aluminum that is stain resistant,
long lasting, and easy to clean.
Motor: Powerful 1/2 HP, fan
cooled, 115-60-1, 6 amps,
permanently lubricated ball
bearings ensure quiet
operation.
Knife Drive: Knife is driven by
positive grooved belt that works
well in light to medium duty
applications.
Slice Thickness: Food can be
sliced from 0 to 1/2” thick.
Knife Cover Interlock: Slicer
will not operate with the knife
cover removed.
Top Mounted Sharpener:
Sharpener is made of all metal
and is permanently mounted on
the slicer. A two stone, dual
action design allows you to
quickly return a razor sharp
edge to your knife.
Hollow Ground Knife:
Nominal 12” diameter, hard
chromed, hollow ground blade
lasts longer and sharpens
easier.
