere gradevole il look della macchina con forme
arrotondate ed ergonomiche. L’accesso ai
dispositivi di emergenza è immediato e
non richiede l’utilizzo di particolari utensili.
Con minima attrezzatura e senza ostacoli
al suo lavoro, il tecnico può operare sui
principali componenti della macchina nei
tempi più brevi. La progettazione delle
parti elettroniche è stata basata su due
priorità:
1) ottenere la massima affidabilità dei singoli componenti della scheda e del pannello comandi, prevenendo possibili errori
di installazione con soluzioni semplici ed
intuitive.
2) ottenere funzioni dedicate specificamente al prodotto macchina da stiro per il
migliore controllo della potenza riscaldante e la maggiore semplicità d’uso.
Una serie di dati e parametri sono leggibili a
display o possono essere trasmessi via modem
per facilitare la diagnosi del problema.
Stacco-rullo
: tra le soluzioni tecniche più
innovative c’è la possibilità di staccare
completamente il rullo dal telaio della macchina per la sostituzione.
Questa operazione permette di ripristinare
le caratteristiche originali di qualità di stiro
offrendo al cliente finale un prodotto costantemente simile al nuovo.
The thermo-formed ABS body (material
produced by Bayer

offers remarkable
strength and durability. The design research
was planned to protect the end-user from
small accidents and to give a pleasant
aspect to the machine with rounded and
ergonomic shapes. The access to the emergency movement system is immediate,
without tools. The technician can operate on
the main components of the machine in a
very short time, with few tools and without
any obstacle.
The development of the electronic parts had
two priorities:
1) To obtain the maximum reliability from
each single component of the electronic
card and control panel, thus preventing
installation errors with simple and intuitive
solutions.
2) To obtain dedicated functions specific to
the rotary ironer product for the best possible control of the heating power and for a
simplest use of the machine. Numbers of
data can be read through the display or
sent through modem to facilitate the diagnosis of the technician.
Roll removing system
: one of the most
innovative technical solutions applied to the
new “ ” line is the possibility to completely
remove the ironing roll from the structure,
for a complete replacement.
This operation, now simple and advantageous, allows to get back to the original ironing characteristics, quality finish and performances of the machine, offering to the
end user a product always new.

Der Elektronikentwurf ist auf zwei
Prioritäten gegründet worden:
1) Die maximale Zuverlässigkeit der einzelnen Bestandteilen der Karte und des
Schalttafeln zu erhalten und die möglichen
Fehlern in der Inbetriebnahme mit einfachen und intuitiven Lösungen zu vermeiden.
2) Spezifische Fachfunktionen für die beste
Heizleistungskontrolle und die maximale
Einfachheit in der Benutzung der Mangel
zu erhalten.
Eine Serie von Angaben und Parametern
können für eine einfachere Diagnose des
Problems auf dem Display gelesen und
durch Modem übergesendet werden.
Walzenabtrennungs-System
: unter den
innovativsten technischen Lösungen die
Möglichkeit, die Walze komplett von dem
Maschinenrahmen für die Ersetzung zu
trennen. Das ermöglicht die ursprüngliche
Bügelqualität und Leistungen der Maschine

Premiati da un design ergonomico ed
accattivante e da un accurato studio di
sviluppo di gran parte della componentistica, i tre modelli diametro 250 mm
della serie “ ” sono stati evoluti anche
dal punto di vista della sicurezza con
l’introduzione delle nuove barre di protezione integrali (foto 2).
La particolare struttura portante dei fianchi, protetti da scocche in ABS, semplifica le operazioni di manutenzione permettendo la facile rimozione del rullo dal
telaio della macchina e la sua sostituzione con il ricambio originale GMP a
garanzia delle stesse prestazioni e qualità di stiro di una macchina nuova. Il rivestimento del rullo viene eseguito in tessuto rinforzato Nomex 250 g/m

.
Il moderno pannello comandi (foto 1)
dispone di tasti rinforzati di grandi
dimensioni, barra LED per l’immediata
visualizzazione della velocità di stiro ed
adotta l’esclusivo dispositivo elettronico
“Rotor” per la regolazione veloce e precisa della temperatura.

Il rivestimento lamellare Tenax è un prodotto evoluto da GMP specificamente
per l'applicazione su rulli di piccolemedie dimensioni, come quelli delle
gamme .25 e .30, e nasce allo scopo di
incrementare le prestazioni della stiratrice e la durata del rivestimento rullo.
Viene montato sui rulli in congiunzione
con uno specifico mollettone in Nomex
100% ad alta grammatura.
Rispetto al normale rivestimento in lana
d'acciaio, Tenax permette di lavorare
con percentuali di umidità residua più
elevate, temperature di esercizio maggiori e garantisce la miglior estrazione
dei vapori. Inoltre, non subisce deformazioni e grazie a questa sua caratteristica
garantisce qualità di stiro e produzione
costanti, riducendo drasticamente i costi
di manutenzione e di esercizio.
Tenax lamellar spring padding is a product specially studied by GMP for the
application on small-medium sized rollers,
such as the ones installed on the .25 and
.30 ranges. It has been developed to
increase the ironer performances and the
lasting of roller padding.
A specific 100% Nomex thick molton
completes the Tenax lamellar spring padding.
Compared to normal steelwool padding,
Tenax permits ironing with bigger residual
moisture percentages, higher temperatures
and guarantees the best steam extraction.
It does not loose its shape and thanks to
this characteristics, Tenax grants constant
ironing quality and production, drastically
reducing maintenance and working costs.
Die Lamellenfederbewicklung Tenax ist
von GMP spezifisch für den Einbau auf
klein-mittlere Walzen wie die .25 und
.30 entworfen worden mit dem Ziel, die
Mangelleistungen zu ersteigern und die
Lebensdauer der Walzenbewicklung zu
erweitern.
Es wird auf die Walzen zusammen mit
einem spezifischen dicken 100% Nomex
Molton eingebaut.
Im Vergleich zu der normalen StahlwolleBewicklung ermöglicht Tenax mit größeren Restfeuchtigkeit-Prozentsätzen, höheren Temperaturen zu arbeiten und gewährleistet die beste Dampfabsaugung.
Weiter, wird es nicht verzerrt und dank
diesem Merkmal gewährleistet es konstante Finish und Produktion mit einer
