ENSURE PROPER DRAINAGE: This dehumidifier contains a built-in pump that connects to draining hose in the back of the unit. Ensure that external water does not create a slipping hazard. To avoid pump damage or overuse, do not exceed a 10 foot vertical lift height between the pump and drain.

Place dehumidifier in the upright position.
1. After transporting the dehumidifier to site, allow unit to sit for 30 minutes before powering ON. This allows the refrigerant system to stabilize and avoid damage.

PROPER AIR FLOW IS ESSENTIAL: Do not place dehumidifier in a position where the front Air Intake Grill or rear Air Outlet is blocked. This dehumidifier can attach 6.625 in. diameter air outlet ductwork. To avoid airflow restrictions , Do not exceed a 16.5 foot length ductwork.

KEEP CLEAR
• ON/OFF: Press once to turn the unit ON or OFF.
• PURGE: Press the "PURGE" key to empty water from
the pump reservoir. During normal operation the pump purges automatically when the reservoir is full. Use "PURGE" before moving the machine to avoid water spillage. The pump will shut automatically after 40 seconds.
FUNCTION: Press the "FUNCTION" key, the screen will display 'Humidity setting' 'Ambient humidity' 'Total running hours' 'Ambient temperature'
REGULATE: Press "REGULATE" key to adjust humidity, set total running hours/current job hours, or changing F°/C°. Long press "REGULATE" key 5 seconds. The coil sensor temperature will display. The screen will return to display ambient humidity after coil sensor temperature cursor flashes for 3 seconds.

OPERATION
• Plug in electrical cord
This dehumidifier must be plugged into a grounded polarized 115 VAC/60Hz outlet rated at least 15 amps. Plug in electrical cord, the screen will be in standby mode:
IMPORTANT: To avoid water spillage. Do not move the dehumidifier for at least three minutes after turning the power off. Before transporting, always remove the external drain hose, drain it fully, and return it to the pocket provided on the front of the unit.
• Humidity Setting
The factory setting is continuous mode, CO. The humidity
can be set in the following manner:
1. Press the function key until the humidity setting cursor flashes.
2. Press the regulate key to setting the desired humidity level. Adjust the humidity setting in increments of 5%. Adjust the humidity setting between CO, 25% and 95%.
3. Wait 3 seconds after setting the desired humidity is completed.
NOTES:
1. When the humidity setting is greater than ambient humidity, the unit will stop and the screen will display:
NOTE: The fan will run for 1 minute every 30 minutes to sense ambient humidity. The unit will resume operation when ambient humidity is greater than humidity setting
2. When the Humidity setting is below 25% , the “CO” will be displayed. The unit will enter the continuous dehumidify mode, it will run continuously.

3. It will flash for 3 seconds and the current Job hours will
be displayed.
• Turn the Unit ON
Press the “ON/OFF” key to turn the unit on. The factory setting is continuous mode. The screen will display:
If humidity setting is greater than ambient humidity, the unit will stop working after started 1 minute.
• Turn the unit OFF
Press the “ON/OFF” key to turn the unit OFF. When the unit turns OFF, The water pump will run for 40 seconds to drain the residual condensate water in the dehumidifier. The screen will appear draining cursor

NOTE:
The “Total running hours” field displays continuously during operation. This displays the total number of hours on the unit and cannot be manually reset outside the factory.
• Centigrade/Fahrenheit setting
1. Press the function key until the ambient temperature
cursor flashes.
2. Press the regulate key to switch to fahrenheit.
3. It will flash for 3 seconds and the temperature in
fahrenheit will be displayed.

MAINTENANCE
Cleaning or Replacing Filter
NOTE: The working performance of the dehumidifier will be greatly reduced if the filter is clogged. Check filter weekly. Clean or replace filter if it gets clogged or damaged.
Ensure the dehumidifier is turned OFF and it is unplugged before performing maintenance.
1. Remove filter as shown.
2. Vacuum any debris using vacuum hose and nozzle attachment.
3. Using warm water and mild detergent; wash filter and allow to dry.
4. Once dry, reinstall the filter.
2. Remove water pipe to dismantle water pump.
3. Remove screw (1 pc) to remove water pump top cover.
4. Remove screws (4 pcs) to remove water pump bottom cover and clean water pump.
• Water Pump Maintenance
NOTE: Water pump maintenance should be completed once unit reaches 1000 hours of operation.
Ensure the dehumidifier is powered OFF and unplugged from the outlet prior to any performed maintenance.
1. Remove Screws (4 pcs) to separate front housing.
5. Reinstall all equipment.
STORING THE UNIT
Follow the guidelines below when storing the machine.
1. Wind the power cord and drainage tube to the back of the machine.
2. Stack the machines as shown if necessary.
NOTE: Do not stack more than two machines high.

TROUBLESHOOTING
ISSUE CAUSE SOLUTION
Unit does not operate.
Fan not working. Obstructed air outlet
Unit is operating, but room is not dry.
Unit collects minimal water.
WARNING: DO NOT attempt to rectify issues with unqualified personnel. If the problem you are experiencing is not listed here, contact Global customer service.
No power to machine. Unit not powered on.

1. Insufficient Dehumidifying time.
2. Poor air circulation in room.
3. Excessive moisture in room.
1. Room air is dry.
2. Obstructed filter and coils.
3. Room temperature is too low.
Plug in unit. Check power at outlet and base of unit. Power unit on.
Remove obstruction.
1. Allow more time for drying.
2. Increase air circulation with fans.
3. Reduce external air infiltration into room.
1. Check humidity with hygrometer.
2. Check filter and coils. Clean as necessary.
3. Increase room temperature.
TROUBLESHOOTING Fault Codes
The table below shows error messages that the system may detect. If the display shows an “ER” message, unplug the unit and reinsert. This may reset the electronics, and if issue is resolved, no further action is required. If error message reappears, complete the following troubleshooting steps under “Explanation.” If this still does not rectify the issue, contact your local authorized service center.

Water is not draining from the pump reservoir or there is a lack of power to the water pump.
1. Make sure maximum lift is not exceeded. End of hose should be no higher than 10 feet above unit.
2. Check pump for debris or blockage.
