Specifi cations

Finish: Heavy gauge anodized

aluminum that is stain resistant,
long lasting, and easy to clean.

Motors: Powerful 1/2 HP knife
motor, fan cooled, 115-60-1, 6
amps. Separate chute motor.
Both motors have permanently
lubricated ball bearings, which
ensures quiet operation.

Knife Drive: Knife is driven
by a positive grooved belt that
works well in medium duty
applications.

Slice Thickness: Food can be
sliced from 0 to 1/2” thick.

Knife Cover Interlock: Slicer will
not operate with the knife cover
removed.

Top Mounted Sharpener:
Sharpener is made of all metal
and is top mounted for easy
access. A two stone, dual
action design allows you to
quickly return a razor sharp edge
to your knife.

Hollow Ground Knife:
Nominal 12” diameter, hard
chromed, hollow ground blade
lasts longer and sharpens easier.

On/Off Controls: Moisture
protected separate on/off push
button type.

Automatic Chute Drive: Chute
travels at 40 strokes per minute
utilizing a separate motor and
linkage drive system. Chute can
be quickly engaged or disengaged
for manual operation with the auto
engage lever located on the front
of the slicer.

Ball Bearing Chute Slide
System: Ball bearing system

ensures smooth and easy
movement of the food chute
assembly.

Knife Hub: Knife hub bearings,
belt, and motor are fully enclosed
protecting them from food and
other debris.

Knife Ring Guard: Permanently
mounted knife ring guard covers
the non-slicing portion of the knife
protecting the operator from the
knife’s edge.

Table Rod: Separate table
support rod is protected by the
table casting and cover.

Underside: Components are
covered by a metal plate
protecting them from food and
other debris.

Slice Defl ector: Heavy duty
defl ector is securely fastened to
the slicer, yet is still easy to
remove without tools.
