Patty Press has anodized aluminum base with stainless steel press bowl and press plate. Unit is manually operated with a heavy-duty, single-level press handle, and detachable paper holder. A variety of ground meat, seafood or poultry may be used in press. Based on model, press will make a 4" or 5" diameter patty, with conversion kits available to change between 4" and 5" diameter patties on either model. Patty Press is NSF listed. Warranty is one year replacement or general/limited replacement parts.
