1. Plug USB port into the Quick Charger, and plug the Quick Charger into stable power socket, then place the receiving area of mobile (which support wireless charging) onto the emission area of Wireless Charger properly (normally the receiving area is in the middle of the mobile).
2. Remove the mobile from the Wireless Charger when it is fully charged.

1. Indicator light will be on for about 4 seconds for self-testing after the Wireless Charger connect with power supply.
2. Indicator light flashes every 3 seconds at standby mode.
3. Indicator light is always on at charging mode.
4. If indicator light flashes every second when charging, it’s because the output power is too low. We suggest you to change the Quick Charger.
5. If indicator light flashes very fast or lights off, please check if you placed the Wireless Charger and the mobile properly and please make sure there is no metal placed between the Charger and the mobile.

The mobile may heat up,if it is running APP with high power
consumption, or running APP for a long time, while charging wirelessly. It is normal situation, will not influence the life or performance of the mobile and the Wireless Charger.
1. Do not use the mobile with metal accessories for wireless charging. And make sure there is no metal between Wireless Charger and mobile.
2. The applicable environment temperature range is from 0℃ to 35℃. Using the Wireless Charger out of the suggested temperature range, may damage the product.
3. Use the 18W QC3.0 Quick Charger in our Product List or those quick chargers applied to international safety standards (5.2V/2A or 9V/1.67A). Do not use quick chargers not matched with the standards.
4. Avoid children and pets chewing, swallowing or playing the Wireless Charger.
5. Do not disassemble, modify or repair the Wireless Charger by yourself.
6. Do not place the magnetic stripe card (e.g. credit card, phone card, bank passbook and record card) near the Wireless Charger while charging, to avoid the magnetic field generated by the Wireless Charger damaging the magnetic stripe card.
7. Do not use the Wireless Charger if it’s punctured or corroded. Do not stuff any object into the slot of the Charger. Do not place weights on it or squeeze it hardly. Do not pull the cable of the Wireless Charger.
8. Please use the Wireless Charger under stable power condition.
Please refer to below terms and conditions to solve the charging problem if any. Contact your distributor or appointed serviceman if the problem still exists.
1. The Wireless Charger can not work 1)Check if the USB port of the Wireless Charger is ok; 2)Check if the Quick Charger is ok. You may test with other quick charger which applied to international safety standards 5V/2A,9V/1.67A.
3) Check if the mobile is covered with metal shell.

The charging is interrupted or the mobile cannot be fully charged. 1)Check if you’re using the 18W QC3.0 Quick Charger from the Product List, or other quick chargers which applied to international safety standards 5V/2A,9V/1.67A. 2)Check if the receiving area of the mobile is aligned with the Wireless Charger’s emission area.
1. Keep the Wireless Charger in clean, dry and ventilated environment during transportation. Avoid fierce vibrate, strike or extrusion. Avoid the Wireless Charger to be exposed to the sun and rain. The Wireless Charger can be transported by truck, train, ship, or plane.
2. The environmental temperature of storage should be from -20°C~50°C, the ambient humidity should be less than or equal to 90%. Please avoid touching with corrosive material. Keep away from the fire.
3. The Wireless Charger cannot be thrown away as household garbage. To protect the environment, abandoned product should be taken to the electronic product collection points for recycling.

Company will, at Company's option, either repair or replace same without charge (but no cash refunds will be made).
