1. GETTING STARTED
Globalsat Bluetooth GPS receivers utilize a Bluetooth (short distance wireless protocol) and a built-in
active antenna for high signal tracking sensitivity. Based on the SiRF Star III Low Power chipset, our
GPS receivers support all functions (single sat updates in reduced visibility, superior urban canyon
performance, foliage lock for weak signal tracking, etc.). Our Bluetooth GPS receivers are well suited
for use with PDA’s, Smartphones, tablet PC’s and notebook PC’s and laptops which are already
Bluetooth enable. GPS receivers can be used in a wide variety of applications from in vehicle
navigation to and outdoor recreation and commercial applications.
