3. Allgemeine Hinweise
Für Personen- und Sachschäden, die sich aus der Nichtbeachtung der

Bedienungsanleitung ergeben, wird keine Haftung übernommen.
Benutzen Sie dieses Gerät ausschließlich für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch. Dieses Produkt darf nur durch eine elektrotechnisch unterwie­sene Person bedient werden wobei diese Bedienungsanleitung während der gesamten Lebensdauer des Gerätes mitzuführen ist.
Der Betreiber muss:
• dem Bediener die Betriebsanleitung zugänglich machen und
• sich vergewissern, dass der Bediener sie gelesen und verstanden hat.
In dieser Bedienungsanleitung sind rechtlich maßgebend die

4. Gewährleistung
Jegliche Mängel am Produkt, welche bei der Anlieferung festgestellt wer­den müssen spätestens und innerhalb von 8 Tagen ab Übergabe schriftlich dem Hersteller angezeigt werden, wobei das Transportdokument und eine konkrete Beschreibung der Art der Mängel beizuschließen ist. Im Falle von versteckten Mängeln muss die Beanstandung innerhalb von 8 Tagen ab Entdecken derselben erfolgen und vor Ablauf eines Jahres ab Empfang des Produktes. Für nicht innerhalb der genannten Fristen beanstande­te Mängel übernimmt Intercable keinerlei Haftung. Die Gewährleistung deckt keine Schäden, die aus unsachgemäßer Handhabung, schlechter Wartung, nicht Verwendung von Orig. Intercable Ersatzteilen, öffnen der Geräte von nicht autorisiertem Personal, entstehen. Bei Reparaturen wird die Gewährleistung nur auf die ausgetauschten Ersatzteile geleistet und bringt keine Verlängerung des Gewährleistungszeitraumes für das gesamte Produkt mit sich.
5. Anwendungsbereiche und nicht bestimmungsgemäße Anwendung
Informationen: Die hydraulische Akkupresse Stilo 45 eignet sich

zum Verpressen von Aluminium- und Kupferkabeln bis zu einem max.
Leiterquerschnitt von 150mm².
Gefahr: Mit dem Presswerkzeug dürfen keine unter Spannung ste-

henden Teile verarbeitet werden. Das Werkzeug gilt als nicht isoliert.
Achtung: Das hydraulische Akkuwerkzeug darf ausschließlich in

Achtung: Das hydraulische Akkuwerkzeug darf ausschließlich durch

eine Person betrieben werden. Verweisen Sie vor Verwendung der
Pumpe sämtliche Personen aus dem Gefahrenbereich.
Achtung: Die Akkupumpe STILO darf ausschließlich handgeführt

betrieben werden, wobei beide Stellteile Start Taster und Notablass
erreichbar sein und im Notfall betätigbar sein müssen.
Achtung: Die stationäre Verwendung der ist nicht gestattet - die

Akkupumpe STILO darf nicht auf dem Boden abgestellt und nicht in
einer Klemmvorrichtung jeglicher Art eingeklemmt werden.
Achtung: Das Öffnen der Akkupumpe STILO darf ausschließlich vom

Hersteller Intercable erfolgen.
6. Sicherheitshinweise für die Benutzung des Gerätes
Achtung: Bei Nichtbeachtung der Sicherheitshinweise besteht Gefahr

für das Leben und die Gesundheit von Personen bzw. kann es zu
Sachbeschädigungen an der Maschine oder der Umgebung kommen!
Achtung: Vor Ingangsetzung des Werkzeuges muss in den

Gefahrenbereich eingesehen werden. Ein Ingangsetzen darf erst erfolgen, wenn sich daraus keine Gefährdung ergibt und sich keine Person im Gefahrenbereich des Presswerkzeuges befindet.

Achtung: Halten Sie niemals Finger oder andere Körperteile in den
Arbeitsbereich des Werkzeugkopfes!
Achtung: Halten Sie andere, insbesondere fremde Personen,
während der Arbeit mit dem Schneid- bzw. Presskopf von Ihrem Arbeitsbereich fern!
Achtung: Tragen Sie geeignete Arbeitskleidung, Schutzhandschuhe
und Sicherheitsschuhe!
Achtung: Überprüfen Sie das Akkuwerkzeug auf eventuelle
Beschädigungen. Nehmen Sie nur eine störungsfrei arbeitende Maschine in Gebrauch!
Achtung: Falls während der Arbeit Gefahr für Mensch oder
Maschine entsteht, stoppen Sie Ihr Presswerkzeug durch drücken der Rückstelltaste.

Achtung: Ein Eingreifen in den Gefahrenbereich des

Presswerkzeuges ist ausschließlich bei vollständig geöffnetem
Werkzeug und gezogenem Akku erlaubt.
Achtung: Der Akku darf erst gezogen werden, wenn die Pumpe

sicher stillgesetzt wurde.
Achtung: Ein sicherer Stillstand des Presswerkzeuges ist nur bei voll-
A
ständig geöffnetem Werkzeug und gezogenem Akku gewährleistet.
Achtung: Beim Arbeiten in der Höhe muss das Werkzeug ausrei-
A
chend gegen das Herabfallen gesichert werden.
Achtung: Vor Verwendung des Gerätes muss die Beschaffenheit des
A
akkuhydraulischen Presswerkzeuges mittels Sichtprüfung kontrolliert werden. Im Falle von Beschädigung darf das Gerät nicht verwendet werden.
Achtung: Die Rückwärtsbewegung bei Notsituation wird ausschließ-

lich durch die Betätigung der mechanischen Rückstelltaste eingeleitet.
Achtung: Gerät nicht öffnen! Bei beschädigter Versiegelung

erlischt jeglicher Garantieanspruch. Das Gerät darf nicht ohne Schutzabdeckung betrieben werden.

Achtung: Bei Aufleuchten der Service-Kontrolllampe muss das
Gerät an den Hersteller eingesandt werden. Der Kunde darf keine Wartungsarbeiten am Gerät durchführen, da dies zu Gefährdungen und zum Verlust der Garantie führt.
Achtung: Der typische A-bewertete Schalldruckpegel beträgt nicht
mehr als 70 dB (A). Der Lärmpegel kann während des Betriebs 85 dB (A) überschreiten. - Gehörschutz tragen
Achtung: Das Gerät ist mit rein mechanischen Gefahrenstellen ver-
bunden. Gefahrenstellen treten ausschließlich bei den Schneid- und Presswerkzeugen auf.
Achtung: Das Gerät darf nur mit Intercable Original-Akkublöcken
betrieben werden.
Achtung: Das Gerät darf nicht in explosionsfähiger Atmosphäre
betrieben werden.

Achtung: Hydrauliköle stellen eine Gefahr für das Grundwasser dar.

Unkontrolliertes Ablassen oder unsachgemäße Entsorgung steht
unter Strafe (s. Umweltschutzbestimmungen).
Achtung: Die eingesetzten Komponenten müssen nachweislich den

auftretenden Temperaturen standhalten.
7. Aufbewahrung und Transport
Um Ihr Presswerkzeug Stilo 45 vor Beschädigungen zu schützen, muss es nach jedem Gebrauch gesäubert und mit den entsprechenden Schutzkappen versehen werden. Verstauen Sie das Werkzeug anschließend in der mitgelieferten Stofftasche und sorgen Sie dafür, dass diese sicher verschlossen ist.
8. Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes
Schieben Sie den Akku wie abgebildet in Ihr Presswerkzeug ein, bis die Sicherungstaster eingerastet sind.

9. Hinweis zur Verwendung des Akkus und des Ladegerätes

Das Ladegerät ist für 230 V AC 50-60 Hz ausgelegt. Die neuen Akkus wer­den teilgeladen ausgeliefert und müssen vor dem erstmaligen Gebrauch geladen werden. Zur Aufladung des Akkus werden der Stecker des Ladegeräts in die Steckdose und der Akku in das Ladegerät eingesteckt. Die Ladezeit beträgt ca. 30 Minuten bei einem Akku mit 1,5 Ah. Der Ladezustand des Akkus wird an der Leuchtdiode am Ladegerät abgelesen.

Achtung: Halten Sie den Akku in ungenutztem Zustand fern von
A
Büroklammern, Münzen, Schlüsseln, Nägeln, Schrauben oder anderen kleinen Metallgegenständen, die eine Überbrückung der Kontakte verursachen könnten. Ein Kurzschluss zwischen den Akkukontakten kann Verbrennungen oder Feuer zur Folge haben.
Achtung: Laden Sie den Akku nicht in Anwesenheit leicht entzünd-
A
barer Stoffe oder Gase. Ziehen Sie den Stecker des Ladegerätes nach dem Laden aus der Steckdose heraus. Nehmen Sie das Ladegerät nicht auseinander.
Achtung: Bei längerer Lagerung der Akkus muss regelmäßig der
A
Ladezustand kontrolliert werden. Der optimale Ladezustand liegt zwischen 50% und 80%. Die Akkus sollten max. alle 12 Monate nach­geladen werden, um die Tiefenentladung zu vermeiden, welche die Akkus zerstören kann.

Achtung: Einen leer gearbeiteten Akku sollte man nie länger als 1
A
Monat ungeladen lagern, um die Tiefenentladung zu vermeiden, die
den Akku zerstören kann.
Achtung: Laden Sie den Akku nur in Ladegeräten auf, die vom
A
Hersteller empfohlen werden. Für ein Ladegerät, das sich für eine bestimmte Art von Akkus eignet, besteht Brandgefahr, wenn es mit anderen Akkus verwendet wird.
Achtung: Verwenden Sie in den Werkzeugen nur die jeweils dafür
A
vorgesehenen Akkus. Die Verwendung anderer Akkus kann zu Verletzungen und Brandgefahr führen.
Achtung: Bei falscher Anwendung kann Flüssigkeit aus dem Akku
A
austreten, mit der Sie nicht in Kontakt kommen sollten. Austretende Akkuflüssigkeit kann zu Hautreizungen oder Verbrennungen führen. Bei zufälligem Kontakt mit Wasser abspülen. Wenn die Flüssigkeit in die Augen kommt, nehmen Sie zusätzlich ärztliche Hilfe in Anspruch.
Der Ladezustand kann durch Drücken der Taste am Akku abgerufen wer­den. Der Akku kann dabei im Presswerkzeug Stilo 45 verbleiben, dieses muss aber mindestens 1 Minute vorher abgeschaltet werden (sonst ist die
Anzeige ungenau). Die Anzahl der aufleuchtenden LED beschreibt den Ladezustand. Eine blinkende LED signali­siert eine max. Leistungsreserve von 10%. Diese Anzeige sollte nur zur Feststellung der Leistungsreserve benutzt werden.

Achtung: Vor Arbeitsbeginn sind alle aktiven, d.h. stromführende
A
Teile im Arbeitsumfeld des Monteurs freizuschalten. Ist dies nicht möglich sind entsprechende Schutzvorkehrungen für das Arbeiten in der Nähe von unter Spannung stehenden Teilen zu treffen.
Als erstes wird für die gewünschte Anwendung das geeignete Presseinsatzpaar (4) bereitgelegt. Bitte entnehmen Sie die richtigen Presseinsätze aus den Presseinsatztabellen in unserem Katalog. Anschliessend wird der Presskopf (1) geöffnet. Dazu schieben Sie den Haken (3) seitlich nach aussen. Jetzt können Sie die 2 Presseinsatzhälften in den Presseinsatzhalter (2) und auf dem Arbeitskolben in die dafür vor­gesehene Aufnahme einstecken. Das Verbindungsmaterial kann nun in das Presswerkzeug eingelegt werden und der Presseinsatzhalter und Haken geschlossen werden und der Pressvorgang kann beginnen. Nach abgeschlossenem Verpressvorgang wird das Kabel seitlich entfernt.
Achtung: Dieses Werkzeug ist ein Presswerkzeug. Daher bei Betrieb

vom Bereich zwischen den Presseinsatzhälften fernhalten.
11. Arbeitszyklus Pressen
Der Pressvorgang wird nach Betätigung des Start/Stopp Schalters (1) am Handgriff automatisch ausgeführt. Soll der Pressvorgang unterbrochen werden, geschieht dies durch
1. loslassen des Start/Stopp Schalters (1) in der
2. jederzeitiges kräftiges drücken der Rückstelltaste (2) Nach Unterbrechung eines Pressvorganges kann die Verbindung erneut gepresst werden, wenn Form und Lage der Verbindungsteile nicht verän­dert worden sind.

12. Wartungshinweise
Das Presswerkzeug ist nach dem Gebrauch zu reinigen und trocken zu lagern. Sowohl Akku als auch Ladegerät müssen vor Feuchtigkeit und vor Fremdkörpern geschützt werden. Das Gerät ist im Prinzip wartungsfrei. Nach Ablauf der voreingestellten Arbeitszyklen muss Ihr Presswerkzeug zum Wartungsdienst, um eine fehlerfreie Funktion zu gewährleisten und die Langlebigkeit zu erhöhen. Der Kunde ist nicht zur Durchführung der Wartung berechtigt.
13. Technische Eigenschaften und Funktionen
• Der Pumpenkörper sowie alle Funktionsteile sind aus hochfesten Materialien gefertigt und geprüft.
• Das Gehäuse ist vollständig aus glasfaserverstärktem, isolierendem und stoßfestem Polyamid gefertigt.
• Das Gerät verfügt über eine leichte, kompakte und robuste Bauweise.
• Der Arbeitstemperaturbereich liegt zwischen -10°C und +40°C.
• Der maximale Betriebsdruck der Akkupumpe beträgt 45 kN
• Das Systemsicherheitsventil ist auf ca. 50kN justiert.
• Das Gerät verfügt über ein hohes Rücklauffördervolumen für schnellere
Arbeitszyklen.
• Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Pressverlauf am PC mit der mitgelieferten

Software darzustellen (Arbeitsdruck und Arbeitszeit).
• Die Steuerung des Gerätes erfolgt mittels Mikrocontroller.
• Die Drucküberwachung erfolgt mittels eines elektronischen Drucksensors.
• Die Akkuladung wird laufend überwacht.
• Das Service Management wird elektronisch verwaltet.
• Die Rückverfolgbarkeit der Arbeitszyklen wird durch die automatische
Aufzeichnung und Speicherung in einem internen Speicher gewährleistet.
• Mittels Mini-USB-Schnittstelle können die gespeicherten Daten ausgelesen werden sowie Software Updates durchgeführt werden.
• Zusätzliche LED-Anzeige für Schnell-Info bezüglich Maschinenstatus.

15.1 Systemvoraussetzung
Der PC, auf dem diese Software installiert wird, muss folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

17. Verhalten bei Störungen
Bei einer Störung wird das Presswerkzeug abgeschaltet und bleibt blo­ckiert. Die Service LED leuchtet rot oder orange. Es kann erst wieder wei­tergearbeitet werden, wenn der Akku gewechselt bzw. kurzzeitig entfernt und wieder eingesteckt wird. Sollten nach dem „Reset“ des Presswerkzeuges die Störung noch vorhan­den sein, wenden Sie sich an den Intercable Kundendienst.

18. Außerbetriebnahme/Entsorgung
Die Entsorgung der einzelnen Komponenten des Aggregates muss getrennt erfolgen. Dabei muss zuerst das Öl abgelassen werden und an speziellen Abnahmestellen entsorgt werden. Anschließend muss der Akku unter Berücksichtigung der Batterieverordnung speziell entsorgt werden. Bei der Entsorgung der restlichen Teile des Aggregates beachten Sie bitte die Umweltstandards der Europäischen Gemeinschaft, respektive die in Ihrem Land geltenden Vorschriften. Wir empfehlen wegen möglicher Umweltverschmutzung, die Entsorgung durch zugelassene Fachunternehmen vornehmen zu lassen.

In caso di difetti nascosti, la contestazione deve avvenire entro 8 giorni dalla scoperta degli stessi, e in ogni caso prima del trascorrere di un anno dalla ricezione del prodotto. La garanzia non copre danni derivanti da utilizzo inappropriato, cattiva manutenzione, mancato impiego di pezzi di ricambio originali Intercable, apertura dell‘apparecchio da parte di personale non autorizzato. In caso di riparazioni, la garanzia viene prestata soltanto sui pezzi di ricambio sostitu­iti e non comporta un prolungamento del periodo di garanzia sul prodotto nel suo complesso.

7. Conservazione e trasporto
Per proteggerlo da danni, l‘utensile da compressione Stilo 45 deve essere pulito e provvisto dei relativi cappucci di protezione dopo l‘uso. Sistemare poi l‘utensile nella borsa di stoffa fornita, provvedendo a chiuderla bene.
8. Messa in funzione dell‘apparecchio
Inserire la batteria nell‘utensile da compressione fino all’innesto a scatto dei pulsanti di sicurezza, come indicato nell‘illustrazione.

9. Indicazioni sull‘utilizzo della batteria e del caricabatteria
Il caricabatteria è predisposto per 230 V AC 50-60 Hz. Le batterie nuove vengono fornite con carica parziale e devono essere caricate prima del primo utilizzo. Per caricare la batteria, inserire la spina del caricabatteria nella presa di corrente e inserire la batteria nel caricabatteria. Il tempo necessario per la carica è di circa 30 minuti per una batteria da 1,5 Ah. Le condizioni di carica possono essere controllate osservando i led posti sul caricabatteria.

tano da graffette, monete, chiavi, chiodi, viti o altri piccoli oggetti metallici che potrebbero generare un cortocircuito accidentale tra i contatti. Un cortocircuito della batteria può causare bruciature e fiamme.

consigliati dal produttore. Se si utilizza un dato caricabatteria con batterie che non sono adatte a quel caricabatteria, sussiste pericolo di incendio.
Attenzione: utilizzare per ogni utensile soltanto le batterie specifica-

mente previste per lo stesso. L’utilizzo di altre batterie può condurre a infortuni e pericolo di incendio.
Attenzione: in caso di utilizzo errato, può fuoriuscire liquido dalla

batteria con cui non si deve assolutamente entrare in contatto. Tale liquido può causare irritazioni cutanee e bruciature. In caso di con­tatto accidentale, sciacquare con acqua. Se il liquido dovesse entrare in contatto con gli occhi, consultare inoltre il medico.
Lo stato di carica può essere verificato premendo il pulsante che si trova sulla batteria. La batteria può essere lasciata inserita nell‘utensile da com­pressione Stilo 45, ma questo deve essere spento da almeno 1 minuto (altri-
menti l‘indicazione è imprecisa). Il numero di led accesi descrive la condizione di carica. Un led lampeggiante indi­ca una riserva di potenza inferiore al 10 %. Questa indica­zione deve essere utilizzata esclusivamente per verificare la riserva di carica.

Attenzione: prima di iniziare a lavorare, tutte le parti attive, ossia
A
che portano corrente, nell‘ambito di lavoro del montatore devono essere private di corrente. Se questo non fosse possibile, devono essere prese le corrispondenti misure di sicurezza per lavori nelle vicinanze di parti sotto tensione.
Per prima cosa viene predisposta la coppia di matrici (4) adatta per l‘impiego desiderato. Invitiamo a consultare il nostro catalogo per sapere quali sono le matrici corrette. Poi si apre la testa di compressione (1). A tal fine si spinge il gancio (3) lateralmente verso l‘esterno. A questo punto si possono inserire le due matrici nel portamatrici (2) che andrà inserito sul pistone nell‘apposito attacco. Il materiale di collegamento ora può essere inserito nell‘utensile da compressione ed essere chiuso il portamatrici e il gancio per iniziare il processo di compressione. A compressione conclusa il cavo viene estratto lateralmente.
Attenzione: questo utensile è un utensile oleodinamico per la com-

pressione. Stare dunque lontani dall‘ambito di azione tra le due matrici durante il funzionamento.
11. Ciclo di compressione
Il processo di compressione viene svolto automaticamente dopo aver prem­uto il pulsante start/stop (1) sull‘impugnatura. Se il processo di compressio­ne deve essere interrotto, questo può avvenire
1. nella fase iniziale, lasciando andare il pulsante start/stop (1)
2. in qualsiasi momento, premendo con forza il pulsante di ritorno (2) Dopo aver interrotto un processo di compressione, la connessione può esse­re nuovamente compressa, se la forma e la posizione degli elementi della connessione non sono state modificate.

12. Indicazioni di manutenzione
L‘utensile da compressione deve essere pulito e conservato all‘asciutto dopo l‘uso. Sia la batteria che il caricabatteria devono essere protetti da umidità e corpi estranei. In linea di principio l‘utensile non necessità di manuten­zione. Per garantire un funzionamento ineccepibile e per incrementare la durata di vita dell‘apparecchio, una volta completati i cicli di lavorazione preimpostati, l‘utensile da compressione deve essere inviato al servizio manutenzione. Il cliente non è autorizzato ad effettuare la manutenzione.
13. Caratteristiche tecniche e funzioni
• Il corpo della pompa nonché tutte le parti funzionali sono controllati e realizzati in materiali altamente resistenti.
• L’alloggiamento è interamente realizzato in poliammide rinforzato con fibra di vetro, isolante e resistente agli urti.
• L’alloggiamento è costruito in modo da essere leggero, compatto e robusto.
• La temperatura di esercizio deve essere compresa tra -10°C e +40°C.
• La pressione di esercizio massima della pompa a batteria è di 45 kN
• La valvola di sicurezza del sistema è regolata a circa 50 kN

18. Dismissione/smaltimento
Lo smaltimento dei diversi componenti dell‘aggregato deve avvenire sepa­ratamente. Prima deve essere scaricato l‘olio che va smaltito in speciali punti di raccolta. Poi deve essere smaltita in modo speciale la batteria nel rispetto delle norme sulle batterie. Nello smaltimento delle parti restanti dell‘aggregato, rispettare gli standard ambientali della Comunità Europea, rispettivamente quelli vigenti nel proprio paese. A causa di possibile inquinamento ambien­tale, suggeriamo di affidare lo smaltimento ad una ditta autorizzata, speci­alizzata.

The manufacturer is not responsible for damage to persons or pro-

This device must be used exclusively for its intended use. This product may be used only by personnel who have received electro-technical training. The instruction manual must be carried with the machine for its entire life period.
The user is required to:

4. Guarantee
Every defects of the good stated after the delivery must be notified in wri­ting not later than and within 8 days after discovery of the same, encom­passing the shipment documents and a detailed description of the defect(s) involved. In case of hidden failure, such notification must also be filed within eight days after discovery of the same, and within one year of receiving the goods. Intercable shall not be held liable for any defects not reported within the stated deadline. Guarantee does not cover defects or damages caused by evident careless, misuse, wrong maintenance or repairs effected by non-authorized centers or with non-original spares. In case of repairs the warranty is extended on the replaced parts (not on enti­re tool).

7. Storage and transportation
In order to protect the crimping tool Stilo 45 from possible damage it is necessary to clean it after every usage. After operation stow away the tool in the provided cotton bag and make sure it is securely closed.
8. Start up of the equipment
Insert the battery (see illustration) and push until the safety switch clicks.
9. Instructions for the use of the power pack and battery charger
The battery charger has dimensions for 230 V CA 50-60 Hz. The new batte­ries are provided partially charged and must be charged before the machi­ne is used for the first time. In order to recharge the battery charger plug must be inserted in a wall socket and the power pack must be placed in the battery charger. A 1,5 Ah power pack can be recharged in approximately 30 minutes. The status of the charge for the power pack is indicated by the

Caution: If the power packs are stored for long periods of time, their
charge status must be checked periodically. The optimum charge is between 50% and 80%. The power packs should be recharged every 12 months at most to avoid complete discharge which could cause damage.

tery. Avoid contact with the liquid. In case of contact with the skin wash with abundant water. Consult a physician if the liquid comes into contact with your eyes. Liquid that has leaked from the battery may cause irritation to the skin or burns.
The charge status can be read by pressing the relative button on the power pack. While doing so the battery may remain in the crimping tool Stilo 45 which must be shut off beforehand, however, and remain shut off for at
least one minute (otherwise the reading will be impre­cise). The number of illuminated LEDs indicates the charge status. A flashing LED indicates a maximum power reserve of 10%. The purpose of this indication is only to deter­mine whether there is a reserve of power and how much power the battery still has available.
Please also refer to the AEG instruction manual provided with the battery charger.

12. Maintenance instructions
After usage crimping tool must be cleaned and stored in a dry place. The power pack and battery charger must be protected from humidity and foreign materials. Principally the equipment does not require maintenance. After the previously set processes are completed it is necessary to take the crimping tool to the technical assistance service for inspection to guarantee perfect operation and increase the lifetime of the machine. The customer is not authorised to perform maintenance.

• The body of the pump and all components are made of high resistance materials and tested.
• The casing is entirely made of isolating, shock resistant polyamide, rein­forced with fibreglass.
• The equipment has a light, compact and robust structure.
• The range of the operating temperature is between –10°C and +40°C.
• The maximum operating pressure of the pump and power pack is 45kN
• The safety valve of the system is adjusted to approx. 50kN
• The machine has a great reverse capacity for more rapid processes.
• The progress of compression can be shown on the PC (pressure and oper-
ating time).
• Control of the equipment is realised through a micro-controller.
• Pressure control is performed by an electronic pressure sensor.
• The charge of the power pack is constantly kept under control.
• Management of technical assistance is performed with an electronic sys-
tem.
• The traceability of processes is ensured by automatic registration and sav­ing in the machine memory.
• The data saved can be read and the software can be updated by a mini USB interface.
• Additional LED indicators provide rapid information on the status of the machine.
• The first service assistance should be performed after 20,000 cycles, but can be freely programmed according to the conditions of use.

17. What to do in case of breakdown
In case of failure the compression tool is shut down automatically and remains blocked. The service LED illuminates red or orange. Further process is only possible by changing the battery or respectivly removing it for a short time. If the failure of the compression tool continues after „reset“, contact the Intercable customer service.

18. Extraordinary maintenance/disposal
The individual components of the group must be disposed of separately. First of all it is necessary to drain the oil which must be taken to a special disposal centre. Next it is necessary to dispose of the battery through a special procedure, taking into account the relative law. Concerning the disposal of the other group components observe European Environmental Norms, in respect of the regulations in effect in your country. In order to avoid possible environ­mental pollution it is advisable to have the disposal performed by speciali­sed and authorised personnel.
If necessary apply to our technical assistance service:
This product is in conformity with EU Directive 2002/96/EEC. The mobile dustbin with a cross indicates that this equipment must be disposed of separately from domestic waste at the end of its lifetime. Therefore it must be taken to a collection centre of electric and electronic equipment or returned to the salesman when buying a new product. In each case the user is responsible for proper disposal of the equipment at the end of its lifetime according to the law. Only in case of taking the equipment to an authorised collection centre it is possible to process, recycle and dispose of the product in respect of the environment, so that on the one hand mate­rials can be reused and on the other hand negative consequences for the environment and health can be prevented.
